FROM WISCONSIN, ONWARD...TAKING OUR COUNTRY BACK!



While a heightened level insanity is obviously very much alive and well on the Left, apparently just the opposite condition is now staging somewhat of a comeback on the Right. For evidence of that rebirth of sanity, we need look no further than the Wisconsin Senate where its members have succeeded in voting, on Wednesday, to strip nearly all collective bargaining "rights" from public employees. The vote came after Republicans seemed to have outmaneuvered the chamber's AWOL Democrats and approved an explosive proposal that has rocked not only the state but unions nationwide. Now of course there have been any number of threats posed by these AWOL Democrats that have followed and practically nonstop since this vote took place. And there has also been some accusations made of White House involvement in the voter recalls that have now been initiated against some of the Republicans in the state senate. But that should come as no big surprise to anyone, since that is exactly the thug style of "Chicago" politics that our current president likes to play.

"You are cowards!" screamed many of those in the throngs of greedy public union parasites that were assembled in the Senate gallery as lawmakers proceeded with the taking of the vote. Within hours, a crowd of a few hundred protesters inside the Capitol had grown to several thousand, more than had been in the building at any point during weeks of protests. "The whole world is watching!" they shouted as they pressed up against the heavily guarded entrance to the Senate chamber. Personally, I hope the rest of the world is watching, because they might finally be getting a sense that we are finally acting responsibly in trying to get our fiscal house in order and gain some manner of control of our rapidly expanding debt. If these people could only see themselves acting in such a juvenile manner over nothing more than the fact of they're being asked to pay a fraction of what the rest of us are expected to pay for our health and retirement benefits. And what really ticks me off is that most of them in the crowd make more than I do, much more. And yet, they whine.


All 14 Senate Democrats fled "south of the border" to Illinois nearly three weeks ago in their attempt to prevent the chamber from having enough members present to consider Gov. Scott Walker's "budget-repair bill." Their goal was to prevent the Senate from assembling the required quorum in order to take up any measures that spends money. So to counter this pathetic act of cowardice, the Republicans, on Wednesday, removed all of the spending measures out of the legislation and a special committee of lawmakers from both the Senate and Assembly approved the revised bill a short time later. The unexpected, yet surprisingly simple, procedural move ended the Democrat created stalemate that had threatened to drag on indefinitely. Until Wednesday's vote, it appeared the standoff would persist until Democrats returned to Madison from their self-imposed exile. So in the end, other than these individuals making themselves to appear to a bunch of selfish dopes, what else did they accomplish? Wouldn't they have better served their constituents had they simply stayed and worked?


"In 30 minutes, 18 state senators undid 50 years of civil rights in Wisconsin. Their disrespect for the people of Wisconsin and their rights is an outrage that will never be forgotten," whined Democratic Senate Minority Leader Mark Miller from somewhere in Illinois. "Tonight, 18 Senate Republicans conspired to take government away from the people." This is such a crock. I hope, as this doofus Miller claims, it is never forgotten, because it very clearly shows who it is that is the responsible party when it comes to getting spending under control. Maybe if these union puppets disguised as state legislators had been at their post instead of hiding out somewhere across the border the outcome might have been different. If these "Illinois 14," as I heard one of the clones refer to themselves, just last night on Greta, wish to point the blame anywhere, they can point right back at themselves. They were the cowards who chose to run. How infantile a tactic, that just because you don't get your way, you throw a fit. Elections have consequences. Isn't that what I've been repeatedly told since Barry "Almighty" successfully purchased the White House? I think so!


The state Assembly previously approved the original proposal and was set to consider the new measure on Thursday. Miller said in an interview with state control media outlet, The Associated Press (AP), that there is nothing Democrats can do now to stop the bill: "It's a done deal." In an attempt to grasp at whatever straws they see as remaining, the lone Democrat present on the special committee, Assembly Minority Leader Peter Barca, shouted that the meeting was a violation of the state's open meetings law. However, such was not the case, at least according to the Senate's chief clerk. He stated a few hours later that the meeting was in fact properly held. So our AWOL Democrats can whine all they wish. Maybe what they find as being so offensive is the fact that everything was done so completely above board, which is just the opposite of their usual way of doing business which is always in the dark of night and under some shroud of secrecy. Democrats always have to portray what it is they are doing as being something other than what it is, hoping we'll not find out what they're up to until it's too late.


"The jig is now up," Barca said. "The fraud on the people of Wisconsin is now clear." Morons like this Barca are simply coming unhinged. However, if there is anyone who would have a very firm grasp on the definition of fraud, it would be a Democrat. But what was done here is anything but fraudulent. You have to ask yourself this about Mr. Barca, wasn't he and the other members of his party listening during the campaign when candidate Scott Walker was busy telling all who would listen just what he intended on doing if he got elected. So to now do anything other that what he has done would be to break the promises that he made to all those who voted for him. Walker had repeatedly argued that collective bargaining was a budget issue, because his proposed changes would give local governments the flexibility to confront budget cuts needed to close the state's $3.6 billion deficit. He has said that without the changes, he may have needed to lay off 1,500 state workers and make other cuts to balance the budget. So how does any of this equate to the committing of some fraud? On the contrary, what it is just the opposite!


Walker said Wednesday night that Democrats had three weeks to debate the bill and were offered repeated opportunities to come back, but refused. "I applaud the Legislature's action today to stand up to the status quo and take a step in the right direction to balance the budget and reform government," Walker said in the statement. The measure approved Wednesday forbids most government workers from collectively bargaining for wage increases beyond the rate of inflation. It also requires public workers to pay more toward their pensions and double their health insurance contribution, a combination equivalent to an 8 percent pay cut for the average worker. Police and firefighters are exempt. And even police and fireman should not be given free rein to make outrageous demands for pay and benefits. They choose their profession of their own free will, and I should have to be placed in the position of guaranteeing them and early and very well financed retirement. No one, and I do mean no one, should be permitted the "right" to hold the rest of us hostage. And that goes for the cops and firemen as well.


Walker's proposal has touched off quite a firestorm amongst Democrats and their union taskmasters. This latest scenario has sparked a national debate over union "rights" for public employees and prompted tens of thousands of demonstrators to converge on Wisconsin's capital city for weeks of protests. This whole attempt by these spoiled public employees to drown the voice of the people was nothing more than one big temper tantrum. And here seems to be more than a little confusion here on the part of these public employees over what exactly is deemed as being a right and what is actually a privilege. These overpaid and underworked public union employees seem to be under the mistaken impression, thanks primarily to their corrupt union leadership, that collective bargaining has somehow become a "right" that must be recognized. I hate to be the one to have to break the bad news to all of these stellar public employees, but it just ain't so. And there is a good chance that the little gravy train enjoyed by so many for so long may, at long last, be coming to a much needed end.


Wednesday's drama unfolded less than four hours after Gov. Walker met with GOP senators in a closed-door meeting. He emerged from the meeting saying the senators were "firm" in their support of the bill. For weeks, Democrats had offered concessions on issues other than the bargaining "rights" and they spent much of Wednesday again calling on Walker and Republicans to "compromise." The whole concept of being able to "compromise" with Democrats more often than not always turns out to be a stalling tactic with nothing ever being accomplished unless it is the Republicans who give something up. So the entire exercise is futile. Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald said earlier that Republicans had been discussing concessions offered by Walker, including allowing public workers to bargain over their salaries without a wage limit. Several GOP senators facing recall efforts had also publicly called for a "compromise." "The people of Wisconsin elected us to come to Madison and do a job," Fitzgerald said in a statement after the vote. "Just because the Senate Democrats won't do theirs, doesn't mean we won't do ours."


Now it should without saying that Union leaders weren't at all happy with Walker's offer, and were furious and quite beside themselves, regarding the Senate's move to push the measure forward with a quick vote. Phil Neuenfeldt, president of the Wisconsin state AFL-CIO, said after Wednesday's vote that Republicans exercised a "nuclear option." "Scott Walker and the Republicans' ideological war on the middle class and working families is now indisputable," Neuenfeldt said. This imbecile Neuenfedt truly has slipped a pretty significant cog here. These union clowns appear to now be in a major meltdown, with many, quite possibly, soon to be seen headed toward their local psycho ward in the not too distant future. This guy Niedermeyer, or whatever the hell his name is, can try to paint this as being something other than what it is, but at the end of the day it doesn't alter the fact that these out of control unions need to be reeled before we all go broke. Mr. Neuenfeldt is a liar, plain and simple, and he's out to do nothing more than to line his own pockets at the expense of the rest of us. This holier that thou attitude that guys like him possess is the real fraud being perpetrated here. He doesn't care about the workers, he only cares about the amount of dues that he is able to legally steal from them.


And then there is this bit of stupidity coming from that dwarf, former Labor Secretary Robert "Shorty" Reich, who said that Wednesday night’s Wisconsin vote is another example of governors' “trampling on the rights of working people, making a mockery of democracy, and a mockery of the rule of law.” Blah, Blah, Blah. The rule of law? I'm not so sure Mr. Reich wants to using that exact language. I mean after all, a claim like that to be coming from a guy who served under "BJ" Clinton is pretty much nothing more than a joke! "In Wisconsin, the governor [Scott Walker] has exposed himself,” Reich said on MSNBC. Ah, I could be wrong, but again in reference to his having served under "BJ," I think Mr. Reich would be wise to avoid using the word "exposed." Old Shorty went on to say, “I mean, after all, his whole justification for getting rid of most of the bargaining rights of state workers was to save money. But in order to ram this particular piece of legislation through the state Senate, they had to characterize it as having nothing to do with the budget at all. I think the governor is going to pay a huge political price for this.” Hey Bob, he's doing exactly what he said he would do if elected, haven't you been listening.


Reich was asked how the Wisconsin Senate’s action to limit public workers’ collective bargaining might impact other states. “I think that in Ohio, [Gov.] John Kasich is probably encouraged by what Walker did, or by what Walker is doing,” Reich said. “And I wouldn’t be surprised if governors in New Jersey … and also in Indiana and other Midwestern states – where you have Republican governors, who believe they are in the ascendancy – take some courage from all of this, and feel that actually Governor Walker is going to make headway, at least among Republicans and conservatives. But I do think that the American public does not like this kind of extremism,” Mr. Reich said. “And Republicans both at the state level – and also Republicans who are threatening a shutdown of the federal government – risk turning the public off.” This moron is just one more example of how it is the Democrats who are doing all of the talking up regarding the potential of a government shutdown. Let's not allow ourselves to be fooled here. Who was it that was trying to shutdown the Wisconsin state government. It wasn't the Republicans who playing games, it was a sick cadre of 14 slimy Democrats!

HAS GOV. WALKER OFFICIALLY BEGUN THE CAVING PROCESS?

So, the question is, "Why cave now to these union blackmailers?" And why is it that it is always the Republicans who must be willing to "compromise?" Nothing good ever comes out of something like this. All that ends up being accomplished is that the problems are pushed off to another day, when they will be much more difficult to deal with. This "compromise" will do nothing more than to re-enforce the type of bad behavior that has been exhibited by both these scumbag AWOL Democrats as well as the union leeches. The governor said at the very beginning of this that the 5 million people in his state deserved a voice, they deserved to be heard just as much as did the 300,000 union people. Well, by being willing to now "compromise," he is effectively telling those 5 million residents of his state that they are now free to go screw themselves. Once again we have a Republican who has a severe case of spinelessness. I'm not even sure if that's a word, but it fits what's going on here. So it was then that after turning down an invitation to meet with Democratic Party leaders on Monday, Gov. Walker has now offered to keep certain collective bargaining rights in place for state workers. All coming in the form of his proposed "compromise" which I guess is aimed at trying to end a nearly three-week standoff with these absentee Democratic state senators, at least according to e-mails released Tuesday by his office. The e-mails, some dated as recently as this passed Sunday, show somewhat of a softening stance on the part of Gov. Walker in his talks with the 14 Democrats who chose to flee to Illinois instead of manning up and doing the job that they get paid to do. In their effort to block a vote on his original proposal that would strip nearly all collective bargaining rights for public workers and force concessions amounting to an average 8 percent pay cut, they chose to run. What's going to happen is that victory will go to whichever team's players have the bigger balls. And from where I'm sitting, the governor needs to start growing a pair.



Under this new "compromise" now being floated by Gov. Walker and detailed in the previously mentioned e-mails, union workers would be able to continue collective bargaining over their salaries with no limit, which is a change from the governor's original plan that banned negotiated salary increases beyond inflation. He also proposed "compromises" allowing collective bargaining to stay in place on mandatory overtime, performance bonuses, hazardous duty pay and classroom size for teachers. The calling for increased contributions for health insurance and pension, projected to save the state $330 million by mid-2013, would remain. Sen. Bob Jauch, one of the 14 AWOL Democrats, said he hoped that the "compromise" would serve as a blueprint for future negotiations. But both he and Sen. Tim Cullen, who were working with Walker’s administration, said the latest offer was inadequate. Inadequate? Who do these worthless gasbags think they are? They hold the entire process hostage, and then claim that the, what I view as excessive, overtures now being made by the governor are inadequate? Look, I can't help but think that this whole notion of a "compromise" is a big mistake. You can never afford to give into individuals who use these types of tactics, because if you give these thugs so much as an inch they're going to want to take a mile. Nothing good can come from this "compromise." The e-mails even showed that Sen. Jauch had wanted even more items to be subject to collective bargaining than what Walker seeks to eliminate, including sick leave and vacation pay. “I consider the lines of communication still open,” Cullen said Tuesday. “Whether there’s going to be any communicating, remains to be seen. These things ebb and flow.” Boy, isn't that big of Mr. Cullen. This gutless coward has no right to be making any demands as long as he remains hiding out in another state. In fact, there should be absolutely no dialogue with these deserters until that can manage to grow up and get back to where it is that they belong!


Walker had repeatedly said that he would not budge on the key parts of the bill that’s been stymied in the Senate after Democrats left 19 days ago. But it would appear that he is now budging, and that cannot be viewed as being a positive thing. But the pressure to arrive at some sort of deal has increased as protests reached as large as 80,000 union parasites and polls show the public want a "compromise" and recall efforts were launched against 16 senators, including eight Republicans. Some of the items in Walker’s "compromise" plan could only be bargained if both sides agree to take them up. Workplace safety would be subjected to bargaining regardless. Walker also proposed allowing collective bargaining agreements to last up to two years, instead of the one-year limit in his original proposal. Unions would only have to vote to remain in existence every three years, instead of annually as Walker initially proposed. Additionally, University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics Authority employees would not lose all union bargaining rights and the Legislature‘s budget committee would have to vote to approve any changes to Medicaid programs sought by Walker’s administration. Under the original bill, the Department of Health Services could make cuts and other changes to programs benefiting the poor, elderly and disabled without requiring a hearing or vote by the legislative committee. Senate Republicans spent hours going over the "compromise" plan Tuesday morning in a closed-door meeting, Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald said. He acknowledged that pressure was increasing on the senators, saying the recall efforts launched against eight Republicans was “on everybody’s minds.” If the people are not going to chose to stand with the Republicans on this issue, then they deserve whatever it is that results from this ongoing situation. Having said that, should the governor chose, instead, to cave on this, and throw the people of Wisconsin under the union bus, then he is deserving of whatever scorn is heaped upon him by the good people of Wisconsin.


“Everybody’s obviously receiving a lot of pressure,” Fitzgerald said. “I had people on my front porch before I left this morning.” He didn’t say whether Senate Republicans agreed with the concessions Walker proposed on Sunday, but said support for the underlying bill remained strong. “We’re rock solid, we’re fine,” he said. Sorry, but I'm just not so confident about that anymore. Because if the governor is now willing to go squishy, how many more Republicans will soon be following his lead? Isn't there anyone out there who possesses the necessary backbone to do what needs to be done in order to prevent our entire country from going completely down the tubes? I'm really beginning to wonder.

NPR ACCUSED OF BEING TOO CONSERVATIVE?

When I first read about this I thought I would fall out of my chair from laughing so hard. Apparently, the president and CEO of National Public Radio (NPR), some highly overpaid bimbo liberal named Vivian Schiller, has been quoted as saying that NPR gets a “tremendous amount of criticism for being too conservative.” My first question was, by who? Perhaps those morons over at the Daily Kos or the Huffington Post? First of all you need to be calling into question the intelligence of anyone who is really of that opinion. Now I'm sure, since she is a wacko liberal, she sees herself as being so much smarter than we common folk, therefore she's confident in the fact that we're going to believe this kind of nonsense. It's kinda funny though that she should choose this time to be out there spewing this silliness especially with there now being what seems to be some serious discussions going on about suspending taxpayer funding for this organization that does possess such an obviously liberal bias. I think most intelligent people do see NPR for exactly what it is, just another taxpayer funded front group of the Democrat Party. Together, with its partner in crime, PBS, these entities operate in unison as one of the primary weapons of choice favored by "progressives", in their efforts to advance all kinds of idiotic falsehoods and myths ranging from the coming calamities resulting from nonexistent global warming to advantages of the gay lifestyle. TOO Conservative? I think not!!! But then I guess it would all depend on how exactly one goes about defining being conservative.

So it was then at a luncheon at, where else but that bastion of journalistic chicanery, the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., on Monday, that Ms. Schiller was asked by a moderator, “Do you believe there’s an imbalance at NPR in terms of liberals and conservatives in the newsroom – I think I know which side they’d like to have better represented there – if the answer is yes, what do you propose to do about it?” Schiller responded by saying, “You know, every news organization – I’ve worked now with three news organizations, but even every other, people I know from every other news organization I know – gets criticized about being too liberal, about being too conservative, about being too this, that and the other. It comes with the territory." First, the fact that she refers to her organization as a "news organization" is in itself quite comical. And her rather evasive, as well as idiotic response was to say the least, seen as being the very typical response given whenever these "media" people find themselves being asked to comment on whether or not there is any level of liberal bias evident in today's state controlled media. Their unwillingness, or inability, to ever provide anything that remotely resembles a straightforward answer should leave little or no doubt that that bias does exist. I mean really, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that there is a very obvious leftward slant to what passes as today's "mainstream" media. But for whatever reason, these people are physically incapable of being able to fess up to that fact.


Continuing on with her attempt to avoid answering the question, Ms. Schiller said, “So, certainly we do get criticized about all manner of things,” said Schiller. “In terms of the liberal, and I will tell you that it maybe doesn’t get as much attention, but we get a tremendous amount of criticism for being too conservative as well. I wish that those folks could be in our editorial meetings and see what goes on and the care that our reporters and our journalists and other editors take to get it right." Going on to say, “This is an incredibly crucial cornerstone of what we do to present, not journalism that is ‘on the one hand, on the other hand’ – that’s not very interesting story-telling." An finally saying, “But journalism that reflects no particular bias. And it’s not just a matter of how the stories are told, it’s the kind of stories that we tell on NPR.” Look, this women is very obviously living in what can only be described as being some kind of an alternate universe. Anyone who has ever tuned in to NPR for even 5 minutes realized very quickly in which end of the political spectrum it operates. NPR does not practice journalism, what it puts out onto the airways is Liberal Democrat propaganda. Pure and feakin simple. There is never any presenting of both sides of any issue, only the advocating of the liberal point of view is heard. Now I suppose some will argue the point by saying isn't that what Conservative Talk Radio does. While to a certain extend that may be true, no one in Talk Radio receives any taxpayer money to do so.


She summed things up by saying, “For those that do criticize us for being liberal, I ask them, when I get that personally, I ask them to point to specific stories. And when they do, we take those very seriously. Have we erred? Absolutely, we have erred in the past, but we make corrections, and we always strive to do better.” Have you ever thought that you might be living in the "Twilight Zone?" These people just never cease to amaze me. The faux journalists of NPR constantly report stories very often without ever taking the time verify the accuracy of any sources or facts, especially if the story being reported upon supports some leftist cause. In their eagerness to simply run with the story and to get it out to their listeners at all costs, these clowns are guilty of committing a level of journalistic malpractice that can only be described as egregious. They insist on presenting fictional accounts as "news" which then results in Ms. Schiller having very little credibility when she has the nerve to say that the organization which she heads provides a valuable service by being a viable source of information for the general public. I don't think so! They routinely take advantage of the trust placed in them by the public who perceive them as being that reliable source of information. Which they so very obviously are not. This is but one more organization that finds itself on the receiving end of public funds for no other reason than that it assists the Democrats in getting their rather fraudulent message out in an effort to brainwash. It just needs to stop.

“LITTLE DICK” DURBIN, THE POSTERBOY FOR DEMOCRAT MALFEASANCE…

Even the most naïve among us should be able to readily recognize the fact that the Democrats, of which “Little Dick” is one, are far from being serious when it comes to making the level of spending cuts that we all know have now become essential. Let’s face it, it is “Little Dick” and his fellow socialists who are responsible for our present level of debt which is a direct result of they’re having been spending like drunken…Liberals. So it is then that our Senate Majority Whip “Little Dick” Durbin, D-Ill., yes, that same “Little Dick” who fondly refers to our soldiers as Nazis, refuses to say whether Democrats are willing to slash more than the $10 Billion in cuts they’ve offered to House Republicans. The Republicans have rejected the proposal as being a nonstarter and totaling insufficient, or so Politico reports. “You can’t balance the budget of America by cutting education, research and innovation, and basic investment of the infrastructure of America’s future. It can’t be done,” “Little Dick” whined on “Fox News Sunday.” “What I’m saying is that if you think you’re going to balance the budget by cutting [domestic, discretionary spending] down to balance, it is literally, figuratively impossible.” So says a Democrat whose only plan ever, is to simply raise taxes. Raise taxes on individuals, corporations and taxes on anything else they can think of. The philosophy of most Democrats is one that puts forward the notion that government spending must never, ever be reduced.

House Republicans passed a bill that would cut $61 billion in spending for the remaining seven months of the current fiscal year, which was something that “Little Dick” and his fellow Democrats said was something that they saw as being simply too severe. Democrats countered Friday with a much more “modest” proposal, of $10 billion in cuts, which in the big scheme of things, is essentially nothing more than a drop in the bucket. The Senate is set to take up both the Democratic and Republican packages, though, according to “Dingy” Harry Reid, neither is likely to get the 60 votes required to pass. The two sides have two weeks to agree on a plan before a potential shutdown of the government. A government shutdown that “Little Dick” and his boss “Dingy” Harry are actually working very hard to bring about. Which is something that should be obvious to anyone who has been paying any amount of attention, because for months now the loudest voices “warning” of a government shutdown have been coming from the Democrats. They’re out there trumpeting how a government shutdown is inevitable because they see that event as being political advantageous to them. So it is then that the Democrats are the ones now working overtime to bring just such an event to fruition.


Appearing with “Little Dick” on the Fox News Sunday show, was Texas Rep. Jeb Hensarling, chairman of the House Republican Conference, who took the opportunity to rightfully place blame for the high 8.9 percent unemployment rate, which is actually much closer to around 17 percent, squarely where it belongs, with “Little Dick” the Democrats. And he also made it painfully clear that the Democrats are at fault here for their failure to make any kind of a serious attempt to aggressively tackle our huge debt. Debt, as I have already said, they themselves have created! “High levels of indebtedness are going to lead to high levels of high levels of taxation, which lead to high levels of unemployment. If you really want people to have paychecks instead of government checks, we’ve got to put the nation on a fiscally sustainable course,” Hensarling said. “When Dick [Durbin] accuses us of draconian cuts, this is 2.5 percent roughly of the entire federal budget," Hensarling added. "They are willing to do nothing.” That’s a fact, the Democrats want to do nothing. Their plan is to do nothing. For proof of that one need look no further than Barry’s budget, which was a joke that does nothing to address our current fiscal mess. There has been no leadership whatsoever that has come from out “community agitator” president regarding the need to rein in spending.


Both “Little Dick” and Rep. Hensarling served on Barry’s bogus debt and deficit commission and voted for the group’s recommendations. And now “Little Dick” claims to be heading up some “bipartisan” group of six senators that is now negotiating a way to implement elements of the debt commission’s plan. I’m not sure of the membership of this little group, so I am a little curious as to just how many useless RINOs might be taking part in it. “We are trying to come up with a comprehensive way to do it, not about the bragging rights for the next six or seven months,” “Little Dick” said, “but whether we can have a sensible way that brings us down to the point that Jeb and I agree on.” Let’s face it, “Little Dick” and his fellow Democrats have absolutely no intention of agreeing to anything that would come anywhere near approaching what is actually needed to get this country back on sound fiscal footing. There is a complete lack of seriousness when it comes to any Democrat willingness to seriously address our present debt crisis. Because what they want to have happen, what they’re hoping to bring about, is a complete financial collapse. It is their goal, because they see that as being the most expeditious way for them to then “create” an environment that they see as being most conducive to their being able to further advance the growth of government. Also they see it as a method of enhancing their electoral prospects in 2012. You see, they feel the more “voters” that they can manage to get firmly affixed to the government teat, the more easily, these same “voters” can then be “encouraged” to vote for Democrats. The Democrats always approach things from a political point of view, and never from the direction of what’s best for the country.


The Democrat Party has a rather long and storied history of offering to the American people nothing but lies. And that trend continues today as the continue to exhibit their common traits of being dishonest, deceptive and more than a little shady when it comes to the putting forward any useful suggestions of what needs to be done, and soon, if we are to rescue our country from financial collapse. Their despicable actions provide a very clear indicator that they obviously have what can only be described as an ulterior motive as they work feverishly to ensure that our present financial situation only becomes worse. They continue to propose supposed cures for what ails us, while at the same time knowing full well that their proposals will do absolutely nothing in taking us toward getting our financial house in order. They appear to somewhat determined in their efforts to make things worse, much worse. And they are being more than just a little disingenuous regarding the problems we face, refusing to admit that there is even that is anything in urgent need of being addressed in the first place. And their tactic of refusing to address current spending levels of ever more costly entitlement programs and instead leaving it for the Republicans to address, simply goes beyond the pale. Their plan for doing so is for no other reason than pure politics. They see themselves as being able to later accuse Republicans of trying to achieve some level of strictly on the backs of the elderly and the “children, and is at worst, insidious, and morally bankrupt at best. They are political hacks who are willing to sacrifice all if there is to be any chance for them to be allowed to increase their political power.


So in the end it will be up to the American people. Will they buy into the rhetoric that is sure to come from the likes of “Little Dick” and his media enablers, or will they acknowledge the fact that the Democrats have no desire whatsoever, to get control of our out of control spending?

BARRY’S TEAM SHOWING ITS TRUE COLORS…AGAIN

Never one to be content with minding his own business as well as being routinely compelled to throw any amount of gasoline on whatever smoldering embers he may come across, our illustrious president, Barack Hussein Obama is once again busying himself with stirring the proverbial pot. While you would think he would have much bigger problems to deal with, I guess that is just not the case. Barry should be tending to the problems this country is presently experiencing not only on a national level, but also a global level, but he’d rather stick his unwanted nose into the ongoing business of various states. However, he is always careful to keep himself somewhat out of sight, manipulating the strings from behind the curtain. He chooses to send out any number of his empty-headed minions all in an effort to cause as much hate and discontent as is possible. He does so in the hopes that the resulting outcome will produce a positive political outcome for both himself and his corrupt political party. He is perfectly willing condone the juvenile behavior exhibited by those Democrats presently hiding out in Illinois, who have taken it upon themselves to completely ignore the will of the people. But what else is new for Democrats. To them the people are too stupid to know what’s best for them. The governor and the Republicans in the state house were duly elected after running on the specific platform, a platform that outlined exactly what it was that they intended to do if they were to win the election. They won, and are now doing nothing more than what they promised they would do. Yet the Democrats, always the first postulate about elections having consequences, don’t seem to ever be willing to accept the fact that they had their butts handed to them. So instead of accepting their defeat like adults they choose instead to act like spoiled children. And even though they lost, they still feel that they are entitled to be able to dictate policy.

The most recent example of Barry’s persistent incursions into state business, took place in the form of a conference call this past week involving the Communications Workers of America (CWA). It was during this call that Barry’s imbecilic U.S. Labor Secretary, Hilda Solis, voiced encouragement to these unionized parasites everywhere to maintain the fight no matter what, that they are deserving of their extremely costly benefits that are funded through public funds. These leeches are presently bleeding any number of states dry through their demands for ever more costly “benefits.” She enthusiastically expressed that the Barry “Almighty” administration remains a staunch supporter of the unionized public employee who are fighting Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker’s proposed budget legislation. “Let’s keep fighting,” Solis reportedly told CWA president Larry Cohen with thousands of union members listening on the call. “I‘m very excited to hear about the enthusiasm that’s going on in Wisconsin and around the country,” Solis said. “I am so inspired and proud of all of you, especially those who went down to Wisconsin and also around the country.” So I guess it matters very little to these clones that the reason the governor is in his present predicament is because his state is over $3 BILLION in the red. And a very big reason for that problem is a direct result of demands made by the public employee unions. And it is these people with whom this bimbo is so proudly proclaiming that the Barry administration is proud to stand with in solidarity. One thing that this clown chooses to ignore is the fact while governor has the courage to do what is necessary, Barry has chose to take the cowards way out and do absolutely nothing about nation’s growing debt.


Washington Examiner’s Byron York reports that on more than one occasion, Secretary Solis has cheerfully referred to herself as part of the pro-union, anti-Walker cause. “I say let’s keep fighting,” Solis said, “let’s stand up for all workers, and let’s mobilize and do what we do best, and that is to make sure that the American public understands that union rights are no different from human rights.” As much as these people would like it to be so, collective bargaining, which is what is at the bottom of the current standoff in Wisconsin, is not a right, human or otherwise. On yet another occasion, Solis said, “We are willing to meet those folks at the table,” referring to Gov. Walker and the Republican legislative majority in Wisconsin. At the end of Solis’ remarks, Cohen, the CWA president, said, “I think all of us feel like those were historic words, for a member of the cabinet standing with us as clearly as you do, and, as you remind me, speaking for the president.” So while Barry works to keep a low profile and does his best to remain in the shadows, he sends people like this Solis character out to speak in his “absence.” His hope is to feed the frenzy that he sees as being conducive to bringing about a more friendly “political climate” for Democrats in time for 2012. Because victory at any cost is what’s paramount to these sleazy and very corrupt Democrats. It matters not to these people that the amount of money involved here, when discussing the budgetary shortfalls on the state level, has “got to be reduced.” One facet of this reduction in spending is to begin to have public employees begin paying their fair share of the cost of their benefits. And as much as the Democrats, including Barry, would like it to be so, tax hikes are not the answer. The answer is to CUT SPENDING!


After making the idiotic statement early in the Wisconsin standoff that Governor Walker’s proposed limits on collective bargaining represented “an assault on unions,” Barry has stayed largely quiet about the Wisconsin standoff, as have most administration officials. But as things continue, and those sniveling Democrat State Senators remain in hiding somewhere in Illinois, the administration is once again getting a little more vocal regarding its willingness to openly side with the public employee unions. But just what is it that encompasses the real job of the Secretary of Labor? Well, as Labor Secretary, Solis’ job is supposed to be one “to foster, promote, and develop the welfare of the wage earners, job seekers, and retirees of the United States,” at least according to the Department’s website. The mission statement actually makes no mention of unions whatsoever. “The Labor Department should not represent only that part of the workforce that is unionized,” Elaine Chao, Labor Secretary under George W. Bush, told the Washington Examiner earlier this week. “It should be responsible for the overall welfare of the entire American workforce.” Last weekend, Solis also spoke at the Democratic National Committee’s (DNC) winter meeting in Washington and praised “our brothers and sisters in public employee unions” who are “under assault” in Wisconsin and elsewhere. Let’s be honest here, there is no one who is under assault here. And I think it is extremely unfair for these greedy, unionized public employees, who make nearly twice as much as those of us in the private sector, to expect not to contribute a fair amount for their own benefits. Why should I be put in the position of having to not only cover the cost of my health insurance and retirement, but theirs as well?


So the bottom line here is that we have an administration which is determined to undermine the authority of governors who are only trying their best to do what is best for the people of their respective states. And while Barry may not be the most visible player in the continuing political game, we must not be naïve enough to think that those voices out in front are being orchestrated by the made behind the curtain, Barry “Almighty.” He may wish to keep his hands clean in all of this, but we must not allow him that luxury. He is a political thug, nothing more, nothing less.

STOP TAXPAYER SUBSIDIZING OF NPR AND PBS, NOW!

Many Republicans, both inside the "Beltway" and out, are none too happy about all of the taxpayer money that manages to find its way into the coffers of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB). Senator Jim DeMint, R-S.C., is one of those inside the Beltway guys who is doing something about it, by introducing a bill just today to cut off all federal subsidies. And Senator DeMint has also written an opinion piece in The Wall Street Journal explaining his views. "As Congress considers ways to close the $1.6 trillion deficit, cutting funding for the CPB has even been proposed by President Obama's bipartisan deficit reduction commission," he notes. "Instead, Mr. Obama wants to increase CPB's funding to $451 million in his latest budget." Many pundits have long complained about CPB’s very obvious and blatant liberal bias. "The best way to stop the 'partisan meddling' in public broadcasting … is by ending the taxpayers' obligation to pay for it," Mr. DeMint writes. "The politics will be out of public broadcasting as soon as the government gets out of the business of paying for it.” To allow any amount of public funds to continue to be routed to the tainted CPB, is something that should no longer be tolerated!

And so it is then, in this age of astronomical Barry created deficits that are increasing at nearly a logarithmic rate, that someone is going to need to say enough is enough. It’s going to need to be explained to me why it is that any amount of my tax money should still be going to subsidize either NPR and/or PBS. Being forced to foot the bill for the salaries of leftist morons the likes of that faux journalist, Bill Moyers, just kind of rubs me the wrong way. He spends a great deal of time do nothing more than slandering my country, and I’m just supposed to turn right around and allow my tax dollars to be used to pay his salary. No, I don’t think so. And apparently there are now a few others who are also asking the same questions, with some Republican Senators having now introduced a bill to stop all taxpayer subsidies to public radio and television. As amazing as it may sound to some, since 2001, this leftist propaganda outfit, fondly referred to as the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, has pocketed nearly $4 BILLION in taxpayer money to subsidize National Public Radio (NPR) and the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS). Now, Senators Jim DeMint (R-S.C.) and Tom Coburn (R-Okla.) have said that with the nation on the brink of bankruptcy, and while some decisions to cut spending may be difficult -- this one is not one of them. This one is a pure no-brainer if ever I saw one! Why should something that provides absolutely no return for the investment made, continue to be allowed to swallow up millions of tax dollars?


So it is then that I agree wholeheartedly with these guys in their assessment of our present fiscal situation. "Americans struggling to make ends meet shouldn’t be forced to fund public broadcasting when there are already thousands of choices for educational and entertainment programming on the television, radio and Web," DeMint said. "President Obama’s own bipartisan debt commission proposed ending these unnecessary subsidies to public broadcasting. NPR boasts that it only gets 2 percent of its funding from taxpayers and PBS gets about 15 percent, so these programs should be able to find a way to stand on their own.” If these organizations like to so boldly boast that they need so little taxpayer money, then why should I be expected to shell out more and more of my hard earned money so that they can continue propagate their leftist propaganda. There is absolutely no reason why we, the American taxpayer, should be called upon, or even expected to, to provide them with any amount of money. If they cannot garner enough funding through private means, then let them fold up their tent and go home. You can't tell me that there are not enough well healed liberals out there who would love nothing more than to shove tons of money in their direction.


Senator Coburn calls these subsidies for public broadcasting "indefensible." "The federal government has no business picking winners and losers in today’s highly competitive media environment. NPR and CPB will do just fine without largesse from Washington," Coburn added. Here, here! The Corporation of Public Broadcasting (CPB) was incorporated as a private, nonprofit corporation under the authority of the Public Broadcasting Act of 1967, and its first taxpayer subsidy in 1969 was $5 million. In the current fiscal year, CPB is slated to receive $430 MILLION from taxpayers, and Barry "Almighty" recently asked for an increase to $451 MILLION, the senators said. If this does not fit the definition of waste, fraud and abuse in a time when what is needed is a little fiscal restraint, then nothing does. These CPB clowns apparently have no problem whatsoever with they're being able to justify the ripping off of the taxpayer for their benefit, because they view what they're doing as providing a public service. Sorry, what they are, are nothing more than propagandists. And have you ever watched any of the idiotic children's programming on PBS? It's nothing but mind-numbing pabulum that’s been dreamt up by the resident cadre of imbecilic simpletons employed by we the taxpayers. The sole intent of their creative programming is to do nothing more than to brainwash those who happen to choose to tune in!


But here's the real kicker, and something that should really piss off every hard working taxpayer. PBS President Paula Kerger received a staggering $632,233 in compensation in 2009, according to the tax forms that nonprofits must file, while NPR President Emeritus Kevin Klose received more than $1.2 million in compensation. These two buffoons epitomize something that which Barry just loves to do so much. That is, to accuse all of those evil CEOs of being nothing more “greedy fat cats” simply ripping people off. These two jerks have got to be some of the fattest cats around, but because they're most likely rabid liberals, it's ok if they take we taxpayers for a ride. For crying out loud, that's more than Barry himself makes. Where's Barry's pay Czar on this issue, because these are truly exorbitant amounts of compensation that has as its source the taxpayers. Senators DeMint and Coburn also noted that in 2010, NPR accepted a $1.8 million grant from the Open Society Foundation, you know that really creepy organization funded by that even creepier liberal financier, George Soros, to hire 100 reporters. Additionally, NPR has an endowment of over $200 million, according to what they said in a news release. So explain to yet again why it needs any of my money.

To continue the funding of this worthless "corporation" on the backs of the taxpayers is nothing if not the perfect example of wasteful spending, and in the strictest sense. This truly is state controlled media at its finest and there is simply no longer any need for it to be subsidized with public funds. CPB fills no useful purpose and has no social redeeming qualities whatsoever and would hardly be missed if it were to suddenly cease operating tomorrow. In fact, it would probably be a very good thing. This taxpayer-funded gravy train for these fat cat liberals has got to be brought to a screeching halt and the sooner the better. Let's get firmly behind men like Senators DeMint and Coburn in their working to get our fiscal house back in order before it is truly too late.

AND NOW MORE FROM THAT RACIST LOUDMOUTH, "CALYPSO LOUIE"

Ya know, every once and a while you finally think that you just had to have finally heard it all. That with all of the craziness that's currently going on, not only across the globe, but right here in our own backyard, there's a very good chance that there is nothing left to be heard that hasn't been said at least once by somebody somewhere. But then out of nowhere, you're suddenly proven wrong. Because along comes some moron the likes of "Calypso Louie," that continuing source of hatred and incendiary vitriol, who is always at the ready to throw a little gasoline on any potential fire. This buffoon can always be counted on to prove that, nope, you may think so, but you haven't heard quite everything just yet. And so we now have the further ranting of this psychotic and obviously racist gasbag. It would seem that every time he opens his foul mouth, some of the most extreme stuff just falls out, and seems to just keep on coming. So it is then that Nation of Islam leader "Calypso Louie" Farrakhan is now enthusiastically proclaiming that it is those conniving Jews and Zionists who are now so aggressively "trying to push the US into war" and are nothing more than a cover for Satan. This most recent outrageous tirade came about while attending the group's annual meeting near Chicago on Tuesday. Ah, Chicago, home of some of the sleaziest characters, and biggest blowhards that you'll find anywhere. There's a reason they call it the "Windy City." It is a city that epitomizes political corruption and is located in a state that the runaway Democrats from Wisconsin chose to take refuge.

“President Obama," Louie warned, "if you allow the Zionists to push you, to mount a military offensive against Gaddafi and you go in and kill him and his sons as you did with Saddam Hussein and his sons, I’m warning you this is a Libyan problem, let the Libyans solve their problem among themselves.” Not surprisingly, Louis has called Muammar Gaddafi "my brother" and "my friend." Now lest we forget, our buddy Louie has made more than one trip to Libya to visit his old "friend" Muammar. In fact he was the recipient in 1996 of the Gadhafi Human Rights Award. The what? That “award” also came with a $250,000 prize. Farrakhan accepted the prize despite U.S. sanctions on Libya and has been financed by Gadhafi, including with a $5 million interest-free loan in 1985. Louie has also accused American Zionists of attempting to push Israel into war with Iran, adding that "Zionists dominate the government of the United States of America and her banking system." Why is it that the antics this imbecile get pretty much ignored by those in the state-run media? Can you possibly imagine if some white guy was to have the nerve to talk about blacks in such a way? It would be front page news from coast to coast. But look, I doubt if Louie really has anything to worry about in this regard. If he thinks that Barry would ever be willing to muster up the necessary fortitude to actually mount any sort of a military offensive, he's more delusional than even I thought he was. Barry, the guy who can't even bring himself to utter the words, 'War on Terror," choosing instead to call it an "Overseas Contingency Operation," is not about to risk starting any sort of conflict. This gutless appeasement oriented chunk of dog squeeze, would rather see the entire region go up in flames rather than exhibit any form of leadership in making an attempt, even threatening military intervention, to bring the continuing violence to an end.


One panel that was convened during this goofy little "conference," was actually titled "The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews," and went so far as to make the claim that Jews were disproportionately involved in the slave trade and accused them of controlling the media. Is this not one of the most idiotic things you've ever heard? “Some of you think that I’m just somebody who’s got something out for the Jewish people," Farrakhan said. "You’re stupid. Do you think I would waste my time if I did not think it was important for you to know Satan? My job is to pull the cover off of Satan so that he will never deceive you and the people of the world again.” Man, how do you spell, nut? This man is nothing if not one of the most vile individuals currently walking on this planet. He lives to do nothing more than to perpetually stir the pot. And as always with these people, everything always goes back to slavery, which in the very big scheme of things lasted a very short time, historically speaking, in this country and ended over 140 years ago. They insist that the slavery of our early history, remains the root of all of their misfortune, refusing to see that the real cause of the self inflicted misery in the black community are guys like Louie spewing their never-ending hatred. Strange that Louie still likes to bring slavery up, especially since his buddy Muammar, today in 2011, still sanctions the practice. To simply say that Louie is being, somewhat hypocritical, is obviously very much of an understatement. As is his fellow traveler, that other well-known anti-Semite and Barry's preacher for 20 years, Jeremiah Wright.


In response to all of this nonsense, ADL National Director Abe Foxman said: "Anti-Semitism has suffused the Nation of Islam's message, and Farrakhan is the standard bearer and bigot in chief....Perhaps what's more disturbing is that despite his anti-Semitic rants, he has not been made a pariah in his own community. What does it take for him to stop being a pied piper of hatred?" Truer words have never been spoken. Louie is a hater and nothing more than another fraudulent man of God out there in the black community. As a member of the rather exclusive club that includes fellow racists Al "Bull Horn" Sharpton, Jesse "The Blackmailer" Jackson and Jeremiah "God Damn America" Wright. Members of this rather exclusive little club spends the majority of their time stirring up hatred between the races because it's what puts money in their pockets. They're pond scum. These self-serving charlatans are not the least bit interested in seeing anyone in the black community doing anything that will improve their lives. And ya know, what does it say about our president that he has in the past, and may very well still be, associated with this caliber of racist. What is says is that he too has some very racist tendencies. And I think it very safe to say that Barry has a very serious problem in being able to deal with the plight of Israel in what has been seen as the traditional manner for America. It is very obvious where he sentiments lie, and they are not with the Jewish State. He take every opportunity to accuse Israel as being the roadblock to a peaceful solution to this decades old problem, because that is what he believes.

YOUR GOVERNMENT-RUN SCHOOLS AT WORK...

The Promise Of America Is. . . Socialism? Since when, exactly? Apparently ever since the leftists in our government, aided and abetted by corrupt unions seized control of our public schools. Because that’s exactly what is being taught in many American government run schools. Our public schools, it would seem, over the course of the 30 years degenerated into what are essentially nothing more than community indoctrination centers. Centers of dis-information specifically designed to properly prepare students for entry into any of our institutions of higher learning where the task of brainwashing is brought to its successful conclusion. Those whom we have always been able to trust to actually "teach" our children, long ago forgot what their true mission is. And because of out of control teachers' unions, we, the parents, have gradually become powerless in our ability to rid the educational system of these zealots, thus having them left in place, free to poison the malleable young minds of our children.

It's always under the guise of they’re "teaching" our children to read, or how to do math, or, to write, that these fanatics seize upon the opportunity, and devise ever new and creative ways in their attempt to plant the seeds of Socialism within the minds of our young and very impressionable children. It’s these same revisionists who take such great pleasure in they’re completely rewriting the history of our country. Some of the most important parts of our history that make this country truly exceptional among all other countries are simply glossed over, or never mentioned at all. As I child I was always taught to respect my teachers, and I have taught my children to do the same. But I'm afraid there are very few teachers today who are deserving of any level of trust whatsoever. Their role has drastically changed over time, becoming less teacher and more indoctrinator, and they have chosen to embrace this new role and have aggressively set out to exceed the mandates outlining the level of indoctrination to be achieved at specific grade levels.


For example, are you one of those Americans who believe that the Preamble to the Constitution of the United States mandates the following: "The People’s basic needs must be met in a country. Needs for housing, education, transportation, and health care overseen by our government system." No? Apparently this is the type of cockamamie BS that has managed to work its way into lesson plans in schools all across the country. In fact those very words are being chanted over and over and over by school children in too many parts of our country. Our whole educational system has come completely off the tracks. And it is something that those in charge have no desire to get firmly back onto the tracks. This is all part of an educational program called Building Fluency Through Practice and Performance. This section is called ‘The Promise of America’ and it breaks down the fifty-two word single sentence that is the Preamble.


Here is the original:


"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."


Now while disguised as a “reading” exercise, the Preamble has now been turned into a five page choral project with commentary planted inside this very simple sentence. Here is an example. Make note of what the children are being asked to read after the words ‘promote the general welfare’:


People’s basic needs must be met in a country.
Needs for housing, education, transportation and health care, overseen by our government system.


This “method” of “teaching” is something that we simply cannot, as responsible parents, allow to continue. It comes nowhere near to fitting the definition of education. This bastardization of our educational system at the hands of these socialist propagandists has resulted in an amount of damage that is incalculable. This type of behavior is nothing less than criminal. For today’s teacher to practice such a level of deceit against our children is inexcusable. That they can such pleasure in purposely lying and distorting and still manage to call it "teaching," is, yes, a criminal act. To imply that the Preamble or the Constitution actually includes such imbecilic notions as having the government responsible for meeting the people’s needs for housing, transportation and health care, is reckless at best and at worst, dishonest. So, I guess instead of actually teaching the Preamble and Constitution as it is written, “teachers” from coast to coast now seem to be very comfortable in altering it so that it more closely matches up with their version of history. They are taking it upon themselves to enthusiastically implement the indoctrinating of our children about the “benefits” of Socialism and have a new tool in their effort, all thanks to a company called Teacher Created Materials. TCM sells ‘The Promise of America’ to thousands of school districts all across the country as well as over 100 countries around the world. Apparently even after several phone calls were made to this outfit, its printing company Shell Education and New York City sales outlet Sussman Sales, very little specific data was obtained regarding just how many schools are currently using this crap, ’Promise of America.’ But one company rep has said that the “Fluency program is really, really popular.” I'll just bet that it is!


This is exactly the kind of training that is reminiscent of old Soviet-style indoctrination and the recent stories leaking out of North Korea in the summer of 2009 when Kim Jong il was reportedly close to stepping down and handing over control to his son. And it also, apparently, is the brand of training very much favored by Barry's Department of Education or possibly whatever Czar has been tasked with wiping out any chance of our children ever being able to form any kind of an independent thought. It shows just how entrenched into our educational system these psychotic leftists have managed to become. And when you add organizations such as this TCM into the mix, combined with the eagerness of our "teachers" to use it to the fullest extent possible, is it any wonder the caliber of graduates produced. The products of our public school system cannot read and are not the least bit knowledgeable regarding any of the important aspects of our history. But because of 13 or more years of constant indoctrination, they very willingly embrace the whole concept of progressivism and multiculturalism and all the nonsense that goes with them.


Dong-A Ilbo (the country’s official newspaper) stated that North Korea notified its diplomatic offices and is teaching its people a song in praise of the anointed leader. The North Korean school children started learning the song first. Indoctrination starts with the young ones. Sounds eerily reminiscent of when not too long ago we heard American school children singing about Barack Hussein Obama, Hm, Hm, Hm. Our current government run school system is today nothing but a joke. Our schools are literally filled with "teachers" who have absolutely no business being anywhere near a classroom. They preach poison and they willingly advocate a political philosophy that has failed everywhere it has been tried and is responsible for creating nothing more that abject misery and death. And yet, they feel justified in doing so. Until the parents in this rise up and shout this far and no farther nothing will change, and our kids will be the only losers.

Just as the "Star Wars" spaceport of Mos Eisley was so accurately described as being a "wretched hive of scum and villainy," sadly, much the same thing can be said of today's United Nations. Having now pretty much degenerated into what is nothing more than a somewhat odd assortment of thugs, murderers, thieves and all manner of slimy characters imaginable, the United Nations of today has wondered very far from those lofty aspirations when pen was first put to paper in the drafting of its charter. Most of the member states these days who have come to comprise this organization of ill repute, have become pretty far removed from the whole concept of advancing freedom and human rights across the globe. It has now gotten to the point where to even imply that such a thing remains the stated goal of this conglomeration of freaks, is nothing more than obscene work of fiction. And it would now appear that the U.N. has acquired a very powerful ally in its ongoing endeavor to squelch individual freedom and any number of human rights wherever it may find them. And of course that new found ally of the U.N. is none other than the current president of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama.

As outlined in the book, “Underdogma,” written by Michael Prell, here are just a few classic examples that very clearly show what a fraudulent organization this cesspool of corruption has become:


1. On March 4, 2004 the United Nations elevated Sudan to full membership on the U.N.’s Commission on Human Rights. Now keep in mind this happened in the very same year that the New York Times ran a story which described Sudan’s ethnic cleansing of Darfur as, “some 1,000 people are being killed a week, tribeswomen are being systematically raped, 700,000 people have been driven from their homes, and Sudan’s Army is even bombing survivors.”


2. Then on April 21, 2006 the U.N. chose to bestow the honor of “Champion of the Earth” on “Screaming Mary,” the chief Iranian propagandist during the 1979 Iranian hostage crisis. When “asked by ABC News correspondent whether she could see herself picking up a gun and killing the American hostages, she replied, ‘Yes.’”


3. It was in 2005, on November 9 that the U.N. hosted the “International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People.” There was a map at the head of the room that was flanked by the Palestinian and U.N. flags, and that map showed, or failed to show, Israel wiped from it. The gathered dignitaries, including the then Secretary-General and president of the U.N. Security Council, stand and observe a “moment of silence ‘for all those who had given their lives for the Palestinian people’ which would include suicide bombers.”


4. And on November 14, 2007 the United Nations went so far as to praise Cuba as “a world model in feeding its population.”


5. Then came March 18, 2008. It was on that day that Chinese soldiers slaughtered Tibetan monks, who were doing nothing more than seeking the very rights enumerated by the U.N.’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights. And the U.N.’s reaction to this travesty? “U.N. Security Council members are carefully avoiding the subject, saying yesterday that the issue ‘does not belong’ in U.N. deliberations.” It was just three short months after the slaughter of these monks at the hand of the Chinese military, on June 19, 2008, that the UN elevated China to full membership on the United Nations Human Rights Council.


6. On June 5, 2008 less than a year after Burma slaughtered thousands of monks ad other pro-democracy campaigners, and less than a month after Burma allowed nearly 100,000 of its citizens to perish in the wake of a deadly cyclone, the United Nations elevated Burma to the post of vice president of the U.N. General Assembly.


7. It was on June 16, 2008, after the President of Iran calls its neighbor Israel a “stinking corpse” that will “soon disappear” and “be wiped off the earth’s face” that the United Nations praised Iran, saying, “we have long been witnessing humanitarian efforts graciously made by Iran to helps its neighbors.”


8. On June 19, 2008 The U.N. lends its, and UNICEF’s, credibility to a Saudi-based charity linked to terror groups. “An Islamic charity with ties to Al Qaeda and the Taliban is now collaborating with an unlikely new partner, UNICEF, the United Nations Children’s Fund.”


9. But there’s more. On February 13, 2009 the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) institutes a “peer review” system for human rights issues. But because more than half of UNHRC members “fall short of these basic democracy standards,” tyrants wind up reviewing tyrants. For example when Iran praised China, the world’s most prolific executioner, according to Amnesty International, for its “strong commitment to human rights.”


10. And our last example is one that took place on April 28, 2010. “Iran was elected, through a vote of acclamation, as a member on the U.N. Commission on the Status of Women (CSW), an influential body committed to promoting gender equality, even though “women are not treated equally before the law in Iran and are especially vulnerable to the judicial system. A women’s testimony is worth half that of a man.” In Iran, women are stoned to death for the “crime” of adultery. Since a wife’s testimony is worth less than her husband’s, some “husbands turn wives in to get out of a marriage.” And as reported by the Global Campaign to Stop Killing and Stoning Women (SKSW), “most stoning sentences in Iran are issued not on the basis of testimony or confession but on the judge’s ‘knowledge’ or ‘intuition.’ Article 105 of the Islamic Penal Code of Iran allows a single judge to rule according to his personal opinion instead of hard evidence.”


These are but a few examples of just how corrupted this organization has become. Although the United Nations was founded in America, is headquartered in America, and is largely funded by America, the U.N. has become a virtual factory of anti-Americanism. For those of you who might doubt this assessment, there is a way to quantify this claim. All one has to do is to this is to track the U.N. votes on American resolutions at the U.N. concerning issues like Humanitarian relief, peace and security, terrorism, disarmament, economic and social development and human rights. In 2005, the U.N. voted against America in non-consensus votes 75% of the time. The year before, it was 76.7%. A 2007 study found that even “most recipients of U.S. assistance vote against the U.S. more often than they vote with the U.S.,” with 72.3% of the thirty largest recipients of U.S. aid voting against the United States of America. I would say that that is grounds for ceasing any and all payments of aid to anyone who sees it as being advantageous to them to take sides against us. The receiving of aid from America by anyone, should be completely contingent upon their willingness to support us at the U.N.. If they cannot bring themselves to do that, then they need to be put on notice that the foreign aid spigot, as far as they are concerned, will be turned off tight. Why should we the U.S. taxpayers be asked to subsidize those who only choose to make our efforts at maintaining some sort of stability in the world that much more difficult?


Since its inception back in 1945, this dysfunctional cadre of miscreants has had as its basic philosophy, one that has been both enthusiastically anti-American and blatantly pro-totalitarian. The U.S. Declaration of Independence, as we students of history are very well aware, proclaims the “self-evident” truth that “men are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights.” However, when looking over the U.N.’s Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, one sees that there is a rather glaring absence in that the U.N. specifically ignores God’s existence and goes on to imply that the U.N. is the sole entity responsible for the granting of rights that repeatedly claims the power “as provided by law” to cancel them out of existence if it sees fit to do so. If any government can place restrictions on such fundamental human rights as freedom of speech, the right to keep and bear arms, freedoms of the press, association, movement, and religion, then as it has been demonstrated by member states, then very soon there will be no such freedoms anywhere except for those in positions of power. Power no matter how illegitimate and that has been gained by whatever unsavory methods thought to be necessary.


When looking back at the very beginning, we see that the U.N. was founded by a group made up of those who were essentially Communists and Council of Foreign Relations (CFR) members. Their common goal was to go about working toward the creation of a socialist world government. Sixteen of the key U.S. officials who took part in shaping the policies that lead up to the creation of the U.N. were later exposed in sworn testimony as being secret Communists. These included Alger Hiss, chief planner of the 1945 founding conference, and the Assistant Secretary of the Treasury, Harry Dexter White. The Soviet Union under Stalin and the entire Communist Party USA apparatus worked tirelessly to launch the U.N.. Since it’s beginning in 1921, the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) has always worked toward the successful establishment of a world government. The key CFR founder, Edward Mandell House, in his book, "Philip Dru: Administrator," called for “Socialism as dreamed of by Karl Marx.” The CFR was an early promoter of the U.N., and 43 members of the U.S. delegation at the U.N. founding conference were or would become CFR members.


Over the course of the last 60+ years, the political architecture as well as the political mathematics of the United Nations, have both changed, and rather dramatically. Not only has the number of non-permanent members in the Security Council been increased from six to 10, but Third World countries in Africa, Asia and the Middle East now hold the pivotal position in the General Assembly once held by Latin America. They have essentially hijacked the U.N. and transformed it into one of the most anti-Western, anti-American, anti-Semitic and anti-democratic organizations on the entire planet. Whatever usefulness the U.N. may have had in its early years, and that is a debatable point, it has by now been thoroughly dissipated by its descending into an abyss of indecency and irresponsibility in later years. A case in point is its incessant denunciations of Israel, to which it gave birth and legitimacy when it adopted the Palestine partition resolution in November 1947.


Palestine and Israel aside, really important events, such as America’s recognition of Communist China, the ending of the Korean and Vietnam wars, and the defusing of the Cuban missile crisis, were settled not by the United Nations but by diplomats operating outside the world organization. To those who would say that America’s jettisoning the United Nations would mean its return to pre-Second World War isolationism, one should answer that in the age of the computer, the Internet, and airplane travel, the United States would actually be in a position to better defend its interests and still be part of the world utilizing the old-fashioned methods of ambassadorial diplomacy, summit meetings, trade talks, cultural and scientific exchanges, and bilateral and multilateral treaties. Why should we being willing to continue on with this nonsensical organization and taking part in what is nothing more than a charade? Personally I'm getting more than a little tired of repeatedly getting knifed in the back by any number of allies and enemies alike who are part of this worthless organization. It's simply time for us to leave. We need to move on and welcome any democracy that wishes to join us.


If, and when, a more realistic administration comes to Washington, one of its very first moves should be starting the legal and administrative process of extracting the United States from the United Nations, and the United Nations from the United States. Surely, America can find better domestic uses for the amount of money that it doles out to the U.N., uses that would provide much more of a return on the investment made. Now more than ever with what appears to be a Barry "Almighty" Administration that is more than willing to subjugate the Constitution to the whims of corrupt third-word despots and dictators, the time has now come for the U.S. to sever all ties. Whether it relates to the U.N.’s International Panel on Climate Change, (IPCC) reports that the world faced catastrophe from “global warming” with resultant sea level changes and portents of doom based on dubious science, the truth is finally out. The vast majority of their data was faked as reported by the “Climate Gate Scandal” resulting from leaked documents and E-mails from IPCC scientists. This is a far bigger story than transfer of United States wealth through bogus Cap and Trade schemes, it’s about a current U.S. President who sees himself as a globalist and a willing participant in, if not advocate for the U.N.’s very questionable agenda.


With the United States rapidly creating the largest deficits in our history, Barry "Almighty" has committed $30 Billion to U.N. projects. Barry’s redistribution plans include income redistribution from the U.S. Taxpayer for among other things: 1) Funnel $63 billion to the Global Health Initiative during the next six years, 2) Make $1 billion annually to education programs, 3) Give $475 million to the Global Agricultural and Food Security Program, 4) Provide $800 million from the Overseas Private Investment Corporation to Muslim-majority countries in the Middle East and North Africa. An additional $3.2 billion will be provided by private equity capital sources to these Muslim nations, 5) Make millions more available through USAID for developing tech hubs in Uganda, Kenya, Cameroon, South Africa, and Senegal, 6) Provide $80 million through the Overseas Private Investment Corporation for small to medium enterprises in the Middle East and North Africa, 7) Provide $2.5 billion annually to 90 countries to “strengthen governance and democratic institutions,” 8) Give $1.05 billion to the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, 9) Give $30 billion through the Barry’s Climate Change Initiative to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. In addition, $100 billion a year will be provided through taxpayer and private resources to deal with the alleged threat of bogus global climate change.


What should cause outrage in every single American, because I know it sure ticks me off, is how the United States has become the piggy bank for this band of outlaws. The sad fact is that The United States is assessed at 22% of the U.N. regular budget and more than 27% for U.N. peacekeeping budget. Barry requested $516.3 million for the U.N. regular budget and more than $2.182 billion for the peacekeeping budget for 2011. The United States is also assessed for numerous other United Nations organizations as well. More than $6.347 billion went to U.N. organizations in fiscal year 2009. The United States provides money to the U.N. through the State Department, Department of Agriculture, Department of Energy, Department of Health and Human Services, and more. The U.S. taxpayer is literally being forced to pay Billions to an inefficient, as well as extremely ineffective, organization run by corrupt world leaders who, like our very own president, have a deep seated hatred for America and its free market system. This doesn’t make any sense when we have only one vote in the General Assembly. There is nothing positive that comes out of us continuing to be a part of this pathetic organization. It just serves no useful purpose for any country that calls itself a democracy to remain a member of a group which to its very foundation opposes anything that enhances the freedom of individuals everywhere.


And I am sure that the majority are very well aware of the fact that our current administration is no fan of the Second Amendment. So with that being the case it should come as no U.S. Agrees to timetable for the U.N. Gun Ban Legislation. The United Nations and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton are moving forward with their plan to confiscate your guns. This unproven claim has been widely circulated on the Internet. Factually, District of Columbia v. Heller, 26 June 2008: The enshrinement of constitutional rights necessarily takes certain policy choices off the table. These include the absolute prohibition of handguns held and used for self-defense in the home. The United States joined 152 other countries in support of the Arms Trade Treaty Resolution, which establishes the dates for the 2012 U.N. conference intended to attack American sovereignty by stripping Americans of the right to keep and bear arms. On June 28, 2010 in McDonald v. Chicago the Supreme Court again upheld the Second Amendment. Would this administration sign said proposal if it were to fall under the control of the U.N.? With our Constitution no longer relevant that would be a safe bet.


The Barry "Almighty" administration has gone so far as to include the Arizona state immigration law in a report of human rights abuses to the U.N.. And we have the Barry State Department standing by this decision thus paving the way for numerous costly law suits filed by U.N. countries, against Arizona. Look, as much as it would wish it so, the U.N. has absolutely NO jurisdiction whatsoever over a sovereign state within the United States of America. Given the fact that nations with horrific human rights violations such as Cuba, North Korea, Communist Red China, Venezuela, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and many others are allowed to sit on human rights panels at the U.N., the fact that Arizona would even be mentioned is nothing more than a sick farce. Most of the above countries will not allow Amnesty International to monitor human rights in these locations. Suffice to say, female genital mutilation, pedophilia and marriage to child brides, amputations, hangings, stoning deaths pale in comparison to Arizona’s law which is merely declaring it’s sovereignty to uphold the federal law it mimics which the administration of Barack Hussein Obama fails to do. Second, a foreign nation has no business even being allowed to file a brief in a U.S. court of law against one of our own states. They should be laughed right out of the court room. Apparently, only if you are not an ardent and incorrigible globalist in favor of world governance under a dominant U.N. would you even consider such a thing as being a total outrage. Perhaps the only question that remains to be answered is should the current administration of progressives along with Barry himself, be asked to leave U.S. soil at the same time ties are severed with the U.N..


This whole exercise in stupidity simply cannot be permitted to go on. Does it make any sense to anyone that we should remain an active participant in this group that so obviously goes against the values of most Americans? This is a criminal organization and it should be treated as such and should be asked to leave. It should therefore be provided with a specific date and time by which it needs to have completely vacated this country. I think it would be much more at home in some European country, or maybe someplace like Geneva, for instance. I'm sure the prime real estate that it presently occupies in Manhattan could be put to much better use. Sell it to Trump, let him build a hotel or something. Hell, even the building of a Super Wal-Mart would be a way to better use of the property where the U.N. Building presently stands.
