OBAMA HITS THE DECK RUNNING, DETERMINED TO TAKE YOUR GUN…

Well as you all know Barry “Almighty” recently returned from his most recent of many taxpayer funded family vacations “fired up” and ready to hit the deck running in this the final year of his reign.  He met today with his far-left compatriot, Loretta Lynch, to prepare for what we are told will be, tomorrow, an unleashing of a whole new round of executive actions.  This would be in spite of the fact that a newly released Gallup Poll shows that, much like Barry’s deep concern over ‘climate change’, "guns/gun control" ranked near the bottom of Americans' most pressing concerns in 2015.

In fact, it was according to this new poll that guns/gun control ranked 19th out of 23 top problems facing the country during the last year.  According to Gallup it was only one percent of respondents who mentioned guns/gun control as a concern for most of the months in 2015. Having said that, mentions did spike to 7 percent in October and December following mass shootings that occurred in those months.  Concern most likely driven by the fact that many in our state-controlled media chose to talk about little else.  However, the overall average for the entire year came to roughly 2 percent.

And what should come as virtually no surprise at all is the fact that Americans were most likely to mention some aspect of the federal government in 2015 when it came to being asked to name the country's top problem. It was 16 percent of those responding to this poll that listed Government/ Congress/Politicians, and 13 percent chose the "Economy in general."  And it was 8 percent who said unemployment is the nation's top problem.  And, for the first time since 2007, immigration was among the top four most frequently cited problems, being mentioned by 8 percent of those who took part in the poll.

And it was in rounding out the top 10 that we had various other problems each averaging 5%, including ethical/moral decline, race relations/racism, terrorism, the federal budget deficit/debt and education.  Gallup noted that 2015 marks only the second time since 2001 that no single issue averaged 20% or more for the year. However, 34% of Americans named at least one of several specific economic issues -- including the economy, unemployment, the budget deficit, inflation and others.  That in and of itself may demonstrate pretty clearly just how mucked up Barry has now gotten things.

And as I have said before Barry’s plan of attack here in going after the guns of law abiding Americans seems to be one in which, much like his same approach to our immigration laws, he allows gun laws already on the books to simply go unenforced, in the hope of actually encouraging those types of shootings that he can then exploit in his effort to create far more restrictive gun laws.  But that premise makes no sense when one considers the fact that Chicago, home of some of the most restrictive gun laws in the country, had 442 gun homicides with nearly 3000 people being shot in 2015.

And just because this may be his final year in office, I think we would be rather foolish to assume that, as long as we have a squishy Republican majority in Congress, Barry will not be trying everything that he thinks he can get away with.  Besides gun control other issues on Barry’s ‘To Do List’ that he will surely be working hard to take action on include ‘climate change’ and open borders.  I pray our country will be able to come back after what has occurred during what will have been eight years of this man. We simply cannot afford to elect Hitlery as president, or any other Democrat for that matter.
