ME THINKS I SMELL A MUTINY BREWING…

It would seem that Barry has now been provided with something that would pretty closely resemble an ultimatum and from none other than some of the very same Democrats who have helped him, repeatedly, screw the American people. Apparently he now has until Friday to come up with some sort of a cure for his ailing piece of signature legislation, or possibly face serious defections by top Democrats who, minus that elusive cure, would then be willing to support a House GOP bill to change it. Political pressure from both sides of the aisle has been steadily growing and will no doubt come to a head on Friday when Republicans take up a proposal by Rep. Fred Upton, the purpose of which is to allow individuals to keep their current healthcare coverage even if it does not meet the standards set out by Obamacare.

"We've got to get out of the bunker and fix these problems," said some nameless, faceless senior Democrat congressional source, referring to the fact that millions of Americans are now losing their current plans because they don't comply with the idiotic requirements of Obamacare that demand far more comprehensive coverage, including such things as mental health and prenatal care. "In the absence of a solution that Democrats can support from the White House, you will see more and more Democrats voting for the Upton bill," this faceless, nameless source went on to say. Steny "The Gasbag" Hoyer of the People’s Republic of Maryland, even went so far as to indicate that he might support the Upton bill if he does not see movement from Barry on the question of allowing individuals to keep the insurance they have now.

Last week, as you may or may not recall, Barry "Almighty" apologized to those people who have had their insurance plans canceled despite him promising, repeatedly, that everyone would be able to keep their current health coverage, period. However, too bad for Barry, but it would appear that his apology has been viewed as being too little, too late. The latest Quinnipiac University poll showed that Barry's approval rating has dropped to 39 percent as the problems plaguing the Obamacare rollout on Oct. 1 have persisted well into November. The poll found that 54 percent of Americans disapprove of Barry's job performance and 39 percent approve, which is his lowest approval rating in the Quinnipiac poll since he became president. But, again, as I have said before, I seriously doubt that that bothers him very much.

And ‘Gasbag’ Hoyer also told reporters on Tuesday that Barry needs to come up with a solution "sooner rather than later." He said earlier that he hadn't ruled out supporting Upton's bill, but his spokesbimbo has since told CNN that he's now opposed to it. And then Slick Willie’ Clinton, in what was most likely nothing more than an attempt by the ex-president ‘to distance Hitlery, his old ball and chain, from what now appears to be Barry’s sinking Obamacare ship, exerted a little pressure of his own on Barry to make good on his promise. "I personally believe, even if it takes a change in the law, the president should honor the commitment the federal government made to those people and let them keep what they've got," the old ‘Slickmeister’ said Tuesday during an interview with the website OZY.com.

And following Clinton's remarks, we had House Speaker John Boehner releasing a statement saying, "I applaud President Clinton for joining the bipartisan call for President Obama to keep his promise to the American people. These comments signify a growing recognition that Americans were misled when they were promised that they could keep their coverage under President Obama's healthcare law. The entire healthcare law is a train wreck that needs to go." Unlike Boehner, I wouldn’t be too quick to congratulate ‘Slick Willie’, he had an ulterior motive here for sure. Adding his voice to old Slick’s, we had ‘Little Dick’ Durbin of Illinois, the No. 2 Democrat in the Senate, who told CNN that both Democrats and Republicans "need to be open to constructive changes to make this law work better."

Look, like I have said before, every single one of these scumbag Democrats who thought that this whole cockamamie scheme of government controlled healthcare was such a shit-hot idea, should not now be allowed to create for themselves, some sort of an escape clause that will allow them to dodge a very big bullet that they essentially shot at themselves. What needs to happen here is for this thing to be formed into a nice little noose that we can then very firmly place right around their necks. And then come next Election Day we can have us a little public hanging, metaphorically speaking, of course. Democrats must not be permitted to escape the punishment that they now so rightfully deserve. And we must never forget how these crooks felt that it was acceptable to put their political ambitions above the people.
