What Barry really means when he says, "Congress must compromise," is the
unconditionally surrender by the Republicans. They must drop all of their
demands for the making if any meaningful spending cuts. That's really the only
form of 'compromise' that Barry sees as being acceptable. Those are his terms,
and he expects the Republicans to accept them.
