Speaking to a powerful pro-Israel lobby, Barry "Amighty" appealed to Israel for more time to let sanctions further isolate Iran. He sought to halt a drumbeat to war with Iran and hold off a unilateral Israeli strike against Iran’s nuclear facilities. “For the sake of Israel’s security, America’s security and the peace and security of the world, now is not the time for bluster,” Barry told thousands at the annual American-Israel Public Affairs Committee’s policy conference. “Now is the time to let our increased pressure sink in, and to sustain the broad international coalition that we have built.” Appeasement oriented foreign policy has always worked so well.
His continued his postulating by saying, “Iran’s leaders should have no doubt about the resolve of the United States, just as they should not doubt Israel’s sovereign right to make its own decisions regarding its security needs.” Then he proceeded with what had to be funniest line of the entire event by saying,“You don’t have to count on my words. You can look at my deeds” He went so far as to actually defend his sorry assed record of rallying to Israel’s security and political sovereignty, saying: “We have been there for Israel. Every single time.” We can only hope that Israeli leaders are foolish enough to actually believe him. If so, they do so at their own peril.
Israel has some hard and life altering decisions to make and I personally don't envy them. Even if the Resident were to employ some type of force before the election, I won't believe his motives were sincere towards Israel. And that's HIS fault.
ReplyDeleteIsrael simply cannot afford to trust the American president. Something that hasn't occurred since Jimmy Carter. Yes, they have some tough decisions to make. Decisions, I think it fair to say, that are life and death. And Barry is perfectly willing to stand by and do nothing. He is, quite literally, PATHETIC.
