A 33-year-old Tennessee man with 30 children has asked that state for a break on his child support payments. It seems that Desmond Hatchett of Knoxville, Tenn has fathered 30 children with 11 different women and is now having trouble supporting them all.
This serves as being an excellent example of just how far we have sunk in this country. And it demonstrates an entitlement driven mentality that can now be said to permiate our society. Changes need to be made to encourage personal responsibility, moral character and the possessing of self worth.
