ANOTHER MAJOR MILESTONE ACHIEVED BY MR. “HOPE AND CHANGE”

Those who we were told were “the ones we had been all waiting for” and whom we have now effectively been saddled with since that fateful day in November of 2008, have now successfully passed yet another significant fiscal milestone just this week, that according to new data released by the Treasury Department. At the close of business on October 3, the total national debt for, not some country like Greece, or maybe too much like Greece, the United States of America was sitting at $14,837,099,271,196.71, or up roughly $44.8 Billion since September 30. What that essentially means is that in less than the three years that Barack Hussein Obama has now been in office, the federal debt has been increased by a mind-boggling $4.212 Trillion. In an attempt to put that in some sort of perspective, that’s more than the total national debt of about $4.1672 Trillion accumulated by all 41 U.S. presidents from George Washington through George H.W. Bush combined that preceded Barry “Almighty.”

That this incredible $4.212 Trillion increase in our national debt has been accumulated during a single presidential term is unfathomable, a period of time what will hopefully prove to be Barry’s first and last term as president. And what that means is that the federal government has already borrowed, roughly, an additional $35,835 for every single American household, or $44,980 for every full-time private-sector worker. Think about this, according to the Census Bureau there were about 117,538,000 households in the country in 2010, and, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, there were about 93,641,000 full-time private-sector workers. These kinds of numbers make me absolutely dizzy. Back when Barry was inaugurated on January 20, 2009, again according to the Treasury Department, the total national debt stood at $10,626,877,048,913.08. That number in and of itself is bad enough, but to purposely pile on another $4+ Trillion, and in less that four years, is reckless at best and unconscionable at the very worst. These people are effectively mortgaging to the Red Chinese the futures of Americans that haven’t even been born yet.

Back at the end of January 1993, the same month that President George H. W. Bush left office, the total national debt then stood at $4.1672 Trillion, that according to the Treasury Department. Thus, the total national debt accumulated by the first 41 presidents combined was about $44.8 Billion less than the approximately $4.212 Trillion in new debt that has been added just during Barry’s term. As of this past Monday, Barry “Almighty” had been in office for a mere 986 days, or about 32 and a half months. During that time, the debt increased by an unbelievable amount that averaged about $4.27 Billion per day. Were that rate to continue until Barry’s term mercifully comes to an end on Jan. 20, 2013, the debt would then stand at about $16.86534 Trillion, a staggering increase of more than $6.2 Trillion for Barry’s four years. That would equal nearly $53,000 for each American household or more than $66,000 for each full-time private-sector worker. That, my friends, is an unsustainable amount of spending.

We are now sitting on the edge of precipice, one that we have been brought to by the actions of a corrupt politician aided by an even more corrupt Democrat Party. And they have identified as being their primary mission, the Europeanization of America. From creating a socialized healthcare system, to all manner of taxpayer subsidized “entitlements” served up by an ever more intrusive bureaucracy and possibly even the creation of a value added tax to assist them in the funding of all this ravenous, self-perpetuating nonsense. Here in American this is referred to as “Hope and Change,” but it is also known by other, much more ominous names like, Socialism, Marxism and even Communism. But it matters very little what you call it, what matters is you are able recognize the fact that the only possible outcome from operating under such a “philosophy” is devastation on a level that is nothing short of apocalyptic. Abject poverty and misery on a scale never before witnessed in this country are its only natural outcome.

Americans are in very bad need of a major dose of some serious reality, and time is rapidly running out for that to take place. What they are on verge of doing here, without even realizing it, I guess, is to forfeit their individualism for the sake of a government check. A government check that, very soon, is not going to be worth the paper that it’s printed on. Too many people seem to be living only for today, not giving a rat’s behind about what it is that’s waiting for them just over the next hill. If what they say about ignorance being bliss is true, then a majority of Americans must be some of the most blissful people on the entire planet. Too many people just don’t seem to be able to recognize the severity of our present precarious situation. In fact, it seems like many of them are only too happy, even eager, to throw some gasoline on the fire, by their deserting their country and choosing to assist the very ones who wish nothing more than to destroy it and all that it has come to represent. So come 2012 many Americans are going to have to decide on which side it is that they wish to be. The side of those wishing to preserve what’s left our Republic or those desperate to destroy what remains of it.

  1. Implosion and chaos. Top-down from the administrative-bureaucratic-federal regulators, simultaneous with bottom-up from the moochers and gimmees of "Occupy ___" (fill in the blank), all supported by union thugs, Obama front groups and, ultimately, George Soros via http://moveon.org.

The Alinskyite-Cloward-&-Piven strategy is playing out -- a capella in perfect three-part harmony -- right on schedule.
