This guy from Louisiana, Bill Cassidy, continues to prove that he truly is quite the piece of work. And it’s on top of everything else that he has once again chosen to make it very clear that he is certainly not a conservative, at least not by my definition. This Democrat turned RINO has once again demonstrated how it is that he never really left the Democrat Party. And I can say that with some degree of certainty because it was as recently as this past weekend that he once again allowed his inner Democrat to come shining through. And although he once again claimed to be ‘pro-life’ he most certainly is not. If anything, what he is is ‘pro-Creepy Joe.’
And so it was, just this past Sunday, during another
of his visits to ABC’s “This Week,” hosted by former Clinton hack George
‘Stephy’ Stephanopoulos, that Cassidy said that if the Texas abortion law is as
terrible as people say it is, it would be “destroyed” by the Supreme Court. Stephy started things off by asking, “This
Texas abortion ban, do you support it?” And it was in typical fashion that Cassidy
gave a non-answer/answer by saying, “I am pro-life. Let’s be clear, George, the
ruling on SCOTUS was the plaintiffs did not have standing. It had nothing to do
with the constitutionality of Roev. Wade. It was only on if the plaintiffs had
standing.” That’s not exactly true.
He said, “People are using it to gin up their base
to distract from disastrous policies in Afghanistan, maybe for fund-raising
appeals. I wish we would focus on issues as opposed to theater. It was about if
they had standing, nothing to do with constitutionality. I think we should move
on to other issues.” He added, “I think the Supreme Court will swat it away
once it comes to them in an appropriate manner. If it’s as terrible as people
say, it will be destroyed by the court. To act like it’s an assault upon Roe v.
Wade is something the president is doing to distract from his other issues.
It’s clearly not an assault. The facts are this is about standing.”
Cassidy is another of those who simply talks out of
both sides of his mouth. A Senator for hire and one always eager to serve the
left. He claims to be ‘pro-life’ and yet he seems to be rooting for the Supreme
Court to ‘destroy’ the Texas law and uphold Roe v. Wade. Remember in 2016 Donald
Trump was elected, the Republicans controlled the House and the Senate, and yet
these same ‘Republicans’ fully funded Plan Parenthood, NPR, and failed to
eliminate Obamacare. So many promises made, so many lies told and yet it’s at every
election we’re continually told it’s better to vote for ANY Republican than a
Democrat? Sadly, this this turd was just reelected 2020.
And let us not forget that it was this loser who
voted with Romney and the other RINO senators for the second impeachment,
knowing he would fail. Cassidy is a lying, cheating RINO weasel. He’s not
pro-life; he’s not pro-border; he’s nowhere to be found on election integrity
or reigning in Big Tech and he voted to impeach President Trump. In fact, the
only ‘pro-Republican’ position that Cassidy likely holds is that he is
pro-corporate tax cut narrowly tailored toward the Chamber of Commerce
businesses that donate to his campaign. Cassidy was another one if those Democrat
liberals that changed parties to get elected and who is now showing his true
colors.
Democrats, as do the vast majority of RINOs, rarely go
on those networks that tend to be more conservative. And the ‘fake news’
networks love it when ‘Republicans’ like Cassidy appear on their programs, because
it allows them the opportunity to use these people against what is supposed to
their own party. It was these RINOs whp proved to be especially useful during
the Trump presidency. And most, like Cassidy, seemed not to mind in the least
that they were aiding and abetting the enemy. This is one more example of a RINO
appearing with liberal commentator blubbering about something he clearly doesn’t understand while claiming
to be something he isn’t.
And I have no doubt that Democrat voters back these
scumbag RINOs in those Red states where they know a Democrat can’t win. Therefore,
it’s during any primary process that Republican candidates must be well vetted,
and if not sufficiently conservative they should be weeded out. Those like
Cassidy represent a serious threat to the survivability of the Republican
Party. The folks in Louisiana have some soul searching to do on behalf of the
country. I mean how is it that they can elect a very strong, bright Senator
like John Kennedy and then elect an obvious lying scumbag like Cassidy to the
Senate? Cassidy was a loser when he was in the U.S. House!
