I HAVE TO ADMIT, THIS OBAMA AD HAS ME CONFUSED...

Now I know Barry is supposed to be a Hell of a lot smarter than us little people.  And maybe I'm just flat out missing the message here.  But in ad you can hear Barry say exactly what Romney says he said.  Is it me?  I'm just not sure what point Barry is trying to make here.  Now I suppose these whiny-assed bastards can complain about context, but what they can't complain about is the fact that Barry said what Romney said he said.
