I’ve often wondered how it is that Democrat
politicians are able to so casually defend one of their own against claims they
possess the very same character traits that they routinely use in their attempts
to smear and/or slander Republicans, as well as anyone else who disagrees with
them. For instance, it was just this
past Wednesday that a Democrat congressman took to the floor of the House and, in
a speech to those House members present, proceeded to say that the next
president of the United States is a bigot, a demagogue, a liar, a sexual predator
as well as a con artist. True or not similar
things that were also said about ‘Slick Willy’ Clinton and yet he was staunchly
defended by Democrats. So who was this individual
who thought it so appropriate to say such things? Rep. Ruben Gallego, who during his little
rant from the House floor at the end of the day’s proceedings, claimed that
President-elect Donald Trump could not be treated like any other politician or
like any other Republican.
And it was then that this sleazy little shit who
went on to say, “Because he is not. Trump represents something much more
dangerous.” And then this dolt went on
to say, “While none of us want to be in this case, we have a duty to treat him
like the threat that he is – a threat to our values, a threat to our people,
and a threat to our national identity.”
Gallego noted that Trump is 70 years old, and he said it was unrealistic
to expect him to change and then proceeded to call Trump, in turn, a “sexual
predator,” “a demagogue,” “a bigot,” “a liar” and a “con artist.” I am curious about one thing though, how is
it that this hypocrite, Mr. Gallego, would choose to describe his candidate in
this most recent presidential election?
What words would he use in describing someone who exposed an untold
amount of our nation’s classified information to a yet undetermined number of
those who are clearly adversaries of this nation?
This boob, Gallego, said Trump would not be an
ordinary president. He said, “Rather
than helping him protect the country, we must protect the country from the new
president.” After further criticism of
Trump’s actions, policies, business activities, and transition-related
controversies, Gallego concluded by saying many shared the “fervent hope” that
the president-elect does not govern the same way as he has campaigned. He said, “Here in Congress, however, we
cannot afford to give him that benefit of the doubt. We must not lift a finger
to help him scam our country.” And then
he finally added, “We must instead put every effort into stopping him.” Gallego, is a former member of the Arizona
House of Representatives and was elected to the U.S. Congress in 2014. And oddly enough this guy is also supposed to
be an ex-Marine and Iraq War veteran, which likely explains how he ended up on
the House Armed Services Committee.
And then we had yet another Democrat, Rep. Mike
Quigley, who also took to the House floor and proceeded to make his claim that
Donald Trump’s policy ideas will expose “billions world-wide to loss of life”
and will “imperil the unique and fragile ecosystems that make the United States
a wonder of the world.” And it was also
from the House floor, this past Wednesday, that Quigley chose to criticize
Trump’s suggestions of pulling out of the Paris Agreement on ‘climate change’
and suggesting the creation of new coal jobs.
It was this same moron who said, “As we stand here today, representatives
from 195 nations, including our own, are meeting in Morocco to discuss how the
world will move forward to implement the historic Paris Agreement forged last
December.” And I have no doubt that this
clown is one of those who enthusiastically agrees with John Kerry-Heinz in
describing ‘climate change’ as being more of a threat to America than is
Islamic terror.
Quigley said, “Yet, in that same one-year span, the
President-Elect used his campaign for our country’s highest office to promote
policy ideas that would not only pollute the planet, but expose millions of
Americans and billions world- wide to loss of life, livelihood, and
property.” And this then genius went on
to say, “If these dangerous ideas are put into action, they will imperil the
unique and fragile ecosystems that make the United States a wonder of the
world.” Among the ideas Quigley focused
on was the suggestion of creating jobs in the coal industry. He said, “We’ve heard talk about bringing
back coal and creating new coal jobs like it is flipping a switch. The fact is,
though, that the economic decline in the coal industry and in coal communities
is driven by market forces, not government policy.” He added, “Climate change
is real, it is happening, and it is man-made. The science is settled with 97%
of climate scientists in strong, steadfast agreement.”
Such false, and patently idiotic, accusations tell
us far more about these accusers than the one whom they are now so busy
attacking. The vile comments made, and
blatant told, by these two rabid ideologues really have no place in Congress,
and they should, but probably won’t, be reprimanded for making them. Both these men are really a piece of
work. A couple of veritable crybabies
about whom I’m quite sure their constituents are very proud. They’re throwing a temper tantrum for no other
reason than because their candidate lost.
It’s behavior typical of those on the immature left, where the only
thing they know is to lash out wildly in hope they make something land. Sorry guys, but the state-controlled media
has been doing that for over a year now, with no, or very limited, success. You
won't do any better. You may, however, find yourself out a job come next election
cycle. And wouldn’t be so very fitting.
