WITH EACH LIE TOLD, DEMOCRATS MAKE CLEAR THEIR FEAR OF PRESIDENT TRUMP…

Like a dog chasing its tail, it’s once again that we have a Democrat, in fact one of the same Democrats who have apparently been assigned the task of making the rounds, ad nauseam, to any ‘fake news’ venue that will have them, again doing his best to sound the alarm that above all else now going on, the most important thing that we must do is to make certain that Donald Trump can never again be permitted to run for president. Curiously, it’s none of these people who seem to exhibit the behavior that one would typically expect to see coming from someone who’s confident in the belief that their then candidate for president did, in fact, receive 81 million votes.

Also, it’s at the very same time that these very same individuals appear to be rather desperate in their attempt to convince everyone else that he most certainly did. And the primary player in this bizarre cast of Democrat characters is, of course, none other than that not so well known, doo-rag wearing imbecile from ‘The Peoples Republic of Maryland,’ Jamie Raskin. And it was during an appearance this past Tuesday, minus the doo-rag, on MSDNC’s “The ReidOut” that Raskin again made the idiotic claim that the Constitution somehow disqualifies President Trump from running for president or being seated in the office because he “participated in insurrection."

And don’t you just love it when these imbecilic Democrats start quoting the Constitution? Raskin now appears to be the go-to guy whenever the Democrats have to tell an exceptionally obvious lie, which this is. President Trump has never been charged as participating in an insurrection, organizing an insurrection or being an insurrectionist. And yet, Raskin said, “The hard question is not should the courts end up deciding because the courts will have to decide this because it’s a Constitutional question. The hard part is, did he engage in insurrection or rebellion? That’s the hard part for some people. Is incitement to insurrection participating in insurrection?"

He went on to say, “The House of Representatives already impeached him for inciting insurrection. 57 of 100 senators voted to determine that he did engage in incitement to insurrection, so you have robust bipartisan, bicameral majorities defining that as a legislative fact.” He added, “But I think the alternative argument will be no, you need a criminal conviction first. It’s not enough to show that it happened. And you know, against that, I would simply say, the language of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment says that you can’t run for office if you have sworn an oath to the Constitution, but then you participated in insurrection rebellion."

Raskin said, “It doesn’t say if you have been convicted of insurrection or rebellion. But I think that that will become really the heart of the legal argument.” He concluded, “Donald Trump tried to overthrow Constitutional democracy. And the Constitution has a mechanism for dealing with that which is a very strongly pro-democratic mechanism. It says this is a big country. a lot of people can be president. You don’t have to go back to somebody who has already proven himself to be untrustworthy by being disloyal to the Constitution and trying to overthrow the constitutional order.” If Trump is so unfit, why not just defeat him in the election?

It's a strange thing, don’t you think, how the Constitution continues to be brought up by those on the left, especially after they have stomped all over it both in their attempt to gain power and then to maintain it. While what happened on January 6^th could be called an illegal protest, it was most certainly not an “insurrection.” Again, we’re witnessing the Democrats trying to alter the law in order to fit the crime. But it is nothing more than simple political posturing and illegal, and their new definition does make most Democrats themselves guilty of insurrection. We all know the names of the usual suspects along with the incendiary rhetoric they endlessly spew.

President Trump has never been charged as participating in an insurrection, organizing an insurrection or being an insurrectionist. So Raskin is nothing more than a liar. There was no insurrection, he told the people to walk and to be peaceful. Democrats just want him disqualified because they’re scared of him. Going forward it’s likely any Republican who will now be considered as being disqualified from the Presidency because they’re not Democrat/Marxists dedicated to the destruction of the this country as we know it. Any Republican that could possibly win must be attacked and removed from the ballot. That is democracy the Democrat/Marxist way.

And for someone who feels pretty confident in throwing around the Constitution, Raskin only succeeds in showing that he has very little knowledge of it. The definition of insurrection: The act of rising against civil authority or governmental restraint; specifically, the armed resistance of a number of persons to the power of the state; incipient or limited rebellion. Clearly there was no armed resistance. Just a bunch of Americans expressing their concern about a lot of election irregularities, state laws not being followed that were let in by Capitol Police, per video evidence. Also, President Trump clearly repeated march peacefully and let your voices be heard.

There was no investigation by the government to address those concerns. Also, there has been no charges or convictions against President Trump for an insurrection. The bogus impeachment was incomplete as the Senate exonerated him by not taking it up. So why now, after three years? Yes, several Americans have been sent to jail for January 6, but unjustly. Evidence not allowed to be used, prosecutors lying, judges abusing their power and not following the law. It’s a travesty. This just goes to show how truly scared and rattled that they are that President Trump just might get reelected. They will go to any lengths to ensure that President Trump is unable to run.

And it was the Democrats, with the help of those in our ‘fake news’ media, that turned what was a legitimate protest of a stolen election into an “insurrection,” and now they accuse President Trump of participating in their imaginary insurrection. But then, this is what those on the lying left do and have a long history of doing. If there weren’t FBI plants nothing would have happened. This is all manufactured, approved by Democrats and RINOs, with those in the media only too happy to follow along. January 6th was an insurrection only in the minds of those who hate this country and who are determined in the effort to prevent President Trump from being reelected.

And now, just because some self-hating, suicidal, election-denier of an anti-American, leftist, reptilian Democrat claims that President Trump should not be allowed to run for re-re-election, it means absolutely nothing to the vast majority of those who elected him in 2020 and will again in 2024 for the third straight time. Raskin has been caught in numerous lies and misinformation. Why would any sane person listen to anything that he has to say. It seems strange that someone who is so upset about 'threats to our democracy' is also threatened by democracy itself. He certainly doesn't want something as important as who will be our leader left up to the people!

And if that was an insurrection, it was the worst one ever, since all those carrying out the alleged insurrection were unarmed. Then, there is the disturbing evidence of plants from Federal law enforcement agencies encouraging people to go into the Capitol. Raskin is a disgraceful human being and nothing more that pathological liar. Raskin is falsely representing the role of President Trump, claiming that President Trump was attempting to overthrow the government. Most rational people, or those without some kind of a leftist political agenda, know that nothing could be further from the truth than that statement. Raskin is merely trying to rewrite history.

And as time has gone on it has become increasingly clear that the events of January 6 were nothing more than a very well-orchestrated rope a dope perpetrated by the Democrats with assistance from both the FBI and Capitol Police, along with a few of the more sinister players. And all that for the sole purpose of hanging the “insurrection” label around President Trump’s neck. And I do have to hand it to them, the Marxist Democrats are playing three-dimensional chess while most Republicans seem to be doing nothing more than playing with themselves. But, of course, there were more than just a few RINOs who were happy to help out on the big steal.

The Democrats orchestrated and planned the biggest election steal in our country's history, and now I think it safe to say that they are in a state of panic. They have failed in every aspect of governing this country. They know it, and we know it, and they will do whatever they feel they must to convince the majority of Americans that all the bad things they see and hear about are not actually true. These anti-American Democrats are now acting like cornered rats and that’s dangerous, but the American people will get their chance to banish every one of them for what they have done in their attempts to destroy their country. But the question remains, will they?

And so again, President Trump had no prior knowledge of any planned attack on the Capitol. In fact, he requested those listening to his speech that day, remain calm and peaceful, when interacting with the police. President Trump did not incite violence in any of his campaign appearances. The only thing he did was to express his opinion that the election had been stolen from him, and he was trying to use legal methods to undo the election fraud. Not one of the people who were present that day has been charged under this law regarding insurrection. How can one and only one person be guilty of insurrection, when nothing violent was done to overthrow the government?

And finally, I’m curious what it is that has caused people like Raskin to possess so much hatred for both the greatest country that has ever existed and for an economic system that has made it possible for more people to achieve a higher level of prosperity than any other system ever devised. And when the focus of every elected official, regardless of political persuasion, should be the betterment of the entire nation as a whole, we have people such as Raskin determined to do everything within their power to bring it all to an end. And too, it remains a mystery to me why there are those who insist upon voting for those who possess such a virulent hatred of our way of life. These are truly scary times.
