OBAMACARE…THE NIGHTMARE CONTINUES…

Further proof now comes our way which makes it all the more clear just how much of a complete sham was the entire premise used by the Democrats regarding the claim that there was some critical ‘need’ for establishing something like Obamacare. Because even though the Affordable Care Act, aka Obamacare, required that all Americans obtain health insurance by the beginning of this year or else pay a penalty, a new Gallup survey reveals that over 13% of Americans are still not uninsured.

According to Gallup’s recent survey on the matter, it was found that in Texas 24% of the people still do not have health insurance. In its telephone survey conducted Jan. 2-June 30, 2014, Gallup asked: "Do you have health insurance?" While the percentage of people who are uninsured has apparently declined on a national level, having gone from from 17.3% in 2013 to 13.4% in the second quarter of 2014, according to Gallup there are still many Americans who answered "no," they do not have coverage.

According to Gallup, it was also Texas that had the highest percentage of uninsured at 24. And that was down only slightly from 27% since the individual mandate first went into effect on Jan. 1. In Mississippi, there were 20.6% who said they were uninsured, while it was in Georgia that number was 20.2% who said they had no health insurance. Other states in which there was a high percentage of people who told Gallup they did not have health insurance included:

Florida, 18.9%
Louisiana, 18.4%
Montana, 17.9%
Kansas, 17.6%
Oklahoma, 17.5%
Arizona, 17.2%
South Carolina, 16.8%
North Carolina, 16.7%
Idaho, 16.6%
California, 16.3%
Alaska, 16.2%
Nevada, 16.0%

In Illinois, Barry "Almighty’s" home state, 12.3% of the people do not have health insurance. Under Obamacare, nearly all Americans were required, as of Jan. 1, 2014, to have either kept their existing health insurance, obtained new coverage, received an exemption, or paid a fine every month they did not carry coverage. For those who purchased new coverage, the law says it must have started no later than May 1, 2014. And yet, we still have people who are without healthcare coverage.

Let’s be clear here about something. Getting everyone healthcare coverage and reducing the cost of healthcare in general was not the motivating factor for Democrats to first dream this thing up so they could then pass it essentially in the dark of night using every bit of political trickery in order to do so. The sole motivation behind the creating of this nightmare in the first place was for the Democrats to come up with some way that would provide to them a better means of control for more of the population.

This is another one of those things that confuses me about why a majority of Americans still view the Democrats more favorably than they do Republicans. I mean it’s not the Republicans who are trying to control every aspect of our lives, our utility bills are not now three times higher than they once were because of some Republican war on fossil fuels and more people aren’t now out of work because of some Republican drive to get more people hooked on the government. ALL those issues can be traced right back to the Democrats.
