BARRY'S NEW TOP PRIORITY; FELLONS VOTE SOLDIERS DON'T

It never fails, just when I think I've seen it all, Barry comes along and pulls yet another cheap trick from up his hypocritical sleeve. And being a veteran of 24 years in the U.S. Navy, this one really ticks me off. It has been reported in the Washington Times that our stellar Attorney General, Eric "The New Black Panther Party lovin" Holder has a new, and very important, top priority that no doubt comes at the behest of our military-hating Commander-in-Chief, Barry "Almighty." And just what might this top priority of Mr. Holder's be, you might ask? Ok, maybe you won't ask, but I'm gonna tell you anyway. It would seem that this new top priority, which is one more example that reveals the depth of the sleaze at which this unseemly administration continues to operate, is one which has it now becoming something of an urgent nature to work toward the helping of our poor unfortunate and misguided, albeit convicted, felons in their efforts to get their right to vote reinstated. Yup, that's what we need! Where the hypocrisy comes into play in all this, as it always does with this bunch, and with it apparently been deemed as being perfectly acceptable, is that while they are busy trying to assist these convicted criminals, they are, at the same time, reducing any efforts at enforcing regulations specifically designed to ensure that our soldiers serving overseas, get their ballots in time enough to cast their votes. Gee, now why do you suppose this is something that is so near and dear to the heart of this corrupt and ethically challenged little group? Could it be that those who have been incarcerated are seen as having some sort of kinship, sort of like being butt-buddies, with many of those in the Democrat Party, kind of a birds of a feather thing, while those serving in our military, more often than not, have a tendency to vote for like-minded candidates, who like themselves believe on God and country? I don't know, it just sounds to me like one of those things that makes you wanna go, HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.

Also according to the Washington Times, apparently Senator John Cornyn (R, Texas) doesn't like the sounds of this little plan so he has put what is called a legislative hold on the nomination of James M. Cole for Deputy Attorney General, at least until Mr. Holder can bring himself to ensure full protection for the voting rights of our military, as well as civilian, men and women who are currently stationed abroad. I'm glad to see the Senator making what I see as being the necessary noise regarding what it is that the administration is attempting to pull off here. The Senator co-authored a 2009 law which mandated that states, all states, were to ensure that absentee ballots were to be sent to those serving OUTCONUS "AT LEAST" 45 days prior to the election. But it would appear that like our immigration laws, this is just one more thing that the Barry administration views as requiring only selective enforcement at best and at worst something that they are simply free to ignore, seeing no real need to bother enforcing. Because as a former Justice Department lawyer, Mr. Eric Eversole first reported in the Washington Times just last week, it seems the Mr. Holder's team seems to be rather enthusiastically encouraging that states simply apply for the required waiver so that they can then more easily simply avoid altogether complying with the law as it was written. Well, isn't that just dandy. It's things like this that make it plain to see how this president and all those who work for him talk out of both side of their mouths. And they can do so with such ease. And I'm very sure there are many out there in all those Blue States have already cheerfully begun working on those very waivers being recommended by Mr. Holder's office as we speak. Screw those suckers in the military, lets just focus on getting all those fine, upstanding, and all-American felons their voting rights back. Wow, doesn't it just make you proud to be an American? NOT!!

Sadly it is a fact that in 2008 we had more than 17,000 Americans serving overseas in the service of their country who were denied their right to vote. That, my friends, is an unforgiveable sin. And yet, it has now become something of the utmost importance to Barry, and Hillary as well, that scumbag felons who willing forfeited their right to vote through the act of committing their crime, be entitled to vote. So because our military personnel are considered to have a tendency of being more conservative in their voting pattern than would your common convicted felon, the Barry administration seems to be lacking in motivation as well as in no particular hurry to rectify this obviously egregious situation. Sounds pretty feasible to me. Just to show you how unenthusiastic our Justice Department is about ensuring those serving in the military get their say at election time, its website still lists the old requirement of the shorter 30-day military voting window, rather than the current law mandating 45 days. And once more the hypocrisy of this president, and of his party, rears it ugly head, because while the Justice Department has no legislative mandate whatsoever to involve itself in any way with helping felons to vote, its website devotes a very substantial section - 2,314 words - advising these same felons on how best to go about the regaining of their voting privileges. Ah, you just gotta love the priorities of these guys. There's nothin too good for our convicted felons, by golly. It would seem that the only priority Barry has with respect to the military is to make sure we allow gays to serve. Hey now, there's a morale booster. Oh yeah, he did mention that he wanted to cut their pay. And where is that useless Secretary of Defense Robert Gates in all this? There's another worthless, brown-noser of a bureaucrat!

This is nothing but one more reason, on a very, very long list of many, for why it is that we must work very diligently toward the removing of as many of these scumbag "progressives", liberals or whatever the Hell they're calling themselves, as possible and replace them with solid fiscal and social conservatives come November. And it is key that we not look ahead to 2012 until after we have exhausted all efforts toward getting the right people elected in just 95 days from now. Then and only then should we start our gearing up for 2012 with us setting to work on this November 3 to successfully rid ourselves of this scourge that has set upon our country. This bunch of crooks that we currently have in power has got to go. And we need to extricate ourselves from Barry before the damage that he continues to do becomes impossible to correct. The wholesale and wanton destruction that has taken place in just 18 short months will be difficult enough to try to recover from without any more damage being allowed to take place. It is absolutely imperative that we use our resources wisely and to be very wary in our negotiating of any potential minefield that may be laid out in front us, by either the Democrats or their propaganda arm which is, laughingly, still commonly referred to as the mainstream media. This pathetic cadre of scum needs to be sent packing and driven back into the same sewer from which they crawled out and as soon as possible!
