I would like to take this opportunity to wish all of those who may stop by here, from time to time, and who perhaps choose to take part in the conversation, a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. And as our New Year’s resolution let us all say a little prayer for our country, because I think she’s going to be needing it if we are to have any hope of surviving the next four years. Sadly, many have lost faith in those things that made this country great, and they have allowed themselves to be convinced by corrupt, power hungry, politicians to be envious of others, and to blame others for their own misfortunes that were brought about by their own recklessness or bad decisions. We as a people must move back, back to where we view such traits as personal responsibility and self-reliance not as being flaws that reveal weakness, but, instead, as ingredients necessary if one is to possess a strong moral character. Because if we are to have any hope of saving ourselves and our country from that which appears to be near certain, and very dark, end, we will first need to learn the value and the importance of such things. So in the spirit of the season let me just say, may God bless you all, and may God bless America.
