MORE OF OBAMA’S AUDACITY OF ARROGANCE...

If you listen to Barry, who, quite honestly has got to be the most dishonest, corrupt and unethical president in our nation’s history, it doesn't take you very long to pick up on the point that he doesn’t have a very high opinion of those who do not think like he does or agree with him totally on every issue. And what becomes painfully obvious, very quickly, to even the most casual of observers is the very low opinion that he has of the American people in general. We’re considered too stupid to be able to manage the everyday occurrences in our lives, to the point where we are now considered as being totally incapable of successfully navigating through typical trials and tribulations our daily lives without an inordinate amount of help from the government. Barry seems to operate under the rather misguided perception that he can simply tell us anything that he wants and that we will then be in such awe of him and of his vast intelligence that we will simply say, “Yes Master, we hear and we shall obey.” Now while that be the case with his more devoted followers, and there are still many, it is not the case with a majority of Americans. At least I hope it's not. And he continues to take a great amount of pleasure in saying that it is not about him, but it is about him. He makes it all about him. After all, wasn't he the one whom we had all been waiting for? HE who would, through his superior intellect, unite us all and "transform" American into all that it was meant to be, that ever-elusive utopia. And millions of people bought into this touchy-feely nonsense, hook, line and sinker. And now because of their being so naïve, the rest of us have been forced into the position of watching our country be destroyed from the inside.

One little gem that provides us with some insight into Barry's rather warped way of thinking, is that three days after the U.S. Department of Labor reported that the national unemployment rate had ticked upward from 9.1 percent in May to 9.2 percent in June, Barry “Almighty” did his best to foist upon us the cockamamie notion that the loss of jobs in the public sector is further “evidence” that his $830-billion economic “stimulus” legislation worked. Ok, math was never my strong suit, sp I'm not sure how numbers like this can be used to quantify any level of success for what was such an obvious failure, but hey, I guess it all comes down to how you define "success." But I do still have to ask, what the Hell am I missing here? Does he really think that we’re going to buy into such an obvious attempt to propagandize the fact that after essentially losing 2.4 million jobs since the day he first walked into the Oval Office, and with a current unemployment rate of 9.2 percent his “stimulus” has actually worked? Personally, I would have thought that in order for him actually make such a wildly outlandish claim, the unemployment rate would have had to at least stay somewhere around 8 percent or below. I mean, isn’t that what he had actually promised? Of course, we weren't expected to hold him to that, after all, because things were just some much worse than this genius realized.

“Now, without relitigating the past, I’m absolutely convinced, and the vast majority of economists are convinced, that the steps we took in the Recovery Act saved millions of people their jobs or created a whole bunch of jobs,” Barry said at his Monday press conference. Without relitigating the past? What the Hell does that mean? And can someone please define for me exactly what qualifies as "a whole bunch of jobs," saved or otherwise? And another thing, who, exactly, is it that makes up this vast majority of economists? Are they guys like that screwball Paul Krugman from The New York Times? And if that's the case then they are most certainly on the Barry “Almighty” payroll, and being paid to make such idiotic claims. I guess we’re supposed to be willing to look past all of that nonsense and only see them as being the economic “experts” that Barry claims that they are and blindly accept their propaganda as fact. Sorry Barry, not happening! I'm sure he can find any number of "economists" floating around the hallowed halls of academia in any of our stellar institutions of "higher learning" who would be just pleased as punch to jump onboard the Barry bandwagon. But just because these supposed "experts" say it, doesn't make it so. Besides, all an expert is, is a drip under pressure. And with the proper financial motivation any of Barry's so-called experts will say whatever they're paid to say.

In trying to further his case that this "stimulus" has actually worked, Barry said, “And part of the evidence of that is as you see what happens with the Recovery Act phasing out." And, once again being completely unable to resist the temptation, he take great pains to place all of the blame for our continuing economic problems squarely on his predecessor. It was all much worse than even he thought it was. Whining like always he said, “When I came into office and budgets were hemorrhaging at the state level, part of the Recovery Act was giving states help so they wouldn’t have to lay off teachers, police officers, firefighters. As we’ve seen that federal support for states diminish, you’ve seen the biggest job losses in the public sector--teachers, police officers, firefighters losing their jobs.” Barry "Almighty" signed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act on Feb. 17 2009. His top economic adviser, Christina Romer, had reported that the act would prevent the national unemployment rate from reaching 8 percent. Initially, the Congressional Budget Office estimated the act would cost $787 Billion. CBO now estimates it cost $830 Billion. And that $830 Billion was spent on what exactly? It certainly wasn't on anything that designed specifically to keep the unemployment rate below 8 percent.

Further evidence of the contempt that Barry has regarding the perceived lack of intelligence of “We the People,” during the White House press conference yesterday, Barry tried to make the point by saying that "professional politicians" understand the debt crisis much better than "the public." Sorry, but from where I'm sitting it was the "professional politicians" who got us into this mess in the first place because of their addiction to spending other people's money, my money. Barry was responding to a question from CBS (Communist Broadcasting System) News reporter Chip Reid. “The latest CBS News poll showed that only 24 percent of Americans said that you should raise the debt limit to avoid an economic catastrophe," said Reid. "There’s still 69 percent who oppose raising the debt limit. So, is it the problem that you and others have failed to convince the American people that we have a crisis here and how are you going to change that? Barry responded in classic Barry fashion saying, “Let me distinguish between professional politicians and the public at large. You know, the public is not paying close attention to the ins and outs of how a Treasury auction goes. They shouldn’t. They’re worrying about their family, they’re worrying about their jobs. They’re worrying about their neighborhood. They have got a lot of other things on their plate. We’re paid to worry about it." Just how condescending can a person be? And what might be the cause of the public being so worried? Might that worry stem from Barry's rather socialist approach to "stimulating" the economy? A method which no matter how often it is tried never accomplishes anything other than making things much worse.

Yup, we all be just too darn stupid to understand all of that thar complicated budget stuff. We "need" all of those brilliant "professional politicians" there in Congress to take care of us and to watch out for what's in our best interest. Ya know, Barry certainly takes an awful lot for granted. Because if ever there was a time when the American people appear to be engaged and very much paying attention, at least those smart enough to see that their country is literally being forced down the tubes by our out of control "professional politicians," it's now! And to make it sound as if the future of our kids, and what's being done to it, how it is literally being destroyed right before our very eyes, is not of paramount importance to a majority of Americans, only goes to prove that this guy is very quickly proving to be much more dangerous than even I thought. For him to imply that we don't care enough about what is going on here to bother with paying even the slightest attention to the damage that's being done, is for him to assume a great deal. Now while I'm very sure he'd like it very much if we weren't paying any attention, and I'm even more sure he would much prefer that we not pay attention to what he and the Democrats are busy doing. He works very hard to keep all that he is doing well below the radar of the American people out of fear that they might realize just what it is that he's up to. We need to be very vigilant because if ever there was anyone who required us to keep a very close watch on them, it's Barry the his band of sleazy Democrats.
