A SENILE JIMMY CARTER GOES LOOKIN FOR ATTENTION...
Ex-president Jimmy Carter, that senile old fool who simple refuses to go away, has once again demonstrated just how far around the bend he has gotten himself. He latest episode came about when he said that there’s a “subtlety of racism” to Newt Gingrich’s comments about food stamps and welfare while out on the campaign trail in South Carolina. Referring to the most recent GOP presidential debate in which Gingrich received a standing ovation for defending his comment calling Barry “Almighty” the “food stamp president,“ “Bonehead” Carter, that sage and elder “statesman” of the Democrat Party, said the former House Speaker is choosing his words carefully to appeal to ”right wing” voters in the South.
So what this moron is essentially saying is that all of us on the right possess this same “subtlety of racism.” Carter said, “I think [Gingrich] has that subtlety of racism that I know quite well and that Gingrich knows quite well, that appeals to some people in Georgia, particularly the right wing,” Carter said in an interview on CNN’s “Piers Morgan Tonight” set to air Wednesday.
“Really?” Morgan asked. “And you think he’s doing it deliberately?”
“He knows well the words that you use, like welfare mamas and so forth, that have been appealing in the past in those days when we cherished segregation of the races,” Carter said. “He’s appealing for that in South Carolina.”
“That’s a pretty serious charge to level at Newt Gingrich, that he’s being racist,” Morgan said.
“I wouldn’t say he’s racist, but he knows the subtle words to use to appeal to a racist group,” Carter explained. “When you emphasize, over and over and over, welfare and food stamps and ‘why don’t the black people get jobs‘ and ’if I’m president, I’ll make sure they turn toward a work ethic, rather than an ethic of welfare and food stamps,’ that’s appealing to the wrong element in South Carolina.”
Who thinks this way? Other than, of course some twisted, and perverted, progressive/socialist Democrat. And sadly, it’s all nothing more than pure propaganda that’s being strategically preached to a specific segment of the population that’s just stupid enough to believe it. The same people who, back in the early 60s, hitched their wagon to the Democrat Party and 50+ years later are none the better off for having done so. And Carter himself, I think it very safe to say, is stuck in time somewhere back in time around the Civil War. His brain is turning to mush as he continues to, apparently, be under the misguided impression than anyone outside the Democrat party or the state-controlled media gives a rat’s ass what he thinks or has to say about anything. He should do us all a favor and just…
