CARNEY, WHEN ALL ELSE FAILS, JUST LIE...

Below is the bogus ad that one of our favorite morons, Jay 'The Dim Bulb' Carney, claims not to have seen.  And being ever the artful dodger, he states that any and all questions regarding it should be directed at the campaign.

KARL ROVE ON 'OBAMA'S' ECONOMY, AND THE CHICAGO TACTICS BEING USED...

"For the majority leader of the Senate of the United States to go out and say this is a sign of both the desperation of the Democrats and more important than that, the complete lack of character, the slimeball nature of the Senate majority leader. And Harry Reid ought to be disgusted and embarrassed and ashamed because he shamed the great institution that he claims to lead," Karl Rove said on Saturday's broadcast of "FOX & Friends." He went on to say, "I not only don’t see the president disavowing it, I see his closest political adviser joining in this shameful activity. So the president hurts himself by this. What happened to all those promises of elevating politics, of being a president of red states and blue states? This is personal, this is shameful, this is despicable, this is Chicago-style thugs."

SUCH TRAGEDIES ALWAYS BRING OUT THE GUN CONTROL NUTS...

Well that certainly didn’t take to long did it. Members of our stellar state controlled media, those who are determined to never let a good tragedy go to waste, especially if there are guns involved and if they can somehow finagle a way to pin it all on those crazy Bible clinging conservatives. They thought for sure that the nut who shot Gabrielle 'Gabby' Giffords was some guy who got that way by listening to either Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh or perhaps Sean Hannity, but as it turned out, the guy was a flaming lib. But that hasn't stopped them from suggesting that James Holmes, the suspect in today's shooting in Aurora, Colorado, may actually have a connection to the Tea Party. Actually, this type of behavior would be much closer to something that could have been thought up and executed by any of the miscreants who are part of that union sponsored crowd referred to Occupy Wall Street.

Anyway, it was ABC News resident moron, Brian Ross who reported this morning that there is "a Jim Holmes of Aurora, Colorado, page on the Colorado Tea party site... talking about him joining the Tea Party last year." Thinking that he may, although he was probably y pretty sure he wasn't, be jumping to conclusions, he went on to say, "Now, we don't know if this is the same Jim Holmes," Ross cautioned "but it's Jim Holmes of Aurora, Colorado." What moron. That's same idiotic crap we saw from Spike Lee when he put the address of the wrong George Zimmerman on his Twitter page. And funny thing, ABC News is the only network or cable news channel to suggest a possible Tea Party connection, according to a survey of the TV Eyes database at 9:30 a.m. ET, though they did not verify that the two individuals were one and the same.

The report has already set off alarm bells on the right. At Brietbart.com, the conservative news site, Joel Pollak has accused ABC News of "scapegoating." "How interesting that Ross and ABC News should think to look to the Tea Party website first--and to broadcast politically volatile information without verifying if that 'Jim Holmes' is the same as the suspect," Pollak writes. "Look for more scapegoating from the mainstream media and the Democrats in the hours and days to follow." But hey, that's how this scum works. They use the grief of those who lost a loved one to advance their sick and twisted political agenda. ABC did backtrack a bit, later and issued a rather lame apology for 'jumping the gun in it's eagerness to place blame for this horrific event on the Tea Party. ABC News and Brian Ross are apologizing for an "incorrect" report that James Holmes, the suspect in the Colorado theater shooting, may have had connections to the Tea Party.

And on that same topic here, even though he didn't rush to place blame on the Tea Party or imply any connection, we also of course had adding his voice to the call for gun control, Democrat/Republican/Independent Michael Bloomberg, who happens to be one of the nation’s highest-profile supporters of gun control, hopping onboard the old crazy gun control train, saying on Friday that “soothing words are nice ” but demanded that the presidential candidates “stand up and tell us what they’re going to do about” preventing mass shootings. Asked about the shootings at an Aurora, Colo., movie theater showing “The Dark Knight Rises” that killed at least 12 people, Bloomberg said that Barry "Almighty" and Mitt Romney need to offer specific policy proposals, in addition to prayers and sympathy. Now I think we know what Barry's plan would be, we're already seeing that play out through his stealth attempt of using the United Nations. Romney needs to make clear his support for the 2nd Amendment.

Bloomberg said during, what I guess was an episode of his regularly scheduled appearance on WOR 710 AM in New York, that, “But maybe it’s time the two people who want to be president of the United States stand up and tell us what they’re going to do about it, because this is obviously a problem across the country. And everybody always says, ‘Isn’t it tragic?’” “I mean, there’s so many murders with guns every day,” Bloomberg continued. “It’s just gotta stop. And instead of these two people, President [Barack] Obama and Governor [Mitt] Romney talking in broad things about, they want to make the world a better place. OK, tell us how. And this is a problem. No matter where you stand on the Second Amendment, no matter where you stand on guns, we have a right to hear from both of them, concretely, not just in generalities, specifically, what are they going to do about guns?” Barry's been mum on the whole issue of gun control, and this close to the election he's gonna stay that way.

Bloomberg went on to suggest most of the nation’s governors should also make their stances clear, and said the problem wasn’t limited to major cities like New York. “This is killing people every day,” he said. “And it’s growing. And it’s not just an inner city, East Coast, West Coast, big city phenomenon. Aurora is not a big city, it’s a suburb of Denver. … The murder rate in the rural areas is as just as bad, if not worse than the murder rate in the urban areas.” But while the problem is nation-wide, he also said it was uniquely American. “I don’t think there’s any other developed country in the world that has remotely the problem we have,” Bloomberg said. “There’s no other place that allows — we have more guns than people in this country. Every place else, if there are murders, they’re generally not done with guns.” And that's the argument these people always us. But look at the crime rates and murder rates in the majority of countries that he compares us to.

You would think that Mikey would be much better off if he were to spend a bit more of his time on his city's 10 percent unemployment rate and his desire to prevent folks from having access to their Big Gulps. Mr. "Nanny State" himself really doesn't have all that much credibility on any issue unless, of course, you happen to be of a like political mind. In which case I feel sorry for you. Mike, like every other liberal, would just love to have a completely unarmed citizenry. It's another one of their wet dreams that ranked right up there with being able to control our healthcare. And now that they've managed to seize total control of that their most logical next step is to try to seize our guns. That we must not allow to happen. And stoked by their success Democrats are nearly salivating in the hopes of they're being able to yank our guns from our hands. When faced with a government that has become so out of control, the very last thing we need to be doing is giving up our guns.

OH THE INSANITY!...

Ok, now I may be getting myself all worked up over nothing, because as we all know, the only poll that counts is the one on Election Day. But still this most recent poll is more than a little disconcerting. Having said that, as critics of Barry "Almighty", of which I am most certainly one, have repeated over and over again, 2012 is very much a do-or-die year for the country. But it would now seem that there is a growing segment out there who seems to disagree with that assessment. They are either to stupid to see what this man has been successful in doing or they refuse to believe that the president of this country would actually be actively trying to destroy it. Believe it or not the next election will determine whether America stays on the road to European-style socialism or moves to the right in an effort to reclaim some of its positions as the most vibrant economy in the world and the home of individual liberty.

The recent poll to which I refer seems to indicate that none of our current crop of Republican presidential candidates has managed to solidify the base of the party, with one in five GOP voters going so far as to actually be willing to support Barry in November. That any self-professed Republican would choose to support the man out to destroy our country is, to me, beyond comprehension. And if that is in fact the case, that these morons cannot settle on a GOP candidate that would be better than Barry, then, folks, we are most assuredly, for lack of a better word, quite FUCKED! Because any of those currently vying for the opportunity to oppose Barry, would be far better than Barry. The results are from the public-opinion research and media consulting company, Wenzel Strategies. The poll was conducted Feb. 1-3, 2012, and has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.44 percentage points.

According to pollster Fritz Wenzel, “The improvement in Obama’s prospects compared to the four remaining Republican challengers stems largely from two factors.” He goes on to say, “First, Obama has largely avoided the political limelight while the GOP candidates savage each other with increasing intensity. Second, a smattering of evidence indicates that the economy is getting a little better, which helps the White House in the eyes of the voters. Secondly, the bloody fight for the Republican presidential nomination – by most estimations the nastiest GOP fight in memory – has really hurt the images of the challengers in the eyes of both Republicans and, especially, independent voters. For Republicans, each candidate carries with them now some taint that cannot be ignored.” Talk about a tainted candidate, Barry is the most tainted of all. He is destroying our country!

In what can only be described as being an act of pure insanity, it would appear that in every case except the match-up against Ron Paul, more than 20 percent of Republican voters said they would be more likely to support Barry than the Republican challenger. And Ron Paul is close, as 19 percent of Republicans said they are more likely to support Barry than Paul. And something that I feared might happen is that those highly sought after independent voters have now, apparently, been quite put off with the Republican nomination fight. While polls last fall showed them leaning Republican by roughly a two-to-one margin, they are now either split evenly or favoring Barry. But I must confess that as far as I'm concerned those who profess to be "independent" are nothing but gutless cowards who are simply afraid to commit to one side or the other. They think, somehow, that they're special. Right, Special-Ed.

And as I was afraid would happen, Mr. Wensel says, “Obama has masterfully positioned himself to lower expectations among the electorate in terms of economic progress, and has sat idly by while Republicans, mostly Romney and Newt Gingrich, destroy each other’s reputations.” He adds, “While the Obama-Clinton nomination battle lasted well into the spring four years ago, it never got as nasty as this year’s fight between Romney and Gingrich, which now appears to be very personal in nature. Obama was able to recover nicely by the time the general election campaign rolled around. If either Romney or Gingrich wins the nomination – and that is a long way from being determined – it is doubtful either will recover to full strength by the fall campaign. This poll indicates that it is more the negativity of the Republican nomination fight and less the small improvement in the economy that has changed the national political landscape."

And apparently Barry is also getting a little help from what's being described as upbeat economic news, even though that supposed upbeat news comes to us by way of what are nothing more than some heavily manipulated numbers. One third of poll respondents, 34 percent, said Barry has exceeded expectations during his first term in office, while another 20 percent said he has performed as expected. Less than half – 47 percent, said he has fallen short of their expectations for him as president. Among independents, 60 percent said Barry has either met or exceeded expectations. Among political moderates, 52 percent said the same thing. All I can say is that these imbeciles must have set their performance bar pretty low to have Barry exceeded, let alone met, their expectations. That in itself is a pretty sad statement about where we are as a country. We've become satisfied with the mediocre.

It just amazes me to think that our overtly socialist president would defeat any of the four Republicans if the election were held today. It is absolutely terrifying to me and it shows just how stupid the American public has become. By reelecting Barry what we will be doing is nothing short of putting a rather large caliber gun against our head and pulling the trigger. And we will apparently be doing so with a smile on our face and a song in our heart. I mean we are hanging by a thread and we're only too happy to hand Barry a pair of scissors with which he will be able to cut it. Does that makes any amount of sense to anybody? Is it me, am I the crazy one? Am I missing something in my choosing to not board the Barry crazy train? I have a daughter in college and what kind of future can I expect for her by the time Barry gets done with his efforts to make us into another Europe?

WHAT DO AMERICANS LOVE MORE?

That could very well be the question that drives what the final outcome will ultimately be of the next election. Do they love their country and wish to do all that is necessary in order to guarantee a bright future for their children, or do they instead love all of the costly goodies that the government “gives” to them? And costly not only in terms of tax dollars wasted, but also in the amount of freedom that is always lost in the process. Are they willing to cast off all of the benefits of freedom, and therefore choose to exchange them for the iron bonds forged by they're very willingly becoming firmly attached to the government teat? Are they willing to become totally subservient to an insidious bureaucracy in exchange for being provided with what the government deems as being the necessities of life? Like it or not, how it is that a majority of Americans choose to answer these questions will be how the winner of the 2012 election is most likely be decided. It's sad that it should have to come down to that, but I just don't see it any other way. Sadly, the Democrat Party in this country, with the assistance of its propaganda arm, the state controlled media, has been quite successful in it endeavor to hoodwink the American people. Of course it hasn't hurt that a vast majority of those entrusted with the teaching of our children are of the same twisted political persuasion. Education has come to be replaced with indoctrination in our public schools as well as in our so-called institutions of higher learning.

Over the course of the last 50 years or so, it seems that a substantial segment of the American population has lost much of that which used to be ingrained into all of us, that desire to be self-sufficient and to shun government interference in our lives. We were once taught the benefits of being ably to rely on ourselves and about self-sacrifice and of having a solid work ethic. We were told to work hard and make something of ourselves. For whatever reason, far too many of us have now bought into the fallacy that the government is far better able and much more capable of handling those responsibilities that, in those bygone days, would normally have fallen under the purview of the individual. Ya know, Barry just loves to rant about all of those greedy corporations and those who comprise the evil rich in his continuing effort to cast blame for our present economic situation. But what about the level of greed personified by those who do absolutely nothing more than to constantly walk around with their hand stuck out while asking those of us who prefer to pull our own weight, to pick up their ever more costly tab. I think there is something much more sinister in that kind of behavior, and I also think that it poses the much greater risk to our survivability as a free nation.

Are those of us who do still love this country and who still feel blessed to be fortunate enough to live here, are we now willing to allow our destiny to be determined by cadre of dishonest and unethical politicians and their many supporters comprised of corrupt public service unions, lazy minorities, environmental extremists, rabid baby killers, mentally deranged feminists and a state run media complex populated by a substantial number of devout socialists? We Americans who still do love this country have, by default, essentially become the last line of defense against those who wish to run it into the ground. As Barry is so fond of saying, and always when referencing his inability, and unwillingness, to advance any serious form of a rational energy policy, there is only a finite amount of natural resources and America uses much more than its fair share. But can't the same be said of our fiscal resources as well? Can we simply go on printing money with reckless abandon and with virtually no end in sight? We are now poised at a very dangerous tipping point in our history where those who demand that their government assume a larger role in the life of every single American nearly outnumbering those who are demanding just the opposite.

Socialism, no matter how it's dressed up, whether it's called "Hope and Change" or comes under some other nomenclature, has been an abysmal failure wherever and whenever it's been tried. It always has the same disastrous result, abject misery for all those unfortunate enough to be subjected to its many cruelties. But still there are those who stubbornly refuse to acknowledge the provable facts, usually for very selfish reasons, and they remain determined in their efforts to force that failed political and economic theory down our throats. It is a philosophy that's based entirely on the use of deception in order to create a false impression that it can somehow succeed in creating a utopia here on Earth. And we see this deception in practice today with wild claims currently being made by many charlatans on the left that because of the stellar leadership of Barry, our economy has now turned some hypothetical corner and a recovery is now fully underway. Such conclusions are absolutely ludicrous. It clearly shows the severe type of mental disorder that afflicts anyone who would make such a claim. Especially at a time when we have over 9 percent unemployment, the highest inflation in over two years, our housing market is completely in the dump, gas prices are twice as high as they were just two years ago and food prices keep going up. This is how these people define an economic recovery? That may be the case on their home planet, but that's not quite the way we do it here on this planet.

How exactly can anything that has occurred in the last 2+ years, in any way, shape, manner or form have created the environment necessary that would be conducive to allowing for the turning of any kind of a corner. It sounds to me more like we've been driven off a cliff and those who were doing the driving at the time of going over said cliff, are now busy trying to convince us that no such an occurrence actually ever took place. Nothing miraculous has taken place here. Those entrusted with the stewardship of our Republic have let us down rather badly. They have put their need for power above the well being of every American citizen. And yet a good many of those very same citizens seem to care very little about what has taken place and care even less about holding those guilty parties accountable. Go figure! In roughly 17 months we will be provided with what could very well be our very last opportunity to regain some semblance of control over which direction this country goes in. But enough of the American people are going to have to decide what it is that they love more, freedom or enslavement. If they choose freedom then they must send packing as many of those politicians as possible who, for the most part, reside in the Democrat Party. If they prefer enslavement, then all they need to do is to simply vote to increase the number of Democrats in Congress and re-elect Barry. It's all pretty simple.
