THE MALIGNANT STUPIDITY OF 'SLOW JOE' BIDEN...

At a recent high-dollar fundraiser this past Tuesday, in Washington, D.C., old 'Slow Joe' Biden issued what was, I guess, supposed to be a warning, of sorts, about Republican to those of his fellow Democrats who were in attendance. Spewing the level of incoherent drivel that 'Slow Joe' is known for, he told the assembled donors, "It’s a pretty simple proposition: The United States of America, and the state of Massachusetts, does not need another Republican in the Senate." Now to a certain extent I would agree with old Joe, because what we REALLY need is a conservative.

But wait, 'Slow Joe' was far from being done babbling on as only he can do. He went on to claim, "I’m being straight about this. This is not your father’s Republican Party. It really is a fundamentally different party. There’s never been as much distance, at least since I’ve been alive, distance between where the mainstream of the Republican congressional party is and the Democratic Party is. It’s a chasm. It’s a gigantic chasm." Well I suppose there is some truth to what old 'Slow Joe' says because I don't think that the mainstream of the Democrat Party has never been as far to the left as it is today.

In particular, 'Slow Joe' shared his rather peculiar brand of distrust of two young Republican senators in particular, and two of my favorites, Ted Cruz and Rand Paul. He said, "I’m not talking about the character or even the quality of the minds of the people I’m going to mention. But the last thing in the world we need now is someone who will go down to the United States Senate and support Ted Cruz, support the new senator from Kentucky -- or the old senator from Kentucky." Gee, as much as I hate to disagree with old 'Slow Joe', what we really need is an army of folks just like Ted Cruz and Rand Paul.

And then came this little jewel from 'Slow Joe' when he said, "Think about this. ... Have you ever seen a time when two freshman senators are able to cower the bulk of the Republican Party in the Senate? That is not hyperbole." He added, "On the gun issue, I don’t care what your position is -- I called 17 senators out, 9 of whom were Republicans. ... Not one of offered an explanation on the merits of why they couldn’t vote for the background check. But almost to a person, they said, ‘I don’t want to take on Ted Cruz. I don’t want to take on Rand Paul. They’ll be in my district.’ What a crock of Biden BS.

And then, he said this, "I actually said, ‘Are you kidding? These are two freshman,’" And he went on to say, "This is a different, party folks. They’re not bad guys, and they’re both very bright guys. And I’m not questioning their motive." No, of course he's not. Look, let's be real about this, are we naïve enough to think that either party has remained the party of our fathers? But having said that, it is the Democrat Party, in their quest for ever more political power, that seems to have now set out on mission the purpose of which is to bring about the complete economic and financial collapse of our country.

Look, had my dad been a Democrat, which thank God he was not, I think that I can safely say, and with some level of confidence, that today's Democrat Party, the one that elected scumbags like Barry "Almighty" and old 'Slow Joe' is not the Democrat Party that he could have, in any way, felt comfortable affiliating with. And while the Democrat Party of 'Scoop’ Jackson and Sam Nunn was something that he might have found himself in agreement with on some issues, this socialist gang of thieves that today refer to themselves as being Democrats, would have, most certainly, been totally foreign to him.
