Nancy Pelosi recently demonstrated that she is
little more than a modern-day version of Rip Van Winkle, but in her case she
was only asleep for 8 years, not the 20 years that Rip was asleep. How else is it that on Monday, at a House and
Senate Democrat Leaders Press Conference on the steps of the Capitol, Pelosi could
have so boldly declared that President Trump’s administration was “one of the
most compromised, corrupt administrations in history?” Pelosi would either have to be totally insane
or she perceives her political fate now hangs entirely on her ability to
deceive and to lie to such a degree, and all with a straight face. I mean, either way, it was on this particular day
there was nothing particularly good standing behind that microphone.
So it was in making her rather bizarre accusation
that Pelosi said, “The American people are confronted, one of the most
compromised, corrupt administrations in history. Instead of delivering on its
promise to drain the swamp, President Trump has become the swamp. Republicans
of the White House and the Congress are cravenly beholden to big money
interests and the American people are paying the price. From giveaways to dirty
energy polluters, our children are paying the price in the air they breathe and
the water they drink. To the giveaways of tax breaks for Wall Street and
wealthy corporations, shipping jobs overseas—our workers and the middle class
are paying the price.” You have to
wonder if she happened to miss her meds.
Anyway, she went on to say, “To giveaways to big
Pharma, raising drugs costs, where children, seniors and working families are
paying the price every day. The American people deserve better, but Republicans
are standing in the way. We want Republicans and their corrupt big donor-driven
agenda to get out of the way. It has given the American people a raw deal.
Democrats are offering a better deal for our democracy.” She continued, “To save our democracy we are
committed to empowering the American voter to demand responsive government,
protecting every citizen’s right to vote and their right to have their vote
counted as cast, safeguarding our election infrastructure and ending partisan
redistricting.”
And then she said, “Next we are strengthening
America’s ethics laws to fight the special interests, ending the revolving door
in Washington and reining in the influence the lobbyists, big money donors and
special interests who drive the Republican agenda, fixing our broken campaign
finance system to combat big money influence, wiping out the scourge of
unaccountable, secret dark money, and overturning Citizens United. Republicans’
special interests and donor-first agenda is part of their DNA but Democrats
have a people-first agenda. To put the power back in the hands of the American
people, we’re fixing our broken political system and ensuring government works
for everyone, not just the wealthy and well connected.”
Now I’m thinking that an accurate translation of
what Pelosi was rambling on about would go something like this: Put us back in
power so we can raise your taxes, regulate businesses down to the toilet paper
they buy, regulate all new gun purchases and begin a compulsory program that
requires all law-abiding citizens to surrender all of their guns, ensure all
schools remain ‘gun free zones’ and are open to all killers who happen by,
murder lots more of the unborn, throw our borders wide open, force Christians to
shut up about gay marriage and trans-genders, encourage more public schools to
simply ignore their more dangerous students, and to prosecute anyone and everyone
who is in any way connected with President Trump or his administration.
Furthermore, I think what Pelosi was ‘really’ saying
is that if we the American people are stupid enough to once again put the
Democrats in charge of Congress, it’s at the top of their ‘To Do’ list that will
be an effort to make sure that no charges are brought against anyone associated
with Barry ’O’s administration. Also
they will push to rejoin the Paris Climate Accord, they will continue to spit
on Israel while cozying up to Hamas, seek to pump more money into U.N., and work
with the now-compliant Republicans to impeach Trump. I’m thinking that that pretty accurately sums
up just what Pelosi was actually saying during her rant about what the Democrat
Party really stands for and what their agenda, should they get to control
Congress, will be.
And I thought Pelosi’s claim that it’s the Democrats
who have “a people-first agenda” was absolutely hysterical. Seriously, just who the Hell does she think
she’s kidding? It wasn’t that long ago
that the people rejected, and soundly so, the Democrat agenda and voted for
President Trump! I mean, how much
clearer can the point be made? And all
the particulars she lists are exactly the opposite of the truth! For example she asserts that Democrats are
“protecting every citizen’s right to vote and their right to have their vote
counted”! Seriously? The Democrats are focused on doing everything that
they can to dilute the citizen’s vote with immigrants and illegals! Simply calling Pelosi a liar doesn’t quite
seem to go near far enough!
And Pelosi seems to be a bit confused in that she’s
speaking of President Trump and his administration as if it was Barry ‘O’ and
his administration. I can only assume
that Pelosi, as well as most Democrats, must think that the American people are
all pretty stupid. Because with
practically each new day comes yet another revelation regarding the epic
corruption and outright sedition that took place during and just after Barry
‘O’s reign as ‘King of America.’ Yet
Trump's the problem? It would be wise
for the Democrats to stop trying to turn their side's attempted coup into being
Trump's fault. The more they justify the immense corruption within Barry's DOJ,
CIA and FBI, the more corrupt they look. There are lies and then there are
damned lies.
And so riddle me this, if President Trump truly is “the
most Corrupt President and administration in HISTORY” then why has evidence of ANY
crime having been committed not been found in over TWO YEARS of investigating? In fact all we’re really finding out is that
the people ACCUSING President Trump and his administration of being corrupt are
actually the ones who appear to be the most…corrupt. And just because Pelosi or any of these other liars
have a microphone or camera in their face does not mean that one word of what
comes out of their mouth is in any way true or even close to the truth. And it’s 99.9 percent of the time that it’s
actually NOT the truth, and the other one tenth of a percent they’ve only told
the truth by accident.
Let’s face it, it was Barry ‘O’ who ran the most
corrupt administration in American history.
After all, it was he who: spied on journalists, spied on Senators, spied
on American people, used the IRS to violate Americans rights, repeatedly violated
the Constitution, had the CIA target American citizens who politically
disagreed with him, had the FBI target American citizens who politically
disagreed with him, had the DOJ target American citizens who politically
disagreed with him, had the EPA target American citizens who politically
disagreed with him, gave $3.5 billion each month to Wall Street, and should be
tried for treason and executed shortly after being found guilty! But I’m dreaming, he’ll be permitted to walk,
if only because he’s…black.
And Pelosi makes the claim that the “Democrats are
offering a better deal for our democracy.”
Yet it’s the Democrats who are the party that: raises taxes, puts criminal
illegals ahead of American citizens, claims MS 13 gang-members are NOT animals,
claims to value human life (except for unborn humans), calls the NRA a
terrorist organization, but sees ANTIFA, BLM, Occupy Wall Street, etc. as
virtuous, says inanimate objects kill,
says the Ten Commandments and the Constitution are mere guidelines, ignores the
‘Rule of Law’, and has as its mission the impeachment of a duly elected
president. I could go on but what’s the
point. I wish them good luck running on
their “a better deal for our democracy” platform.
It’s quite astounding, really, just how determined
these Democrats are in their effort to bring down our duly elected president. Their heads are literally exploding because they
can’t seem to pin anything on President Trump that would them to move forward
in the effort to impeach him. But it’s
the Democrats who might want to be treading somewhat lightly here because it’s likely
to be very soon that the lid may blow off with indictments soon to follow, and
not for those who we’ve been led to believe are the guilty ones. Because the Democrats continue to accuse President
Trump of doing what they themselves have done and are still doing. So just sit back, get the popcorn ready, because
it’s going to be a great show and with whole new cast of characters.
