JOHN KERRY-HEINZ…CONTINUES TO BE STUCK ON STUPID…

For anyone inclined to go looking for what it is that might at least be a contributing factor for why it is that the world seems to be rapidly unravelling at this particular point in our history, I would suggest that one need look no further than our very own rather incompetent, as well as quite inept, secretary of state, John Kerry Heinz. And when you stop and take into consideration that he took over the job from someone who was easily just as incompetent, and just as inept, as he so obviously appears to be, and it becomes all the more remarkable that things aren’t in even worse shape than they are.

And it was Kerry-Heinz, himself, who recently made it clear just how very much he remains stuck on stupid. He was asked late Thursday to highlight the one thing that stood out during his two days of high-level security and economic dialogue with China. And in rather generic terms, he claimed the one thing that stood out was the achieving of cooperation on major issues of global concern. His example of this ‘cooperation’ was, of course, climate change, or that which he sees as being "one of the defining threats of our time". I suppose it’s fairly easy to agree on something that doesn’t really exist.

It was on Thursday that some enterprising, idealistic, reporter that happened to be present asked Kerry-Heinz, "If there is one thing that you would like to highlight for this year’s dialogue, what is it?" Kerry-Heinz muttered something about "the level of cooperation overall on major issues of global concern" had been significant, noting a capacity to manage areas of disagreement while still focusing attention on those issues. And from there things went pretty much off on a tangent. Because it was then that he added, "But bearing down on that, let me just pick climate change as an example."

And in what I’m still not quite sure was some sort of weird attempt to blow his own horn, or what, Kerry-Heinz said, "I’ve been involved in the issue of climate change for more than 25 years – even longer. But in the Senate, for many years, it was incomprehensible that the United States and China would find cooperation on climate change." He then added, "As recently as two years ago, no one would’ve thought that that was possible or expected it." So what, I guess it’s because of his great diplomatic skill, that we now all owe Mr. Kerry-Heinz our profound gratitude? Nope, don’t think so.

Kerry-Heinz said that Chinese President Xi Jinping last year acknowledged the need to work with the U.S. in this area, and "as the consensus began to grow that we needed to take action, we found some common ground." At a climate-related event in the Chinese capital earlier in the day, Kerry-Heinz said that the reason the U.S. and China were now cooperating on climate change "is because the science is growing so significantly, and coming back at us not just with the truth of what was predicted, but coming back in greater quantities, faster than anybody predicted." And what does he base such a declaration on?

As the world’s biggest greenhouse gas emitters, Kerry-Heinz said, "it is no secret that China and the United States have a very special role to play together in combating climate change." And of course he droned on saying, "Our words and our actions will set the tone. Either we create the momentum to galvanize global action in order to deal with this, or we risk a global catastrophe. That is the science. You can’t be half pregnant on this." Again with his spewing this global catastrophe nonsense. The ONLY catastrophe that we face in this country is the one that will result from our choosing to go along with nuts like Kerry-Heinz.

For me, the topper came when Kerry-Heinz said, "If you accept the science, and it tells you what is happening, you have to also listen to the people as they give us warnings about what will happen if we don’t take action." Look, it seems as if with each passing day Mother Nature reveals something else that proves the entire notion of ‘climate change’ is nothing but a bunch of bullshit. The science that folks like Kerry-Heinz seem to put so much stock in has been proven wrong time after time. It was just recently that NOAA very quietly altered its data to reflect 1936, and not 2013, as being the warmest year on record.

Now it would seem to me, as someone on the sidelines, that there are any number of far more pressing issues, ones that genuinely exist, that demand far more attention than does this issue of mythical climate change. And, ya know, just how naïve must one actually be in order to believe anything that one is told by the Red Chinese? I’m sure as soon as Kerry-Heinz had left the building they were all having a very good laugh at this boob’s, and therefore our, expense. The world is literally going up in smoke, our country is on the verge of imploding and somehow the most important issue in need of being addressed is ‘climate change?’
