SOCIALISM AND VENEZUELA, THE CANARY IN THE COAL MINE…

Now you would think that with all the time, effort and enthusiasm that our potential Democrat presidential hopefuls are now expending on selling us all on the wonders of Socialism it would be, without a doubt, the greatest thing since slice bread.  But to believe such a thing is to ignore decades of undeniable proof that it is anything but.  And for those unwilling, or too lazy, to look back in history, it is Venezuela that is now showing us the consequences of Socialism in what is essentially real time.

Venezuela is in the dark, quite literally in the dark, and has now spent over a week with no power, and it is being reported that even in small pockets, if the power does come back on, it isn't long before it is cut off again.  There are also other reports that show there is already widespread looting as families scavenge for food to feed their children. According to the BBC at least 17 people have died during the week since the blackout began.  Welcome to yet another example of socialism's end game.

Throughout history we have seen this same scenario play out time and time again, leading to millions upon millions of deaths, and as Democrats here in America push for socialist and communist policies, Venezuela is an in-your-face look into our own future should we allow them to convince us to trust them.  Socialism always sounds so appealing to those who are rather naïve and it’s not until one is in freefall after being nudged off the cliff that one realizes, in pretty short order, the error of their ways.

The downfall of Venezuela began back in 2007 when Hugo Chavez, hero of Sean Penn, Michael Moore and any number of other Hollyweird leftwing luminaries, started down the road to socialism by nationalizing Venezuela's oil industry to fund government welfare programs, and from there everything proceeded downhill and has continued to do so at an ever accelerated rate of speed.  In the process Chavez took his country from being the wealthiest, most stable democracy in South America to what it is today.

That was essentially the beginning of the end, and it was in one paragraph from a BBC story that says it all for how it ends:  Without internet, mobile phones, banks, credit-card machines, electric cookers or air-conditioning, ordinary life is bordering on the unbearable for many people, especially in low income communities.  And it was just days ago that Senator Marco Rubio also warned that Venezuela is now headed into “unprecedented catastrophe,” as the nation continues its rapid collapse.

I think we’re all pretty well aware of how it is that our communist ‘educators’ have long been brainwashing our children regarding all of the supposed benefits that living  under socialism provides, to the point where now nearly 50 percent of Millennials and Generation Z, want to live in a socialist country.  Not that they want to move to one, what they prefer is for America to become one.  So for anyone who might think this is just a phase the Democrat Party is now going through, it most definitely is not.   

Today’s Democrat Party most certainly is not the Democrat Party of our parents’ day, since today it seems very determined in its effort to force upon us those socialist policies that will only cause America to suffer the same fate as have all other socialist nations, with a total collapse and death counts in the millions. The devastating history and death toll of communism and socialism is being ignored by today's Democrats/Socialists, downplayed with tropes like “They just didn't do it right.”

And as I mentioned earlier, when looking at the devastation and abject human misery brought about by the supposed ‘benefits’ of living under Socialism, we don't need to look at history because we have as America's present day canary in the coal mine, Venezuela. And it’s become obvious that that canary is dead.  Americans should heed those who successfully escaped the ‘mine,’ and who are warning us how, “Venezuela was my home, and socialism destroyed it. Slowly, it will destroy America, too.”

Americans MUST either learn the lesson that Venezuela should now be teaching all of us, or prepare for the day when our lights go out, and when we no longer have access to food and water, or even things like banks and ATMs, because there are a number of events that can flip the switch and leave us all living in the dark with no end in sight.  And for all of those who still insist Venezuela isn't really as bad off as has been reported, take off the blinders, please, and wake up.  Socialism is a fool’s dream.

There is no shortage of socialist candidates running for president in the Democrat Party.  This despite the fact that day after day we hear more bad news about how the many socialist enclaves that we have right here at home, and all across our country, that have promoted, for decades, socialist policies on a consistent basis, and are now facing bankruptcy, because those policies were doomed to fail from the very moment they were dreamt up.  Socialism guarantees nothing but poverty and misery. 

The bottom line here is really a relatively simple one, so much so, that even your basic Democrat voter should be able to understand it, not that they will of course.  The canary, which in this case is Venezuela, can now safely be declared dead.  And it should now serve as being the perfect warning that we Americans should run just as fast and just as far as we can away from socialism, and from those who are now working so hard to convince us of the benefits Socialism bestows.  They are LYING! 

THE REAL ‘CANCER’ ON THIS COUNTRY IS THE DEMOCRAT PARTY…

There have been many analogies made when discussing President Trump and his fitness to hold his current office.  But the one most recently used by a Democrat member of the House, Steve Cohen, demonstrated a certain lack of sensitivity.  Anyone who has ever had a friend or relative diagnosed with Cancer is very familiar with just how devastating of a disease it is.  So I can only assume that Cohen, who recently described the president as being a cancer on our country, has never found himself in such a situation.  And any similarities between the effects this disease has on the human body and the effects presidential policies have on the country were much closer during the eight years that preceded President Trump’s election.  And it goes without saying that had Hiterly won those effects would have only worsened.

This past Sunday during an interview on MSNBC’s “Live,” Cohen made his idiotic analogy when he described the president as being a “cancer on the country.”  Cohen said, “Trump is a con man. Michael Cohen said he is a con man, a liar, and a racist. He is a con man. He is a liar, and he is a racist. He has lied about everything that goes down. He continues to lie. That’s why he’s attacked this Mueller investigation, the Justice Department, the FBI, judges that didn’t rule in his manner and way in the Trump University lawsuit. The man is a walking lie.”  Democrats have a real penchant for calling the president a liar yet are never actually able to point out exactly what it is that he has lied about.  It was President Trump’s predecessor who lied on what eventually came to be a daily basis.  Where was Mr. Cohen then, I wonder?

Cohen said, “My constituents would want him impeached. I have a largely African American district, and that is probably the demographic group that most sees Trump for what he is—that is a liar who is insensitive to people of need. Overall I think it’s not nearly as strong as it is in my district.”  He said, “We look at polls and public reception. The big thing is look at how Republicans in the Senate are responding. As long as they continue to be acolytes and following lemmings of the cliff, we will not be able to get a conviction and impeachment. We can’t get an impeachment through the Senate. If we don’t do that, it’s an action that has merit because it will bring out a lot of the truth about what this president has done for his personal interest and what he has done to sacrifice our national interest and the rule of law.”

And he continued, saying, “We will not get a conviction. It might set some people to feel the Trump base will come out stronger politically. It is a tight rope because of the politics of it. The Republicans seem to always talk about the thoughts that Democrats want impeachment, which makes me think they think it will also help them politically. The biggest result in all of this is to get rid of this cancer on the country. Nixon was a cancer on the presidency. Trump is a cancer on the country.”  He added, “This is the most corrupt presidency in the history of the United States of America.” I’m thinking that this guy must have President Trump confused with the last guy who was in the White House, a fella who was a member of Mr. Cohen’s own party by the name of Barack Hussein Obama, who actually WAS corrupt.

Personally, I would just like to point out that the effects President Trump, at least up to this point, has had on the country are the complete opposite of someone who could even remotely be described as being “a cancer on the country.”  We have the lowest unemployment rate in years, the lowest unemployment EVER for Blacks and Hispanics and more people working than at any time in U.S. history.  Also he has lowered taxes and implemented massive reductions in government regulations.  Yes, President Trump most certainly is a cancer on the country.  Perhaps Mr. Cohen thinks we need more people unemployed, an almost zero GDP, more people on food stamps, higher taxes, less prison reform and less of everything else that President Trump has done. The thought of where we'd be if Hitlery had been elected is what’s truly cancerous.

Democrats seem to be trying to see just who it is that can be seen as the most outrageous. I really couldn’t care less about what scumbag Democrats think; they are the enemy of the United States.  And to be honest, the ONLY cancer that was allowed to grow and mutate was the weaponization of our Federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies by the former administration.  Now those involved in the attempted coup and cover up need to be prosecuted for lying and misusing their positions to frame a sitting U.S. President.  Until the public begins seeing indictments they will continue to call into question whether ‘equal justice under the law’ still exists.  If you love your country then the only way to rid our government of this cancer is, the rule of law. Begin by demanding justice from your elected officials.

Out of the mouth of another Democrat comes yet another example of them telling us exactly who and what they really are.  Democrats know they can't impeach the president, his approval ratings now range between 46 and 54%.  He’s popular even with minorities.  The only chance the Democrats have in 2020 is to keep harping on just how bad President Trump is for the country, and hoping that people won’t be in any hurry to see if that’s actually true.  But I continue to doubt that their ploy will work because the economy remains good and people who want jobs, have jobs.  So every day Democrats and their many allies in the ‘fake news’ media will be out there bashing him, while the committees in the House will have hearing after hearing doing their best to wear us down, discouraging us all in their effort to separate us from him.

And imagine if such accusations had been made against President Trump’s predecessor? Anyone making such an accusation would have most assuredly been called out as a racist.  And even though we chose to debate that man on his policies, policies the sole purpose of which was to destroy the very fabric of America, we were still called racists. We were not shy about calling him out on what were blatant lies, nor when it came to those policies that were designed to restrict our freedom.  Granted, we made clear that we viewed him as being a Socialist who attempted to fundamentally transform America. So now because we have a president who loves America, and who has no desire whatsoever to “fundamentally transform” it, all the Democrats can do is to call him, as well as those who support him, names.

In spite of Mr. Cohan’s idiotic accusations made against President Trump, it’s the Democrats, and their drive toward Socialism, who represent the true cancer on this country.  And it was with the elections of Barack Hussein Obama that that cancer can be said to have metastasized into what since then has become, on the part of the Democrat Party, an even more dedicated effort to advance that which is nothing less than a Socialist agenda.  And it is an agenda that is not only anti-white, anti-male, anti-Christian and an anti-Semitic, but is also an agenda that is very much anti-American in nature that is now being very aggressively promoted by those like Mr. Cohen within the Democrat Party.  And it has become a very prominent plank of the party’s platform supported by all Democrat candidates as we head toward 2020.

Because of their drive toward Socialism, there is no better analogy for the Democrat Party than comparing it to Cancer.  Look at every single country where Socialism has ever been attempted, and look at the destruction, devastation and poverty that was created. And there is no better example than Venezuela.  This is what the Democrat Party has long been trying to foist onto the American people going all the way back to the days of Woodrow Wilson.  In the past the Democrats have always been a bit more clandestine when it came to what they were really up to, but with the arrival of Barry ‘O’ onto the scene they became much more willing to operate out in the full light of day.  To the point where today every Democrat candidate now running for president in 2020 is actively promoting what is really nothing less than a Socialist agenda.

'DEMOCRATS' BETTING THEY CAN SELL SOCIALISM???

As the list of potential ‘Democrat’ presidential contenders continues to grow, I’m having an increasingly difficult time understanding why any reasonably intelligent person would ever take any of them seriously.  I mean all of the rather insidious rhetoric we continue to hear from them would seem, to me, to be disqualifying for anyone seeking the highest office in the land.  And yet, apparently such is not the case, which gives us great insight regarding the current state of the Democrat Party.

All of those now in the running for the Democrat nomination have made quite clear the agenda they would pursue should we have the misfortune of having any one of them succeed in their endeavor to defeat President Trump.  And it’s an agenda that has much less to do with making America better for all than it does with achieving for the Democrat Party a level of political power that would make it extremely difficult to displace them, which is exactly what they are hoping to accomplish.

And how is it that any of the issues which the Democrats choose to support would come to have a positive impact on the lives of average Americans.  Things like bogus ‘climate change’, massive gun control, men being able to use the ladies room and wide open borders.  Or even Medicare for all that would result in nothing more than worse health care for all and that would be strictly controlled by the government.  How are any of those things a good idea?  And who, exactly, do they benefit?

And so, it should be coming painfully obvious to all that the forces of darkness are on the move, and on a mission to accomplish nothing less than the destruction of America.  And so it is then that each new election becomes more crucial than the one that came before it.  I simply do not understand how it is that any sane individual could even consider EVER voting for any of these people after hearing what it is that they all seem to stand for.  For crying out loud, think of your children!!!

These forces are in fact mobilizing, pulling out all the stops in what is, if allowed to continue, their continuing mission to “fundamentally transform” America, and it will not bode well for those who will come after us.  The pure nonsense that we hear coming from these ‘Democrat’ candidates should cause every rational person to stop and consider what it is that is actually being said.  None of these people should EVER be allowed anywhere any position of power, least of all the ‘presidency!’  

For instance, it was on Thursday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “All In,” that self-described Socialist Bernie Sanders, 2020 Democrat presidential candidate, stated that “we have come a long way, I think, in transforming the Democratic Party and making it into a more progressive party.”  And the fact that he somehow sees this as being a good thing should be seen as a red flag, because the Democrat Party, as a whole, has now been moved so far to the left as to make it totally unrecognizable to older folks.    

Sanders also said, “I’m proud that we changed the political discourse in this country, that ideas that today are widely accepted, are part of the mainstream, are being supported by many Democratic candidates, if you will recall, three years ago, these ideas [were] considered to be radical and extreme and fringe ideas. So, we have come a long way, I think, in transforming the Democratic Party and making it into a more progressive party.”  That he is proud of what he’s done, tells us everything.

Bernie added, “[M]any of the major issues that I have been talking about for years are now widely supported by the American people.”  Well now, that might be a bit of a stretch.  Because I would argue that while it may be a majority of Democrats who support those issues of which Bernie speaks, it is not a majority of the American people who support many of them, and definitely not in the manner which Bernie, and many of his fellow leftists, is calling for them to be supported.      

Bernie stated that if he becomes president, we must “move rapidly” in addressing issues, especially if “the disaster of Trump” ends up lasting four years.  He said that if he is elected, “there’s going to be a sense of urgency. We are not going to do things the same old way. We have major crises in this country, and especially after four years of the disaster — of what will be the disaster of Trump, if he lasts four years, we’re going to have to move rapidly in addressing issue after issue after issue.”

But Bernie is far from being the only perspective candidate who can be labeled as being a Socialist.  But he is the one who is the most upfront about what he is.  But I can’t help but wonder what exactly “the disaster of Trump” might be that he makes reference to?  Is the disaster the uptick in our economy?  Or might the disaster be the renegotiated trade deals that place more priority on fairness and our interests?  Or is the drop in our overall unemployment the disaster to Bernie makes reference to?

Or might “the disaster of Trump” be the fact that we now have the lowest minority unemployment numbers in history, or would it be the millions who are now off of food stamps because they have good jobs defending our border against invasion, or could “the disaster of Trump” be how we are now creating a more business friendly environment or reducing regulations that harm business development?  Are these all of the things that have Bernie’s, and his socialist friend’s diapers in such a twist?

The term “progressive” comes from the debate the Communist Party in America had when trying to determine how best to work toward a complete takeover of this country.  One side wanted a Cuba like violent revolution while the other side wanted a slower, less obvious way of taking over America. They were (and are) called "progressives" because of their goal is to progressively add Socialist ideology and policies to America until this country becomes just another Communist state.

The left loves to dehumanize and belittle and diminish in order to puff themselves up and make themselves feel superior and potent.  By using a word like "disaster" to describe all of Trump's successes, the ‘Democrats hope to justify their insane and archaic ideology as being the ‘solution’ to ‘fix’ the nonexistent ‘disaster’ that they now claim exists because of President Trump.  According to Bernie, and his fellow Socialists, it would seem that one man’s successes are another man’s disaster. 

Democrats motivate by fear-mongering, class warfare, virtue signaling and mass victimization.   None of these leftists from Bernie, to Warren to Harris or Booker, not one of them, has ever had to work for a living.  They have been pampered for their entire lives. God help us if any one of these leftwing nuts becomes our president. The young kids today know absolutely nothing about Socialism or Communism. They think it’s great that everyone gets a trophy and everyone shares the wealth.

In all of human history nothing has been progressive when compared to Christianity, the Declaration, the American Revolution, the ensuing Constitution and its Bill of Rights.  Why?  Because the whole point of America was to culminate all of the progress humans have made into a nation built on philosophical and moral principles. If the platform isn't Americanism then it's just the same old centrally planned tyranny. If it's not about defending liberty then it becomes about pushing tyranny.

Socialism/Communism is unworkable in the real world because such schemes ignore human nature while at the same time it ignoring economic reality. Elites always believe that somehow they will be smart enough to get it to work, regardless of the fact that it always fails.  Make no mistake here, the current plan is to overwhelm and collapse an already successful capitalist economy where the bureaucracy and infrastructure are already in place and replace it with a socialist government.

WHAT? THERE’S ‘NO’ SOCIALISTS RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT IN THE DEMOCRAT PARTY…WHO KNEW???

Let me start by saying that to ignore the very obvious appearance that the Democrat Party has now moved pretty significantly, and dare I say very sharply, to the left, to where we now have a majority of Democrats who are now openly advocating positions that are very clearly socialist in nature would, in fact, require a willing suspension of disbelief.  And to deny such a thing, or to assume that most Americans are simply too stupid to recognize what is taking place right before their eyes, is disingenuous to say the least, and makes quite clear just how dishonest Democrats have become.

But that didn’t appear to keep Rep. David Cicilline, Democrat from Rhode Island, from appearing at ‘fake news’ headquarters, the Communist News Network (CNN), this past Wednesday, to rather strenuously deny any and all claims that his Democrat Party is lurching toward Socialism in the wake of Bernie Sanders entering the 2020 race for the Democrat nomination.  I will admit that in a sense he’s right, because his Democrat Party began steadily moving sharply to the left with the election of Barry ‘O’ back in 2008. And it has only picked up considerable speed since that time.

And it was the host of “CNN Newsroom,” Poppy Harlow, who asked Cicilline if he believes the Democrat Party is moving toward socialism.  Cicilline responded saying, “I think all of the announced Democratic candidates for president are capitalists.”  And he then went on to say, “We don’t have socialist candidates running for president in the Democratic Party.”  In making such a statement, I suppose one could argue that Cicilline was technically correct, other than Sander there are no ‘socialist’ running for the Democrat nomination.  But they are all running on what are socialist positions.

Cicilline continued, “I don’t see any movement in the Democratic party towards socialism at all. I know the president is making that argument. I think it’s a silly one. I think he thinks it’s politically advantageous, but there’s just no evidence to support it.” Cicilline then noted Sanders is not a member of the Democrat Party.  And he said, “I wouldn’t attribute too much significance to how he self-identifies.”  To say that Bernie is not a member of the Democrat Part is really little more than an issue of semantics.  Because he IS a Democrat in every way except what he calls himself.

Right, so these aren’t the droids you’re looking for, says the shyster, Cicilline, to the ‘fake news’ media and the not-so-bright Democrat base.  And granted, state run healthcare, the Green New Deal, open borders, no requirement that one PROVE they are a citizen to vote, free college education and forgiveness of current student debt are not straight party line Socialist views, on that we can agree. But they most certainly are not ideas that stem from a belief in free market capitalism either.  Call it what you will but it’s a Hell of a lot closer to State control then I ever want to get. 

And to tell you the truth, I’ve grown pretty tired of all the nonstop denials coming from these Democrats, and of all their claims of: ‘voter fraud is a myth,’ ‘there is no border crisis,’ ‘Trump is Hitler,’ we’re not socialists,’ and on and on and on.  The left thinks the facts are whatever they say they are, and they never back up their claims with evidence and usually only slander those who dare to disagree with their idiotic claims or false narratives.  They are little more than spoiled brats with incredibly low IQs, no valid education and a severe allergy to reality; it's just that simple.

Personally, I think of it more as an attempt to ‘rebrand’ the party as a way to repair ‘brand erosion.’  After all, you don't name a ship the Titanic, or a car the Edsel, because those brands are in some way tainted.  Similarly, Communists eventually were able to figure out that they had become as popular as pedophiles, thanks to folks like Stalin, Khrushchev, Mao, Castro, etc., so they started calling themselves ‘Socialists,’ until they eroded that brand, then they were ‘Liberals’ and now have settled on ‘Progressives.’  But the bottom line is, they’re all still Communists.

It makes you wonder what color the sky is in, this idiot, Cicilline’s world.  The Democrat Party has been on a very steady push towards the hard left ever since the '60s, with the extreme swing towards Socialism coming under Barry ‘O’.  He is the ultimate disciple of Saul Alinsky, made more dangerous with a race-baiting twist.  Now with the recent advent of several out-of- the-closet Socialists, they represent a much younger generation of children brainwashed into believing this nonsense.  At its heart is the legalized theft of anything of value or production in our society.

It was in the early 1900's that ‘progressive’ was one of the main descriptors for those in the Socialist party. That term went underground for a number of years until the Democrats revived it and started using it, figuring most people wouldn't remember the rather nasty connotations that went along with it.  As far as I know, every single elected official on the left is proud to be called Progressive, aka Socialist, and their platform absolutely accords with Marxist goals.  And where Democrats were once more covert in what they were up to, today they operate much more out in the open.

And the worst part of it all is the fact that Cicilline was actually able to make such a claim with a straight face!  The strange thing is that today’s Democrats really do see themselves as being centrists. Yet they push free college, free medical, free daycare, free whatever, all paid for by confiscatory taxes from successful business people by dictate and fiat. Sounds like socialism to me. And people who believe in Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness are said to be the ‘extreme’ right.  Especially if they are white, Christian cisgender married with children and employed males. 

Of course most of these candidates are themselves capitalist as always with politicians pushing socialist ideology. They do not want it for themselves or intend to be a part of any the policies they will push on the nation. They have no intention of giving any of their wealth away and you can bet their wealth grows at a far greater rate than their government salaries. The policies coming from these people are socialist ideas, that is not debatable and many Democrats are in no way shying away from it.  And that will become all the more apparent as the campaign wears on.

ANDREW GILLUM PLAYS A DEMOCRAT ON TV, JUST NOT ON THE CAMPAIGN TRAIL…

The newly minted Democrat nominee for Florida governor seems to take exception to being called a ‘Socialist’ despite running on what is very obviously a Socialist platform and after receiving the very enthusiastic endorsement of that self-described Socialist, Bernie Sanders.  Wednesday on MSNBC’s “MTP Daily,” Tallahassee Mayor and Florida Democrat gubernatorial nominee Andrew Gillum told Chuckie Todd that President Trump was “creating fairy tales” when he calls him a socialist.

A partial transcript as follows:

Chuckie: President Trump, and I think Ron DeSantis, said the s-word when talking about your ideology or your stances—socialist. I think he used the word socialist today on Twitter. What do you make of the label? Do you accept it? Do you see it as an attack? What do you make of this socialist label that’s going to be ascribed to you a lot by your political opponents?

Gillum; Yeah, well, it shouldn’t surprise you. It doesn’t surprise me that the president is again creating fairy tales on his Twitter feed.

Chuckie: You do not ascribe to being a socialist?

Gillum: No, I’m a Democrat. I ran as a Democrat, I am a Democrat. The values that I hold are consistent with the values of the Democratic Party. In fact, I think they are the values shared by the majority of Floridians. What they don’t know, overwhelmingly, what voters don’t know too often in these elections is where we stand on those positions. I have been unapologetic in my beliefs. I have gone out and whether I’m in red areas or blue areas or purple areas of this state, I have said the same thing. My grandmother put it this way. When you tell the truth all time, you don’t have to worry about covering up for lies. So I’ve tried to be consistent every single place I’ve gone and I think that’s why we made it through this Democratic primary.

So while this guy Gillum tried to sell himself as a Democrat during this little exchange with Chuckie Todd, but that most certainly is not what he’s been selling himself as on the campaign trail.  He claims that the values of a majority of Floridians line up rather well with the values of the Democrat Party.  And yet he advocates for the giving away of all manner of ‘free’ stuff, the abolishing of ICE, and the impeaching of our president to name but a few.  Are these the values of most Floridians? 

Look, I don’t think there is any doubt that the Democrat Party is moving ever closer to socialism, to the point where I doubt they can stop it.  If we grant them any level of power then what they have in store for us will be a horror story regardless what they call it.  What they, have in mind for us has virtually no chance of achieving success because it has, quite literally, failed every time and everywhere it has ever been tried.  And yet it’s something they continue to try to sell.

Communism has slowly infiltrated America over the past 50 years. Their objectives and methods are patient and focused. We are the frogs in the pot of boiling water. Little by little, our standards and morals and traditions have been attacked and ridiculed and we have allowed it. We are now faced with perhaps the most important decision of our lives, America’s Founding Principles versus Democrat Socialism.  And just like in Florida the choices could not be more stark.

When a Democrat candidate or politician says one thing, it is only to brainwash their ignorant followers. When they profess patriotism and love for America, their thoughts and actions are the exact opposite. They cannot be trusted nor believed and at this point, anyone who cannot admit President Trump is working hard for America and legal Americans, achieving successes that strengthen the economy for everyone and promote security and safety for everyone, cannot be trusted or believed as well.

Gillum is the mayor of Tallahassee, perhaps the most corrupt city in all of Florida. Crime has been described as rampant with Tallahassee being called the crime capital of Florida. Gillum has been labeled an absentee mayor by many who reside there, with many city commissioners under FBI investigation for so many crimes that for many it’s an embarrassment to live here.  Gillum IS a socialist who believes in open borders, free healthcare and education and in making Florida a sanctuary state.

For Gillum to say that he’s not a Socialist, he’s a Democrat, is like a prostitute saying that she (he) isn't a prostitute, she (he) is a sex worker.  There is virtually no difference between Democratic or Fabian Socialism, National Socialism, and Communism. Each instance places vast amounts of power in a centralized state apparatus and in the hands of imperfect human beings. There has never been a case where Socialism has not degenerated into some perverse form of absolute tyranny.

Boys able to call themselves girls, people calling McCain a patriot, Communists calling themselves Democrats, it’s become a “crazy-upside down-anything goes” kind of world.  But that’s exactly what those on the left want and even need.  But as long as you and I hold onto a clear image in our minds of what is right and wrong and what is disgusting and despicable within the bounds of propriety, then they will be unable to manipulate as easily as they wish to do. 

If Florida makes this guy governor, then Florida is screwed.  He has said nothing that will help the State, nor the country, move forward. He IS a Socialist first and a Democrat second.  He is loyal only to his party, and will do nothing to serve Floridians.  Wake-up, Florida, this Socialist/Democrat is going to lead you straight into bankruptcy, taking your Second Amendment rights along the way.  While making sure he lines his pockets with the funding from those who got him there.

He ran as an unapologetic Socialist, and without tons of money from leftist billionaires George Soros and Tom Steyer he would have most assuredly lost.  So, now his handlers have to figure out some way for him to appeal to the two-thirds of Democrats who DID NOT vote for him.  Hence, “Noooo, I'm not a socialist, I'm a Democrat” claim.  Personally, I wouldn't trust this guy any more than I trusted Barry ‘O’, which is to say no further than I could spit.

His IS a Socialist!  He’s for open borders and allowing everyone to come here from everywhere and giving free college, free housing, free food, guaranteed jobs and income for all and free abortions!  He’s for terminating the Second Amendment!  Eviscerating the Bill of Rights! Establishing the National Health Service with single payer health care and death panels! And abolishing profit, prisons, cash bail, and borders!  And he supports the redistribution of wealth!

And finally, if he truly does believe that the values possessed by a majority of Floridians are consistent with those of the Democrat Party, then I’m not sure who it is that he’s been talking to.  And he can make the claim that he’s no Socialist until the cows come home but you’d have to be blind not to see that that is exactly what he is!  And as I said earlier, if Floridians elect Gillum as their next governor, then Florida will be screwed.  Voters must see him for what he is, a threat against freedom.

JUST IN CASE YOU WERE WONDERING HOW IGNORANT DEMOCRATS TRULY ARE…

There is absolutely nothing that makes more clear just how completely ignorant Democrats have become than the results of a recent Gallup poll that shows a majority of them now have a more positive view of Socialism than they do of Capitalism.  And I say ignorant only because you don’t have to be a genius to know that socialism, as an economic and political theory, has failed everywhere it’s ever been tried.  The most recent example is Venezuela.  But we have any number of examples right here at home in a number of our major cities.  Cities that have been run by Democrats for decades and who have succeeded only in running their cities into the ground.  

Fifty-seven percent of Democrats now view socialism favorably, while just 47 percent have a positive view of capitalism, according to Gallup. In contrast, 71 percent of Republicans have a positive view of capitalism, while just 16 percent viewed socialism favorably.  Monday’s poll was “the first time in Gallup’s measurement over the past decade that Democrats viewed socialism more favorably than capitalism,” the polling firm noted. The landmark poll comes as socialists are ascendant in the Democrat Party.  And at least two members of the Democratic Socialists of America — a radical group rife with Marxists — could now be headed to Congress.

In 2010, it was 53 percent of Democrats who had a positive view of socialism. That bumped up to 57% in 2018.  But 53% of those Democrats also had a positive view of capitalism in 2010, and that number dropped to just 47% in 2018.  Perhaps most telling, the sharpest drop in Democrat support for capitalism is recent.  In 2016, Capitalism was viewed positively by 56% of those leaning Democrat.  In 2018, that number dropped to 47%. That is a drop of 9% of Democrats who view capitalism positively in just the last two years.  It should come as no surprise that among Republicans capitalism was viewed positively by 72% in 2010 and 71% in 2018.

Those who are Liberalism’s most devout practitioners are always very adamant when it comes to their denials that free enterprise has led to an unprecedented explosion of wealth, individual liberty and creativity.  It has been overwhelmingly successful, while socialism has been, and continues to be, little more than an abject failure that is successful at creating only two things, misery and poverty.  Whether in Venezuela, North Korea, USSR, Maoist China, Albania, East Germany, Nazi Germany, Fascist Italy, Cuba, Argentina or nearly any big  city here in America, Socialism has been shown to be an unmitigated disaster.  And yet we have those committed to this failed system. 

And am I to assume that a majority of those in today’s Democrat Party would now be quite content to relinquish 90% of their earnings to the government and, in return, trust that the same government that can’t even deliver the mail reliably can be trusted to adequately provide for all their basic necessities?  What if it determined that even though they worked harder and earned more, and their neighbor worked only part time that they were to be entitled to the exact same government benefits?  Would they feel cheated? Would they be tempted to not work as hard?  Their neighbor sees no need to work harder since he’s already getting what he needs.

What people keep insisting upon doing is to attempt to conflate “social programs” with socialism.  They point to numerous European countries which have more generous social programs than we do here in America and say THAT is a socialist democracy when it is no such thing. They are ALL capitalist countries plain and simple.  Socialism has no leadership structure since everything is ‘owned and controlled’ by the people - and THAT is why it fails every single time. Without leadership society either collapses or someone TAKES power. But of course there will always be those who distort the clear and unequivocal evidence of history.

We’re constantly being told by its many true believers that Socialism has never actually failed, the reason being that it simply has yet to be properly executed.  They say, “It has only failed because of inefficiency and corruption!”  But they remain too ignorant to understand that that's the very definition of Socialism.  It's an inefficient and corrupt way in which to operate a government.  Most Democrats think socialism simply means ‘free’ stuff without considering that in the end someone is going to pay for it, the impact on the quality of it, what their level of access to it would be, and the long term viability of the system which provides it.

Capitalism is fraught with failure, that’s for sure.  But it’s because of Capitalism that 320 million independent minds are able to make choices for themselves.  And while many may fail, most will learn from those failures with the net result being that everyone's lives improve.  In Socialism, it’s only a few elites who are charged with making choices for millions and their decisions fail every single time.   And they never learn from these failures, they simply double down on failed policies by forcing them onto those who don't want them. There is no one size fits all without giving up freedom and prosperity.  And still we have those who advocate this twisted system.

Democrats ARE Socialists. They've had to remain in the closet for decades because American school kids were taught from first grade that socialism and communism were not only inferior to capitalism, but they were inherently evil. However, Marxists have since taken over public schools and, much like in Orwell's book 1984, they have redefined what is good and what is evil, turning those definitions on their heads. As a result, old socialists like Bernie Sanders have been joined by millions of empty headed younger folks who have been indoctrinated with this crap. Now the closet door has been kicked open and I believe that America has some very dark days ahead.

And finally, a word of warning.  Republican's had better get off their butts and out to the polls this November.  Our Nation is under attack by the left and make no mistake, this is a war, if we don't fight to retain control of the House and Senate, our borders will be opened, Illegals will be given asylum and the right to vote, our tax cuts will be reversed and our taxes will go through the roof, President Trump will be impeached and we all go right back to losing, is that what we all really wants???  I'm hearing from those in the media that the Democrats are energized, they are once again saying it will be a Blue-Wave in November, THAT WE CANNOT ALLOW TO HAPPEN.

FILE THIS ONE UNDER: WE CAN’T UNDERSTAND WHY BERNIE LOST…

Now just in case there is anyone still wondering how it is that Bernie Sanders, that self-professed Socialist from Vermont, came to lose to Hitlery in the Democrat primary it was in a recent interview on the Communist News Network (CNN) that he shed a little light onto why that likely came about.  You see, it was during a recent interview with faux journalist and that purveyor of fake news, CNN’s Wolf Blitzer, that old Bernie took the opportunity to rail against President Trump.  And in so doing Bernie said that Trump's decision, via his recent executive order, to prioritize jobs over climate change is "a nonsensical and stupid and dangerous approach."  What?

Blitzer reminded Sanders that Trump's order is intended to "curb the federal government's enforcement of climate regulations by putting American jobs above addressing climate change."  To which Bernie responded by saying, "Wolf, that is such a nonsensical, and stupid, and dangerous approach. It's almost indescribable.”  Bernie went on to claim, "Look, the scientific community is virtually unanimous. While Trump and his friends think climate change is a hoax, what the scientists are telling us it is real, it is caused by human activity..It is already causing devastating problems."  Sorry Bernie, but I hate to be the one to tell you that you’re wrong again, and all points.

This goes was beyond Bernie merely being wrong, the truth is he thinks you’re stupid.  And frankly I’m getting sick and tired of hearing about this silly nonsense called ‘global warming’ or ‘climate change’, THERE IS NO SUCH THING. The climate is not going to matter a hill of beans if the country is in a great depression and everyone is dying of starvation. Yes, we should work to take care of the environment, but jobs should come first, and in addition if you push this nonsense then make other countries like China, India, and a few others step up to the plate with the same restrictions, which they don't do, why because they want their economies to be thriving.

So face it Bernie, we the reasonably intelligent people still left are going to fight you and your rabidly left wing colleagues every single step of the way.  What's so important about jobs?  Really?  We’re supposed to believe what really matters is climate change, allowing into our country thousands of refugees who we have no idea who they are, transgender rights, open borders and high taxes?  And we should all come to realize that a government made up of people like you knows what’s best for us?  And will take care of us for free, no less?  He’s really retarded, folks.  Which is just another way of saying he’s a Socialist. And if you’re not careful it can happen to you.

Americans can inoculate themselves against this contagion by avoiding any and all contact with the state-run media complex, ignore the blatant propaganda and to start thinking for themselves.   

SOCIALISM AND THE RABID IDEALISM AND NAIVETE OF YOUTH…

These days I can’t help but feel at least some level of guilt when it comes to how it is that my generation has, in a way, let down the current generation.  Because I feel that we haven’t adequately made them understand the very obvious evils of Socialism, nor have we sufficiently defended capitalism and the benefits that come from having free-market economic system.  And the reason I say that is because of recent polling data would seem to indicate that millennials are simply no longer all that alarmed by the idea of socialism.  For instance, it’s according to a fairly recent poll that showed 53 percent of 18 to 29-year-olds view socialism favorably, compared to only a quarter of Americans over 55.  And yet another poll found that 43 percent of respondents younger than 30 viewed socialism favorably, compared to 32 percent thinking favorably of capitalism. 

So why might this be?  First of all, I think a big player in creating the false impression that socialism is somehow a far more fair and just, system is our pathetic system of public education.  Millennials don’t seem to know what socialism is, and how it’s different from other styles of government, because they haven’t been taught that.  They don’t understand the definition of socialism is where the government ownership of the means of production—in other words, true socialism requires that government run the businesses.  However, in yet another poll that was taken, it was only 16 percent of millennials who could accurately define socialism, while 30 percent of Americans over 30 could.  Incidentally, 56 percent of Tea Partiers accurately defined it. In fact, those most concerned about socialism are those best able to explain it.  So once again, as it relates to those on the left, ignorance is bliss.

However, young people don’t actually like the true definition of socialism—the idea of government running businesses.  Millennials reached adulthood after the Cold War ended and haven’t really heard all that much about Soviet socialism.  And, something that should come as no surprise, neither have they learned nearly anything about it in school.  Also, without the obvious association between socialism and the existence of a foreign threat, they have less of a reason to accept the any of the arguments made for why socialism is economically and politically restrictive.  And I doubt few have gone to all the trouble of looking into how it is that socialism has been nothing but an unmitigated disaster everywhere it has ever been tried.  Millennials are also much less religious than previous generations, so they are less sensitive to the concern that socialism replaces God with government.

We shouldn’t be surprised millennials don’t possess any knowledge about what socialism is.  But it’s the leaders of Democrat Party, whom millennials tend to trust more, who never seem to want to admit that the Democrat Party shares many more similarities with Socialism than differences. Take, for instance, former Democrat presidential nominee Hiltery.  Despite making the claim that she, herself, is not a socialist, she found herself being unable to explain, or unwilling to admit, how Democrats and socialists are different during an MSNBC interview back in January 2016.  But Hitlery wasn’t the only one who resisted answering the question and that any reasonably intelligent person knows the answer to.  Because it was also then chairman of the Democrat National Committee, Debbie Wizzerman Schultz, who couldn’t bring herself to answer the very same question.  

So while the supposed ‘leaders’ of the Democrat Party can’t bring themselves to admit that the party is essentially becoming more and more socialist, it’s a growing number of ‘former’ Democrats who are now coming out of the closet, so to speak, and revealing their true selves for the leftwing, America-hating, kooks that they are. Hence the fact that the "Democratic Socialists of America" is now one of the fastest-growing political groups amongst liberals.  According to the L.A. Times socialists are becoming more and more prevalent in American society.  It says, “The surge of activism sweeping the U.S. since Donald Trump’s election has energized the nation’s largest socialist organization, which has tripled in size over the last year to claim more than 19,000 dues-paying members. That’s a record for the DSA, which was founded in 1982.”

It goes on to say, “People really felt that they had to do something to combat the incoming Trump administration,” said David Duhalde, the deputy director of the Democratic Socialists of America’s national leadership, which helps coordinate chapters spread across 40 states. “We’re not only somebody you can resist Trump with, we’re somebody you can build a better world with.”  And it is their website explains their goal by saying, “As we are unlikely to see an immediate end to capitalism tomorrow, DSA fights for reforms today that will weaken the power of corporations and increase the power of working people. Our vision is of a society in which people have a real voice in the choices and relationships that affect the entirety of our lives.”  There’s and old saying that says, It's better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.

As a matter of fact, many leftists groups grew after Trump's surprising win in November.  They like to refer to it as the "Trump Bump" and liberal organizations like the ACLU, the Democrat Party, and the New York Times are swelling in numbers.  But socialism?  And it was also the L.A. Times that said, “... unabashed socialism hasn’t had this big of a voice in American politics in decades, and many leftists say they feel energized. New members of the Democratic Socialists of America say they want build a grassroots movement engaged at the local level — and either pull the Democratic Party leftward or shove it out of the way.”  After the November election, I think we’ve already begun to see an attempt to push the frail corpse of the DNC out of the way as socialists try to take over the party.  But most Americans assume they already had.  Perhaps that's why Hitlery lost in the first place.

Anyone who thinks that socialism is a good idea needs to go live in a socialist "utopia" and experience it firsthand.  And Mr. Duhalde’s idiot claim of weakening corporations in order to make workers stronger is a joke.  Under socialism they claim everyone is equal?  But as history continues to show us. Under socialism some are far "more equal" then others.  You won’t have the opportunity to get rich and I doubt you’d like being told that you and your children will work in a factory forever or on some failing cooperative farm until you die poor while the people who are in charge of your socialist dream live like royalty off YOUR work.  And under the great plan of socialism if you complain you simply disappear never to be seen again.  Socialism kills the human spirit, it sucks the life out of achievement and destroys the incentive to create and invent.  Ask anyone forced to live in such a system, how much they enjoyed it? 

I FEAR WE’VE LOST AN ENTIRE GENERATION, MAKING THE FUTURE OF AMERICA LOOK PRETTY DARK….

If a recent Harvard University poll is anywhere near to being accurate, it would seem that the decades of liberal brainwashing that has been taking place in our public schools, and then taken to the next step once students/victims arrive at one of our many so-called institutions of ‘higher learning, is now finally starting to pay off big for the radical left in this country, aka the Democrat Party.  Because it’s according to this poll that 51 percent of young adults between 18-29 reject capitalism, while only 42 percent support it.

According to the report:  "The word 'capitalism' doesn't mean what it used to," said Zach Lustbader, a senior at Harvard involved in conducting the poll, which was published Monday. For those who grew up during the Cold War, capitalism meant freedom from the Soviet Union and other totalitarian regimes. For those who grew up more recently, capitalism has been described to them, primarily by those on the left, as being to blame for a financial crisis from which the global economy still hasn't completely recovered. 

It’s an open question whether young people's attitudes on socialism and capitalism show that they are rejecting free markets as a matter of principle or whether those views are simply an expression of broader frustrations with an economy in which household incomes have been declining for 15 years.  Or might it be, instead, that it’s because they have essentially been force-fed, and on a daily basis, all manner of leftist drivel since their very first day of kindergarten, or in some case even earlier than that, while in pre-school?

And it in the same poll that only 33 percent said they support socialism. One of the pollsters explained the numbers and why "capitalism" has become the equivalent of a dirty word for those in the younger generation.  And even though these millennials aren't as quick to claim the term "socialist" in this poll, they are busy demanding some of its better perks, like many who want health insurance for all, food and shelter given to those who can't afford it, and more government involvement all around.  They obviously have no understanding of unintended consequences.

To this group revealed just how ignorant they truly are when they describe capitalism as being "unfair" and "greedy," and socialism being more "compassionate."  How is it exactly, than any sane person is able to come to the conclusion that Socialism is in any way "compassionate"?  Try going up to a retailer and argue that their prices need to be more compassionate.  And if you’re white, be sure to ask about the privileged discount too.   The old Soviet Union "compassioned" the population right into the house of destitution and misery.

These poll numbers are about as surprising as finding out that it’s this very same group of individual who has largely thrown its support towards "Democratic socialist" Bernie Sanders. Since they are having a hard time with the definitions perhaps they should click here and find out that "Democratic socialist" doesn't mean "compassion"; what it actually means is "dictatorship."  But they won’t, primarily because they prefer not to know, that way it become much easier for them to claim ignorance and to blame their idiocy on others.

And it’s also that 51% of millennials who have no understanding of money, don't understand economics, and most certainly don't understand socialism.  But I suppose we shouldn’t be too hard on them since they are, after all, the very same ones who apparently possess not much of an understanding regarding the basic biology of how to tell the difference between a girl and a boy.  So what should we really expect?  And the sad thing is that there is likely nothing we can say to them they will ever make them realize where it is that they’re headed.

Sure, they will hate Capitalism now, and likely will continue to at least until everyone, including the government, goes completely broke and they’re forced to eat whatever they can instead of their favorite organic and vegetarian food, or having their favorite Starbuck soy latte at a perfect 182 degrees. When they run out of money to buy that crap and have to resort to groveling for their food, it will be then that Capitalism will start to look pretty good. Just ask anyone living in Red China, Cuba or North Korea if they love their lives. 

Look, the level of stupidity in this country has now gotten to point where it’s actually painful.  People forget, or simply don’t care, that it was ‘Slick Willie’s’ changes to the, Jimmy Carter created, Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) along with Janet Reno’s strong-arming of the banks to give mortgages to people who didn't meet even the minimal of requirements that created the 2008 housing/mortgage crisis. The banks may have gone along with the plan, but it was the government that actually caused the crisis, not capitalism.

Capitalism might as well stand for working for a living and accepting responsibility in order to preserve the freedoms you were given at birth. These simpletons actually think they're owed that, as a birthright entitlement.  And after registering to vote they then proceed to vote for communists all of their life without ever understanding anything at all when it comes to what Marxism is.  And after electing people to essentially destroy the economy, from Washington, they then feel free to blame "capitalism" for the collapse.  What a deal.

IF BERNIE IS ELECTED EXPECT TO SEE SOME SIGNIFICANT SHRINKAGE IN THE OLD PAYCHECK…

It would seem that 2016 Democrat presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders‘ has quite the economically destructive tax plan in mind.  One which has been, and continues to be, the subject of much conversation across the country.  But now that he seems to be gaining some level of traction in the polls it might behoove the rest of us to start taking a look at exactly what he has in mind.  And we should start by asking, “What would it mean for my paycheck if this boob actually manages to get himself elected?”  And while this self-described Socialist said his economic proposals would provide free college, Medicare for all and a slew of other new welfare programs, the cost of his grand expansion of government would likely be far steeper than he’s letting on.

Bernie has said that moving people out of poverty is absolutely crucial for the success of our country.  And he seems quite comfortable with taxing Americans from top to bottom in order to carry out his plan. Indeed, with Bernie in the White House, every income bracket – including even the lowest bracket – would lose at least 7 percent off of their weekly take home pay.  Gee, what a deal!  Just when we thought it had gotten just about as bad as it could possibly get with Barry in the White house, along comes Bernie who would make matters even worse.  So why allow us to keep anything of what we work for?  It would seem that instead of moving more people out of poverty, Bernie’s objective here would be to move far more people INTO poverty. 

Anyway, Scott Greenberg is an analyst at the Tax Foundation, which is, I’m told, a nonpartisan Washington, D.C.-based think tank.  And it was Mr. Greenberg who recently took a closer look at exactly what Bernie is proposing here, and in so doing he focused on a hypothetical single filer with no children using the standard deductions.  And what he found was that in the bottom 10 percent of earners, an American making $18,870 a year would see a $45 drop – or, 7.3 percent reduction – bringing their paycheck from $616 down to $571 every other week.  An individual in the lower-middle income range taking in $23,430 would take a 7.6 percent hit, with them seeing their checks falling from $751 to $694 every other week.

And then he found that someone like myself, a middle-income earner now taking in $36,200 a year – placing those like me in 50th percentile, when looking at 2015’s wage data, I could expect to see an 8 percent reduction, with my bi-weekly income slumping from $1,131 down to $1,040.  And it would be those who are in the 75th percentile, with an annual salary of $58,900, who would be hit with a 7.9 percent reduction in the amount they are allowed to take home.  And I can only assume that Bernie is under the impression that most Americans will be more than happy to hand over to our increasingly wasteful government even more of our hard-earned money.  This is nothing less than sheer socialist madness! 

And as expected it’s the high-income earners who are set to be hit the hardest, with Americans with an annual salary of $92,110 seeing their checks fall from $2,609 to $2,391 – a whopping 8.3 percent, or $218, drop in their bi-weekly pay.  Those in the highest income bracket, which is not reflected in the graphic at the top of this post, would face a colossal 17.91 percent reduction in annual income due to additional taxes placed on top earners.  It never fails how socialists like Bernie have very little trouble when it comes to ridiculing supply-side economics. That idea being that with a lower tax burden and increased investment, business can produce (or supply) more, increasing employment as well as boosting worker pay.

But the socialist model is, as we can very plainly see, is based more on the trickle up of poverty theory, focused on bring everyone down.  Mr. Greenberg said, “Crucially, these calculations do not take into account the effects of eliminating employer-sponsored health insurance, which would increase workers’ paychecks significantly.”  And he cautioned, adding numbers do reflect the 6.2 percent employer-side payroll tax, the 2.2 percent individual income surtax and the 0.2 percent employer and employee-side payroll taxes.  He said, “This is because there is no way to tell how much workers would value their new, federally provided health insurance under the Sanders plan, compared to their current health insurance from their employers.”

And still these numbers don’t fully depict how incomes would be affected by the projected, and rather significant, drain on the U.S. economy that Bernie’s plan is projected to cause.  Because according to those who are seen as being the experts in such matters, the GDP would drop by an estimated 9.5 percent, capital investment would plummet by around 18.6 percent, wages would be reduced by roughly 4.3 percent, and just under 6 Million more full-time jobs would be lost.  That’s according to the Tax Foundation’s analysis.  Also under Bernie’s proposal, all taxpayers would face a new 2.2 percent tax on income, and a 6.2 percent Social Security payroll tax would be applied to incomes over $250,000.

A financial transaction tax would also be put into place with rates of .5 percent on stock trades, 0.1 percent on bonds, and 0.005 percent on derivatives, which many economists say could hinder Americans from investing.  The death tax would also be increased, using graduated rates: 45 percent for estates worth $3.5 million or $7 million for couples, 50 percent for those valued between $10 million and $50 million, and 55 percent for those over the $50 million threshold. A new, additional 10 percent surtax would be imposed on any estate over $500 million, or $1 billion for couples. And oddly enough, it’s even some left-leaning economists who have now gone as far as to say Bernie’s plan for the economy is all “puppies and rainbows.”

It’s absolutely amazing how, that despite all the proof that should make it crystal clear how Bernie’s favored system of governance never works, there remains those people who think it’s the perfect solution for what ails America.  But all one has to do is it too look at any European country to see what an abysmal failure it is.  And if that isn’t enough, take a look at any big city here at home or any state that is under complete Democrat control.  And Hitlery isn’t all that different from Bernie, because Hitlery has said that it is her intent to raise taxes by $1 Trillion.  This is complete insanity and yet millions of Americans either don’t understand what’s being proposed here, or they simply don’t care, being blinded by the promises of all that ‘free stuff’.
