Scenario: Very suspicious character is seen wondering through a neighborhood that has recently been experiencing a serious uptick in crime. This thug is later spotted by the White-Hispanic Neighborhood Watch Captain who follows the individual. The White-Hispanic Neighborhood Watch Captain calls police to report the thug and is told to retreat. The individual then attacks the White-Hispanic Neighborhood Watch Captain causing numerous injuries. With the White-Hispanic Neighborhood Watch Captain, in fear for his life, he shoots the individual, later identified as a black teen, and kills him. The White-Hispanic Neighborhood Watch Captain is then arrested and charged with second degree murder, which many legal experts now say is most definitely an over-charge. Now the Barry "Almighty" Justice Department, headed up Eric "The Racist" Holder, has entered into the fray, claiming the dead thug's civil rights may have been violated. The White-Hispanic Neighborhood Watch Captain could now face life in prison for doing nothing more than defending himself. And for no other reason that because it was a black individual who was on the receiving end of the bullet.
So after having all manner of accusation thrown around by the likes of old "Bull Horn" Sharpton, we are now privy to a few of the facts surrounding this very volatile case. It now seems that the medical report compiled by the family physician of the accused Trayvon Martin 'murderer', George Zimmerman, which has been obtained exclusively by ABC News, presents us with some very interesting facts. According to that report, we now know that Mr. Zimmerman was, in fact, diagnosed with a "closed fracture" of his nose, a pair of black eyes, two lacerations to the back of his head and a minor back injury the day after he fatally shot Martin during an alleged altercation. Mr. Zimmerman now finds himself facing a second degree murder charge for the Feb. 26 shooting that left the 17-year-old black teen dead. Mr. Zimmerman has claimed self defense in what he described as a life and death struggle that Martin initiated by accosting him, punching him in the face, then repeatedly bashing his head into the pavement. And apparently this medical report pretty clearly backs up the claims of Mr. Zimmerman.
Also there is now a trove of documents currently being examined by lawyers for both the defense and prosecution as part of discovery in Zimmerman's trial, including 67 CDs worth of documents, video of Martin on the night of the shooting, his autopsy report and videos of Zimmerman's questioning by police. Zimmerman's three-page medical report is included in those documents that have made available to the defense and could very well be used as evidence in the presenting of its case. The morning after the shooting, on Feb. 27, Zimmerman sought treatment at the offices of a general physician at a family practice near Sanford, Fla. The doctor notes Zimmerman sought an appointment to get legal clearance to return to work. The record shows that Zimmerman also suffered bruising in the upper lip and cheek and lower back pain. The two lacerations on the back of his head, one of them nearly an inch long, the other about a quarter-inch long, were first revealed in photos obtained exclusively by ABC News last month.
And something else that has now come to light and might also serve to support Zimmerman's version of how things went down that night, is that it has now been confirmed, by that previously mentioned autopsy report, that Trayvon Martin had injuries to his knuckles when he died. Injuries that, at least to my untrained eye, could be considered as being consistent with how Zimmerman has stated events unfolded. The autopsy results come as Zimmerman's attorney, Mark O’Mara continues to go over other evidence in the case. Now one would expect that these results would bode much better for the defense than it is for the prosecution. When you compare Trayvon’s non-fatal injury with Zimmerman's bloody head wounds, the autopsy evidence is better for the defense. It would seem to corroborate Zimmerman's story that he acted in self-defense, because he was getting beaten up by Trayvon Martin. The injury to Martin’s knuckle also fits with Zimmerman's story that before he shot and killed Martin, Martin had broken his nose and knocked him to the ground, slamming his head on the sidewalk.
Now I doubt very seriously that any of these facts will have any impact, whatsoever, on how folks like Sharpton and the New Black Panthers will choose to continue their approach this case. They will continue to exploit this sad situation until they feel they have nothing left to gain from it. And what's really sad here it that none of these clowns give a rats behind about this kid who is now dead. And in some ways I think it very safe to say that they, and those like them, are more responsible for the death of this teen than is George Zimmerman. Because it's people like Sharpton, Jackson, Wright, Farrakhan and these thugs of the New Black Panthers who work 24/7 to inflame racial hatred. Because it is the source of their power, and as long as they can find a willing audience, they will continue to spew their noxious poison to any and all within earshot. And when we even have our president inserting himself into this situation, and for purely political reasons, it becomes all the more difficult, if not impossible, to hope for any amount of sanity to come into play here. So how will this story end? Yery badly, I'm afraid!!
