OBAMANOMICS, BARRY’S WEAPON OF CHOICE FOR “TRANSFORMING AMERICA”

Well ladies and gentlemen, the moment of truth may have finally arrived. That day of reckoning is now very firmly upon us. And now we'll get to find out just how serious the American people really are when it comes to taking the necessary, even painful, steps needed to prevent the financial train wreck that we all know is inevitable if we are to remain on our present fiscal course. We can no longer stick our collective head in the sand and ignore the problem, in the hopes that it will somehow miraculously manage to correct itself. Denial on the part of the American people regarding the seriousness of what is now taking place, financially and economically speaking, will do nothing to actually solve a growing problem. Decisive action is what is now called for, and we should refrain from being to eager to castigate those proposing the drastic measures needed to solve that problem. How willing will they be to go along with the spending cuts that, I think it safe to say, we all know are going to be necessary if we are to ever have a chance of being able to recover from this mess? Where exactly do our priorities lie? Tackling the level of recklessness and out of control spending that has taken place at essentially unprecedented levels over the course of the last two years is something that should be of concern to every single American. As anyone who runs a household knows, you cannot continue to spend more money than you bring in. It's Economics 101, and is something that you learn very quickly that sometime sacrifices need to be made to prevent such a thing from happening. We are very rapidly approaching a fiscal situation that can have only one possible outcome if it continues to be left unattended. And it is an outcome that will prove fatal to our way of life. Which is exactly what Barry's plan has been all along. This is his chosen method to bring about that which he has said so often is his primary reason for living, it was his mantra all during his campaign, not all that long ago, his promise to "fundamentally transform" America. His plan is to spend so much money, so quickly, that our entire system of government simply implodes. He is doing his level best to bring about a complete collapse. And many Americans seem to be willing to go along with him. So we now have a White House that has projected that the federal deficit will spike to $1.65 Trillion in the current fiscal year, the largest dollar amount ever. How far are we, the American people, going to be willing to go in an effort to tackle this mind blowing level of debt that has been amassed under this very corrupt president. Yup, I said he's corrupt, I don’t care what Oprah says!

So Barry has now presented a budget that he calls a responsible alternative to what it is that those evil Republicans want to do. However, it has critics on both sides of the aisle with some Republicans saying that it would be better to do nothing than to implement this budget and even many Democrats saying it does not go far enough. Barry’s monstrosity of a $3.73 Trillion budget, is a budget that he says holds out the prospect of eventually bringing deficits under control through spending cuts and tax increases. By failing to admit his culpability regarding these massive deficits, he's lying to our collective face, because his fiscal blueprint largely ignores recommendations that came from his own deficit commission, including a plea to slash huge entitlement programs like Social Security and Medicare. Almost laughably, Barry has called his new budget one consisting of "tough choices and sacrifices," but I'm not sure who he sees that is sacrificing. Certainly not him, since most of his proposed cuts would be held off until after the end of his first and, God willing, his last term. Ah, finally a man with the courage of his convictions, God love him. NOT! Overall, Barry has proposed trimming the deficit by $1.1 trillion over a decade although through some rather creative accounting, his changes would actually add to the deficits this year and next. How’s that? Barry is projecting the deficit will hit an all-time high of $1.65 Trillion this year and then drop sharply to $1.1 Trillion in 2012, with an expected improvement in the economy and as reductions in Social Security withholding and business taxes expire. An expected improvement in the economy? Just what Hell is supposed to bring that miracle about? Here we have a man whose administration has been caught pretty much flat footed regarding every change in our economy and employment situation. Everything always happens “unexpectedly.” So now he’s asking us to trust him, that all that he's now attempting to do will succeed in reducing our debt in what is essentially three years from now. Sure thing the Barry, no problamo! Barry's 2012 budget would actually add $8 Billion to the projected deficit for that year because the bulk of his theoretical savings achieved through a freeze in many domestic programs would then be devoted to increased spending in those important areas which Barry considers as priorities like education, clean energy and high-speed rail. "We have more work to do to live up to our promise by repairing the damage this brutal recession has inflicted on our people," Barry said.

With Republicans taking control of the House as a result of the November midterm elections and with them picking up seats in the Senate in part because of voter outrage over the soaring deficits, there is hope for the return of some adult supervision in Congress. And with Nancy no longer in charge, Barry is going to be forced to actually justify his radical expenditures. Because those same Republicans who are now in charge of the House have called Barry's efforts to reel in his spending spree, much too timid. Lawmakers are now in the process of debating $61 Billion in cuts for the remaining seven months of fiscal 2011. "Presidents are elected to lead and address big challenges," said Republican House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan of Wisconsin. "The big challenge facing our economy today and our country tomorrow is the debt crisis. He's making it worse, not better." Not exactly what is expected of a leader. Also, I think Rep. Ryan could have taken his comment one step farther by saying that Barry effectively created the current debt crisis, or if not create it, at least took it to the dangerous level where we currently find it. Again, all by design. Not that long ago Barry assembled his farce of a deficit commission which accomplished nothing more than the wasting of money and time coming up with a host of painful recommendations, most of which did nothing more than to ignore the real problems that are begging to be addressed. Their recommendations included such idiotic suggestions as raising the Social Security retirement age and curbing benefit increases, eliminating or sharply scaling back popular tax breaks, reforming a financially unsound Medicare program and my personal favorite, almost doubling the federal tax on gasoline. The deficit panel called for savings by making these politically tough choices of $4 Trillion over a decade, four-times the savings that Barry is projecting. We cannot continue to spend money in such an irresponsible manner. And none of the recommendations that came from this commission took issue with the root cause of our present predicament. They all centered around ways to bring more money in not on slashing the amount of money going out. Spending needs to be cut across the board for everything except defense.

The Barry magical, mystery budget plan, which is certain to be changed by Republicans in Congress, would spend $3.73 Trillion in the 2012 budget year, which begins October 1, a reduction of 2.4 percent from what Barry projects will be spent in the current budget year. Of the $1.1 Trillion in deficit savings that Barry is projecting over the next 10 years, two-thirds would come from spending cuts including $400 Billion in savings from a five-year freeze on domestic programs that account for one-tenth of the budget. The other one-third of deficit savings would come from tax increases such as limiting the tax deductions high income taxpayers, a proposal that Barry put forward last year only to have it rejected by Congress. Barry also proposes raising taxes on energy companies. Barry's budget would raise $46 Billion over 10 years by eliminating various tax breaks to oil, gas and coal companies. Now there's a brilliant idea. The president's projected $1.65 Trillion deficit for the current year would be the highest dollar amount ever, surpassing the $1.41 Trillion deficit that he hit in 2009. It would also represent 10.8 percent of the total economy, the highest level since the deficit stood at 21.5 percent of gross domestic product in 1945, reflecting heavy borrowing to fight World War II. The president's 2012 budget projects that the deficits will total $7.21 Trillion over the next decade with the imbalances never falling lower below $607 Billion. Even then that would exceed the deficit record before Barry took office of $458.6 Billion in 2008, President George W. Bush's last year in office. And yet, Barry is so very fond of saying how it was that he was left with this incredible mess to clean up. From where I'm sitting, he took what was, admittedly a less than desirable deficit, and made it nearly four times worse through a policy of spending massive amounts of money that have accomplished exactly zero. How exactly is that something that can be blamed on Bush? And now he proposes a budget that is essentially worse than doing absolutely nothing, and what's worse is that he is very well aware of the fact that what he's proposing is very damaging to this country. He's spending us into oblivion and cares very little about the consequences because they are what will allow him to fulfill his promise to "fundamentally transform" America.

Senior administration officials have made claims that the new budget would address concerns about the country's long-term fiscal challenges while spending more money on education and research programs that the administration says are needed to boost economic growth. Ok, how is it that you spend "more" money, or as Barry and his boys like to claim, "invest" more money and still manage to reel in our present unsustainable and staggering amount of debt. Hopefully, Republicans in Congress, especially in the House which is now under their control, will demonstrate the necessary intestinal fortitude to perform a much needed major rewrite of Barry's plan with its proposed spending cuts that fall significantly short of the reductions congressional Republicans are seeking and the American people are demanding. "We're very eager to work with Republicans to cut spending and reduce our deficit," so said a senior administration official said Sunday night. Right! If you believe that I've got some ocean front property in Arizona I can sell you, cheap. All that this administration is the least bit interested in doing is exactly what they've been doing, the dictating to the rest of us regarding what it is that's needed to be done and simply doing it, legal or not. At $1.65 Trillion, the administration's projection for the 2011 deficit is significantly larger than the $1.48 Trillion estimated by the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office just a few weeks ago. The budget wouldn't do much, though, to arrest a future spike in the projected costs of Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security. Barry has said he's open to making changes in these programs, but he wants cooperation from Republicans before he will begin. Right! He wants nothing more than to be in the position of being able to paint the Republicans as being the heartless ones. Besides there being a fiscal deficit there is another deficit that is very much present at this time as well. And that is a leadership deficit on the part of Barry "Almighty." He's a whiner and a complainer, neither are traits that one normally associates with those whom we view as being leaders.

Apparently administration officials have seen fit to break out their "Ouija Boards" since they are now projecting that the deficits will be trimmed to 3.2 percent of GDP by 2015 — one-third of the projected 2011 imbalance and a level they said would not harm the economy. And it’s all a crock, or to use someone else's words, it’s nothing more than voodoo Obamanomics. In just one area, the energy area, the budget would support Barry's wasteful goal of putting 1 million electric vehicles on the road by 2015 and doubling the nation's share of electricity from clean energy sources by 2035. Does this strike anybody other than me as being a complete waste of time and money. Here we are at a time when the price of gas is rocketing toward 4 bucks a gallon while at the same time sitting on top of vast oil reserves, watching the Middle East, our current primary source of oil, as it goes up in smoke and we’re blabbering on about electric cars. The budget proposes program terminations or spending reductions for more than 200 programs at an estimated savings of $33 Billion in 2012. In the big scheme of things, that's a drop in the bucket. The biggest tax hike would come from a proposal to trim the deductions the wealthiest Americans can claim for charitable contributions, mortgage interest and state and local tax payments. The administration proposed this tax hike last year but it was a nonstarter in Congress. While Barry's demonstrated his being rather gutless in that his budget completely avoided necessary cuts in entitlement programs, no matter how painful they may be, he had no qualms whatsoever in calling for $78 Billion in reductions to Pentagon spending over five years. Gee, now that makes sense. The surge in deficits reflect the deep 2007-2009 recession, which cut into government tax revenues as millions were thrown out of work and prompted an insane amount of government spending in a failed attempt to jump-start economic growth and stabilize the banking system. It was doomed from the beginning because it is a proven fact that you cannot spend your way out of an economic downturn the magnitude of the one brought on by the Democrats themselves. Republicans point to still-elevated unemployment levels, 10.3 according to a recent Gallup poll, and charge the stimulus programs were nothing but an utter failure. The administration contends the spending was needed to keep the country from falling into an even deeper slump. To that I say, “Prove it!"

Finally, speaking on Barry's budget, Grover Norquist, president of Americans for Tax Reform, says that just doesn’t cut it. “Obama jumped federal spending dramatically,” Mr. Norquist writes on Politico. The president ratchets up spending even though Americans made it clear in the voting booth that they want politicians to tighten the purse strings, Norquist says. “The American people were quite clear they want the overspending to end. Obama’s budgets continue the high level of spending and move to increase taxes to catch up with this overspending. Obama was not listening in November.” Meanwhile, U.S. Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell has come out and soundly criticized Barry's fiscal 2012 budget, saying it locked spending at "completely unsustainable" levels. "The president talks like someone who recognizes that spending is out of control, but so far it hasn't been matched with action," McConnell said in a statement. "Americans don't want a spending freeze at unsustainable levels. They want cuts, dramatic cuts. And I hope the president will work with us on achieving them soon." Yup, like that's gonna happen!

Yup, all this from just ONE piece of Barry/Democrat legislation and all under the banner of “reform.” Barry has thus far been quite successful in his efforts to “fundamentally transform” America. You should be afraid, very afraid.

OPRAH DEFENDS HER "BOY," BARRY...

So now we have Ms. Oprah rushing to Barry's defense. She's whining about how she thinks that we're all being too mean to her boy, Barry. That we haven't given him enough time to get his act together. She, on the other hand, has been quite enamored with Barry ever since his "acclaimed" speech at the Democratic convention in 2004. So being a little biased, she remains quite infatuated with this guy, saying that we need to be showing him much more respect. Respect? You gotta be kiddin me! Let me see if I have this right. So now we're supposed to respect this guy, a man who has done more damage, nearly single-handedly so, not only to our country, but to the office of the president as well, than any other man in our history. And all in the span of roughly 24 months. Something that might need to be explained to Ms. "O," because she very obviously doesn't have a very realistic grasp on things, is the fact that respect is something that has to be earned. Just because he is perceived to possess some messianic qualities by Ms. "O" and her bizarre little crowd, that isn’t going to garner him any amount of respect from the rest of us who see him for what he is. Now, she may be able to purchase whatever level of respect she is able to command through her various little TV giveaways, but that's not something that will work for her boy Barry. Granted he does partake in a great many giveaways, but in order to do so he must first steal from others. Thus the consequences of his actions, or his inaction, are much more dire than those of some pompous, egomaniac, and rather silly daytime TV diva. And it's pretty difficult, if not darn near impossible, to earn any level of respect from those whom you constantly ignore or whose opinion you blatantly disregard. Such is the relationship that her boy Barry has with most of the American people. And also, exactly what level of respect has this "community agitator" shown to this country? Running around constantly apologizing for our country is not something that is perceived, at least my most people, as being the proper behavior for a man who is our president. It's both degrading and a little unseemly.

"I'm feeling great about Obama's leadership,” says Ms. "O." Leadership? Now wait just a minute here. When exactly, over the course of the last two years, have we seen Barry demonstrate any level whatsoever of anything that can be even remotely described as being leadership? This guy has none of the qualities that one would normally expect to see is someone that is a leader. When you're a leader, you don’t need to have your friends going around telling people you're a leader. It's something people are able to see for themselves. She goes on to say, "I feel that everybody has a learning curve, and I feel that the reason why I was willing to step out for him was because I believed in his integrity and I believed in his heart," while on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” in Chicago. A "learning curve?" Let me tell ya somethin, there hasn't been a guy with this steep of a learning curve to come along in quite some time. And the main reason for that is the fact that this guy has no interest in learning, anything, because with him it's all about being able to dictate. He came into office espousing his mantra of wanting to "fundamentally transform" this country. We’re now finding out into what he wishes to transform it. And from his perspective, he had already "learned" as much as he needed to. Here have a guy who nothing more than a "community agitator," and who is without a doubt, the most inexperienced individual to ever occupy the Oval Office. And if she really believes this guy has any level of integrity whatsoever, then she's more of a moron than even I thought. I guess when you're sitting atop a Billion-dollar enterprise, you can afford the risk of believing what's in his heart. But we who make up the people at the bottom and who are working to subsidize, through the paying of taxes that eat up a much to big portion of my hard earned money, the Barry "progressive" agenda are of a slightly different opinion than Ms. "O". And arrogance, especially when exhibited on the extreme level that we see in Barry, is not a character trait that we like see coming from our president. It's just not very flattering and certainly does not create a favorable impression of the man.

“What he really wants for this country is to be greater, stronger, more innovative. I believe those principles are what really enforce his beliefs.” Ok, just what planet is she from? What is it that she thinks she sees in him that would make her believe such utter nonsense? Because everything this guy has done, EVERYTHING, since day one has not made this country any greater, any stronger or any more innovative. All he has done has had just the opposite effect. And just what are those "beliefs of his?" Does anyone really know? Because there seems to be more than a slight conflict between what he says and what he does that would provide any indication of what exactly those beliefs are. And regarding the negative mood of the country, Ms. “O” added, “I think everybody complaining ought to try it for once.” Oh what a different tune one sings when it's your guy that's on the receiving end of whatever dissatisfaction that may be present. I certainly don't remember hearing her coming to Bush's defense and talking about the necessity of having to try it once before complaining. She said the presidency is a position that “holds a sense of authority and governance over us all,” and that “even if you’re not in support of his policies, there needs to be a certain level of respect.” I'm sure she felt exactly the same way when George W. Bush was president. Right! She is nothing more than just one more racist and hypocritical bigot who would be serving herself much better if she just kept her big mouth shut. The bottom line here is that anyone with an ounce of brain power, and that cannot be bought off for the price of one the goodies that she routinely gives away, cares very little about what this self-promoting hypocrite might have to say. The only reason for her support for Barry is because he is black like her. She has decided for herself that he can do no wrong, no matter what the level of destruction he brings about to our country. She's safe there surrounded by her billions, while the rest of us are left to fend for ourselves with whatever meager scraps Barry chooses to leave us. His policies are slowly killing us.

Ms. "O" can continue living in her little fantasy world there in TV land if she chooses to do so, but out here in the real world the polices that have been put in place by this guy have been severely detrimental to this country on nearly every level possible. Nothing he has done has managed to improve our economy, the housing market, the unemployment rate, national security or anything else. To say that he is completely inept in all matters of foreign policy, is an understatement. He has managed to nothing more than to make everything worse. Much, much worse. But I guess such things matter very little to Ms. “O.” The only area where he has had success is in his endeavor to increase the size, and therefore the cost of running, of government. As they say, the road to Hell is paved with good intentions, and whether Ms. "O" likes it or not, that is the direction in which Barry has us headed and at full speed ahead.

“THE REPEAL”...LET THE DEMOCRAT GAMES BEGIN……

With the chances steadily increasing on nearly a daily basis that the Supreme Court will eventually be taking up the constitutionality issue of “Obamacare,” the battle lines have now officially begun to be drawn for the political battle that looms just over the horizon. So far there have been two rulings that have come out in favor of this law and tow that have shot down all or part of it. You can pretty much guess the political persuasion of the respective judges. So, at the present time the focus of this first assault is based on the concern of Liberal Democrats over whether a conservative justice should now recuse himself from what is very likely to be a high-profile case that may very well determine the fate of Barry's signature piece of legislation. This is nothing more than the grabbing of straws by corrupt members of a corrupt political party. It makes very clear the fact that they are all very well aware that this disastrous piece of this legislation does nothing of what they have claimed it would do before, during and even after a rather unethical legislative process that resulted in it being successfully rammed down the throats of the American people. So they are now jockeying for the best position possible to thwart any attempt that may be successfully mounted in an effort to have this debacle of "Obamacare" declared unconstitutional, thus rescuing the American people from this insidious form government intrusion into the private lives of every single American citizen.

So it is then that seventy-four stellar House Democrats, led by that ardent protector of the little people, New York Rep. Anthony "Oscar Mayer" Weiner, have sent a letter to Justice Clarence Thomas with the subject being their collective call for him to sit out of any deliberations regarding the "Affordable Care Act," otherwise known as “Obamacare.” Their rationale for such a cockamamie idea is based on his wife's ties to a lobbying group that opposes the health care law. A copy of this idiotic letter, in its entirety, along with the list of pathetic hypocrites who signed onto it, is located at the bottom of this post. But in his letter Mr. Weiner states, "The appearance of a conflict of interest merits recusal under federal law," the letter said. "From what we have already seen, the line between your impartiality and you and your wife's financial stake in the overturn of healthcare reform is blurred." Justice Thomas' wife, Virginia Thomas, founded the conservative group Liberty Central, but stepped down in December amid controversy over a memo under her name calling for the repeal of the "unconstitutional law." The group, which later took down the memo from its site, blamed staff error and said it "assiduously avoids" taking positions on the constitutionality of specific issues. Now this memo seems to have become the basis for the letter sponsored by Mr. Weiner and his cadre of imbeciles hoping that it will cause enough of a stir to put sufficient pressure on Justice Thomas that would then cause him to remove himself from the deliberation of an issue that is sure to come before the Court. Let's all hope that that doesn't happen.

Under federal law, justices have to recuse themselves from cases where they feel that a conflict of interest may arise, or if their spouses have a financial stake in the case, but the decision ultimately rests with each justice. "It's up to the individual justice to determine whether he believes that, in fact or appearance, there's sufficient concern about his impartiality to make recusal appropriate," said Deborah L. Rhode, a legal ethics scholar and professor of law at Stanford University. "So he [Thomas] should be considering whether he believes he can act in a disinterested manner, but also the court's credibility with the public, and will Americans, who may differ with him... believes he comes to the table with an unbiased view." This faux outrage on the part of Weiner and his 73 fellow signatories of this letter, is nothing more than a childish ploy on the part of those who are desperate to keep this fraudulent legislation, that has essentially the wet dream of liberals for 100 years, firmly on the books. They're being able to control the healthcare of every single American is seen as being the ultimate power to these political charlatans and as the keystone to the Democrats ability to maintain their grip on power. I mean, what better way is there for them to convince people of the wisdom in voting for Democrats than the threat to remove the ability of the people to obtain healthcare for themselves and their families for failing to do so. That's why is there is absolutely nothing that these hacks will do in their efforts to keep what they see as being something that they have worked so hard for.

While it's not uncommon for justices to recuse themselves, there has been no case in recent history in which a justice has stepped aside because of a spouse-related conflict of interest. But as the makeup of the Supreme Court changes, spousal connections are increasingly coming under scrutiny. Especially coming from the left and directed at the more conservative members of the Court. That's how Liberals see themselves as needing to play the game. All is fair when it comes to taking whatever steps they see as being necessary in order to successfully advance their extremely toxic agenda. Justice Thomas, who has been on the Supreme Court since 1991, came under heavy criticism last month after reports emerged that he omitted his wife's place of employment in his financial disclosure forms. Justice Ruth "Buzzy" Ginsburg took similar heat several years ago for failing to disclose her husband's holdings in her financial disclosure forms. Ginsburg, an 18-year veteran of the Supreme Court, has faced criticism in the past for not recusing herself from cases involving companies her husband, a tax attorney, has invested in. But according to liberals there's really nothing wrong with old "Buzzy" not recusing herself, because as we all know, we can always trust liberals to be above reproach and we should never question when they tell us that they have no problem when it comes to being totally impartial. The only ones that cannot be trusted are those shifty conservatives. It's those people that we have to watch out for.

Senator Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, has also questioned the appropriateness of Justice Elena Kagan, a former member of President Obama's administration, having any involvement in a potential court case that most assuredly is going to end up before the Supreme Court. "I personally believe she should recuse herself. I'm sure she participated in discussions at the White House. Participated in discussions in the solicitor general's office. These issues were brought up throughout the process," Hatch has said in an interview on Fox News. "That's going to be up to her what she does." Kagan has recused herself from several cases since she was appointed to the Supreme Court last August. Ms. Rhode says in a case of this magnitude, all justices -- whether conservative or liberal -- will need to look closely at their records, as the credibility of the Supreme Court could be affected for years to come. That sentiment of course, most likely, is coming from a devout liberal in a statement regarding the importance, even necessity, of a conservative justice volunteering to take himself out of the game for a reason that has absolute no basis in reality. But then as we all know, Liberal Democrats have a rather difficult time when it comes having to deal with reality, especially if it runs contrary to the rather twisted "progressive" philosophy.

"In a case of this enormous national importance where you're already going to have public concerns about ideological concerns," she said, "you want to be particularly careful that there's no possible personal interest that could be attributed to the justice that might interfere with an objective appraisal." It remains unclear when the Supreme Court will take up the health care case, although experts say it could come within the next year. So from the Democrats point of view, there is not a second to waste regarding the formulation of any number of plans that can be put into action that have as their primary purpose attempts to derail, distract, stall or prevent entirely any attempt to get this issue before the Court as expeditiously or of that fails to somehow sway the court just enough to increase their odds of getting the decision that they need in order to keep this oppressive law firmly in place.

The Honorable Justice Clarence Thomas
United States Supreme Court Building
1 First Street Northeast
Washington, D.C. 20543

Dear Justice Thomas:

As an Associate Justice, you are entrusted with the responsibility to exercise the highest degree of discretion and impartiality when deciding a case. As Members of Congress, we were surprised by recent revelations of your financial ties to leading organizations dedicated to lobbying against the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. We write today to respectfully ask that you maintain the integrity of this court and recuse yourself from any deliberations on the constitutionality of this act.

The appearance of a conflict of interest merits recusal under federal law. From what we have already seen, the line between your impartiality and you and your wife's financial stake in the overturn of health care reform is blurred. Your spouse is advertising herself as a lobbyist who has “experience and connections” and appeals to clients who want a particular decision - they want to overturn health care reform. Moreover, your failure to disclose Ginny Thomas’s receipt of $686,589 from the Heritage Foundation, a prominent opponent of health care reform, between 2003 and 2007 has raised great concern.

This is not the first case where your impartiality was in question. As Common Cause points out, you “participated in secretive political strategy sessions, perhaps while the case was pending, with corporate leaders whose political aims were advanced by the [5-4] decision” on the Citizens United case. Your spouse also received an undisclosed salary paid for by undisclosed donors as CEO of Liberty Central, a 501(c)(4) organization that stood to benefit from the decision and played an active role in the 2010 elections.

Given these facts, there is a strong conflict between the Thomas household’s financial gain through your spouse’s activities and your role as a Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court. We urge you to recuse yourself from this case. If the U.S. Supreme Court's decision is to be viewed as legitimate by the American people, this is the only correct path.

We appreciate your thoughtful consideration of this request.

Sincerely,

ANTHONY D. WEINER

Member of Congress

BELIEVE ONLY ABOUT HALF OF WHAT YOU READ AND EVEN LESS OF WHAT YOU HEAR.

It's a philosophy that has served me well in my 50+ years on this planet, especially when it comes to anything that has as its source anyone in the media. Especially if they're speaking about any Republican, conservative or anyone even remotely associated with the Tea Party. And it is rule of thumb that I use when I read how it is that the GOP is now supposed to be poised to put the Senate in the win column come 2012. Supposedly this notion comes after Republicans now having secured its best starting position in decades as a result of state and national wins last year, or so says University of Virginia political science professor Larry Sabato. But, he adds, there is also, apparently, some bad news for Republicans in that historical trends suggest the worst possible nightmare scenario that Barry "Almighty" will end up winning re-election. “It’s early, but I think the Republicans have a very good chance to take back the Senate in 2012 and if by some chance they miss it by a seat or so they are almost certain to take it in 2014,” he says. Look, I'm sure Mr. Sabato is a pretty smart guy, but after watching the Republicans over the years going about stepping on themselves more times than I care to count, I'm not gonna be holding my breath here. And if their performance over the next 21 months demonstrates the lack of being willing to deliver on what was promised last year, then what these experts like Mr. Sabato, are presently predicting as being what "might" happen, won't mean squat!

Like I said, Mr. Sabato may be a well known political guru, but the incalculable number of variables that come into play when trying to accurately predict an election outcome that is still a ways down the road is difficult if not impossible. Mr. Sabato does have a new book out which is entitled, “Pendulum Swing,” and in it he chronicles what was the 2010 GOP wave. He makes the statement that Democrats are way behind in the next two election cycles because of the fact that they have almost twice as many seats up for re-election as do the Republicans. And with “more vulnerable Democrats” holding many of those seats. That opinion was reinforced on Wednesday when one of those vulnerable Senators, Jim Webb of Virginia, announced he will not be running for re-election. Mr. Sabato has also put other Senators on the endangered list, those being Jon Tester, D-Mont.; Claire McCaskill, D-Mo.; and Bill Nelson, D-Fla. But with Nelson here in Florida the last poll I saw showed that the only guy that was capable of beating him was Jeb Bush. Unfortunately, Nelson could easily beat any of those seen as being the regular GOP players. And last I heard, Jeb wasn't interested in running. There are also a few who are endangered on the Republican side with Mr. Sabato naming, Senators Scott Brown, RINO-Mass., and John Ensign, R-Nev., who now look as being most likely to lose their seats. Mr. Sabato also mentioned that Senator Richard Lugar, R-Ind. may find himself retired by a Tea Party challenge, but that his seat remains in the safe column for Republicans.

Speaking of Lugar, “It’s possible he could lose the primary though he has a lot of strengths,” Sabato said. “The reason I didn’t mention him is because regardless of which Republican wins the nomination the Republicans are going to keep that seat.” Both Mr. Sabato and his online newsletter, “Sabato’s Chrystal Ball,” have a well-earned reputation for accuracy, scoring in the high 90s in predictions. The founder and director of the University of Virginia’s Center for Politics said that, historically, presidents who have sought another term have won by a margin of about 2.5 to 1. However though, I think it worth mentioning that, for whatever it's worth, "BJ" Clinton was the first Democrat president since FDR who was able to get himself reelected since FDR and Barry ain't no "BJ." And Clinton never received more than 50 percent of the vote. However, Mr. Sabato does say, “The odds start out with Obama,” he said. “But of course, almost everything depends on first, the state of the economy and nobody knows what that’s going to be in two years and, second, what former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld might call the unknown unknowns. What are the shocks that could occur domestically, what are the shocks that could occur internationally that would change the picture not just economically but also socially and politically.”

Former GOP Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, who is currently the front-runner for the 2012 GOP presidential nomination, is someone that Mr. Sabato calls the “weakest front-runner in modern times,” and on point I suppose I would have to agree. He has also characterized former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin as being someone who could win the nomination but would be “one of the weaker candidates in the fall,” and also said that former House Speaker Newt Gingrich carries too much baggage from the 1990s to be a successful general election candidate. Mr. Sabato has predicted a long and volatile nominating process for the Republicans but did say that one thing that could possibly help in the general election would be to put a Hispanic on the ticket as a vice presidential candidate. He said such a move could deliver as much as 40 percent of the Hispanic vote to the GOP, noting that the Republican ticket has only been getting 30 percent of that vote. What we are going to need is a strong viable candidate to top the ticket, not someone like McCain or Dole. If someone of that caliber becomes our candidate, we're toast and will be subjected to yet another four years of this Obamanation of a presidency.

Even with all that being said, Mr. Sabato could not overstate the significance of the 2010 victory. The win, with it coming in a census year, stretches its influence for a decade because of how it effects redistricting. “This is a very significant development for the Republicans,” he said. “They’ve never been in a better position in any redistricting year after any census in this period of time. So, I expect the Republicans to pick up not just members in the House of Representatives they’re going to pick up a lot of state legislators. What people missed in the 2010 election is that Republicans gained more state legislative seats than they’ve had in any time since 1928. They gained 700 state legislative positions in the 50 states and that is really very significant.” Significant or not, I just don't think it's wise to beginning any possible chickens before they've hatched. If there is one thing that is certain, it is that the actions of the American electorate can be very difficult to predict. And as much as we would like to think to the contrary, the state controlled media does still wield considerable influence over the weak-minded and the ill informed. It was the "only" reason that Barry won in 2008.

The bottom-line here is that we must allow ourselves to be lulled into some false sense of security. We must not forget that everything that happened in November is now something that has officially happened in the past. It's now a piece of history and does absolutely nothing when trying to predict what will happen in November 2012 or as far out as 2014. I'm sure we can all remember how it was said about the Republican Party becoming essentially extinct after the 2008 elections. However, we now see that that claim was more than just a little premature. If that tells us anything it is that one election does not a trend establish.

BARRY CHOOSES TO LECTURE THE CHAMBER…

This guy Barry just kills me, he's a laugh a minute. He must really be in awe of himself. After months of accusing the Chamber of Commerce of essentially laundering foreign money and then using it to contribute to the campaigns of various Republican candidates during the midterm elections, Barry now apparently wants to make like none of those incendiary accusations were never made and "Barry" the hatchet. And on top of all that, he seems to now view himself as being qualified to come before the same group and to do nothing more than lecture to them from up there on high about their responsibilities as he sees them. So after two years of his continuous and full frontal assault on our private sector economy, suddenly we are all now supposed to see him as being its friend, its ally. So we find him now working ever so diligently to convince the American people that he's not a socialist while at the same time to reaffirm his commitment to creating private sector jobs even after all of his attempts to destroy that same private sector, or if not destroy, at least to severely weaken it. He wishes us to now believe that he and his administration is really a friend of the private sector, so it was in that vein that Barry addressed the U.S. Chamber of Commerce on Monday. Question, how exactly does one reaffirm something that nearly everyone has long ago realized that this guy has never really been the least bit in favor of? Just curious. But while taking time to address the group may seem like an olive branch offering from Barry and his administration, the president’s remarks seemed to demonstrate a continuing divide between the president and the business community.

However, sounding ever the "socialist," throughout the entire speech, Barry repeatedly stressed that businesses "owe" certain responsibilities to the nation. “I understand the challenges you face. I understand you are under incredible pressure to cut costs and keep your margins up. I understand the significance of your obligations to your shareholders and the pressures that are created by quarterly reports,” Obama said. “I get it.” No, he doesn't. It's not even close. What kind of private enterprise has this parasite ever run that would create an understanding within him of what it takes to run a business, any business? He's a "COMMUNITY AGITATOR," nothing more, nothing less! When it comes to running a private business, Hell, when it come to running anything, this guy is absolutely clueless! Neither have I, but what I do know is that if I'm running a business the only people to whom I "owe" anything are my stock holders, if I have any, and my employees. I owe the nation nothing more than the money that is essentially stolen from me in the form of "taxes" that are way, way to high. In return, Barry suggested the government has responsibility to “encourage American innovation.” The president also used his speech to garner support for his investment priorities, including infrastructure development and education reform. What the government's responsibility is, is to get out of the freakin way by keeping regulations, as well as taxes, at an absolute minimum. But that's not the way Barry thinks the whole system should work. He wants to stick the government's nose into every nook and cranny and as far in as possible. And we have all seen how well that works!

Ya know, this guy really seems to think that he has the power of being able to dictate to these people, of telling those who are actually capable of running private businesses exactly what they should be doing and how they should be doing it. Because at times during this little cockamamie speech of his, he came across as being pretty direct in demanding that businesses take on a more "charitable" role, suggesting that corporate profits “be shared by American workers.” Is that not the most idiotic thing you have ever heard in your life? Saying, "Of course, your responsibility goes beyond recognizing the need for certain standards and safeguards. If we’re fighting to reform the tax code and increase exports to help you compete, the benefits can’t just translate into greater profits and bonuses for those at the top. They should be shared by American workers, who need to know that expanding trade and opening markets will lift their standard of living as well as your bottom line." Tell me again that this guy isn’t a Socialist. Adding that, "We cannot go back to the kind of economy – and culture – we saw in the years leading up to the recession, where growth and gains in productivity just didn’t translate into rising incomes and opportunity for the middle class." What a crock! I'd be telling this jerk to kcuf ffo! This is nothing more than progressive gibberish. Let's be honest here, if any of these people ran their respective businesses in the same manner that this clown runs the government just how long could they expect to remain in business.

While it continues to be claimed by any number of talking heads, even many on the Right, that he is trying to move toward the ideological center, I personally just don't see it. It's all smoke and mirrors, nothing but just another Barry ploy, because he's done nothing that adds any amount of substance or credibility, whatsoever, to any of those ridicules claims. And what's really funny is when I see a cover such as the one on the most recent Time Magazine that has Barry "Almighty" and the Gipper on the cover. Give me a break! And as he attempts to now portray the image that he has somehow now become more of a "centrist" in the run up to his 2012 reelection bid, even though most are able to see right through this nonsense, his liberal base may have something to say about that and not be as supportive as he hopes. “Two weeks ago the President promised that he would work to rebuild people’s faith in government, meeting with the biggest lobbyists in the country is hardly a step in the right direction,” said Erica Payne, the founder The Agenda Project, a 501(c)4 that works with "progressive" organizations to coordinate messaging. The group launched this online ad condemning Barry’s decision to even speak to the Chamber. “Go talk to whoever you want to, but let‘s not have a lot of illusions about who you’re going to talk to,” Payne added. “Obama went to meet with lobbyists for the biggest 45 corporations in the country, all of whom are opposed to very basic reforms, environmentalism, all of it.” “Let’s just not lie about it,” she said. Environmentalism, now there's something that's of primary concerned to most Americans.

Adding to the hilarity of the whole day, were the several protesters that gathered outside the Chamber building and were joined by, of all people, Ralph "Mr. Corvair" Nader, who actually accused Barry of turning his back on labor unions. Turning his back on unions? You gotta be kidding me! If there is one president who has never and will never turn his back on the corrupt unions in this country, it's our old buddy Barry. But will the president’s outreach to the business community really fool anyone or win him any favor with the American public? Not if they have any amount of brains. If the last two years are any indication, this meeting of the minds will likely be very short-lived which is as it should be. But hey, in search of that silver lining inside of that dark cloud, the good news for Barry was at least the Chamber of Commerce broke into applause twice during his speech Monday morning to welcome his ideas. The bad news however was that they clapped only twice during the entire 35-minute address. And in what has to be the understatement of this century, Barry himself acknowledged early on that he doesn't have the best relationship with the Chamber. Gee, ya think? (“Maybe if we had brought over a fruit cake when we first moved in, we would have got off to a better start,” he joked.) Yuk, yuk, yuk!! What a freakin dope. The first applause line came halfway through Barry’s remarks, as he spoke of opening up new markets and selling more American goods in other countries.

“I’ll go anywhere to be a booster for American businesses, American workers and American products,” so proclaimed our “Dear Leader,” Barry “Almighty” the audience which then broke into its second episode of applause. Then, in an ad-libbed moment, Barry remarked, “And I don’t charge a commission.” No, he just charges exorbitant taxes on businesses that do nothing but effectively smother the ability of our private sector to expand in any meaningful way. The only other applause for Barry "Almighty" came at the very end of his rather vague and absurd speech, when Obama once again hit the right note in calling for bringing jobs back to the United States. “That’s good for everybody,” he said. “So if I’ve got a message, that message is: ‘Now’s the time to invest in America.’ ” As the audience applauded, Barry repeated, “Now’s the time to invest in America.” But it's a little hard for most of these people to invest in anything, let alone America, when Barry has got his grubby little paws so far deep into their pockets. There has not been anyone since Carter who has had such an obvious vendetta against our private sector. And for him to fraudulently portray himself as being anything other than what he is, reveals what a shallow and morally bankrupt individual he truly is. He is a charlatan of the highest order and is not to be trusted in anything he says. He has no ones best interest at heart but his own.

HAS AMERICA NOW PASSED THE POINT OF NO RETURN?

Since the election of Barry “Almighty”, has America, as so many are now saying, been pushed beyond that point of no return? Is all hope now lost of ever regaining any of what has been stolen from us, supposedly the freest people on the planet, by our out of control government? Or instead, is it game, set, match with all important decisions regarding how we live our lives now to made by the bureaucratic elites and therefore, for the rest of us, all over but the cryin? Has the fat lady, in deed, now sung? A bigger question may be, were the midterm elections of this past November nothing more than the equivalent of that last gasp, that dying breath, of a society which is essentially dead already, with its individual members still having failed to recognize that sad fact? And, in the end was perhaps this grand experiment in freedom called America, simply a bridge too far, a dream of our Founding Fathers that, with human behavior being what it is, really never really stood much of a chance to succeed anyway? Has the level of confidence in our leaders that may have at one time existed, now been lost? Has it now sunk to such a level that it has become the primary cause of our citizenry to have now become thoroughly infected with a near malignant form of complacency? A complacency, which can have as its only result the handing over to the political elites that which they crave most, a free hand to do whatever it is that they wish. However, the only ones ever being made to suffer in a scenario that allows them to assume ever greater control, is none other than “We the people.” I am of the opinion that it is the general perception of many people that very few of our elected leaders actually put our country above their own political ambitions. And that is a very dangerous trend. If people do not see anyone in a leadership role who is willing to make the hard decisions that most of see as being necessary in order to salvage what’s left of our country, they get very frustrated. And when people get frustrated they tend to operate under the perception that no matter whom they vote for, nothing is ever going to change, and therefore they don't bother to vote. And when people don't vote then we end up with something like the predicament in which we currently find ourselves. It doesn't help matters when the level of integrity, minimal as it once was, amongst our politicians, now seems to have evaporated completely.

From day one of America's most disastrous presidency, a concerted and very purposeful effort has been underway to bring about a total and complete economic collapse in this country. Barry and the Democrats, have exhibited a level of arrogance rarely seen out in the open and have felt very much emboldened because of they're being in possession of rather substantial majorities in both Houses of Congress for the last two years. Hence, they set about to take unfair advantage of those majorities, majorities that were in fact cheerfully handed over to them by the American people, and have successfully managed to ram through every possible piece of costly and intrusive legislation that they could possibly dream up. Legislation they have wanted to pass for decades but have never before had the opportunity to make a reality. And with the signing into law of each and every new bill, came just a little more loss of freedom for the American people. Legislation that even though, in the end, will, no doubt, prove to be very damaging to America, is needed because it is all part of the socialist agenda of one man, our “community agitator” president, and political thug, Barry "Almighty." While there have been moments of unity on the Republican side of the aisle, there have still been, along the way, far too many faux conservatives that have seemed to be far too willing to offer their assistance to Barry. With many behaving as eager accomplices almost eager to assist in Barry’s endeavor to advance his obviously “statist” agenda. These RINOs must no longer be permitted to betray the trust of the American people by their overwhelming and misplaced desire to “compromise.” The still have not learned that very valuable lesson which is, to compromise with Democrats is to do so at your own peril, because to attempt compromise with Democrats means one thing, capitulation. They will never surrender in their attempt to move forward with their "progressive" agenda, bipartisanship to them is defined as accepting the surrender of their political opponents. The Republicans cannot ally themselves with a man whom, and in very short order, has become public enemy number one of our country. That man being, of course, Barack Hussein Obama. This type of behavior is intolerable and should be considered as being at best simply negligent and at worst, outright criminal. And what is really terrifying, at least to me, is the fact that we are only now at the halfway point, we can only hope, of this the most disastrous presidency in recent memory. In his 2 short years since assuming office, Barry has been more successful in his efforts to not only destroy our economy but to also severely weaken our national defense than Jimmy Carter managed to do in all of his 4 years. AMAZING! And to now make the attempt to portray Barry as beginning to behave in nearly a Reaganesque manner, as does a recent issue of Time magazine, goes behind being laughable. It's insane! But such is the mentality of those who take part in our present-day state-controlled media conglomerate.

What should be painfully obvious by now to even the most brain dead of those who stubbornly remain extremely devoted to our "Dear Leader," is the level of Barry's belligerence and his win at all costs mentality. He is determined to succeed in his endeavor to further weaken our country on as many fronts as he is able to and all manner possible. He insists upon doing all that he can to dig us ever deeper in a hole, economically, fiscally as well as internationally, and at nearly a fevered pace, hoping to make it all the more difficult for us to ever get ourselves out. A fact that is pretty much routinely ignored by nearly all of those who comprise today's state run media conglomerate. The arrogance thus far exhibited by Barry and his party does not bode well for the future of America. Barry is an American president the likes of which we have never seen before, and God willing, we will never see again. I think that up to this point it can be said that he has been an anomaly, of sorts. Someone who was ushered into power with the help of a blatantly corrupt propaganda machine disguised as a responsible "news" media, complete with tingles up their legs. And acting together with what should rightfully be summed up as a rather ignorant electorate, a perfect storm was created. He's a man whose actions are nothing short of insidious and he is an individual who possesses such a level of contempt, even hatred, for his own country that it would seem very reasonable to consider him as being the greatest threat that our nation now faces. This internal menace has succeeded in inflicting more damage upon this country than has any external threat we have ever faced. Barry can be seen as being more than a little devious and quite deceptive in his practices, even stealthy as well as patently dishonest in how he goes about working to further his very corrosive objective to "fundamentally transform" America. What we now have in our president is an individual who cares very little about what those who elected him may actually think. He is of the opinion that it is he, and he alone, who knows what is best for them. As he was frequently heard to say during his campaign, "We are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the change that we seek." Geez, talk about an freakin ego! And apparently he has little difficulty whatsoever when it comes to a willingness to place every single American citizen firmly in the crosshairs of those on a growing list of potential adversaries. When looking over Barry’s priorities, it would seem that defending America is much less important to him than is the going about and apologizing for all of its past sins, both real and imagined. To say that these priorities are more than a little skewed would be an understatement of the first magnitude.

A brief recap of just the main low points, Democrats no doubt differ with that opinion, would include but not be limited to:

1. Barry, in a gross breach of decorum, protocol and even good manners, went so far as to slander the Supreme Court, for no other reason than because the court had the nerve to arrive at a decision that was contrary to Barry's way of thinking and that he therefore rather strongly disagreed with. The decision came out in favor of free speech, which is something that has always been rather a particular pet peeve of Barry's. The forum in which Barry chose to single out the Justices was on national television no less and during a State of the Union address. As they say, there is a time and a place for everything and this most definitely was neither the time nor the place to bring up his grievance and in such a rather immature and very sophomoric manner. It was not only quite pathetic behavior but very un-presidential. And to see the Democrats, who essentially had the Justices surrounded, so enthusiastically applaud such ludicrous remarks was most appalling.

2. Barry has literally seized control of very large portions of the private sector. From everything from large sections of our financial sector, two auto companies and even of the student loan program all of which has allowed the government much more leverage in one more area where it definitely has no business. The main reason for the escalating cost of a college education is because of the government's growing involvement in the process. And with all of this acquisition by the government there has been no significant improvement in any segment of the economy. In fact, according to recent Gallup polling data, actual unemployment is resting 9.9 percent and under employment is at 19.2 percent. All after we were promised that unemployment would not go above 8 percent if only we trusted Barry.

3. In what was nothing more than a blatant abuse of power and a prime example of bastardizing the legislative process, Barry seized control of our healthcare system, putting it firmly onto the path toward complete socialization. There is plenty of evidence has come to light that very clearly reveals the deceit behind Barry's efforts to get his healthcare plan, a plan that he promised would not "pull the plug on grandma," passed. Opponents of the plan dubbed such efforts as "death panels" that would encourage euthanasia, were accused of being alarmists and of misrepresenting the bill through the spreading falsehoods about the plan. Well it now seems that they may have been pretty close to the truth since on December 3 the Barry "Almighty" administration issued a new Medicare regulation detailing "voluntary advance care planning" that is to be included during patients' annual checkups. The regulation aimed at the aged "may include advance directives to forgo aggressive life-sustaining treatment." The new provision, which goes into effect January 1, allows Medicare to pay for voluntary counseling to help beneficiaries deal with the complex decisions families face when a loved one is approaching death. Critics say it is nothing more than another attempt to limit healthcare options for the elderly as they face serious illness. Can you spell rationing? Barry is such a liar.

4. Barry, with assistance from Congress, has also effectively seized control of our food supply by further expanding federal powers to regulate food producers. As such, government has successfully now assumed greater control over American's food supply. So we now have bureaucrats who are not only now in control of our healthcare but also our food supply as well. Now doesn't that just give everybody a nice warm and fuzzy feelin!

5. Barry, who by the way is only the second president in the last 65 years with zero military experience, the first being "BJ" Clinton, has now, in what is really nothing more than a blatant example of political pandering, forced his rather twisted beliefs upon on our young men and women presently serving in the military. By placing those fighting for our country now into a position of having to deal with a specific type of individual who, to say the least, is apt to add yet one more discomfort to what is an already uncomfortable environment that very often calls for living in quarters that can be, more often that not, a little cramped or at least very close. With gays now being able to openly serve, behavior that would have otherwise, up until now, caused them to be discharged, will now be seen as acceptable behavior. And such behavior will now most likely be on the increase as there will be no longer be any stigma attached or fear of retribution for these people "exposing" themselves.

6. Barry has made the task of those serving in Afghanistan much more difficult by his willfully creating what is nothing short of rampant uncertainty amongst the Afghan people by insisting on stating a deadline on when American troops will leave. And all for purely political purposes, and with no desire whatsoever to achieve any level of a real victory. For Barry, victory, at least in the context of the military, is nothing but a dirty seven-letter word.

7. Barry, with assistance coming from some Republicans, continues in his efforts to subsidize, through what appears to be never-ending unemployment benefits, lazy Americans who refuse to search out potential job opportunities because it seems they make more money sitting around on their rapidly expanding derrieres while watching Oprah, their favorite soaps or perhaps reruns of "The West Wing."

8. As part of Barry's to deconstruct our national defense capability, he and the Democrats, with the assistance of 13 RINOs, have now enthusiastically placed the life of every single American the crosshairs of any number of countries all because of a seriously flawed treaty with a former Super Power which today is nothing more than a third rate dictatorship. He has effectively cut us off at the knees in our now being able to protect ourselves from such burgeoning nuclear threats as Iran and North Korea. There is now also troublesome talks taking place between Iran and Hugo Chavez's Venezuela. But Barry seems to be not the least bit concerned with such matters. After all, Hugo is one of Barry's buddies.

9. Barry has also succeeded, again with Republican assistance, in passing what was essentially "Stimulus II", the tax cut deal. With what keeping the current tax rates in place will cost us, I would have much rather had the Republican shown just a little spine and waited until after the first of the year when their numbers will expand before choosing to pursue this particular issue. But nope, they just couldn't bring themselves to do it

10. Barry and the Democrats are responsible for having now created a deficit costing $30,543 per household in 2010. This country's debt has now reached an astonishing $14 Trillion. It's absolutely mind-boggling. Barry has put us on the road to financial ruin and all with a smile on his face and a gleam in his eye. And he stubbornly continues to blame it all on Bush. Behavior that is both quite pathetic and most definitely, un-presidential.

11. We now have Barry's hand picked Chairman of the FCC, an old college buddy if his, handing over to Barry control of the Internet. Slowly but surely dissent is being quashed in this country. How dare we the people even consider criticizing our extremely thin skinned "Fearless Leader?" We just don't realize how good we have it! Thank God for Barry.

Thus far the presidency of Barry "Almighty" has been one designed entirely around the concept of "fundamentally transforming" America through dramatically increasing both the size and scope of the federal government. An expansion that now has the government being more capable than ever of worming its way ever deeper into the very fabric of our society and the personal lives of the citizenry. And the further we get into this warped presidency and the more Barry is able to accomplish, the more things will prove to be very difficult, if not impossible to reverse. I think it very safe to say that Barry has now very easily eclipsed the dangerous buffoonery of Jimmy "Peanut Brain" Carter and in so doing, can now rightfully lay claim to the title of being this nation's worst president, ever. Make no mistake, Barry is to be considered as being far more dangerous than Carter ever was. With Carter, his pitiful performance as president was more because of his own stupidity, ineptness and, to a degree, a certain naïveté regarding the world around him. With Barry it's not about any of those things, it's all about him. The insidious behavior exhibited by our current president on nearly a daily basis is much more purposeful than was that of Carter. Barry is absolutely driven in his efforts to destroy this country by any and all means possible, having resorted to what is essentially a "scorched earth" sort of methodology. He sees himself as being on a mission, a mission the purpose of which is deadly to our American set of values and core beliefs as well as our stature in the World. He wishes to be seen by the elites of the World as being the individual solely responsible for bringing about the demise of American power and influence. Many may choose to scoff at that notion, but when looking back at all that he has done and in a relatively short period of time, while seeing all that he continues to do in the present, it is most difficult to come to any other conclusion. So the sad fact is, that by the time this long national nightmare known the Barry "Almighty" presidency finally comes to an end, the face of America may very well be forever altered. His has taken, and continues to take, his desire to "fundamentally transform" America deadly serious, and I think it safe to say that, and much to the chagrin of most Americans, he has met with a great deal of success.

Make no mistake, Barry and the Democrats continue to be very fixated on their efforts to wreak as much havoc as possible and are working to seek new and improved ways in their endeavor to drive our country even further into the ditch. Their hope is to get us so far in debt that we never get out. Their plan, More “Stimulus” Spending, More Regulations, Higher Debt Limit, More Government Interference. The White House Chief of Staff said that Democrats want to raise the debt limit without cutting spending, now there's a shocker, however Americans overwhelmingly disagree. Now keep in mind that only 27 percent of likely voters favor raising the nation’s $14.3 trillion debt ceiling, while 62 percent oppose it, according to an exclusive poll for The Hill. But, when has what then people thing ever been allow to conflict with what Barry and the Dems want to do? And as ABC News has already reported, the Democrats are, as we speak, very busy teaming up with an “army of lobbyists” to keep the spending binge very much alive and well. Democrats are also working with liberal special interest groups in an attempt to derail the REINS Act, which is a proposal designed to rein in job-crushing government regulations and red tape. After two years of failed “stimulus” spending that’s left us with fewer jobs and far more debt, Democrats held a “mock hearing” to promote their desire for … more of the same failed “stimulus” spending. However, a new survey by USA Today/Gallup shows that voters prefer the GOP plan to cut government spending back to pre-“stimulus,” pre-bailout levels. “Hope and Change?” No, don’t think so!! So, after all is said and done will we be that "Shining city on the hill", or the flickering cave located somewhere down in the bowels of some deep, dark and dank canyon. Wanna bet which Barry would prefer for us?
