CHRIS 'TINGLE UP HIS LEG' MATTHEWS HAS ADVICE FOR HIS HERO, OBAMA

Chris Matthews ranted, as only he and his fellow MSNBC hosts can, about the way Barry "Almighty" is handling his reelection effort during coverage of a Barry press conference. Matthews said that Barry needs to stop with all the "pissant" tactics and set his attention where it belongs, on vilifying business for "let[ting] us down." Demonstrating his rather skewed way of looking at things, Matthews said, "He's got to be aggressive, he's got to be big time," in advising Barry on how to handle his bid for reelection. "Stop this nickel and dime -- a couple of bucks for the teachers, a couple of bucks for the firefighters, I'm going to reduce the payroll tax," a very clearly frustrated Matthews said. This is pissant. "You can't get reelected with tactics. He needs a strategy, which is, 'We're different than the Republicans. They're basically free-marketers who sit around and wait for business to deliver this country from hell and business has let us down.' He has got to say it." Thus we have what ‘Mr. Tingle’ Matthews sees as being what’s necessary for Barry to win.
