CAN ANYONE SAY, TAWANA BRAWLEY, OR DUKE RAPE CASE…

You'll have to excuse the fact that I'm a little suspicious here, but why is it, exactly, that every single time some black person accuses some mythical band of rampaging whites of some heinous crime it's automatically assumed to be gospel? And how often has it been proven that such claims turn out to be a complete fabrication by the black 'victim'? It's a fact that what white on black crime occurs in this country pales in comparison when compared to the amount of black on white crime and, even more so, the amount of black on black crime, that takes place in this country every single day. And now we have yet another racial 'incident' perpetrated by some evil white racists against some poor unsuspecting black female. Really?

Now, I'm rather curious about whether or not we have any witnesses who might be able to corroborate the claims being made here by this poor unfortunate soul. My guess is that we most likely do not. But then, does that really even matter, given today's racial environment that we were all told that we had now successfully moved beyond with the electing of our supposed post-racial president. Probably not, such things don't really matter in the big scheme of things, the only thing that matters is that our poor victim is black and those who we're told committed this crime are described as being white. End of story, because if you listen to those on the left, the America of 2012 remains no different than the America of the 1940's.

So anyway, now we have some 20-year-old black woman who has told police that she was supposedly set on fire by three men who also took the time to write the initials KKK and a racial slur on her car in northeastern Louisiana. We're told that she remains in critical condition, suffering with burns on over 60 percent of her body. Now having said that, I still wouldn't be surprised to find out, at some point, that this act of violence was something either perpetrated by someone thinking that they could perhaps create some advantage for Barry by fostering the illusion that racism remains very much alive and well, or was perhaps some sort of charade perpetrated by Ms. Moffitt herself, one that somehow went more than a little awry.

Louisiana State Police spokeswoman Lt. Julie Lewis says Sharmeka Moffitt was found with extensive burns when police responded to her 911 call Sunday night. Her sister, Michelle, claims that she found the KKK remark when she arrived at the scene following a call for Sharmeka: Moffitt was in critical condition Monday at a hospital. Lewis said the FBI is investigating the attack as a possible hate crime, but that no arrests had been made as of late Monday. Investigations are ongoing and in the process are expending valuable and scarce resources all in an effort that will, most likely, arrive at the conclusion, as has happened on so many previous occasions, that this was all nothing more than some sort of weird hoax.

According to the young woman in question, these three men supposedly doused her in some sort of a flammable liquid and set her on fire in a town park. Lewis stated that she was able to extinguish the fire using water from a nearby spigot before a police officer arrived. Her mother, Edna Moffitt, who was not at the scene when this supposed attack took place, said that the attack took place while her daughter was exercising in the park. The young woman had apparently gone to the trail to run one mile and walk one mile when the attack took place. "She called 911, then she called me," Michelle said. "She said she had been burned, she had been set on fire." Again, we have no witnesses, just Ms Moffitt's account of the events.

So once again we're being called upon to accept at face value all of the accusations provided and believe that, somehow, this tragedy has it roots in a society that, according to Democrats, remains steeped in racism. Give me a break! The only thing missing from this latest little scenario is that we have yet to hear from that dynamic duo of race baiting, Al "Bull Horn" Sharpton or Jessie "The Extortionist" Jackson. And quite frankly, I'm more than little surprised that Barry hasn't yet seized upon this incident and begun touting it in his stump speeches as a way to further his claim that racism still runs deep in our country. Like I said, that may have been the rational behind the entire thing in the first place. To provide him with just such an opportunity.

You know, what I've always found as being more than a little ironic is the fact that whenever anyone on the left talks about the KKK it's always described as being some far-right organization, and nothing could be further from the truth. Because the actual fact of the matter is that throughout its history, those who were members of the KKK were more often than not, Democrats. And yet it's we Republicans who are said to be racist. Now there are racists in this country, but where you're most apt to find them is either in the black community or in the Democrat Party. It's very rare that you find any marauding racists outside of those two locales. And whenever attending a gathering of either it's difficult, if not impossible, not to bump into someone who's a racist. Of course they'll never admit to such a thing.
