So what is a cable ‘news’ network to do when it’s been judged by millions to have the least credibility of any of today’s cable ‘news’ to regain at least some level of trust? Well, apparently it was the geniuses there at CNN who thought it would be an excellent idea to use as their legal ‘expert’ the very same guy who, for whatever reason, decided to choke the old chicken during a zoom meeting and give himself a little self-pleasure. I mean, in the first place, who does something like that, and secondly who is it that can get beyond the image that such behavior conjures up every time this guy shows up. No decent person would believe one word he says.
But be that as it may, it was CNN, in their infinite
wisdom, who recently dragged out their former legal analyst, that well known
pervert Jeffrey Toobin to provide his legal opinion to those few who may have
bothered to tune in to hear it. You see, it was during Wednesday’s broadcast of
“Anderson Cooper 360” that old ‘Tube-In’ attempted to make the argument that President
Trump had somehow violated a gag order when he quoted Fox News host Jesse
Watters on Truth Social posting, “They are catching undercover Liberal
Activists lying to the Judge in order to get on the Trump Jury.” Cooper asked,
“Is that permissible given the gag order on Trump?"
Tube-In said, “I don’t think so. I think it’s false,
but more importantly, it’s clearly I think, an attempt to intimidate jurors and
it is clearly barred by the gag order in this case. I mean, Donald Trump
doesn’t seem to realize he is now a criminal defendant, and criminal defendants
have different and lesser rights than ordinary citizens. They are not allowed
to interfere in the trial process – especially when there is a gag order that
specifically addresses attempts to intimidate jurors. I mean, it is just not
permissible.” He added, “Judges take the
jury and the integrity of the jury as almost sacrosanct.” But seriously folks,
who really cares about this guy’s opinion?
Anyway, he went on to say, “The idea that he is
intimating the jury is something that I think Merchan is going to be very
concerned about.” Cooper said, “What are his options, though?” Tube-In said,
“If Trump continues to violate the court’s order, it is well within Judge
Merchan’s ability and his power to order him locked up for contempt. I don’t
think he’s there yet, and dollar sanctions will certainly be the first sanction
but you know, if Trump continues to violate these rules and we are very early
in this process it could happen.” I get a chuckle every time I hear his name. The
guy is a walking joke. And yet there he is, like nothing ever happened.
Amazing.
I very much doubt it was anyone but the most
hardcore NeverTrumper who was actually listening to Tube-In’s rather skewed
opinion. And even they were likely wondering if he had his pants on and hoping
he didn’t touch the table in front of him. I wouldn’t be surprised to find out
that the studio has a cleaning crew standing by to wipe everything down once this
guy leaves. You have to wonder how he stayed employed in the business. They
couldn’t find another schmo that doesn’t get the urge in the middle of a Zoom
call. How was that not treated as a sexual harassment case as he is staring at
some co-worker during a Zoom meeting while choking the chicken?
I find it rather difficult to fathom how this guy
Tube-In, after being caught masturbating on Zoom and then publicly humiliated,
is still on TV. This man has children who will have to live with his
humiliation and shame for the rest of their lives. What a tragedy for these
innocent children. What kind of person who is exposed publicly masturbating has
neither shame nor apparent regret. CNN continues to offer Tube-In’s legal
opinions as if there weren’t any number of credible legal scholars available.
The dark side of all this is that Tube-In’s appearance was likely seen as a
ratings benefit. CNN desperately needs any kind of ratings boost it can
generate.
And when we get right down to the nitty gritty of
it, perhaps CNN was blinded by their hatred of President Trump since there is nothing
that makes authoritarian leftists angrier than conservatives defending
themselves. Everybody knows the case is false. We all know that there is only
one purpose for this case, and that is, of course, as an attempt to keep him off
the campaign trail. We all know that both the prosecutor and judge are
connected to the Democrat Party. What they fail to realize is that every day
this circus continues more and more voters move to Trump’s side. And yet they
persist because it’s all they have, they have no other options.
Let’s be honest here, shall
we? In truth, it’s not President Trump who is on trial, it’s the American judicial
system that’s on trial. And apparently, it’s those folks at CNN who view the
non-crimes committed by President Trump as being far egregious than the fact
that Tube-In exposed himself to unsuspecting coworkers. Tube-In is the last
guy, and I do mean the very last guy, who should be trotted out by anyone and
touted as being some sort of a legal expert. Once again those at CNN get
orgasmic when it comes to spewing all manner of lies and propaganda. You have
to wonder what it is that we might see next coming from this supposed cable ‘news’
network.
