MARIO CUOMO…GOOD RIDDANCE!!!

I’m sure that we will all be in for what will surely be a real treat come this Tuesday, when we’re provided with scores of images on the state-controlled media outlets of the many progressives seen crawling out of the woodwork and then making their way to New York City so that they can pay their final respects to one of their own.  But I am curious to find out if this gathering of liberal elites will have the same circus-like/pep rally tone that we all remember from the funeral of Democrat Senator Paul Wellstone.

Much has been made of the speech Cuomo gave at the 1984 Democrat Convention.  While many still chose to praise it, it was really nothing more than a usual mixture of flowery prose, empty rhetoric and blatant lies.  In other words, it was a typical speech given by someone who was your very typical liberal Democrat before a very typical Democrat gathering.  Cuomo, like Barry, was heralded as being some great orator but, also like Barry, nearly all of what he said had very little to do with the reality of the time.

We’re told that the funeral for the esteemed Mr. Cuomo, the much lauded progressive icon of the political left, will take place this coming Tuesday morning at the Church of St. Ignatius Loyola on Manhattan's Upper East Side.  Cuomo finally left this Earth on Thursday at the ripe old of 82, which to my way of thinking was about 82 years too long.  His demise is said to have occurred just hours after his hopelessly corrupt son, and 2016 presidential hopeful, Andy Cuomo, was sworn in for a second term.

And it’s on a much more personal note that I have to say that I’m just not all that sorry to see him go.  It always does my heart good to see people like Cuomo move onto their next destination.  Far from being sad to see him go, I say good riddance to him!  It’s because of those of the same political persuasion as Cuomo, and his sleaze-bag son, that New York is in the fiscal shambles that we find it in today.  I was born and raised there, and watched for over 25 years as Democrats did their best to wreak all manner of havoc.

I think we can all agree that throughout our entire history it has been proven time and again that pretty much everything Democrats touch turns, almost immediately, to shit.  And yet, because they’re able to convince people to vote for them by promising all manner of government giveaway in exchange for their vote, we are constantly forced to deal with the disastrous consequences brought about by their failed policies.  And in that regard there was little difference between Cuomo and any other Democrat.
