DEMOCRAT CLAIMS HIS PARTY ‘IS NOT’ TRYING TO STEAL THE 2016 ELECTION…

Let me start by saying that I remain pretty confident that those of us who voted for President Trump, and remain supporters of his, are able to see pretty clearly what the Democrats are currently up to, and have been up to for the last two and a half years.  President Trump has done more for this country in two years than his corrupt predecessor did in eight.  And he has also undone much of what his predecessor did.  So it’s easy to see what the Democrats are now attempting to do is nothing less than an attempt to do everything that they can to get this president out of office before again having to run against him and have their collective ass handed to them.

And it was during an appearance on ‘This Week’, that Jerrold Nadler, aka Pumpkinhead, who is now the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, told everyone’s favorite faux journalist, and former Clinton hack, George ‘Stephy’ Stephanopoulos, that he believes President Trump obstructed justice.  Yet Nadler claimed “impeachment is a long way down the road,” because Democrats must first convince enough Trump voters that impeachment “ought to happen,” and that Democrats are not “just trying to steal” the last election.  However, knowing what we all know about Democrats, how is it that anyone can come to any other conclusion?

Nadler said, “This investigation goes far beyond collusion.”  He said, “We have seen all the democratic norms that we depend on for democratic government attacked by the administration.”  And he went on to say, “We've seen attacks on the freedom of the press, the press called the enemy of the people; we've seen attacks on the Department of Justice, attacks on the FBI; attacks on judges. All of these are very corrosive to liberty and the proper functioning of government and to our constitutional system.”  The original purpose of the investigation into the election was supposed to be because of collusion, now it suddenly is to go beyond collusion?

I imagine one has a very different view of our ‘fake news’ media when they aren’t spending 90 percent of their time attacking you.  Never has the type of adversarial relationship that currently exists between our ‘fake news’ media and this president existed between the media and any Democrat president.  The president has NEVER attacked the freedom of the press, nor has he EVER called the press the enemy of the people.  What he has done, and rightfully so, is to call out those who seem to have become far less interested in reporting the ‘news’ and far more interested in spewing what is nothing more pure propaganda comprised of Democrat Party talking points.   

‘Stephy’ asked Nadler, “Do you think the president obstructed justice?” To which Nadler of course responded, “Yes, I do.”  He added, “It's very clear that the president obstructed justice. It's very clear. Eleven hundred times he referred to the Mueller investigation as a witch hunt. He tried to -- he fired -- he trade to protect Flynn from being investigated by the FBI. He fired Comey in order to stop the Russian thing as he told NBC news. He -- he has dangled part -- he's intimidated witnesses in public.” Stephy said, “If that's the case, then is the decision not to pursue impeachment right now simply political?  If you believe he obstructed justice?”

Nadler said, “No, we have to do the investigations and get all this. We do not now have the evidence all sorted out and everything to do an impeachment.”  He said, “Before you impeach somebody, you have to persuade the American public that it ought to happen. You have to persuade enough of the opposition party voters or the Trump voters that you are not just trying to ... that you're not just trying to steal the last ele -- to reverse the results of the last election.”  He said, “We may not get there, but what we have to do is protect the rule of law.”  But were Nadler and the Democrats interested in “protecting the rule of law” during the Barry ‘O’ years?  NO!

And it was it was nothing more than a bizarre example of wishful thinking that Nadler said last week's testimony from Michael Cohen “directly implicated the president in various crimes, both while seeking the office of president and while in the White House.”  Now for anyone who had time to waste watching that boob Cohen, there was nothing he said that in any way implicated the president in ANY sort of wrong doing, before or after the election.  The Democrats are simply grabbing at straws in what is nothing more than an act of pure desperation as they continue with their concerted effort to get rid of President Trump before they’re made to face him in 2020.

And following Nadler on ‘This Week,’ was House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy who said, “I think Congressman Nadler decided to impeach the president the day the president won the election.”  He said, “Listen to exactly what he said. He talks about impeachment before he even became chairman, and then he says, you've got to persuade people to get there. There's nothing that the president did wrong.”  He added, “Show me where the president did anything to be impeached.”  McCarthy said now that the “collusion” investigation seems to be unravelling, Democrats are “setting a whole new course” to find something they can use to impeach Trump.

Impeachment is the process by which a president who has met the criteria as laid out in our Constitution can be removed from office.  It is by design that it has a high threshold, but it is also difficult to impeach a duly elected president without significant public support for doing so.  It is in that regard that Nadler and the Democrats are working hard to convince Trump supporters to turn on him, and it is that that is the driving force behind the continuing circus in Congress.  It’s obvious that everything being thrown at this president is nothing more than an attempt to justify the Democrats’ desire to turn back the clock and steal the last election.

Look, here's what the Democrats will have to do in order to turn President Trump’s supporters: 1) Answer why they’re acting like sore losers trying to steal the last election instead of doing what they were elected to do.  2) Justify why they are ignoring ALL of the illegal actions taken by Hitlery.  3) Justify why they are not going after Loretta Lynch, Jim Comey, Hitlery, etc. for lying repeatedly and participating in huge cover-ups.  4) Prove why they insist upon trusting what a convicted criminal, Michael Cohen, tells them is true.  And, 5) Prove why are actively encouraging Socialism to take hold in America.  I could go on here but why bother?

And I think it very important to keep in mind that it is these very same Democrats who claim not to be trying to steal the last election who were only too happy to turn a blind eye to the many crimes committed by Barry &Co., of which there were many. And yet, they seem able to find crimes committed by this president behind every tree. As far as I’m concerned if this how they’re going to behave every time they lose an election, then perhaps the time has now come you sensible and rational people to refuse to vote for any Democrat.  It seems that the party has lost its collective mind.  Which begs the question, how much must you hate this country to vote Democrat?
