So riddle me this, just what is it about a majority of the American people that when presented with an opportunity to limit the amount of damage that is now being done by the demented old creep in the White House, and those in his party, they either choose to take a knee or simply vote to allow the destruction to continue. What could possibly be their rationale for behaving in what is clearly a very suicidal manner? And at a time when it has become abundantly clear what the Democrats are so desperate to accomplish, there seems to be a pretty severe shortage of Americans who are the least bit interested in doing anything to stop them.
And it’s the Democrats themselves who are always
telling us to think about the children, and in that regard they are correct.
And it’s our children who should have been front and center in our minds as we
all marched off to the polls earlier this week. But as things have thus far
turned out, they clearly were not. And why are so many Americans content to
place in jeopardy the future of their own children? Because by voting to allow
the Democrats to maintain the direction in which they now have our country
headed, that’s exactly what they did. And in so doing the Democrats have
essentially been encouraged to keep the insanity going.
And as I have mentioned before, if all that we are being
made to experience today, the high inflation, the high gas and food prices, the
rampant violent crime and the porous southern border, is how it had always
been, then I suppose I could better understand the lackadaisical approach that
so many Americans seem to have when it comes to voting. But for crying out
loud, it was less than 24 months ago that we were all so much better off, paying
half as much for gas as we are paying now, paying much less for food, a
southern border that was secure and crime under control. I understand that
Americans are known for our short memories, but that’s ridiculous!
So I’m curious, just how
many more chances do they think they’re going to have to salvage what’s left of
their country? Many have said that we’re rapidly approaching the point of no
return, while it’s just as many who have said that that point was long ago passed.
Do people simply not understand the risks involved by either voting for
Democrats or, worse, choosing not to vote at all? To be perfectly honest I have
never been as fearful for my country as I am today, and yet there are times
when I feel that I am in the minority in that regard. I wish I knew what to say
to those who seem able to go blindly through life as if they had not a care in
the world. But if WE don’t care about our country, why would those who we elect
care about it?
