OLIVER STONE, ANOTHER HOLLYWOOD DOUCHE BAG...
Dontcha just love it when some pompous old, has-been of a Hollywood asshole speaks ill of America while traveling abroad, and while on a national holiday, no less? Take Oliver 'Never Made A Decent Movie In His Life' Stone for example. Because it was while attending, over the Fourth of July, a gathering that was described as being some sort of film festival in the Czech Republic, that Oliver took the time to say of the United States, "The world is in danger with our tyranny."
It was during a press conference at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival that the brain dead Mr. Stone also chose to impart upon the listening audience, "It's a disgrace that Obama is more concerned with hunting down Snowden than reforming these George Bush-style eavesdropping techniques...To me, Snowden is a hero, because he revealed secrets that we should all know, that the United States has repeatedly violated the Fourth Amendment." Spoken like a true…stooge.
And in speaking of Snowden, the imbecilic Mr. Stone also felt the urge to say, "He should be welcomed, and offered asylum." And he droned on, saying, "but he has no place to hide because every country is intimidated by the United States. This should not be. This is what's wrong with the world today, and it's very important that the world recognizes and gives asylum to Snowden. Everyone in the world is impacted by the United States' Big Brother attitude toward the world."
And, of course, he didn't stop there. Because it was in front of a room of mostly European journalists that Stone also said, "We need countries to say no to the United States." This douche bag went on to say, "The United States is the dominant power in the universe, with its eavesdropping abilities, cyber abilities." Finally adding, "And the world is in danger with our tyranny." And this is what an American says in the Czech Republic on the Fourth of July. What a guy.
These egomaniacal Hollywood types never cease to amaze me. They seem to think that because they make movies, they're somehow smarter than those of us whom they depend upon to go out and cheerfully pay an ever increasing amount just to watch one of their brilliant works of cinematography. I mean, where is it, exactly, that these people think their talent comes from? And where else but here in America are they able to use it to amass such wealth? But none of that matters.
And as hard as I try, I've just never quite been able to figure out why it is that these entertainment types hate their country. And what give these scum sucking, narcissistic losers the right to use the taking of cheap shots at my country as their way of boosting their self-esteem? Most of these so-called celebrities barely made it out of high school, and yet because they can act, or sing or whatever, they feel that they are somehow the great minds of our time. However, it's just the opposite that's true.
