ARE AMERICANS THAT OBLIVIOUS TO THE DAMAGE OBAMA HAS DONE? REALLY?

Sometimes I just can figure out the American people. At a time when over 40 percent of us identify ourselves as being conservative and despite an electorate that overwhelming believes the country is headed in the wrong direction, at least one poll shows that Barry "Almighty" continues to lead all Republican challengers. Barry’s smallest lead, three points, is against a generic Republican challenger, according to a new NBC News/Wall street Journal poll. Now I don't know the questions that were asked nor the demographic of the respondents, but the outcome, if in any way is accurate, it is truly frightening. Here we have the most corrupt president in recent times and yet a majority of voters seem to be ok with that? This guy is robbing us of much more than just our money. He literally robbing our children of the opportunity to have any kind of a future that doesn't involve complete enslavement to the government.

According to the poll, Barry holds a six-point lead over former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, 49 to 43 percent, and he leads beleaguered businessman Herman Cain 53 to 38. Against a generic Republican, Obama lead is reduced to a 3 point margin, 45 to 42 percent. “Is he [Bill] Clinton or [Jimmy] Carter? I don’t think you can answer it right now,” Democratic pollster Peter D. Hart, who conducted this survey with Republican pollster Bill McInturff, told NBC. And in a couple of hypothetical three-way match-ups that those on the left would love to instigate, the poll found Barry "Almighty" getting 44 percent; Romney, 32 percent; and Texas Rep. Ron Paul, 18 percent. And in another three-way face-off the poll suggested, Barry snags 44 percent; Romney, 35 percent; and New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg, 13 percent. I think most of us realize that a three-way match up is pretty futile.

And as hard as this one is to believe, again at least according to this poll, our buddy Barry also holds sizable leads against Romney in the areas of compassion and understanding average people, standing up for beliefs, being a good commander in chief and having the knowledge and experience to be president. Are you kidding me? This is idiotic on so many levels! He hates the military and I've lost count of all those lavish White House dinners and the numerous extravagant vacations. The did show, however, that Romney narrowly leads the Barry on having good ideas to improve the economy. In the GOP race for the nomination, the poll shows that Romney holds a one-point lead over Cain, 28 to 27 percent. Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich is at 13 percent, and Rep. Ron Paul, R-Texas, and Texas Gov. Rick Perry are tied at 10 percent. I had high hopes for Gov. Perry, and he may yet still recover.

The poll also showed that nearly three-quarters of respondents thought the nation is headed in the wrong direction. Additionally, just 25 percent think the U.S. economy will improve in the next year. And yet these people would re-elect the responsible? The poll also showed that 76 percent agreed with the statement that “the current economic structure of the country is out of balance and favors a small proportion of the rich over the rest of the country, and that America needs to reduce the power of the banks and corporations.” According to NBC, those numbers include 62 percent of Republicans and 61 percent of tea party supporters. I just don't believe anyone who would identify themselves as being either a Republican or a self-respecting Tea Party supporter would go along with either of these obviously very leftist notions. It is the power of the government that needs to be reduced.

Despite a dismal job approval rating stuck at 44 percent, and strange as it may sound, somehow 71 percent of the respondents said they like the president personally. Ya know, I simply cannot fathom how it is that you can bring yourself to "like" someone who has been doing nothing but to look you dead in the eye, from day 1, and lying to you. Just what kind of people must you associate with that would allow you to be able to say such a thing? And something that really lays bare the ignorance of at least those who took part in this poll, is the fact that 60 percent of them actually believe that Barry inherited the current economic condition. These imbeciles laid most of the blame for the country’s economic ills on Wall Street and former President George W. Bush. What Barry did inherit was a 7.6 percent unemployment rate which he very quickly ramped up to over 10 percent even after he, and not Bush, spent nearly $1 Trillion on a "stimulus."

Friends I think it safe to say that, as a nation, we are in a world of hurt. And if we have enough Americans of the caliber of those taking part in this poll, then it is truly all over but the crying. Because should this guy get re-elected we don't have a snowball's chance in Hell of making it through the next 4 years alive. It just boggles my mind that anyone in their right mind, other than the union morons and select group of minorities, would even consider the idea of voting for this arrogant narcissist, yet again. This time around our mantra must be, "Anybody but Obama." We gonna have to realize that we're not going to get everything we want in any of the GOP candidate. But any of them on their worst day would be far better than Barry on his best. Our other priority, if we are to have any hope of turning back the clock, is that we must also provide to the next Republican president, a Republican Congress.

  1. GW Bush was the worst president (unnecessary war, high deficits, billion dollar contracts to cronies, erosion of privacy and rights against illegal searches)
Your Boy George will ALWAYS be remembered as America’s WORST PRESIDENT EVER!!!!!!

He will NEVER be mentioned by republicans during an election year!

Obama hasn't done as much damage as George W.

Exactly what "damage" are you referring too? How many JOBS BILLS have we seen from our savior Republican congress? Didn't they run on the fact they were putting jobs number 1? Sorry dude but that crop of GOP contenders has not got a chance.

Obama's foreign policy has consisted of undoing the damage that Bush did or alternatively, unwinding bad policy choices in favor of better ones.

Virtually the only thing Republicans have done is block every attempt to move this country forward. who's doing the real damage?

  2. Anonymous, You would be much closer to the truth in your little rant if you were replace GW Bush with Barack Obama. Especially when you speak of high deficits, billion dollar contracts to cronies(Solyndra ring a bell, moron), erosin of privacy as well as to rights against illegal searches. And why is it, exactly, that Democrats are quite literally running from Obama as if he has the plague? And as fast as their little boney legs will carry them.
Obama,s foreign policy has been an utter disaster on every level to the point where there isn't enough room here to list all of his failures. But there he's had plenty of help from Hitlery Clinton.
What the Republicans have blocked, and rightfully so, are Obama's continued attempts to drag this country even further to the left and to wreak even more damage than he already has. This guy is Jimmy Carter on steroids and he has got to GO!
