DURBIN, SCHUMER AND OBAMA…THE THREE AMIGOS…

What is it, exactly, with Democrat politicians and their incredible level of willful disregard when it comes to how our constitutional republic is designed to operate? Recently it was ‘Little Dick’ Durbin, U.S. Senator from that communist state who made what was a rather odd statement. He said that Barry "Almighty", "will borrow the power that is needed to solve the problems of immigration." Now I’m no expert on the Constitution but I have read it which, I dare say, seems to be more than what this clown has done. From whom, exactly, is Barry going to "borrow power?"

‘Little Dick’ made the rather idiotic comment while at a press briefing on immigration just last Thursday. I guess that was his rather peculiar way of urging House Speaker John Boehner to bring an immigration bill onto the floor for a vote. Little Dick’ then went on to say, "I don't know how much more time he thinks he needs, but I hope that Speaker Boehner will speak up today." In referencing Boehner’s pending lawsuit, Dick said, "And if he does not, the president will borrow the power that is needed to solve the problems of immigration and he shouldn’t be sued as a result of it."

Personally, I’m not sure who the bigger asshole is here, ‘Little Dick’ Durbin, ‘Chuckie’ Schumer, or perhaps even "Barry "Almighty". Let’s face it all three of these clowns have a rather unbelievably bizarre understanding of how our Constitution lays out how it is that our government is designed to work. And perhaps if they were to stick a little closer to the original concept we would not, today, be in the trouble that we are. But nope! Apparently they feel that they’re just so much smarter than were those men who were able to bring this whole thing together and to give it life.

But sadly for us, it’s entirely the opposite. Because let’s face it, this little group of socialist malcontents don't have the brainpower, either together or separately, that would be required for them to be able to navigate their way out of your basic paper bag and in what would be anywhere near record time. And the fact that they have been able to get themselves elected, and more than once, tells us much more about the intelligence, or the lack of, possessed by those who elected them than it does about any great political prowess that these three amigos may be said to possess. They are not to be trusted.

JUST FOOD FOR THOUGHT…

While I can honestly say that I did have this overwhelming sense of impending doom with the arrival of Barry "Almighty", I really didn’t think that we would, today, find ourselves in the spot that we are currently in. Frankly, I thought the American people, even those who were able to bring themselves to vote for him, would not have simply stood idly by and allowed things to progress to the point that they have. Because no matter where you look today, economically, socially, financially or even internationally, America has been made to deteriorate, and pretty rapidly so.

So to say that I am profoundly disappointed in many of my fellow Americans would, I suppose, be more than an understatement. But having said that, I’m also quite sure that most, if not all, of them really couldn’t care less when it comes to the fact that I’m disappointed in them. That, most assuredly, is the very least of their present-day concerns. What seems to now be of primary import to many people is that they now be able to go through life bearing as little responsibility for themselves as possible. Their personal wellbeing has now become the sole responsibility of others.

You see, many in this country, far too many if you ask me, have allowed themselves to be convinced by Barry that our way of life, economically as well as socially, is somehow inherently unfair, when really it’s just the opposite that’s so true. Barry says that people should focus less on what they have and more on what others have that they don’t. Barry preaches envy and jealously. But most of all what Barry preaches is hate. Barry has now convinced millions of us that it is better to rely on the government then on oneself. Because the government is simply much better equipped to guide us through our daily trials and tribulations.

And that so many Americans have actually allowed themselves to buy into what it is that Barry has been selling, and have proceeded to so willingly allow themselves to be so thoroughly manipulated by the man does not bode well for the country being able to survive for very much longer. We should be fighting the government’s determination to get more involved in our personal lives not welcoming it in with open arms. Because with that involvement comes the ability of those in government to dictate to us how it is that we live our lives. That seems like a pretty steep price to me.

I have heard it said by many who are much smarter than myself that America is now at a crossroads, or a tipping point. And I would tend to agree with that assessment. And sadly it’s a situation that is essentially of our own making. And the truly sad thing, at least for me, is that I see very little desire by most people to expend even the slightest amount of effort to get this country back onto what I would consider as being the right track. More and more people have absolutely no problem with becoming a parasite and in just sitting back and allowing the rest of us to take care of their needs.

I WAS JUST THINKIN’…

I keep thinking that blacks in this country will someday finally come to the realization that those most responsible for so many of them still living in poverty after the decades long ‘War on Poverty’ are those who, both black and white, comprise the Democrat Party. But I’m told by many I know that such a notion is nothing more than a fool’s dream because now after years of conditioning to live off the government, it has now become a way of life for most blacks, which makes it all but impossible for them to do anything different.

And yet I’ve always thought that no matter how one was raised, there was always that inner voice, an inherent ability, if you will, to know what was right, that we could count on to tell us when we were about to go astray. To remind us that living off the fruits of someone else’s labor was something that one simply didn’t do. That, instead, one should go out and work to produce one’s own fruit. But I guess I must be more than just a little naïve in that regard, because that’s just not how many in our minority communities view things.

I guess that’s because it’s just easier for them to view me, your typical white guy, as somehow being the one who’s to be blamed for the whatever obstacles they’ve been made to face in their lives. Easier, that is, than looking in the mirror and taking a cold hard look at the one person who’s really to blame for their plight. Granted, these people are constantly bombarded by politicians from one particular party, as well as many in the state-controlled media, telling them that they are not to be blamed for their present circumstances.

These people are constantly being told, and nearly ad nauseam, that it’s all because of the inherent unfairness of our economic system, that it’s simply rigged against them in order to guarantee their failure. I mean, here we are practitioners of the one economic system that makes it possible for absolutely anyone who’s willing to work hard, to become successful to the point that is beyond their wildest dreams, and yet you have these people being told, and them believing such nonsense, that it’s all just the opposite.

And once again I’ve always thought that no matter how it was one happened to be raised, and that no matter to how much dishonesty that one might have been exposed to, there was still buried somewhere deep inside each and every one of us, again regardless of color, that basic spark of common decency, an internal compass so to speak, that would always let us know when we were about to behave badly, or about to simply take something that we knew we had not rightly earned.

But apparently this is again where my naivete comes barrelling down the hillside at me like a runaway freight train. Because, silly me, I’m assuming that, even in this era of entitlement, commonsense, as well as the basic desire to be a self-sufficient and productive member of society would still exist. Well, we all know what happens when you assume. So these days I hold out little hope that those in our various minority communities will ever come to take it upon themselves to do anything more than to hold their hand out, making the rest of us responsible for their existence. Because they are owed.

ON IMMIGRATION, WHOSE VOICES WILL BE LISTENED TO???

Ok folks, so here’s the $64,000 Question: When it comes to immigration ‘reform’, who is it that the House Republicans will be listening to? Will it be those like Chuckie Schumer, or will it be those who voted them into office voice? Because according to a recent Gallup poll, more Americans think immigration should be decreased rather than increased, by a nearly two-to-one margin, 41 percent to 22 percent. And a third of American adults, or 33 percent, are quite satisfied with the present immigration level.

And if we choose to break things down by party, we would see that those who identify themselves as Republican came in at 50 percent and those who called themselves Independents were at 43 percent. Both were much more inclined to decrease immigration than, of course, were Democrats who came in at only 32 percent. Democrats are more inclined to keep immigration at its current level, with 37 percent of them choosing that option, compared with 34 percent of Republicans and 30 percent of Independents.

And it was only 14 percent of Republicans, 23 percent of independents, and 27 percent of Democrats who said that they would actually be in favor of increasing immigration. But Gallup does make note of the fact that over time, there has been a steady increase in overall public support for increasing immigration, rising from 10 percent in 1999 to 22 percent today. Still, we’re a long way from there being what could safely be considered to be a majority of Americans in favor of actually increasing immigration.

Support for increasing immigration has grown more among Americans with college degrees, those said to be more aware of the apparent need for importing highly skilled workers, than among those with less formal education. So apparently us folks without a college degree are a little brighter than those with one. Because with there being over 90 million fewer Americans in the workforce now than there was when Barry took over, I’d say there’s no need to import any workers, skilled or otherwise.

And in response to another question, "On the whole, do you think immigration is a good thing or a bad thing for this country today?", 63 percent of those surveyed called it a good thing which is down from the high of 72 percent in 2013. But 33 percent called it a "bad thing," up from 25 percent in 2013. I’m with those Americans who view immigration as being a positive thing for our country. But we must decide how best to determine how many new immigrants to welcome each year, particularly when unemployment remains so high.

So I think it’s pretty clear where the American people stand on the issue of immigration. So what remains to be seen here is whether or not any action that may come on this very important issue, is simply based on politics or on the actual will of the people. And for some reason, while most of us out here beyond the beltway are able to see through the idiotic rants of Schumer, those inside the beltway seem to take them far more seriously than they should be. Because unless old Chuckie is now able to channel Nostradamus, he’s just talking out his ass.

OBAMA IS NOT SIMPLY NAÏVE…

So now we’re once again hearing more about how it is that Barry simply naïve about the ways of the world and in the proper way of conducting what would be responsible foreign policy. This time it was from Mike Huckabee who recently said that Barry is "quite naive" about foreign policy and doesn't understand the "world view" of people in the East versus the West. While that may be an accurate statement, what we’ve been witnessing in the execution of this nation’s foreign policy goes way beyond, and is much more serious, than simply naiveté on the part of Barry "Almighty".

In order to make such an assessment as this one must be willing to ignore completely what it is that Barry sees as being his primary objective here. That being, of course, the complete and utter destruction of this nation economically, socially, financially and internationally. That is the entire basis for his presidency. It was why he ran for president in the first place, to "fundamentally transform" our nation. And from whatever aspect you wish to view what is now going on, and has been since day one of his presidency, there is no other conclusion that one can come to.

The glaring problems regarding Barry's concept of how foreign policy is to be conducted became all the more evident when seeing how it was that he chose to respond to the kidnapping in Israel of three youths, one of whom is thought to have dual Israeli and American citizenship. The teenagers were kidnapped while hitchhiking June 12. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu claimed Palestinian Islamist organization Hamas was responsible. And as far as I know neither Barry nor John Kerry-Heinz has yet chosen to publicly address the kidnapping.

Huckabee also said that there has been a "disconnect between this administration and realistic, reasonable policy, not just for Israel, but throughout all the Middle East." He said, "The president is quite naive when he does not understand the world view that is so very different from the West to the East. That's been evident [with] what we see in Iraq, what we've seen with Iran, what we've seen in Syria, Libya, Egypt. We've guessed wrong in every case." I would argue that Barry hasn’t so much "guessed wrong" but has instead surmised what action, or inaction, might do the most harm to our country and then acted accordingly.

While Obama may be "knowledgeable," Huckabee said he was not "a man of great wisdom." He said that led to problems when it came to decision-making. Personally. I’m not quite sure that I would go so far as to describe Barry as being "knowledgeable’ at least in how that might apply to the conducting of a reasonable foreign policy. But what I’m quite sure of is that he is very knowledgeable about the consequences likely to result from a poorly conducted foreign policy. And if the result will cause any amount of damage to this country then that’s the direction in which he chooses to move.

I agree with Huckabee when he says, "What you ought to ask is, 'Does this person have good judgment? Does this person have a clear understanding of America's role as a superpower? And, does this president want America to be a superpower, or just a run of the mill, one of the countries, nothing special, nothing exceptional?'" Because the answer to all of those questions should be obvious. Barry does NOT want America to be a superpower nor to be seen as being, in any way, exceptional. America is to be seen as being nothing more than just one more nation amongst many others.

MORE ‘CLIMATE CHANGE’ BS FROM OUR BS’ER-IN-CHIEF…

Despite the fact that ‘climate change’ has now been proven to be nothing more than a hoax, and more times than I care to count, that hasn’t stopped, or even slowed, Barry and his many friends on the left from doing all that they can to keep the myth alive. I say myth because the actual fact of the matter is that the Earth was its warmest back way back in 1930 and has essentially been cooling ever since. But that’s one of those ‘inconvenient truths’ that you won’t ever hear Barry "Almighty" talking about all that much. It doesn’t advance the cause.

And so it was, once again, that Barry recently felt the need to go after the GOP climate change skeptics in a speech just this past Wednesday night. And, dare I say, that it was to the delight of the 800, or so, of his fellow environmentalist wackos in attendance who join him in fully supporting this hoax concocted by left. I mean how dare anyone come to the conclusion that ‘climate change ‘ is anything but settled science? Anyway, Barry’s campaign-style speech was given in, of all places, Washington’s Ronald Reagan Building.

Sounding much like a cross between a broken record and a used car salesman, Barry set about preaching the same political bullshit that he has now become recognized for. Once again he accused the Republicans in Congress of being out of touch with the American public, who "don’t just say, ‘No, I don’t believe anything scientists say.’ Except — where? — in Congress. Folks will tell you climate change is a hoax or a fad or a plot — a liberal plot." But it seems the ‘only’ scientists that Barry believes would be the ones who back up his bogus theory.

This turd can claim whatever he wants, but this ‘is’ nothing more than a scam dreamt up by those on the left. And of course this arrogant shit-bag accused the Republicans of pleading ignorance on climate by saying that they aren’t scientists. And in displaying what has become his typical superior attitude he said, "I’m not a doctor either, but if a bunch of doctors tell me that tobacco can cause lung cancer, then I’ll say, ‘OK.’ It’s not that hard." And it was with that he drew loud applause at the League of Conservation Voters’ annual Capital Dinner.

Barry was speaking on the first anniversary of his major climate speech at Georgetown University. He acknowledged that there’s more work to be done on climate change, but he said he’s working to "build momentum" for future efforts. He said, "When you take those first steps, even if they’re hard, even if they’re halting sometimes, you start building momentum and you start mobilizing larger and larger communities." He added, "Every step makes a difference." But first steps and a momentum toward what, exactly?

Barry claimed that young people largely support acting on climate change, going so far as to cite his own daughters as examples. Right, we supposed so see these two as being typical examples. Barry said, "You talk to Malia, you talk to Sasha, you talk to your kids or your grandkids — this is something they get." He added, "They don’t need a lot of persuading." Right, let’s be real here, shall we? The youth of today are products of what has become less of an education system and more a brain washing apparatus. They are fed this kind of crap beginning in Kindergarten.

To say that I hate this cocky SOB would, I suppose, be a bit of an understatement. This idiotic theory that Barry and his leftist friends seem so intent upon perpetuating has got more holes in it than what they claim that the Ozone Layer has, and yet we’re supposed to see it as being gospel. Barry's appearance at the dinner suggests he is determined to claim ‘climate change’ as a legacy issue of his second term. What Barry is most interested in having as his legacy is the complete destruction of America. And this ‘climate change’ drivel is nothing but a means to that end.

Thankfully Republicans, both in Congress as well those in many state legislatures, have geared up to fight Barry’s new rules, which seek to cut emissions from power plants 30% from 2012 levels by 2030. Of course, there are many even on our side who have seem to have drank the ‘climate change’ Kool-Aid. Hopefully there are still enough folks left who see this for what it is and are willing to do whatever is called for in combating Barry’s desire to do all that he can to cause our economy to collapse. That, after all, is his true goal.

ESTABLISHMENT PULLS OUT ALL THE STOPS IN COCHRAN’S WIN…

And so it was in Mississippi last night that the Republican Establishment was able to turn back a challenge put forward by the Tea Party movement, but it sure wasn’t pretty, because it took the help of some sleazy Democrats in order for them to pull it off. I only say sleazy because I think we know that none of these Democrats who voted for Cochran last night have any intention of voting for him come this November’s general election. But even with their help it was still a close one, but in the end RINO Thad Cochran was able to narrowly defeat his challenger, state Sen. Chris McDaniel.

Tea Party groups had invested pretty heavily in Mississippi in the hopes of being able to knock off the six-term senator. But Cochran apparently had a trick or two up his sleeve, that being Democrat voters. So the result was that the Tea Party effort fell short after what was a rather nasty and quite costly primary. Such behavior as we saw coming from the Establishment GOP demonstrates just how desperate that are to hold onto the political power that they have. And once again they demonstrated very clearly that in the end the will of the people matters very little to them.

The Republican Establishment continues in its effort to blame the Tea Party movement for nearly all of its problems, but primarily for costing it Senate seats, and majority control, back in 2010 and 2012. But, for what it’s worth, without the Tea Party John Boehner would not, today, be the Speaker of the House. And it’s not the Tea Party that can be, or even should be, blamed for any loss suffered in any Senate race. Any losses suffered are more than likely a direct reflection of the unwillingness of RINOs, currently in the Senate, to do what it is that they have been elected to do. And that would be to stop Barry "Almighty"!

Earlier this month, McDaniel had beaten Cochran in the initial primary round but had fallen short of the majority needed for the nomination. In the three-week dash to the runoff, Cochran and his many establishment allies highlighted his seniority while McDaniel argued, and rightfully so, that Cochran was part of a blight of federal overspending. In a last-ditch effort, Cochran reached out to traditionally Democrat voters, blacks and union members, who could cast ballots in the runoff. That fact is what likely made the Cochran victory possible and is sure to be cited by critics in days and weeks to come.

At the Cochran party, Ronny Barrett, a 56-year-old mechanic from Jackson, said that until the June 3 primary, he had always voted for Democrats, but he decided to support Cochran after following news coverage and talking to friends. Let’s face it, I think it’s pretty obvious that there’s only one reason why blacks would turn out to vote for Cochran, or any Republican. It should be painfully obvious why someone like this guy, Barrett, would vote for anyone other than a Democrat. That way whether it’s the guy he votes for in November or Cochran who wins, his little gravy train will stay on the tracks.

Over the years Cochran, a stalwart of the Senate Appropriations Committee, has funneled billions back to his home, one of the poorest in the nation, since he won a U.S. House seat in President Richard Nixon's GOP wave of 1972 and then was elected to the Senate in 1978. Just how long is long enough for someone to serve in Congress. As far as I’m concerned this fossil Cochran should be the poster child for term limits being placed on these career politicians. He will most likely win in November when he will face Democrat Travis Childers, a former congressman, in the heavily Republican state.

My advice to Mr. McDaniel is pretty simple. He shouldn’t waste his time contesting the election. The first thing he should do is to announce that he now plans to run as an Independent come this November. He should now focus on what lies in front of him and not bother crying over spilled milk, because it is, what it is. I am not a big third party proponent, but as far as I’m concerned we need to be working to take over the Republican Party from the inside. Conservatives need to do what the communists were successful in doing when they took control of the Democrat Party.

THE DISHONESTY OF THE LEFT…

Look, I think we are all pretty well aware of hypocrisy constantly demonstrated by the likes of Hitlery Clinton, and any number of other prominent, and very rich liberals, when it comes to having trouble properly articulating their faux concern for the poor and outrage over income inequality. Recently, there has been a rash of major liberal figures downplaying the fact that American capitalism has been very good for them, while at the same time attempting to hamstring things for the rest of us.

Of course, this debate began anew after Hitlery made her rather ridiculous comment that she and ‘Slick Willie’ were actually "dead broke" upon leaving the White House after eight long years. This despite the fact that the couple owned multiple homes. Then Hitlery chose to double down on the sentiment in an interview with The Guardian, saying she’s not "truly well off," even though her net worth is around $100 million. So, as I have asked before, just how much money must have to be considered "truly well off?"

But Hitlery and ‘The Slickmeister’ aren’t the only members of ‘The Clinton Clan’ who appear to be a bit tone-deaf when it comes to their wealth. It was daughter Chelsea who recently told The Telegraph she’s tried really hard to care about money, but she just can’t. She said, "I’ve tried really hard to care about things that were very different from my parents. I was curious if I could care about [money] on some fundamental level, and I couldn’t." So it would seem that the loon doesn’t fall far from the nest.

And then, of course, there’s old ‘Slow Joe’ Biden, whose salary has been paid for by we the taxpayers ever since this boob was first elected to the U.S. Senate at age 29. He recently declared he doesn’t own a savings account, even though he kind of does. And then back in 2012, inequality crusader, and wannabe squaw, Sen. Elizabeth Warren, from Massachusetts, who lives in a $5 million house and whose stock portfolio totals around $8 million, boasted about her wish that no member of Congress should own stock.

And finally, of course, we have one of those Hollywood types, the rather rotund, anti-capitalist, movie-maker Michael Moore. Moore was once asked why he produces movies trashing the same economic system that made him a very rich man. He has really never been able to coherently explain that conflict of interest. It seems the era of the "limousine liberal" has returned. Self-proclaimed crusaders for the poor who rake in millions while attempting to undermine the very system that allowed for their wealth.

These are but a few examples of those who, and for no other reason than because they are blessed to live in America, have been able to do very well for themselves. And what is it that so many of these folks tend to do with the wealth that they have been able to accumulate? More often than not it goes to idiotic causes that tend to make life much more difficult, and usually much more expensive, for those us not of their financial means. But that matters very little them, for they see themselves as being society’s elite.

WHAT, THE MEDIA IS BIASED???

I’m not sure whether he actually thought he was telling us all something that we didn’t already know, or what, but it seems that Joe Scarborough has finally come to what can only be described as being, a rather startling realization. I guess he’s finally come to the conclusion that our ‘mainstream’ media in this country is more than a little biased when it comes to reporting stories about Republicans. Really Joe, you’re just figuring this out now? Somebody really needs to tell this guy that it has been going on for some time now. And it’s his buddies over there at MSNBC who are some of the absolute worst perpetrators.

Apparently what was finally the straw that broke the camel’s back for old Jo is the continuing investigation of the Internal Revenue Service. As we all know, or should, Congress is currently investigating, or trying to, IRS targeting of conservative groups seeking nonprofit status. John Koskinen, the agency's new commissioner, testified, if you wish to call it that, on Capitol Hill just yesterday. Joe accused The New York Times of not wanting to make headlines regarding the IRS story, choosing instead to make its front page story, questions about Chris Christie and the Pulaski Skyway bridge, while the IRS story was published deep inside the paper.

Joe said, "This is unbelievable. We could talk about The New York Post, as well. It is impossible that The Washington Post and The New York Times are not putting on the front page of their newspapers the fact that an internal investigation has been launched by the IRS on the most shady behavior." Joe went on to say, "And yet, they put Pulaski Sky bridge, whatever, on A-1? Whatever. This is garbage." But I’m rather curious about this supposed outrage of Joe’s. This bias thing has been going for years, why is only now that he finds it so offensive. And I would argue that Joe, himself, has been a purveyor of this bias.

It was during a very contentious hearing Monday on Capitol Hill, that Koskinen did his best to provide non-answers to the questions he was asked regarding ‘lost’ emails of former agency official Lois Lerner. Joe claimed, and rightly so, that those in the media would demand answers if it was a Republican administration that was under scrutiny here. He said Koskinen exhibited "arrogance" when explaining to Congress why the agency lost the emails. Joe said, "For the IRS to have a commissioner go on Capitol Hill and show that kind of arrogance, like, 'How dare you audit us,' is basically what he is saying."

Joe asked, "What if Republicans said that? What if we said that? Come on, guys. Who in the world would do that in the [former President George W.] Bush administration?" He went on to say, "That's not the way it operates. When Republicans do this, we get those answers. You know why we get those answers? Because The New York Times goes after it every day. USA Today goes after it every day. The Washington Post goes after it every day. The Boston Globe. NBC News goes after it every day. CBS News goes after it every day." But I think we all know it’s a different story when the culprits are members of the left.

POOR OLD JOE…

Man, I gotta tell ya, to listen to some of these egotistical Democrats you’d swear to God that most of them are just barely getting by and living from one paycheck to the next. I should have their problems. First we had Hitlery Clinton making her idiotic claim that when she and ‘Slick’ left the White House they were "dead broke." And now we have ‘Slow Joe’ Biden who can’t seem to scrape together any savings.

According to what was reported in the Washington Post, ‘Slow Joe’ admitted during some silly White House Working Summit on Working Families held just today, that he was the "poorest man in Congress." Excuse me, but claiming to be the "poorest" guy" in a club the members of which are mostly millionaires shouldn’t garner up all that much sympathy from anybody. It’s a slap in the face for millions of working Americans.

‘Slow Joe’ noted that while he’s paid "a lot of money" by the U.S. government as vice president, he doesn’t live the life of luxury that many politicians do in Washington. Oh no, I’m sure old that old Joe and the wife likely spend a lot of time eating at the local McDonald’s, or some equivalent, and spends many nights just sitting at home because they simply haven’t got the funds to go out on the town.

"Don't hold it against me that I don't own a single stock or bond," ‘Slow Joe’ said, according to the Post. He then went on to say, "I have no savings accounts. But I got a great pension and I got a good salary." ‘Slow Jo’ also went on to say that he counts himself lucky compared to people he grew up alongside in Scranton, Pennsylvania. No shit, Joe, might that be because not everyone gets to become a slimy politician.

"Sometimes we talk about this stuff, about struggle. My struggle, my God, compared to where I grew up and the way people are trying to go through things now. But here's the point I want to make. I've been really, really fortunate." Well ya! The likely reason that all those folks are made to struggle is directly related to many insane policies dreamt up by ‘Slow Joe’, and guys like him. Policies that the rest of us were got then forced to live with.

‘Slow Joe’s’ comments come hot on the heels of some other recent remarks made by Hitlery Clinton over the weekend. She said that unlike "the truly well off" she and husband Bill "pay ordinary income tax." "The truly well off?" Tell me, how many millions, do you suppose, must one possess before one can then safely be considered oneself as being "truly well off?" Is it $1 Million, $10 Million $100 Million, I wonder.

So now some of Hitlery’s more diehard supporters are worried that the old girl might be facing somewhat of an image crisis. After all, the fact that she’s obviously one of the nation’s rich 1 percenters and can somehow still feel it as being appropriate to make the idiotic comment that she and Bill were "dead broke" after completing two terms as president shows a certain amount of, if not arrogance, a certain amount of callousness.

The Post reported that ‘Slow Joe and his wife Jill, reported an adjusted gross income of $407,099 in their 2013 tax return. And let’s not forget the fact that ‘Slow Joe’ even collects rent from the Secret Service for the quarters occupied by the agents who guard his stupid ass. So I guess we’re supposed to believe Joe when he tells us that, despite hauling in over 400 grand a year, these two still can’t afford to sock some away into savings.

COMRADE MARTY O’MALLEY APPEARS TO BE THROWING HIS HAT IN THE RING…

It would seem that perhaps the current governor of the ‘People’s Republic of Maryland’, Comrade Marty O’Malley, may be observing some cracks developing in the armor of she who is already the presumed 2016 Democrat candidate for president, Hitlery Clinton. Because he’s most certainly beginning to sound much more like a potential candidate himself and seems quite willing to present himself as being an alternative.

For those that know him, Comrade O’Malley has never made a secret out of the fact that he has aspirations for higher office. And that became all the more obvious during his recent trip to Iowa, which is an early battleground state. He gave a speech that, I guess, was designed to both play up what he referred to as being his achievements and to inspire those at Iowa’s Democrat convention on Saturday. Marty rambled for 30 minutes.

Comrade Marty said, "When I was elected mayor in 1999, my city, Baltimore, had become the most violent, most addicted, most abandoned city in America," O'Malley said. And then he want on to claim that his administration picked up trash, shut drug markets, got addicts into recovery programs, and got people to mentor children and become police officers. That might all sound nice, but it’s a little less than an accurate assessment.

"And it did work. The people of Baltimore rallied," he said. "It was about something deeper — the belief that there is no such thing as a spare American." Governor since 2006, Marty noted that Maryland recently raised the state's minimum wage to $10.10 per hour and he claimed that job opportunities are supposedly growing, as is the state's median wage. Again, as Democrats tend to do, Marty’s version of events doesn’t jive with what actually occurred.

Now it goes without say that, despite and less than perfect book tour, Hitlery Clinton's potential candidacy is, of course, the top story in most Democrat circles, even though the former senator and secretary of State has yet to say whether or not she intends to run. If she does, she's would immediately become the Democrat frontrunner. But Marty has made the point to numerous sources that that doesn't mean other candidates need not apply.

"Anyone who thinks they have something to offer our country as a leader has the opportunity to do that," Marty said in an interview with a local paper. He went on to say, "Every candidate, every potential candidate, will go about it in a different way. Each of them needs to do what they feel is best to offer their best." Now while this guy may see himself as being a leader, I’m sure Barry saw himself in much the same way.

However, the list of reasons why this guy should NEVER be elected president is rather long and quite extensive. And while those on the left are sure to be thrilled at the thought that Marty might formally declare himself to be a candidate, those who are even the least bit interested in the survival of our country should avoid him like the plague. The list that follows will provide numerous reasons as to why this guy would be a disaster:

1. According to Bureau of Labor Statistics data MD has lost 7,000 jobs since January 2012.
2. According to Bureau of Labor Statistics data MD lost 36,200 jobs Since O’Malley took office.
3. According to Bureau of Labor Statistics data MD unemployment up from 3.6% to 7% since O’Malley took office.
4. Maryland was dead last in job creation in 2010.
5. Barry’s plan to raise taxes will cost Maryland 13,800 jobs and $4 billion in economic output
6. Comrade Marty raised taxes and fees 24 times since 2007.
7. According to non-partisan MD Dept. of Legislative Services, Marty raised taxes over $3.6 billion in his first term alone—not counting recent tax hikes on working families
8. Marty’s budgets have grown by 23% since he first took office. 2007-$28.8 billion, 2013-$35.5 billion
9. Marty fairs poorly among his fellow Democrat governors on business climate, tax climate and corruption.
10. Maryland FY 2011-2013 general spending increased 15%--highest in the region
11. Moody’s ranks Maryland in top 20 of debt to GDP ratio
12. As a percentage of state GDP, Maryland’s unfunded pension liability combined with other debt is 9.6% much higher than neighboring states.
13. Maryland’s pension system is only 64% funded.
14. Maryland is on Moody’s downgrade watch list.
15. Maryland schools ranked #1 by EdWeek but same report ranks Maryland dead last in Poverty Gap for 8th grade math, 22nd for high school graduation.
16. MD Higher Education Commission found that 61% of MD high school graduates in MD community colleges, who took college-prep track, needed remedial math and English instruction. Fifteen percent attending four-year colleges needed remedial math and English instruction. Cost to taxpayers: $90 million.
17. Maryland ranks 42nd in Tax Foundation's Business Tax Climate.
18. Maryland ranks 40th in CEO Magazine Best-Worst States for Business.
19. Maryland ranks 43rd in Mercatus Center Personal and Economic Freedom Index.
20. Maryland ranks 31st in CNBC Cost of Doing Business rankings.
21. Maryland ranks 40th in State Integrity Corruption Risk.
22. As Mayor of Baltimore, Comrade O’Malley instituted zero tolerance policy of mass arrests with out probable cause.
23. As Mayor of Baltimore, O’Malley likened George W. Bush policies to that of 9/11 attacks.

Now while this list is a rather impressive one, with them having elected Barry "Almighty" twice, I’m not all that sure whether it would be sufficient to make the case to the American electorate that the very last place this guy needs to end up, is the Oval Office. If in 2016, after what will have been the eight-year reign of Barry, if it has not become painfully obvious that socialism does not work here in America, then Marty may well be a shoe in.

I PREDICT THE DEMOCRATS WILL KEEP THE SENATE…

Most of the so-called political experts I hear these days seem pretty confident in predicting that come this November ‘Dingy Harry’ Reid will no longer be the Senate majority leader. And we’re told the basis for their predictions is…history. They say that the midterm elections nearly ‘always’ go against the president’s party and together with such things as Obamacare and the continuing scandals, Republicans are sure to take control of the Senate. But from layman’s point of view there are more than a few reasons that I just don’t see that happening. Frankly I don’t even see them coming close.

Now the basis for my own prediction is the fact that I just don’t think you can any longer rely on the history of elections past. I say that because, the events of just the last five or six years, this is no longer the country that it once was, which, I think, eliminates the ability to use past elections to predict future elections. For example, we recently went over having 11 Million people now on disability. And we also now have 50 Million people on food stamps and a100 Million people now on some form of government assistance. And another thing is that Barry’s ‘Blame Bush’ strategy continues to work.

Despite the fact that Barry has put their children and grand children into debt up to their eyeballs, many Americans still blame Bush for the sad state of our economy. And for whatever bizarre reason they have chosen to ignore what is going on right before their eyes in favor of believing Barry when he tells them that it’s all Bush’s fault. Everyone likes to point to the housing crash that occurred back in 2008, which I think you can say ushered in the Barry presidency, as also being Bush’s fault. But the truth of the matter is that it was actually engineered by Democrats going all the way back to Jimmy Carter.

What’s likely to be the determining factor come this November is the number of Barry’s newly minted government dependents will turnout to make sure that they do all that they can to make sure the gravy train that they are now on, remains fully on the tracks. And they will see their best chance of ensuring that happens by making sure to vote for whatever Democrat is in the race. What’s good for the country will never even enter their little pea brains, because it’s what best for them that will be the determining factor when deciding for whom to vote. That’s what Barry & Co. has now reduced us to.

And just one note on immigration. I fail to understand why the Republicans seem to be so determined in their efforts to create millions more Democrat voters by passing amnesty. And if they do choose to do so before this November’s election I feel that I can safely guarantee that they will come nowhere near to winning the Senate and may even lose some seats in the House. Because by passing amnesty they will once again make it obvious that there is simply little difference between them and the Democrats. And if there is no difference, where’s the incentive for me, or anyone else, to vote Republican?

‘DINGY HARRY’ SENDS OUT YET ANOTHER DISTRESS CALL…

Well it would seem that our old friend ‘Dingy Harry’ might be starting to do a little sweating. Because word now comes that he must have felt the need to send out yet another one of his little distress signals, issuing an urgent appeal for campaign contributions. In so doing he cited some recent polls that show several Democrat candidates, including three incumbent senators, currently involved in some pretty tight races.

It was in this most recent mailing of his, which was sent out just today, that old ‘Dingy’ stated, "Polling is close in 11 states, and only six seats protect us from Republican control over everything from the future of healthcare reform to the next Supreme Court nomination." And of course, it’s for those very same reasons that we must work as hard as we can on our side to defeat as many Democrats as we can come this November.

And of course old ‘Dingy’ just wouldn’t have been himself if he had passed up the opportunity to take a pot shot, or two, at those evil "cult leaders" or the right, Charles and David Koch. Old ‘Dingy" said, "The Koch Brothers and Karl Rove are pouring a mountain of cash into taking over the Senate." He notes that winning four tightly contested states "is essential if we're going to stop them." But it’s old ‘Dingy’ that must be stopped!

‘Dingy’ plea for money focused on those four states and the amount of money that the GOP spent this week on the campaigns in his fundraising appeal: In North Carolina, Democrat Kay Hagan is tied at 44 percent with state Rep. Thom Tillis. The GOP spent $732,667 there this week. Democrat incumbent, Mark Pryor in Arkansas, leads Rep. Tom Cotton by just one percentage point, 46 to 45. Republican spending this week is $337,158.

‘Dingy’ also mentioned the fact that incumbent Democrat Mark Begich is tied at 42 percent with Alaska's Department of Natural Resources Commissioner Daniel Sullivan as well as the fact that the GOP spent $296,401 for the week. ‘Dingy’ also cited the Kentucky race, where Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes trails Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell by two percentage points, 46 to 44. Spending is $233,370.

‘Dingy’ pleaded that, "we need you to make a contribution before midnight tonight." ‘Dingy’ sent out a similar appeal last month, mentioning three of the same races, but including the Colorado fight between incumbent Democrat Mark Udall and Republican challenger Rep. Cory Gardner rather than the Kentucky election. So maybe he feels that race is no longer a problem which should prompt us all to send Mr. Gardner some more money.

OUR MODERN DAY ‘NEWS’ MEDIA IS A JOKE…

Apparently, that which has long been referred to as our "mainstream" media in this country, these days, is coming to be recognized by more and more Americans as maybe being not so "mainstream" after all. And most definitely those involved are no longer viewed as being a trustworthy source of information. Let’s face it, our supposed ‘news’ media long ago morphed into a cadre of individuals who, today, take great pleasure in serving as nothing more than the propaganda arm of the Democrat Party.

Today our ‘mainstream’ news media has come to be identified by many Americans as our own little version of a state-controlled media complex. And it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out why that might be. Let’s face it, any genuine ‘news’ story that does not fit the politically correct narrative of the day that they want to advance, simply goes reported on. Many in our present-day news media no longer see their primary mission as one of making sure that the pubic remains properly informed.

Results from a recent Gallup poll would seem to indicate that Americans' confidence in the news media has tumbled to what are all new lows, and it doesn't much matter much whether the source is newspapers, television or the Internet. The poll, which was released on Thursday, found the level of faith in each of three major news media platforms, television news, newspapers, and news on the Internet, is either at or is tied with previous record lows, extending what has been a rather longstanding downward trend.

Apparently, for some bizarre reason, confidence in US newspapers was marginally better than rival media outlets, but still it has dropped to 22 percent as reflected in the June 5-8 survey, declining more than half from a 1979 peak of 51 percent. For television news, the percentage of respondents with a good deal of confidence was 19 percent, extending the decline from its 1993 peak at 46 percent. And it is just 18 percent who said they trusted online news, which compares with 21 percent from 1999 survey.

Those identifying themselves as liberals had slightly more confidence in newspapers, while conservatives had a higher level of trust in TV news. Speaking only for myself, I tend to stay away from most newspapers and watch very little TV news. I find that both possess an obvious bias to the left. It was Gallup's Andrew Dugan, writing in a blog post, who said, "The field of news media has changed dramatically since Gallup first began measuring the confidence the public held in newspapers or TV news decades ago."

He went on to say, "Amid this rapid change, Americans hold all news media platforms in low confidence. How these platforms can restore confidence with the American public is not clear, especially as editorial standards change and most outlets lack the broad reach once available to major newspapers and broadcasters." Personally, I would think that regaining the trust of the America people would be a relatively simple matter. All one would have to do is to simply tell the truth no matter where it might lead.

I tend to stay away from the network news shows as well as CNN and MSNBC, primarily because it’s now gotten so obvious that they now see as being their primary purpose as being the defenders of Barry "Almighty". My main source of news information on television is Fox News, but I don’t watch them near as much as I used to. Americans are starved for news and usable information, and it’s no simple task to get and to stay informed these days. But it’s imperative that each one of us do our best to do so.

‘DINGY HARRY’ REID, A CERTIFIABLE KOOK…

With each passing day, or it certainly seems that way, it becomes just a bit more evident that ‘Dingy Harry’ Reid’s is apparently losing his grip on reality. Now whether this might be because of his rather advanced age (74) or was brought on by the fact that he’s now beginning to realize that he likely won’t be leader of the Senate this time next year, I don’t know if anyone really knows for sure. But whatever the reason, ‘Dingy’ has most certainly slipped a cog, and seems more than ready for a rubber room.

Anyway, I think by now everyone is probably pretty well aware of the fixation that old ‘Dingy’ seems to have with those two wealthy conservative donors, David and Charles Koch. But it was very recently that ‘Dingy’ took this bizarre fixation of his to what can safely be called a whole new level. And isn’t it strange that the only money that ‘Dingy’ ever seems to take issue with as being any sort of a problem, is the money being directed toward conservative issues or conservative candidates?

So it was on Thursday that ‘Dingy’ made the rather idiotic charge that the billionaire Koch brothers lead what ‘Dingy’ referred to as being a cult. ‘Dingy Harry’’s claim was apparently inspired by some recent reports that David and Charles Koch held their latest donor and political organizing conference in California under tight security and secrecy, with no one talking publicly about what was discussed or decided there. But isn’t this the very same thing that liberals nearly always do?

‘Dingy’ recently took the time to proclaim from on high as leader of the Senate, "Attendees were sworn to secrecy. High levels of security, concealment, an oath of silence." ‘Dingy’ went on to say, "That doesn't sound anything like a typical conference. It sounds more like a cult." Actually what it sounds like to me is that these folks were really trying to do was avoid receiving any unnecessary harassment from a Democrat Party that seems very willing to use the IRS to do all of its dirty work.

But in continuing his insane little rant, ‘Dingy Harry’ went on to say that this evil Koch brother lead cult is definitely not your normal cult. Oh no, it’s something much, much, worse than that. ‘Dingy’ said, "Instead of being a religious movement or a secret sect, this is a cult of money, influence and self-serving politics." He then added, "This is the cult of Koch." You know, I suppose in one sense that is could be considered as being kind of funny, if it weren’t so pathetically dishonest.

‘Dingy’, who has made the brother oil barons the target of numerous floor speeches, went on to argue that they prove the need to pass a constitutional amendment that would restore caps on spending in politics. ‘Dingy Harry’ said the level of secrecy around the conference, and the multiple groups the Koch brothers fund to promote their agenda without revealing where the money comes from, demonstrate the need to shine more light on their activities. And yet it’s the Democrats who are at their best when working in the shadows.

‘Dingy’ said, "Let's put an end to the cult of dark money, and in this instance, the hidden dark money which is corrupting our elections." But what ‘Dingy’ really wants to get rid of is any source of financing that still exists for those on the right. He’s not at all concerned about the money that comes from billionaires like George Soros, Tom Steyer, Peter Lewis, John Sperling or Warren Buffett, to name just a few, that goes to support Democrats as well as all manner of Democrat causes.

So the fact that ‘Dingy Harry’s’ willing to label some big money donors as being a cult of dark money and other not, should be seen as being rather selective, at best, as well as more than a little hypocritical. But there’s really very little that this guy says anymore that comes as being much of a shock. But he’s a Democrat and is therefore able to say some of the most incendiary things and still get a pass from those in his party as well as by those in the state-controlled media. It’s just the way it is.

DESPITE MANY RUMORS TO THAT EFFECT, ‘CLIMATE CHANGE’ IS FAR FROM PROVEN…

It seems that the more desperate those on the left become on their efforts to convince the many skeptics that ‘climate change’ poses a very real threat, the more outrageous, and increasingly dire, the predictions become. To the point where those making the claims become almost cartoonish, aka ‘Chicken Little.’ I’m quite sure many of us remember this past winter and how it was referred to by many as being the coldest winter on record. And apparently it’s not over yet, having just provided the country with one final, perhaps, glancing blow in these days before summer.

It would appear that a spring deluge that has dumped nearly 5 inches of rain and more than a foot of snow in parts of Glacier National Park has had tourists seeking cover and rivers spilling over their banks from the mountain runoff. A winter storm warning was also issued earlier for higher elevations, and more than 14 inches of snow had already fallen at the Sperry Chalet in the park east of Lake McDonald, Glacier spokeswoman Denise Germann said. So, what do we make of this? I’m sorry, but I have a difficult time understanding how a warming climate makes for a colder winter.

If you spend any amount of time listening to our boob of a secretary of state, which I most assuredly do not, he, like Barry, constantly makes the claim that ‘climate change’ is now settled science. That yes, the Earth is getting warmer and it’s man’s fault, end of discussion. And we’ve been told by this genius, and others like him, that 97 percent of scientists endorse this cockamamie theory of man-made global warming. Now John Kerry-Heinz, in a speech Wednesday, declared that that figure is now up to "at least 98, 99 percent." Well, I guess that settles it. NOT!

On several occasions Kerry-Heinz has touted the fact that "97 percent of scientists" back the notion that climate change is happening, and that human activity is to blame. Most likely an attempt to drown out those of us who are non-believers. There is now a debate underway regarding the accuracy of that 97 percent claim. A number which is based a survey by a team led by an Australian physicist and climate blogger, John Cook, which reported that 97 percent of some 4,000 peer-reviewed studies that declared a position on AGW "endorsed the consensus position."

When that survey was first published back in May 2013, Barry "Almighty" almost immediately linked to a wire service report on it on his Twitter account, tweeting, "Ninety-seven percent of scientists agree: #climate change is real, man-made and dangerous." But in so doing, and which is generally the case wherever Barry is involved, he was stretching things a bit. Because in fact neither the published survey nor the wire service report referred to the "dangerous" claim. In other word, Barry lied. OK, so who’s shocked about that? It what this guy does. He lies about everything!

And then it was just last month that the Wall Street Journal published an op-ed by Heartland Institute president and CEO Joseph Bast and climate scientist Roy Spencer, charging that the 97 percent claim was nothing more than "a fiction," and challenging the Cook and other studies that are often cited as sources for the figure. That in turn brought about some rather quick, strong and very critical responses from several different quarters, including the online magazine Salon, and one of the co-collaborators in the Cook study who responded a response courtesy of ‘The Guardian.’

After a hearing of the House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology late last month, committee chairman Rep. Lamar Smith, a Republican, said in a statement that both the latest report by the U.N. Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and the White House’s National Climate Assessment documents "appear to be designed to spread fear and alarm and provide cover for previously determined government policies." And I remember seeing recent survey done that would seem to indicate that these kinds of tactics are actually working on the American people.

And it was Rep. Smith that also said, "The president and others often claim that 97 percent of scientists believe that global warming is primarily driven by human activity." Smith then went on to say, "However, the study they cite has been debunked. When asked today whether the science of climate change is settled or if uncertainties remain, witnesses unanimously said that the science is not settled." Witnesses at the hearing included Richard Tol, an IPCC report lead author who asked to have his name removed from its latest summary report because he said he found it "too alarmist."

The bottom line here is that this entire theory of manmade ‘climate change’ is just that, nothing more than a theory. And all of these claims about how it is now settled science and requires no further discussion is nothing more than wishful thinking on the part of folks like Barry "Almighty" and his trusty sidekick, John Kerry-Heinz. What we have today is pretty much the same politically motivated cast of characters who, not all that long ago, were telling us that right about this time we’d be in the midst of another ice age. And we see how right they were in making that call.

TAXES, AT WHAT POINT ARE WE PAYING ENOUGH???

I’m curious to know just how much money it is that these assholes in Congress actually think that we have left. I mean, first of all we have Barry "Almighty", courtesy of his EPA, jacking up our monthly utility bills all because of bogus ‘climate change’. And at the same time we’re being forced to pay more for gas because Barry refuses to open up federal lands for oil exploration remaining, at the same time, quite content to leave us energy dependent on radical ragheads. And now we have a RINO teaming up with a Democrat in an effort to jack up the cost for gas even more with a higher gas tax. Is this making sense?

Anyway, this most recent proposal for picking our pockets a little further comes to us by way of two U.S. senators. These two boobs recently unveiled their plan which would raise federal taxes on both gasoline and diesel fuel. The basis for their little plan is twofold. First they say it’s because these taxes have not been increased in more than two decades and secondly they pitch their proposal as the solution to Congress' struggle to pay for highway and transit programs. Lord knows there’s nowhere else out of the $3 Trillion that the government will collect in taxes this year that they could possibly come up with the necessary funds.

This idiotic plan is being offered up by Sens. Chris Murphy, Democrat from Conn., and Bob Corker, RINO from Tenn. The plan would raise the 18.4-cents-a-gallon federal gas tax and 24.4-cents-a- gallon diesel tax by 12 cents each over the next two years, and then index the taxes to keep pace with inflation. The plan also calls for offsetting the tax increases with other taxes cuts. Like that’s likely to happen! And to tell you the truth, maybe if gas was still around $1.85 like it was when Barry first came into office, I probably wouldn’t mind all that much if they wanted to jack up the gas tax! But it’s not $1.85, it’s $3.70 a gallon!

Now I’m pretty sure that most everyone out there is well aware that it’s supposed to be the federal Highway Trust Fund that pays for highway and transit aid. And now we’re being told that this is yet another one of those trust funds now being destined to go broke, this one by late August. We’re also told that revenue from gas taxes and other transportation user fees that go into the fund haven't kept pace with federal aid promised to states. Knowing these scumbags as I’m quite sure that we all do, it’s most likely that this "trust fund" was long ago spent on things totally unrelated to what the money was actually to be spent on.

And am I the only one who sees it as being more than a bit ironic that while we’re being told by our illustrious leaders that we should drive less and drive cars that are more fuel efficient, and then when we do, we’re essentially penalized? Because now we’re being told that because we’re not driving enough and that the cars we’re driving are just too darn fuel efficient, we’re just going to have fork over more in taxes to make up for lost revenue. All because the nation's infrastructure is aging, creating greater demand for new and rebuilt roads and bridges and because the cost of construction has increased.

And in trying to justify the further ripping off of the taxpayers, Murphy, the Democrat sponsor of this act of larceny, said in a statement, "For too long, Congress has shied away from taking serious action to update our country's aging infrastructure." This statement went on to say, "We're currently facing a transportation crisis that will only get worse if we don't take bold action to fund the Highway Trust Fund." Ah yes, so here we have yet another crisis for which the only possible solution is to demand that an already cash-strapped public fork over more money. That seems to be the answer for just about everything.

And then we have his partner in crime, RINO Corker who in offering up his idiotic rationale for raising the gas tax, said, "Congress should be embarrassed that it has played chicken with the Highway Trust Fund and allowed it to become one of the largest budgeting failures in the federal government." Ok, so once again we the taxpayers are left holding the bag because of gross congressional incompetence. Like I mentioned earlier, the government is projected to take in over $3 Trillion in tax revenue in fiscal year 2014. At what point should be able to consider ourselves to have ‘contributed’ enough to the running of our government?

AMERICANS LOSING FAITH IN OBAMA???

Well, if we can believe the results from a recent Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll, we’ve now gotten to the point where a majority of Americans seem to have lost faith in Barry’s ability to lead the country. But I’m just not sure how much faith I’m willing to put in the findings of this particular poll. Because while at the same time we’re being told Americans have lost faith in Barry, we’re also being told that many Americans do have faith in, of all people, Hitlery Clinton.

Anyway, it was in this most recent poll of the 1,000 adults that were surveyed between June 11 and June 15 that 63 percent of those supposed adults admitted that they believe the country is now headed in the wrong direction. And it was 53 percent of them who also disapproved of the way that Barry is doing his job. And it’s Barry’s handling of foreign policy and the economy that bode most poorly for him, with respective 57 percent and 54 percent disapproval ratings.

And apparently it’s been just over the past year that, according to 41 percent of those surveyed, Barry & Co.’s performance has seem to have gotten considerably worse. The top three reasons given were dislike of Obamacare, Barry’s rather bizarre approach to foreign policy as well as his very questionable decision to swap Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, alleged deserter and supposed traitor, for five of the absolute worst Muslim terrorists we were holding at Gitmo.

According to Bill McInturff, "This is a bad poll for President Obama, and not a good poll for anybody else." McInturff, a Republican, conducted the survey with Democrats Peter Hart and Fred Yang. Hart said, "Whether it’s Putin, Ukraine, the VA hospitals, Bowe Bergdahl, the events have controlled Obama, rather than Obama having controlled the events." He added, "[Obama] may be winning the issues debate, but he’s losing the political debate, because they don’t see him as a leader."

While 48 percent of people said they were more enthusiastic about voting than in previous elections, respondents were split about who they want to control Congress. Forty-five percent prefer that Democrats be in charge, compared with 43 percent desiring the GOP to be in control. Most likely that 45 percent consists of that growing number of folks who are now comfortably dependent upon the government and want to make sure the gravy train remains on the tracks.

And oddly enough, 67 percent of those polled actually said that they support Barry’s recent, and idiotic, directive to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to restrict carbon emissions from existing coal-fired power plants, while 57 percent are in favor of requiring companies to reduce greenhouse gases that cause global warming. Thirty-nine percent disapprove of a proposal to require companies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Frankly I was a bit surprised by the level of gullibility exhibited by those who admit to having an increased sense of urgency regarding ‘climate change’. Because according to the survey, a combined 61 percent believe the issue requires "immediate" or "some" action. But I’d be curious to know if they will feel the same once they see their utilities bills skyrocketing at the same time they’ll also be paying considerably more at the grocery store as well as at the gas pump.

But like I said, I firmly believe that a significant percentage of those who are now claiming that they have lost faith in Barry, would have absolutely no problem, whatsoever, in voting for Hitlery Clinton. And she’s just as bad, if not worse, than Barry. Both are devout socialists, both are in favor of wealth redistribution, except theirs, both are clueless in the area of foreign policy, and both are disciples of Saul Alinsky. Frankly, I just don’t see an upside for voting for Hitlery.

THE MONUMENTAL INCOMPETENCE OF JOHN KERRY-HEINZ…

So here we sit as the Middle East continues to disintegrate pretty much right before our very eyes. And a big reason for what is now taking place in that region of the world can be traced directly to disastrous foreign policy now being implemented by the idiotic team of Barry "Almighty" and John Kerry-Heinz. And yet, instead of working on any sort of possible solution to what is a rapidly deteriorating situation, what is it that two are doing? One’s playing golf while the other, our esteemed secretary of state, has taken it upon himself to lecture us on the current state of our oceans.

Yup, it’s a fact, and as bizarre as it may sound to most intelligent people, with all that's happening in the world today, Secretary of State John Kerry-Heinz took it upon himself to spend a part of his day, just yesterday, addressing, of all things, "the threats facing the ocean." It was just a mere 24 hours ago that Kerry-Heinz could be heard telling a conference there at the State Department, "Today less than 2 percent of our ocean is considered a marine-protected area where there are some restrictions on human activity in order to prevent contaminating the ecosystem."

Kerry-Heinz would go on to make the claim that most people "underestimate the enormous damage" that humans inflict on the oceans every day. And, apparently, so concerned is he about this egregious situation that he complained, "When people order seafood from a restaurant, most of the time they don't realize that a third of the world's fish stocks are over-exploited, too much money chasing too few fish. And nearly all the rest are being fished at or near their absolute maximum sustainable level on a planet that has six billion people today and will rise to nine (billion) over the next 30, 40, 50 years."

And so, you might ask, or might not, what might be this imbecile’s solution to this latest catastrophe? Well, of course, it’s to simply make our oceans off limits to humans. Kerry-Heinz said, "Today less than 2 percent of our ocean is considered a marine protected area where there are some restrictions on human activity in order to prevent contaminating the ecosystem. Less than 2 percent of the entire ocean. There isn't anybody here who doesn't believe we can't do better than that. So let's start by finding a way to perhaps bring that number up to 10 percent or more as soon as possible."

Kerry-Heinz went on to declare, "And let's develop a plan that does more to reduce the flow of plastic and other debris from entering into the ocean." And he droned on saying, "We need a plan that helps cut down the nutrient pollution that runs off of land and is miles from the shore and that contributes to the dead zones...We need to develop a plan that gives us a better understanding of the acidification effect that carbon pollution is having in our ocean." So once again what we have here is another disaster that stems from the left’s calamity of choice, ‘climate change’.

And now we all know that old Kerry-Heinz is a big supporter of the U.N. so we should not have been at all surprised when he said, "And we need to push harder, all of us, for U.N. agreements to fight carbon pollution in the first place because the science proves that's the only way we'll have a chance of reducing the impact of climate change, which is one of the greatest threats facing not just our ocean but our entire planet." Have you ever noticed how it is with this guy, and others on the left, that there is absolutely nothing that cannot somehow be made to relate to bogus ‘climate change?’

He said, "Finally, we need to develop a plan that not only lays out the policies we need to protect our ocean, but that also considers how we are going to enforce those policies on a global scale, because without enforcement any plan we create will only take us so far." So I guess what his plan would include would be for there to be some sort of ocean going police force, undoubtedly very heavily armed, out there patrolling the high seas. Because how else could those such as Kerry-Heinz intimidate those fisherman just trying to make a living so they can support their families. Can’t have that!

Kerry-Heinz said convening a save-the-ocean conference has been a priority of his for a long time. He said, "[L]iterally from the time I was growing up as a child in Massachusetts, when I first dipped my toes into the mud off Woods Hole Oceanographic, in that area of Buzzards Bay and the Cape, and was introduced to clamming and to fishing and all of those great joys of the ocean, I have had this enormous love and respect for what the ocean means to us." Come on, really ? All this guy was most likely concerned about when growing up was where was he going to snag his next meal ticket.

According to Kerry-Heinz it was partly the reason that he chose to go into the Navy. He said: "It's sort of been my DNA." Adding, "My mother's family was involved way, way, way back in the early days of trade through the oceans. And indeed, my father was a passionate sailor who in his retirement found a way to sail across the ocean several times." He added, "So I learned very early on to appreciate this vast expanse of the ocean, so vast that three-quarters of our planet is really ocean. Someone might have called our planet Ocean, not Earth, if it was based on that, but obviously, it is not." Gag me with a spoon!

So there you have it. The Middle East is descending into complete chaos, and all of the collateral damage that will surely accompany such an event, is of very little concern to John Kerry-Heinz. Instead of working on those issues that truly do fall under purview, he’d much rather opine about those things of which we can do very little, if anything, about. Because, let’s face it, even if there were such a thing as ‘climate change’ there is nothing that we could do to either stop it or to even slow it down. Kerry-Heinz is a lot like Barry. Both very much enjoy their current titles but care very little for the job that goes with them.

OBAMA, THE PLUNDERING OF AMERICA…WITH A PURPOSE…

Well it would appear that our government is now been raking in more (in inflation-adjusted dollars) that it has ever raked in before. What I mean to say is that by the end of May the federal government had taken in an unprecedented $1,934,919,000,000 thus far in fiscal year 2014. However, it is once again that Barry "Almighty" has proven that even that record amount falls far short of his ability to spend.

Because despite that record amount of revenue, the federal government still managed to run a deficit of $436.382 Billion in the first eight months of the fiscal year, which began back on Oct. 1, 2013 and will finally come to an end on Sept. 30, 2014. Even in the month of May alone, the federal government ran a deficit of $129.971 Billion, bringing in $199.889 Billion in revenue while spending $329.860 Billion.

And adding insult to injury, fiscally speaking of course, the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) now estimates that in the full fiscal year 2014, the federal government will, while collecting $3.001721 Trillion in taxes, a record amount in inflation-adjusted tax revenue, it will spend $3.650526 Trillion. So even though collecting a record amount of taxes, we will still run a deficit of $648.805 Billion.

The second-greatest federal tax (in constant 2014 dollars) haul through May was back in fiscal year 2007. By the end of May that year, the federal government took in approximately 1.908 Trillion in total receipts in constant 2014 dollars. The single largest source for the federal government’s record tax receipts in the first eight months of FY 2014 was, of course, the individual income tax, which brought the Treasury $903.024 Trillion.

Now stop and think about that for a minute. We, the U.S. taxpayers, have already sent off to Washington nearly $1 Trillion. And yet it still doesn’t seem to be enough to satisfy the insatiable spending appetite of Barry "Almighty" and the congressional Democrats. Now does anyone else, besides myself, find that as being the slightest bit offensive? At what point will more Americans declare themselves to be, ‘Taxed Enough Already?’

The second largest source was what the Treasury calls "Social Insurance and Retirement Receipts," which includes the Social Security payroll tax, the unemployment insurance tax and other retirement taxes. This accounted for $694.268 Billion in tax revenue. The third largest source of federal revenue in the first eight months of fiscal 2014 was the corporation income tax, which brought in $164.840 Billion.

I think it safe to say that Barry has been on mission since day one of his presidency. One way for him to increase his odds of success is to demand more money from us so we will have less to spend on those purchases that would make our economy stronger, because he has a vested interest in keeping our economy weak. Because by so doing, it makes it all the easier for him to make living off of the government a viable, and even acceptable, option. And those living off the government tend to vote Democrat.

AMERICANS AND THEIR TWISTED FIXATION WITH THE CLINTONS…

Call me naïve, delusional, or just downright silly, but I keep hoping that the American people will wake up from whatever trance it is that they’re in, look at what’s happing in America, and across the globe, and ask themselves, "What the Hell were we thinking?" But I think I’m now finally coming to the realization that that is just never going to happen. Because even after all that has now occurred over just the last 5 years, and with Barry’s approval now down to 40 percent, people seem to only want more of the same as they clamor for Hitlery Clinton to run as his successor.

And I suppose something that is quite revealing, and says a lot about where we now are as a country is the fact that I recently read somewhere that ex-president, ‘Slick Willie’ Clinton, crook, pervert and accused rapist, is Americans' most admired president over the past 25 years. At least so says a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal/Annenberg Survey of 1,031 registered voters earlier this month that revealed 42 percent of the respondents picked the ‘Slickmeister’. While I realize that over the 25 years the pickings have been kinda slim, I was still disappointed in the choice.

As far as I’m concerned, the selection of old "BJ" as the most admired president of the last 25 years says much more about the American people than it does of old ‘Slick’ himself. But then, I suppose, it shouldn’t come as that much of a surprise since Americans routinely select Hitlery Clinton as being their most admired woman. Personally I simply don’t understand this weird fixation that the American people seem to have with this corrupt couple. But it’s one of the reasons that I hold out little, if any, hope that my country will ever again be headed in the right direction.

That the American people could actually bring themselves to bestow upon two slimy characters such as the Clintons any level of admiration is actually pretty disgusting. After all, it’s been pretty well documented that neither of these two ethically challenged individuals cares about anything other than themselves. They’ve shown time and again that they will leave no lie untold in their quest to obtain for themselves more money and power. Far from being worthy of admiration they deserve nothing but contempt. Personally, I don’t see how anyone could consider such behavior as admirable.

And a brief word about this poll. I think one could argue the point that it was rigged to come up with the result that it did. I mean let's do the math. Bush, Sr. was in for 4 years, ‘Slick" was in for 8, W was in for 8 and has been blamed for everything that’s gone wrong since he left office . And then we have Barry. There's your 25 years. What kind of poll is that? Kennedy stared down Russia, sort of, Ford ended his career by pardoning Nixon to get the country moving past the scandal, and Reagan got the wall torn down. But they happen to be outside the 25 year zone. So what’s left?

OBAMA ONCE AGAIN PUSHING BOGUS 'CLIMATE CHANGE'...

Barry and his many propagandist freinds on the left take great pleasure in calling those of us who refuse to fall for this cockamamie theory of theirs, members of today's "Flat Earth Society".  Barry insists that the discussion on whether "climate change' is occurring is now settled science.  But the truth of the matter is that it is far from being settled.  And, strangely enough, it's the very same cadre of esteemed scientists who not all that long ago were warning us to start preparing the the next ic age, who are today telling us that the Earth is actually getting warmer.  So why is it that we should believe them this time around?

But the guy who's actually ignoring the science that he claims to put so much faith in is none other than our very own Propagandist-in-Chief, Barry "Almighty".  Most of us out here in the real world understand that 'climate change", at least how it is being sold by Barry and his many friends on the left, simply does not exist, and it is no way supported by thousands of 'responsible' scientists.  And despite the many revelations that have occurred over the years that expose it and its supporters as complete frauds, there is Barry once again standing in front of crowd doing his best to sell it as being the next great apocalpse.

OBAMA MAKES IT CLEAR WHICH SIDE HE IS ON…

In spending a career in the military, I got to experience, first hand, the questionable leadership of both Jimmy Carter and ‘Slick Willie’ Clinton. And now in witnessing, fortunately, this time, from the sidelines, that same level of incompetence on the part of Barry, I’m led to only one conclusion, that modern day Democrats are incapable of being leaders. And if more proof is needed, it came just yesterday in the form of Barry’s statement that he’s going to need several days to figure out how the United States will help Iraq deal with a militant insurgency. But, of course, he immediately ruled out the sending of troops and said that any intervention would be contingent on Iraqi leaders becoming more involved. By the time Barry finally figures out what to do, it’ll be too late to do anything. Which, I’m quite sure, is exactly what’s he’s hoping for.

And yet we’re now supposed to believe that the Pentagon is busy preparing a range of options for Barry to choose from, supposedly including air strikes. The actions are aimed at helping Iraq counter the terrorists of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, or ISIS, a group Barry himself described as "vicious" and a "terrorist organization" that could eventually pose a threat to Americans. Barry said Iraqi leaders will need to set aside sectarian differences to deal with the threat, and said the United States would engage in "intensive diplomacy" in the region in an effort to prevent the situation from worsening. Barry told reporters at the White House, "The United States is not simply going to involve itself in a military action in the absence of a political plan by the Iraqis that gives us some assurance that they are prepared to work together."

Barry said he would consult with Congress in coming days. His fellow Democrats, of course, are reluctant, to say the least, to allow boots on the ground in Iraq. Adam Smith, the top Democrat on the House Armed Services Committee said, "It is important to remember that military force alone cannot bring peace." Meanwhile, Republicans have been critical, accusing Barry of dithering on Iraq. California Republican Ed Royce, the chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee said, "We shouldn't have boots on the ground, but we need to be hitting these columns of terrorists marching on Baghdad with drones now." RINOs John McCain and Lindsey Graham, have also called for air strikes. In a joint statement they said, "This is a moment to deal ISIS a crippling blow, when they are over-stretched and least prepared for it."

We’re told the United States stepped up its intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance support this week at Baghdad's request, according to Pentagon spokesman Rear Adm. John Kirby. Some surveillance drones have been collecting data on rebel movements. Kirby declined to explicitly say whether the Pentagon was confident the Iraqi security forces could hold Baghdad. He said, "We were surprised and disappointed by the poor performance of some Iraqi security force units up in the north. I'd be less than honest if I said that that performance instilled a lot of confidence. It didn't." A U.S. counterterrorism official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said ISIS appeared well positioned to keep the territory it has captured if it maintains the support Sunnis in the areas it has occupied and absent a major counteroffensive.

We’re supposed to believe Barry when he says he’s concerned that ISIS could try to overrun Shi'ite sacred sites, creating sectarian conflicts "that could be very hard to stamp out." The rebels are Sunni Muslims and the Baghdad government of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki is dominated by Shi'ites. Barry said, "This is a regional problem, and it is going to be a long-term problem. And what we're going to have to do is combine selective actions by our military to make sure that we're going after terrorists who could harm our personnel overseas or eventually hit the homeland." Barry said he wanted to review intelligence on the situation in Iraq so that any U.S. actions are "targeted, they are precise, and they are going to have an effect." He noted that the U.S. has already "poured a lot of money into these Iraqi security forces."

I think it fair to say that Barry could not be less interested in the troubles brewing in Iraq. Much higher on Barry’s list of priorities, than the possibility that Iraq is now headed toward complete collapse, is being able to head off to California for a long weekend rest and relaxation. A weekend that is scheduled to include a little golf, another commencement and, of course, another fundraiser. Because the truth of the matter is that when it comes to events such as those now taking place in Iraq, neither Barry, nor any of those with whom he has chosen to surround himself, has any idea of what to do. All he knows for sure is that he will not be sending troops, that would be bad politically. But Barry’s disinterest regarding the deteriorating situation in Iraq only serves to makes matters all the more precarious and dangerous for everyone concerned.
