WHEN IS AN ENERGY 'STRATEGY' DESCRIBED AS BEING "ALL OF THE ABOVE", NOT?

Jake Tapper of ABC News asked our favorite stooge, Jay "The Dim Bulb" Carney, why it is that the White House insists on continuing to call their rather selective energy strategy, if you can actually call it a strategy, an "All of the Above" approach when in reality it's anything but. And once again we see old Jay break out his old dancin shoes as we are subjected to yet another rendition of his same old tired song and dance routine that we have come to be so familiar with. We're constantly being fed what is nothing more than a long line of political bullshit, I guess in the hope that we'll finally come to believe that an administration energy policy actually does exist. But up to this point, I'd have to say that any evidence that would indicate such a thing is simply nonexistent, despite what Jay tells us.
