In what can only be described as nothing short of an act of pure desperation, Barry "Almighty" while out trying to sell his latest "stimulus" proposal, told a crowd of fired up supporters on Wednesday that if they loved him, they must help pass his jobs bill, injecting yet even more urgency into his push to get his key legislation passed. Those who blindly follow this man do so at their own peril, and sadly, don't even realize it. Barry is only seeking to take advantage of them, to use them, for the sole purpose of successfully advancing his own personal vendetta against this country. Amazingly enough, these morons seem to be only too willing to assist him in that endeavor. And what they seem to be either totally ignorant of, or completely oblivious to, is the fact that as the country goes so also goes the future of these mind-numbed robots who are so committed to this anti-America president. He's handing them a gun, telling them to put it against their head and to pull the trigger. And they're saying, "Sure. After all, if Barry's telling me to do it, it must be for my own good. Right?" Sure it is, you freakin imbeciles! But you're going to be taking me with you, and I have no desire to become part of the collateral damage resulting from someone else's terminal stupidity.
It was on this latest journey of his that Barry hit yet another key 2012 electoral swing state, North Carolina, as he works to put as mush pressure as possible on Republicans regarding passage of his $447 Billion "American Jobs Act" which, theoretically, is designed to jolt the economy and ease 9.1 percent unemployment. But the chances of this things having any sort of positive effect regarding our current unemployment numbers are pretty remote to say the least. And another thing, politicians and political pundits alike, love to throw around this 9.1 number as if it is actually an accurate reflection of the unemployment crisis in this country. The sad fact of the matter is that it comes nowhere near to telling an accurate story of just how bad the unemployment picture really is. But that seems to matter very little to those who behave like rats to the Pied Piper. In fact one idiotic, and obviously more that just a little clueless, supporter from the rather raucous crowd shouted out to Barry that they loved him, and in a standard response from his 2008 campaign Barry replied I love you back then added a new twist. "If you love me, you got to help me pass this bill," Barry said repeating the line to more cheers.
Barry's appeal may work with his more devoted followers that comprise his supportive political base, but it will cut very little mustard with Republicans seeking to exploit his diminished job approval ratings which are at 44 percent in a RealClearPolitics average of recent polls. Barry, who is on the latest leg of what aids have described as a months-long tour to promote the bill, also complained that some Republicans were against the legislation because they wanted to deprive him of a political victory. No, actually Republicans are against this massive waste of even more money because it does absolutely nothing to "get Americans working again," to use Barry's own words. It is nothing more than a smaller version, but just as wasteful, of Barry's previous failed attempt to "stimulate" the economy. This disastrous piece of legislation accomplishes nothing but the spending of even more money that we don't have while getting absolutely nothing in return for the money being spent. Barry just keeps digging, saying we have to keep digging in order to dig our way out. Now I'm just a simple guy, I don't understand how it is that Barry's continuing to dig will result in anything other than getting us deeper into the hole that he claims he is trying to get us out of. Is it me?
"Give me a win? Give me a break," Barry said during his pared down stump speech which was peppered throughout with demands that Republicans must "pass the bill." The level or arrogance exhibited by this pathetic hypocrite that allows him to think that he is somehow entitled to make such demands never quite ceases to amaze me. What is it exactly that makes him think that he is of sufficient stature and therefore somehow entitled to any sort of break as he continues on his mission to destroy this country? And how is it that he feels that he is in any position to be making demands that this costly boondoggle piece of legislation be passed without it first receiving a very thorough going over? Understandably, Republicans are now increasingly dismissing Barry's "jobs plan" as nothing more than another political stunt, complaining Barry proposes to finance it by reducing itemized deductions for Americans earning over $200,000 a year and closing corporate tax breaks. They have said that they are interested in some aspects of the bill which is weighted toward payroll tax cuts and includes infrastructure spending, but may pass those pieces separately, not the whole bill as Barry is demanding.
So, where does that leave us exactly? We know with some degree of certainty that Barry is not prone to compromise. It's just not something Democrats do, nor is it something that they see themselves as being expected to do. They see their agenda as being the only one possessing the acceptable policies for making America "better." They continue to portray themselves as being the only ones out to protect the little guy. But the truth of the matter is that their policies more often than not do much more harm to the little guy than providing any serious benefit. They are the true obstructionists here, and as such will continue in their attempts to force Republicans to relinquish their demands as well as the demands of those who favor a more "conservative" approach. An approach, by the way, that when it has been used in the past, have proven itself successful by providing easily recognizable benefits for all Americans, not just a select few. Barry's policies have done nothing but to make our current economic and financial situation much, much worse. And until enough American's recognize that fact and commit themselves to defeating this man our chances of getting things turned around will not significantly improve.
