THE MILITARY SHOULD NOT BE USED AS SOME GRAND PETRI DISH…

I retired from the Navy back in 2002 after 24 years of service, and it was toward the end of that time that the political correctness bullshit, along with quotas for advancement, regarding blacks and women, was just beginning to get ridiculous. There were all kinds of ‘special training’ sessions, and what not, most of which were little more than a complete waste of time. And things have gotten so much worse than they were then to the point where that I could never in good conscience recommend going into the military to anyone. And it’s every time that we have some POS Democrat in the White House that the military becomes less about actually defending the country.

Yes, less about defending the country and more about becoming a grand petri dish for all manner of social experimentation. And as is usually the case, with Democrats one can never be too woke. And it was during Friday’s broadcast of “CNN News Central” that we again saw how that is so very true. You see it was then that John Garamendi, House Democrat from California, stated that the version of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) passed by the House will cause “a major recruiting problem that they’re putting onto the military” because the military needs “to understand the racial issues, they need to understand the history of slavery in this country."

And he argued that “extremist policies” have to be eliminated from the NDAA and “go back to basics.” Garamendi stated, “If this bill passes, it’s going to be extremely difficult to recruit the American population. Keep in mind, 50 percent of the men and women between the age of 18 and 30 — [those are] the prime recruiting ages — they are minorities. These pieces of legislation simply ignore that fact. And the reality is, the military needs to understand. They need to understand the racial issues, they need to understand the history of slavery in this country. They need to understand that women need to have access to all kinds of reproductive rights and programs."

And he went on to say, “The reality is, because of what the Republicans have put in this bill, that will not be available. So, we have a major recruiting problem that they’re putting onto the military.” Garamendi also stated, “We’ve got to get rid of these extremist policies and go back to basics. The basics [are] being able to recruit into our military at least half of our population, and the other half being women.” An amazing example of leftist double speak. No one wants to join because, honestly, the DEI nonsense is counterproductive to our warfighters. What a moron this Garamendi is. The military’s job is to defend the country and to kill all who try to do us harm.

Garamendi’s idiotic statements are the exact reason why the military is having recruiting problems now. Garamendi is a liberal POS. Once again we see the truth of the radical fanatic leftist lunacy. If someone other than the left proposes legislation, it is ‘radical’ and ‘undemocratic’ while their communist agenda is ‘the mandate of the people.’ The military needs to understand the threats to those it is sworn to defend, it needs to know how to neutralize those threats with maximum efficiency. The military needs to know how to break things and how to kill people and how to take soft civilians and turn them into an unstoppable fighting force.

The military needs to understand its objectives and warrior ethos and be able to identify those who DO NOT belong in it. The only recruits that the insane DEI policies will attract, will be the mentally ill ones who are looking for someone else to pay for their transitional pharmaceutical needs and surgeries. They will make our military neither more efficient nor effective, and everybody knows it. That is the goal of those on the Left. Mostly because members of the LBGT will likely leapfrog over straight members when it comes to advancement and straights are force fed the gay military agenda. This does not a good, cohesive fighting force make.

And I don’t recall there being much of problem with recruiting before we mandated DEI, CRT, and transgender/gay acceptance in the military. Our potential enemies, Communist China and Russia don’t pay these woke issues any mind in their own military. Garamendi, as usual, has it 100 percent backwards. The type of young people that traditionally volunteer for military service want nothing to do with these woke policies. Instead of making service attractive to 95 percent of potential applicants we are using the military into a freakish social experiment to appeal to the 5 percent that will be useless to a cohesive fighting unit.

These woke Democrats are really trying to destroy everything that makes the U.S. the best place on earth and the destination of choice of immigrants across the world. The military is behind in recruiting by double digits. The population they’re turning themselves inside out for amounts to less than 5 percent of the potential field of recruits. Going woke is turning off most of those in the pool of potential candidates. We also wouldn’t have had so many experienced military personnel retiring had it not been for unconstitutional “vaccine” mandates and being overlooked for promotion so that Lloyd Austin, and his ilk, could be promoted for the sake of diversity.

This ass Garamendi is trying to rehash history that the left is trying to change and hide. It is the same old thing over and over. WOKE doesn’t work, it never will work. The reason there are not enough recruits is because people don't want to be a part of the WOKE military. The military is no longer about being ready to defend the nation, but how to be a freak in a military that isn’t ready to do anything, but play politics. Clearly this idiot never served, and he is very clearly little more than an idiot. Continuing DEI destroys promotion based on merit so that less qualified personnel are advanced based on race, gender, or some other meaningless metric.

The racist about to be confirmed as the next Chairman of the Joint Chiefs shows that the Democrat Party has no real interest in helping the military. Air Force Gen. Charles Q. Brown Jr. is obviously unfit for any position because of his blatantly racist attitudes. The DOD, not the NDAA, needs to go back to the basics. Eliminating DEI will discourage the people seeking free genital mutilations and unnatural hormone treatments, people with pink hair and vagina hats, the snowflakes with sensitive feelings who melt at the wrong pronoun, and return the military to those who seek to defend our country. That’s not going to happen under those current in charge.

The left hates and despises the military and they always have. Weakening the military has always been a goal of the left. No sane person today wants to join a woke, weak freak show military, that places pronoun use ahead of military preparedness/training. During World War II, lying about your age to serve your nation was not unusual, to be turned down to serve because of some issue, was deemed to bring shame to your family. The purpose of our military use to be to kill and brake things. Today, it is to allow mentally ill freak show men, to wear dresses and cry about pronouns. We are so screwed as a nation if we are ever forced to get in a serious military conflict.

Most Americans are very well aware of the fact that Democrats have a long history of doing as much harm to the military as possible. Forcing vaccines, LBGT agendas, and pitting races against one another is what is hurting military recruiting along with having a traitorous and, dare I say, inept Commander-in-Chief. When will those in Congress understand that there was human bondage then just as there is now. No culture, ethnicity, or religion hasn’t at some point been enslaved. Or that Moslems, were the ones who have kidnapped Africans to enslave since before Christ and still do today. Cut the BS and stop enabling stupidity and educate the masses.
