CHARLES BARKLEY, WHEN A MIND IS A TERRIBLE THING…

No offense intended here, but I think we can all agree that Charles Barkley has never had a reputation for being all that bright. I mean, after all, just how much actual brain power is required to dribble a basketball? And so it should come as no surprise that he continues to do absolutely nothing to dispel that notion. Granted, there have been those few occasions over the years, however rare, when Barkley came across as being something other than a knuckle-dragging basketball player. But, more often than not, those occasions are soon overshadowed by other, and far more numerous, idiotic comments. Barkley has always been more than a bit of a loose cannon.

And it was that Barkley recently jumped into the Bud-Light controversy in typical fashion, and in a recent onstage rant said “f*ck you” to anyone who opposes the beer, such as those working to protect women’s sports from the onslaught of men claiming to be women. He also called those boycotting Bud-Light over its ill-fated partnership with transgender weirdo Dylan Mulvaney, a bunch of “rednecks” and “assholes.” And it was during an appearance in Lake Tahoe at some celebrity golf tournament that he was heard to say, “All you rednecks or a–holes who don’t want to drink Bud Light — f–k y’all.” He also dared critics, saying, “Hey, y’all can’t cancel me."

Barkley is really nothing more than a loudmouth jerk and is one of those self-appointed tough guys who thinks that slipping into vernacular somehow makes him scary. Note to Barkley: There are people around tougher than you are, and they don't have to speak in code to prove it. Frankly, I couldn't care less what this ‘round mound’ of stupidity thinks about anything. As I’ve said, he’s never really been all that smart. Personally, I doubt very much that Barkley even understands any aspect of this topic. He likely thinks it’s all about people being rude to gays or trans, but that’s not what the Bud-Light and Transgender controversies are about, not at all.

And just to be clear, I would much rather be a “redneck asshole” versus some Democrat imbecile. And it was in a video that has since gone viral, Barkley added, “I want y’all to drink this f–king beer,” he said while holding a beer in his hand. Barkley also bellowed. “I got three cases of Bud-Light.” And he further bellowed. “If you’re gay, bless you. If you’re trans, bless you. If you have a problem with that, f–k you!” I cannot believe that that this flaming bonehead actually thinks men playing women sports is a good idea. So I guess that would only leave one other reason for his idiotic little outburst, he was getting paid to do it, which I think is even worse.

But with all that said, the last time I checked America was still a free country, though just barely, and we can drink whatever we want. Now as an adult in America, Dylan is allowed to live his life however he wants, as long as he remains within the law. Bud-Light can also support whatever person or causes they choose to. I will choose where I spend my money. Bud-Light chose to flip the middle finger to their core customer base and their values. I’m not sure what type of reaction was expected. Many of us may not say anything, but we watch and support companies with values similar to ours, I really don’t understand what is surprising about that.

But let’s face it, a classy or intelligent response was not what anyone was expecting to hear from Barkley. There are tens of thousands of young black men dying each and every year in our Democrat controlled inner cities but, instead, let’s focus on men pretending to be women. Barkley’s got his priorities straight. And keep in mind that this is the guy who when asked about being a role model for kids said he didn’t sign up to be no role model. Well, a real man would realize kids are going to look up to professional athletes and do his best to be a good role model. But Charlie is clearly something less than a man and will say anything to stay in the spotlight.

And besides being a complete idiot, Barkley clearly does not understand that this Bud-Light mess is not really a boycott. A boycott is an organized movement by people who want to make a point and who often have ulterior motives. The Bud-Light mess is different, it is mass anger at the left trying to force every form of perversion and lunacy down the throats of the people who actually make this country work and Bud-Light just happened to be the straw that broke the camel’s back. Come on Charlie, men dressing up and acting like little girls is not a mountain to die on. If you cannot see how perverted and twisted this is, you’re obviously living in an alternate reality.

And, for what it’s worth, it’s in my humble opinion that all of Barkley’s ranting is rather poorly directed. Look, it isn’t these transgenders that are really the issue here, the issue is the blatant attempt, by those on the left to normalize this sexual and/or gender nonsense and to continually shove down the throats of everyone else. And it’s those who are so vastly in the minority that demand that we treat it as if their view is the only view to be allowed. Trash clown Barkley supports Bud-Light and their child grooming ideology, so shame on him. Instead of name calling with “Rednecks,” perhaps he should look in your mirror.

Most people don’t have a problem with adults who are gay or transgender. What we have a problem with is the attempt to shove their lifestyle down the throats of the rest of us. And we have a problem with the attempt to normalize crossdressers reading to our kids in libraries. We have a problem with sex “education” being taught to kids before they hit puberty. We have a problem with trying to take the decision about radical and permanent surgeries to our minor children out of our hands. As to Dylan Mulvaney, I have yet to see a real woman prance and cavort around like some gnome hopped up on crack. He’s simply an attention whore, apparently just as Charlie is.

Barkley says whatever he feels will get him the most attention. He doesn’t care what it is, he has done it his entire career. He is a self-serving jerk, who cares what he has to say. But his comments do make you wonder just how much money Anheuser Busch might have paid Barkley to come out in favor of their product. Because clearly, he doesn’t do anything unless there’s something in it for him. Look, the point is that the vast majority of Americans are over the woke BS, and the cancel culture and have drawn the line, and are refusing to erase it. And no amount of blowing up over it by any celebrity is going to change that. Barkley is nothing more than a capitulating dolt.

And finally, isn’t it rich that a black guy like Barkley can use a racist trope like “redneck” and yet nobody calls him out on it? Moral outrage from an ex-NBA player? That truly is rich!!!  So in summarizing your position, Charlie, you support all forms of government sexualizing our very young children? Frankly I don’t care that Mulvaney is transgender. But I do care that I am somehow expected to accept/believe that he is a woman. My main beef with Bud-Light is that they used him during Women’s Month when they easily could have waited and used him during Pride Month. He is not, and never will be a woman. I’ve had it with men being lauded as better women than real women.

EX NBA PLAYERS IN SEARCH OF RELEVANCE…NEED TO BE IGNORED…

Stop and think for minute and try to ponder just how much brain power, I mean real, actual intelligence, it takes to be an athlete or, for that matter, ANY sort of an ‘entertainer?’ If you’re being honest you would quickly come to the conclusion that not much actual intelligence is really required. Hell, it’s none of these so-called professions that can be considered as essential, and yet it seems that all of those who participate in them are of the same opinion that somehow the rest of us peons just wouldn’t be able to get along without them. But I’ve got some bad news for them!

Which brings me to a couple of real buffoons, Lew Alcindor and Charlie Barkley, who are both of the same opinion, although for different reasons. You see, it’s according to them that it’s the NBA who should have received the ‘Chinese virus’ vaccine before anyone else. So, basketball players should get vaccines before law enforcement, firefighters, nurses, doctors, or anyone else because, most basketball players are black? Plus, basketball players should get vaccines before everyone else because race pimping and being a victim while being paid millions of dollars, is really important?

In an op-ed written in the New York Times on Monday, it was Alcindor who argued NBA stars should receive the vaccine first to “build trust” with the black community. The NBA is 81.1% black. Alcindor wrote, “Black people have reason to distrust the federal government’s response to Covid-19.” And he then went on to cite health-related racial injustices of that past, such as the Tuskegee Experiment. And a 40-year study beginning in 1932 in which Syphilis treatment was withheld from black men in segregated Alabama so the government could track the disease. But, that was then!

Lew then went on to explain, “Health policy professionals suggest that public health campaigns using celebrities should focus on celebrities who are influential in particular communities in order to build trust.” And he went on to point out, “NBA players, 81.1 percent of whom are Black, appeal to the under-35 and African-American demographics.” A survey conducted in December found that 40% of blacks nationwide would not get the coronavirus vaccine. Personally, I could give a rat’s ass who gets it and who doesn’t. My wife got it, but I have no intention of doing so.

And then it was back in mid-January, that Charlie had also said that professional athletes should get priority on ‘Chinese virus’ vaccines. Though, Charlie based his ‘reasoning’ for vaccinating athletes first on the fact that they pay higher taxes. ‘Reasoning’ that Alcindor dismissed in his op-ed on the grounds that Barkley’s “argument suggests that the lives of those who make more money (and presumably pay more taxes) are somehow more valuable than the nurses, police officers, emergency medical workers, grocery clerks, and others risking their lives daily.”

Since the NBA, as well as so very many of its players, seem to be so infatuated with Communist China, and since the virus did actually originate in Communist China, perhaps the NBA players should consider getting the vaccine manufactured in Communist China, that would seem to be the most fitting thing for them to do. Why on Earth would we want to give these people head-of-the-line privileges? Are ghetto thugs now to be considered as being more important in this the post ‘Chinese virus’ era? Not hardly! Perhaps it should have been given to them first as a test?  

When listening to these two morons, you get to see firsthand what happens when athletes grow up having received no real education, instead having grades their given to them simply because they can dribble a basketball and throw it through a hoop.  You have to laugh, back when the NBA was 100% white they used that environment to promote black players to get them into the league. Now they’re saying that with the NBA being 81% black, they still need special treatment? Blacks are very adept at playing the permanent victim class, even when they happen to be multi-millionaires.

And let’s be honest here, Lew, if inequality is such a problem then why isn’t the NBA dealing with it? Why are the highest paid players, black? Everyone’s salary should be the same if the messages you push through the NBA of activism are in any way real. But they aren’t, the rules you talk about aren’t for thee, but for those different from thee. Such a bunch hypothetical BS and I hate it. I haven’t watched basketball since my teenage years, and I am now rapidly approaching the ripe old age of 69. And you know what, I haven’t missed it a bit. I also recently gave up football as well!

And I can only assume that in his pea-brain, Alcindor must view everything as being based upon the color of one’s skin. And when it comes to the ‘Chinese virus’ it should have nothing to do with age, or folks who are elderly, but ONLY color. And he seems to think that it makes sense to first vaccinate some of the healthiest, most physically fit millionaires over the elderly, seniors, the military, doctors, nurses, and other who are far more vulnerable and important people. What a bunch of…dribble.  As if Andy Cuomo hasn’t yet succeeded in killing off enough of our senior citizens.

Blacks cried for inclusion and desegregation and they got it. Now they want to be considered as a separate group, as a whole, as well as being entitled to front-of-the-line privileges. They want ‘safe spaces’ where none but blacks are to be admitted. It would seem to me that blacks have the entire line and thousands of miles of safe spaces in Africa. So, buy or rent a cruise ship and load it up with all who seek ‘their own space’ and ‘want to own the line.’ Then sail it away to Mother-Africa. You got the money and let’s see how many actually really want-what-they-say-they-want.

Even racist old Oprah was right about one thing, that there is a generation of people who have marinated in their racism for their entire lives and now just need to die off. While I’m certainly not wishing old Lew any harm, he has done ‘his people’ much harm by fomenting racism and oppression that he clearly does not have to deal with in his privileged pampered existence, living in a gated, guarded, affluent and likely mostly white, community. His life’s ‘work’ is one of the most, if not THE most, nonessential jobs on the planet and gives him many opportunities to lift people up.

But instead, Alcindor continually chooses to be nothing more than petty and small and to tear down people based solely on the color of their skin and/or their social status. He is obviously a person who possesses zero character and who has come to realize that he has contributed absolutely nothing to society or to the world and only directs his self-loathing at others. Isn’t this all just so typical, professional athletes making, and who have made, millions and all with IQs equal to that of fruits and vegetables. Why is it that anyone continues to pay any amount of attention to any of them?

The black community would be far better served by stopping the endless complaining about what has been done to them and choose to focus more on how to conduct themselves in the present. White Europeans were slaves for hundreds of years, long before black slavery out of Africa. While any slavery is terrible, the path forward isn’t through endless rehashing of grievances. No one denies the past. However, constant demands made because of it (reparations at the top) only build resentment. Dr. Ben Carson makes for a far better example than do former, or current, NBA prima donnas. 

CHARLES BARKLEY, HYPOCRISY ON STEROIDS…

Just to be clear, I have never been a fan of Charles Barkley.  As far as I’m concerned he’s always been a bit of a loudmouthed boob.  And the only difference between the Barkley of old, and the Barkley of today is roughly 150 pounds.  I love these athletes, regardless of the sport they ‘play’, and who have been made quite wealthy for doing nothing more than playing a kids game, who think by virtue of them able to dribble, to catch, to throw or to hit a ball, it’s that whichever it is that they can do somehow makes them somehow smarter than the rest of us.  But oddly enough, and I truly do hate to hurt their fragile feelings, but it’s just the opposite that is so definitely true.

It was during Thursday night’s “NBA Pregame,” on TNT that supposed ‘analyst’ Barkley, instead of doing what it is that he actually gets paid to do, chose to take the opportunity to direct some rather strong words in the direction of Vice President Mike Pence.  And what was the cause of Barkley’s ire, well apparently it was the fact that the Vice President chose to criticize both the league and Nike for caving to communist Red China after Houston Rockets General Manager Daryl Morey tweeted his support for the rights of protesters in Hong Kong.  Barkley said Pence “needs to shut the hell up” because “all American companies are doing business in China.”

Barkley showed his ignorance by boldly declaring, “Vice President Pence needs to shut the hell up, number one.”  And then went on to say, “All American companies are doing business in China. All American companies are doing business in China. I thought the criticism of Commissioner Silver and LeBron James was unfair.”  He continued, “Listen, Daryl Morey, who I like, … he can say whatever he wants to, but there are consequences. But I don’t understand why these holier-than-thou politicians, if they [are] so worried about China, why don’t they stop all the transactions with China?”  Frankly it’s rather a shame that Barkley is nowhere near as smart as he thinks his is.

Barkley said, “President Trump has been talking about and been arguing with tariffs for China for the last two years, but I think it’s unfair for them to do all their business in China, and just because this thing happened to try to make the NBA and our players look bad. All American companies do business in China, period.”  For one thing, not all companies do business in China.  And also it’s, for the most part, that most of those doing business with China aren’t also going out of their way to promote all of the supposed ills of America on a world stage like nothing more than dancing chimps.  Barkley should be a bit more mindful before shooting off his big fat mouth.

These NBA boobs are a perfect example of why sports should NOT be paying for their ‘education,’ especially as a ‘scholarship’ for their future careers.  You can barely find ANY of them who can form a complete and understandable sentence. The scholarships are in name only.  Spend any time listening to them and it becomes very clear very quickly that they are complete morons. So, the fact that Barkley and his many friends there in the league are unable to comprehend the significance of the China issue, is really not at all surprising. All they’re smart enough to understand is, “When do I get my check?” And that’s all those in charge of league want them to understand.

Like I said, not all American companies do business with China, and maybe the ones who do, should not.  And seriously, the Vice President can't make these NBA boobs look any worse than they have made themselves look.  I mean how is it that one can view doing business with a country that has a history of murdering over 70 Million of its own people, still runs bona fide Concentration Camps as well as slave labor camps or continues to be the worst polluter on the planet as a positive thing.  And then of course there’s the fact that Red China is building a massive military with one goal in mind.  But none of that occurs to these geniuses, because it’s all about the money!

I think that both athletes and entertainers alike truly believe the country would be far better off if they were dictating foreign and domestic policy.  That the fact that they have achieved some level of success in their trivial endeavors means that they are also capable of dealing with those issues that affect the lives 100’s of millions of people. On the contrary, they are quite literally the very first thing our society could do without. They produce nothing that people need.  They aren't doctors or lawyers. A good plumber is far more important to society than the entire NBA.  What if there was never another basketball game?  What if you couldn't flush your toilet?

It should be seen as being fundamentally wrong to kiss the butts that belong to the worst human rights violators on the planet, those who make segregationists look fair-minded by comparison. Freedom of speech is Vice President Pence's right, something you don’t have in Red China.  Believe me when I say that it would be a world order with China sitting on top that would have blacks at the bottom. Fret not though, the real fight is with traitorous white, America-hating Democrats. They already have brainwashed the black population in America, at least those who have not been aborted habitually or participate in routine violence against each other.

And while I’m quite sure that Barkley will likely not agree, it is he and any number of other mentally deficient athletes who are the ones who should shut the Hell up. They somehow feel that being famous makes every word they utter a precious gem. Unfortunately, the gems are worthless. Athletes, for the most part, should not be telling other people, with different opinions to shut up.  I’m sick of these fools who became wealthy, by playing a kids game, trying to rule the rest of us. Vice President Pence knows very well what he said was correct and that he speaks for America. Guys like Barkley and James speak only for their own benefit, and care little about the country.

Let’s face it, jocks, or at least the vast majority of them, are not known for being particularly bright.  They're typically large framed, hefty, boneheaded and dull witted. Not exactly what you'd choose as your legal representation or your physician, or your philosophers, or your leaders.  These NBA nitwits are what my mom would've called “low rent people,” and by that she meant people who have no class, low morals and little initiative.  And these very rich individuals continue to prove on nearly a daily basis that wealth very rarely equates to class.  Some of the classiest people I know are nowhere near to being rich.

These basketball players with their big mouths and small brains have always had only money, "bling", "hos", and not much else on their minds.  Little thought is ever given to God or to perhaps spreading their great wealth around to those less fortunate. It’s more important to be remembered as being rich and famous than of being a man of God. These men are merely tools so easily used by Red China because all they care about is themselves and their status and their wealth. Their motto seems be, “Pay me and I'll dance to whatever tune you play.”  Holding them out to our youth as heroes is akin to Miley Cyrus held up as a person your daughter should try to emulate.

CHARLES BARKLEY, VOTING FOR DEMOCRATS NO MATTER WHAT…

I have to be honest, I have never found myself in agreement with much of anything that Charles Barkley has ever had to say, especially when it comes to the subject of politics.  I’ve always thought that maybe he should stick to that which he knows best, because once he ventures outside that area of his ‘expertise’ it becomes pretty clear, pretty quickly that he’s nowhere near as smart as he thinks he is.  

But it was on one of those rare occurrences that I recently did find myself in agreement with him, and it was when he was interviewed after Tuesday night’s Democrat debates that he happened to attend. It was when, during the interview, he slammed the Democrat Party, saying that the party has done little to elevate most blacks in America, and I agree.  And yet blacks continue to vote for Democrats.

While he had taken the time to be in the audience for this clown show of a debate, he apparently was not at all impressed by what he saw from the candidates taking part, going so far as to tell reporters that “every black person I know has always voted Democratic,” but most are “still poor” despite that support.  Ok, so what’s that tell you about every black person that he apparently knows?

Barkley slammed the Democrats for ignoring minorities, saying, “It’s an economic thing, and that’s what both parties have been neglecting, especially the Democratic Party.”  And he said, “Every black person I know has always voted Democratic, and with the exception of a few guys who can play sports, all those people are still poor.”  Ok, they’re still poor and yet they still vote for Democrats.  Duh?

And despite his complaining about the Democrat’s continuing failure, Barkley then proceeded to provide them with a certain amount of cover by making the idiotic claim that both parties “suck” at delivering for black voters.  He said, “I think all politicians take black folks for granted. They talk to black folks every four years, and that’s about it and then do nothing about it. Both parties suck in that aspect.”

And even after voicing his displeasure with the Democrats he then proceeded to do what every black person he knows must also do, he said it was of those candidates present that he was ‘leaning’ toward supporting Julian Castro or Pete Buttigieg.  So at the end of the day he’s really not all that much different from every other black who he knows, who will tend to vote for Democrats no matter what.

So first Barkley says the Democrats haven't delivered for blacks and then, practically in the same breath, he says leaning towards one Democrat or another.  He says, “It’s an economic thing...”, but is either blindly ignorant of the current economic success for blacks or still covering for Democrat's lack of success on economic issues.   Apparently it seems to be the latter, in which case he’s got nothing to bitch about.

Perhaps it’s now time for Mr. Barkley to make a choice.  Either he cares enough about black economic success to swallow his pride and vote for President Trump, and the Republicans next year, or simply admit that it doesn’t really matter and that he’s quite comfortable remaining there on the Democrat plantation.  Otherwise there’s really no difference between him and every other black person he knows.

The goal of Democrats has always been to keep blacks firmly on the Democrat plantation. So far, it's been working very well!  The way to get ahead in America isn't complicated.  You go to school. You don't have children outside of marriage.  You practice personal responsibility.  And you save a portion of your earnings for the future and/or for a rainy day.  That’s the magic formula for success.

And the formula for failure? Well, that’s just as obvious and just as simple.  You get pregnant outside of marriage, you choose not to finish school, you go on welfare, you live in government housing, and you blame others for your own bad decisions and personal failures, and you become a taker not a maker.  This isn’t rocket science and yet those in the black community, Barkley’s community, act as if it is.

Democrat candidates come out every two years, they whine about how hard life is, promise all manner of pie in the sky, and then fail to deliver. They don't deliver yet people looking for free table scraps keep voting for them because they fall for the Democrat song and dance.  It has been a Democrat inspired vicious cycle that has been taking place since the early 1960s.  And it shows no sign of letting up. 

So as is usually the case even with ‘educated’ blacks, Barkley first makes a sane, provable statement then goes back to being stupid with his “both parties suck” comment.  Perhaps he should take the time to check out exactly what President Trump has done.  Government can never provide blacks with success but it can provide opportunity for blacks to EARN it, if they are actually interested in doing so.

That is where so many Democrat voters get buried, by believing the Democrat Party rhetoric that says, “You can’t make it in this world without a Democrat Party majority rule.” Then when the Democrat Party doesn't come through with impossible promises they blame Republicans and ‘Whitey.’  Nothing regarding the plight of the black man is going to change until the black man, himself, does a little changing. 

Well Charles it's been this way for nearly 60 years now, for a few reasons. First, you bought the ridiculous notion that the party that hated blacks for over 150 years was now you best friend. They didn’t become your friend they just realized that a hand out works better to keep you in line than a raised hand. Second, your leadership in the black community is full of people who have sold their soul for a little power.

Lastly, there seems to be this idea that someone who is black can’t stray from thinking differently than the standard found on the left. If one does, they get branded a traitor, as being not black enough, an Uncle Tom, or many other more colorful names I can’t repeat here. That very idea that a minority has to think a specific way is the worst kind of stereotyping and is exactly what real racism is.

Democrats want a homogeneous minority population because ‘diversity’ of thought brings awareness of problems and allows for real solutions to be found. To put it simply, blacks have been played, they are victims of the greatest con job in history, and it seems not even the destruction of black families or the black community will snap them out of it and after 60 years of voting the same way they expect a different result.

CHARLES BARKLEY MAKIN’ A LITTLE SENSE…

I’ll admit I’ve never been a big fan of Charles Barkley. I thought he said some pretty idiotic things about Romney back during the 2012 presidential campaign that I thought were pretty uncalled for. And I’m pretty confident that he voted for the guy that has now so screwed up this country that we may never be able to get it straightened out. And for no other reason than because that very same guy is black. So imagine my surprise when I heard that he had actually come out on the side of the police officer.

It was during an interview on the Communist News Network (CNN) that Barkley made the point that race is never discussed in the United States until "something bad happens." And he went on to say that he finds it "ridiculous" when people believe white police officers set out to shoot African-Americans. He told CNN’s Brooke Baldwin, "We never discuss race in this country until something bad happens," and even then, "everybody wants to protect their own tribe, whether they are right or wrong."

The controversial star, who is now a basketball analyst for Turner Sports, has come under fire in recent days after calling protesters who have destroyed businesses in Ferguson "scumbags" and complaining that some successful African-Americans like himself are degraded by the community for not being "black enough." Barkley also agrees with a Missouri grand jury's decision not to indict white former Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of the 18-year-old, 300 pound thug, Michael Brown.

Barkley has had his own issues with the police, but told Baldwin that many communities complain about racial profiling after they call for police to clean up their neighborhood, and said there is "a reason" for racial profiling. Barkley said, "We as black people, we have a lot of crooks." He went on to say, "We can't just wait until something like (the Michael Brown shooting) happens. We have to look at ourselves in the mirror." He added, "There is a reason that they racially profile us in the way they do. Sometimes it is wrong, and sometimes it is right."

While Barkley criticized rioters who caused destruction in Ferguson, he said he agrees with peaceful protests, such as the other demonstrations being waged in Ferguson or such as the ones by NFL players who held up their hands in the "don't shoot" pose that has been used after the Brown death. But personally, I disagree with what these football players did, because this dead thug never once had his hands up. And to try to create the perception that he did is to do nothing more than to perpetuate what is nothing more than a lie.

Barkley said, "Anybody who walks out peacefully, who protests peacefully, that's what this country was built on." And then went on to say, "But to be burning peoples' property, burning police cars, looting peoples' stores, that is 100 percent ridiculous." But where is the need to protest in any fashion? This cop was doing nothing more than trying to prevent this 300 pound thug from killing him. What, exactly, is there that’s deserving of a protest, the fact that the white cop survived and the black thug, so intent upon killing him, didn’t?

Barkley did seem to contradict himself a bit because while he decried the rioting in Ferguson's streets, it was at the same time that he said that he does not think Brown's stepfather, Louis Head, should face charges of inciting a riot, after being captured on video yelling "burn this bitch down" after the grand jury made its decision. Focusing on such issues confuses the situation, Barkley told Baldwin, as "there's so much noise going on you never get to the crux of the issue that you need to be discussing." I disagree! The guy belongs in prison!

CHARLES BARKLEY…JUST ANOTHER PART OF THE PROBLEM…

I always find it rather amusing when those who I’m fairly certain have spent their entire lives voting for Democrats, have the nerve to complain about what is essentially the direct result from they’re having done so. Recently former basketball player Charles Barkley spoke, in what was described as being a very candid manner, about the problems facing the black community. He did so while appearing on a Philadelphia radio station, and went so far as to accuse "unintelligent," "brainwashed" African-Americans of keeping successful ones down. Barkley is another one of those folks who are long on complaining, but short on action.

It was while appearing on "Afternoons with Anthony Gargano and Rob Ellis," that old Chuck was asked about a rumor that Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson was getting criticism from his black teammates for not being, quote, "black enough." Chuck then launched into a long monologue on the subject saying, "Unfortunately, as I tell my white friends, we as black people, we’re never going to be successful, not because of you white people, but because of other black people. When you’re black, you have to deal with so much crap in your life from other black people. It’s a dirty, dark secret; I’m glad it’s coming out."

Chuck went on to say that young black men who do well in school are accused of "acting white" by their peers. He said, "One of the reasons we’re never going to be successful as a whole, because of other black people. And for some reason we are brainwashed to think, if you’re not a thug or an idiot, you’re not black enough. If you go to school, make good grades, speak intelligent, and don’t break the law, you’re not a good black person. And it’s a dirty, dark secret." While I really don’t really think it’s all that much of a secret really, what it is, is something that is routinely taken advantage of and for purely political purposes.

Chuck continued, saying, "There are a lot of black people who are unintelligent, who don’t have success." And added, "It’s best to knock a successful black person down because they’re intelligent, they speak well, they do well in school, and they’re successful." He went on to say, "We’re the only ethnic group who say, ‘Hey, if you go to jail, it gives you street cred.’ It’s just typical BS that goes on when you’re black, man." Personally, I don’t think it’s about brainwashing. I think the root cause of what Chuck talks about has more to do with the fact that over the course of the last 60 years, the black family has been completely decimated.

And what Chuck conveniently leaves out of little rant, is who it is that he thinks is responsible for this brainwashing that he says is now taking place. I don’t suppose there’s anyway that those perpetrating this alleged brainwashing might be doing so in an effort to weaken the black community in such a way as to make blacks less able to become more self-sufficient and as such less likely to require the government to intervene in their lives. I’m sure that that’s not what Chuck might be implying here. After all, this guy was a big supporter of Barry, even going so far as to call Romney out during the 2012 presidential campaign.

If guys like Chuck really wanted to make a serious impact, he would be venturing out into the community and ask those folks how is it that the Democrat Party has made their lives better. He would ask blacks, what is that Democrats have done to keep black men out of prison and to make sure more black men are employed. And he would then answer that question by saying, "NOTHIN." But Chuck will never do that, because like so many others he would rather be part of the problem than part of the solution. Because to encourage blacks to leave the ‘Democrat Plantation’ risks drawing the ire of those to whom Chuck as sworn political allegiance.

This jerk talks about the fact that blacks don't respect one another and that we have, today, more young black men in prison than we do in college.  Let's not forget, here, that he's also the same clown who said that blacks needed to go out and vote for Barry "Almighty" because he's black.  Guys like Barkley don't deserve to be listened anymore than do your typical racebaiting morons like Sharpton and Jackson.  They continue to convince blacks to vote for those who are only intent upon using blacks as a means to their own selfish end.  And it's too bad, it really is.  And if this clown actually cared about the plight of his fellow blacks as much as he claim, then he'd out there showing these people how it is the that Democrat Party is doing nothing more than conning them.  But nope, not old Chuck Barkley.

It would seem that we have yet another loud-mouthed, former athlete, and one that also happens to be black, who now feels it quite necessary to come rushing in to defend the honor of Barack Hussein Obama. This time it was Charles Barkley who put on quite the demonstration proving the point, beyond the shadow of a doubt, that one can be a complete moron and still land a gig on television. The scenario to which I refer came about when politics was made to collide with sports just minutes before 10 pm ET on Tuesday night when Barkley seemed to think it appropriate to mock co-host Kenny Smith, alleging Smith was a Republican because Smith suggested that the president might be responsible for a delay in truTV’s airing of the first round of the NCAA tournament. I find the fact that this imbecile, this supposed "NBA legend," who can't even speak properly for crying out loud, actually has the balls to mock anybody, to be pretty amazing. Anyway, I'm sure his little display came as being somewhat of a surprise to those who look forward to watching sporting events, such as this, as their little way of escaping the never ending stream of talking heads discussing politics.



So, like I said, this little scenario came about while waiting for the Iona and BYU game to start, and when it didn’t start on time, Smith happened to suggest the delay might be due to the president attending the previous game and the related “security reasons.” Obviously this was just a little too much for Barkley's pea-sized brain to process, as he simply assumed it to be a swipe at his boy Barry. But actually the suggestion was really not that far-fetched, considering the fact that Barry "Almighty" hosted British Prime Minister David Cameron for the game preceding the Iona-BYU game. But our favorite moron, Barkley, apparently wasn’t in the mood. “You can’t be making up stuff,” "Bonehead" Barkley said while holding his hand to his head. “Oh yeah, you’re right, you’re right, you’re right, you’re right, you’re right. I forgot, you’re a Republican. Just make ‘em up as you go. Blame everything on the president. Ya’ll blame everything on the president.” Let's face it, if brains were dynamite, this dolt Barkey couldn't blow his nose. He was nothing but a dirty player when he "played" the game and has now, apparently, moved on to be the duty buffoon behind the microphone.


The bottom line here is that Barkley is just one more loon on a very long list of many who, were it not for they're being adept at playing some little kid's game and getting ridiculously over-paid for doing so, would mostly likely being hanging out on some inner city street corner while collecting their government "entitlement" check. And I guess I just don't understand what it is that makes this clown someone even worth listening to in the first place. I mean let's face it, you can take his shoe size and wind up with a number that's roughly twice that of his IQ. You know, and don't you think it rather odd that such a harmless comment as the one that was made, could stir in Barkley, and so quickly, such a level of, very obvious, anger. That in and of itself should really tell you a lot about the shakey mental state of those who support Barry. Because I think that these people truly do recognize the fact that while he may actually be destroying this country, they have now become so invested in him, either because of their race or their twisted politics, or both, that they feel compelled to prevent, or to at least limit, any and all criticism and therefore assist his re-election effort. And obviously they see the using of intimidation tactics as being a very viable weapon. Because that's what this incident was. An attempt at intimidation on the part of Barkley and on national television.
