‘COLON’ POWELL COMES OUT FOR ‘CREEPY, CROOKED JOE’ BIDEN…

Nothing makes me more angry than hearing from one of those whose job it once was to safeguard my country a willingness to support, and for president no less, those politicians who not only have no interest in protecting my country, but also those politicians who voice a hatred for the country I love and who would seem to be out to destroy it.  Which brings me to Colon Powell who, just this past Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union,” actually called President Donald Trump “dangerous” to our country.  This coming from a guy who voted for ‘BO,’ not once buy twice, and who now will be, and apparently proudly so, voting for ‘Creepy, Crooked Joe’ Biden.  

It was ‘Colon’ who said, “I never believed that the constitution was under threat until recently. I have concerns about that. We should all be attentive right now to how the rule of law is being administered in this country.”  He continued by saying, “We have a constitution. We have to follow that constitution. The president’s drifted away from it. I’m so proud of what these generals and admirals have done, and others have done.”  He went on to add, “The first thing that troubled me is the whole birther movement.”   He said, “The birthers movement had to do with the fact that the president of the United States, President Obama, was a black man.”

‘Colon’ then went on to say, “That was part of it. And then I was deeply troubled by the way in which he was going around insulting everybody, insulting gold star mothers, insulting John McCain, insulting immigrants—I’m a son of immigrants— insulting anybody who dared to speak against him. And that is dangerous for our democracy. It is dangerous for our country.”  And it was from there that Colon added, “I think what we’re seeing now, those massive protest movements I have ever seen in my life. I think this suggests the country is getting wise to this, and we’re not going to put up with it anymore.”  What a blatantly ignorant, and racist, thing to have said.

Old ‘Colon’ concluded by saying, “We’re not the country of just the president, we have a Congress, we have a Supreme Court, but most of all we have the people of the United States, the ones who vote. The ones who vote him in and the ones who vote him out. I couldn’t vote for him in 2016. I certainly cannot in any way support President Trump this year.”  It was on the subject of ‘Creepy, Crooked Joe’ that ‘Colon’ said, “I’m very close to Joe Biden in a social manner and political manner. I’ve worked with him for 35, 40 years, and he is now the candidate and I will be voting for him.”  They say, you can judge a man by the company he keeps.

I mean, how is it that the guy of whom it was once said has been wrong on every major foreign policy and national security issue over the last four decades is now just the guy that old ‘Colon’ somehow thinks, far from representing a danger to country, is qualified to be president?  And that man is ‘Creepy, Crooked Joe’ Biden.  But then, ‘Colon’ also thought that ‘BO’ too was the perfect man to be president, but then that had much more to do with the matter of skin color than it actually did with whether or not the candidate was actually qualified to be president, which he so very obviously was not.  But still ‘Colon’ felt ‘BO’ was worthy of his vote.

While I suppose it’s only appropriate to thank ‘Colon’ for his service to his country, I think we must also acknowledge the fact that were it not for affirmative action it’s highly unlikely that he would have progressed as far as he did.  And with that said who is it that cares what citizen ‘Colon’ thinks, does, or recommends?  When determining who it is that one should vote for, that candidate should be evaluated based on their record of accomplishment.  President Trump has a long list of accomplishments, all of them good for America.  And President Trump has made good on a majority of his campaign promises?  And most importantly, he loves America.

And isn’t interesting how ‘Colon’ mentions McCain and how supposedly bothered he was by what President Trump said about him.  And yet when McCain ran for president in 2008 who was it that ‘Colon’ chose to endorse?  It was in choosing skin color over what was best for the country that ‘Colon’ went with ‘BO’.  ‘Colon’ left the Republican Party a long time ago and lost whatever credibility he may have one time possessed when he chose to vote for a man for President whose only qualifications for the job was he was Black.  It matters not what ‘Colon’ thinks of President Trump, and it matter even less that he has said he intends to vote for ‘Creepy, Crooked Joe.’

‘Colon’ was a shallow self-serving opportunist who sucked up Ronald Reagan and the Bushes because it was good for his career, that’s all.  He possessed no accomplishments worthy of his position and never even held a major command.  When his career was over he revealed what he likely had been all along.  There are fighting generals and then there are political generals. And it’s very clear in which camp it is that we find old ‘Colon.’ Today ‘Colon’ is another heavy hitter who calls the deep state home and seems determined to prevent Donald Trump from being re-elected. ‘Colon’ doesn't care about the U.S. Constitution, he supported ‘BO’. That says it all.

ANOTHER OBAMA MOUTHPIECE GOES ON THE ATTACK AGAINST THE PRESIDENT…

It is in Colon Powell that we have a man who was all too willing to put all manner of reason aside in deciding to cast his vote for a man running for president based solely on the color of the candidate’s skin.  And we now have Colon joining the ranks of those who claim to be putting country above party in calling for the impeachment of President Trump.  But in truth those calling for the president’s impeachment are involved in what is the complete opposite.  Democrats view those in their own party now running for president as having little chance of defeating the president in 2020. So they have concocted a plan to remove him from office before the next election in the hope of being able to avoid what will likely be another humiliating defeat. 

And it was this past Sunday at ‘fake news’ headquarters, on CNN’s “Fareed Zakaria GPS,” that ex-secretary of state Colon Powell took what was yet another opportunity to slam both the Republican Party and President Trump.  After once again hilariously describing himself as being a “moderate Republican,” and with a straight face no less, Colon proceeded to criticize the Republicans and describe U.S. foreign policy as being in a “shambles” under President Trump.  Colon declared, “The Republican Party has got to get a grip on itself.”  And added, “Right now, Republican leaders and members of the Congress, in both the Senate and in the House, are holding back because they’re terrified of what will happen to any one of them if they speak out.”

And Colon went on to say, “Will they lose a primary? I don’t know why that’s such a disaster, but will they lose a primary?”  And he continued by saying, “And so, they need to get a grip, and when they see things that are not right, they need to say something about it because our foreign policy is in shambles right now in my humble judgment.”  So I guess I would ask of old Colon, if he does genuinely see himself as a Republican, moderate or otherwise, how was it that he was able to support O-Bummer not once, but twice?  This guy most definitely is not someone who Republicans should be taking advice from.  In fact, he’s likely one of the LAST people who the Republicans should take seriously, or be paying any amount of attention to.

And I guess I’d like to know whose definition of “shambles” Colon might using.  Because it was during the eight years when American foreign policy was headed up by two of the worst secretaries of state in our history, Hitlery and John Kerry-Heinz, that it came completely off the tracks.  So Colon has a lot of nerve in describing how our foreign policy is now in a ‘shambles’.  It’s under the current leadership that we have gone from getting our butts handed to us on nearly every front, to having crushed ISIS, to getting NATO ‘allies’ to pay fair share, to arming allies to defend against Russian and Chinese aggression and to dominating international economic issues.  His rather odd definition of “shambles” would seem to include ‘exceptional successes.’

So I can only assume that Colon must have thought it nothing less than an excellent idea when O-Bummer withdrew our troops from Iraq despite multiple warnings that it would likely result in allowing ISIS to rise.  Was it a mere coincidence that O-Bummer did so on advice from the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), yes, the same ISNA that the Muslim Brotherhood has described as being most useful in helping to topple America from within.  And as I recall, it was Colon who endorsed O-Bummer’s Muslim Brotherhood/Arab Spring foreign policy. The Middle East was, and still is, a shambles.  Libya collapsed. Syria was caught up in a civil war. Egypt ousted two leaders. ISIS went on a rampage.  I’ll take President Trump’s America first foreign policy anytime!

And I beg to differ with Colon in that I think President Trump's rather unconventional, even unorthodox, approach to American foreign policy is a much needed change and, dare I say, is just what the doctor ordered.  The foreign policy, advanced by Hitlery and John Kerry-Heinz, of essentially bending over and grabbing our ankles really wasn’t working. President Trump's approach of making NATO members pay their fair share, shredding the horrible Iran deal, pulling out of the ridiculous Paris accord, and renegotiating job killing trade deals is exactly what we needed to do.  And I’m sure it all seems like it is in a “shambles” to Colon, after all, he was one of the star players during the decades of stupidity that our current president is now trying to rectify.

If nothing else Colon makes very clear that the ‘Deep State’ is a strong supporter of ‘Affirmative Action’ by allowing into its ranks someone like Colon.   But to be honest, we need to be taking anything that we might hear from this boob with a sizable grain of salt as he has long been part of the problem, not the solution.  And unlike how it was under O-Bummer, it has been under President Trump that Russia hasn't invaded any of its neighbors, the terribly destructive Arab spring didn't happen leading to millions invading Europe, no illegal war in Libya has occurred, we have left no American Ambassadors to die, and Iran wasn't given the bomb plus $150 billion.  A “shambles?”  No, I think not!  Colon obviously knows not of what he speaks!

And if we’re being honest, were it not for Republican presidents starting with Ronald Reagan, most people wouldn’t even know that Colon Powell had ever even existed.  And it was only because of these Republicans that he made it all the way to Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, as he was most certainly no military genius.  And how is it that he demonstrates his appreciation to the presidents and high ranking officials responsible for fast tracking his career to the top?  Like any good liberal, by kicking them in the groin and supporting America's first genuinely socialist President, Barry O-Bummer.  And why did he do it?  For no other reason than O’Bummer was black and Colon didn't want to be viewed as being an ‘Uncle Tom’ within the black community.

And apparently Colon would rather have us continue with an interventionist foreign policy than to go in the direction that President Trump desires to take us. The continuance of military alliances financed by the U.S. when the others involved are perfectly capable of financing and providing for their own defense makes no sense.  Nor does allowing every nation we trade with to engage in predatory mercantilism as a means of entangling them as an element of our foreign policy regardless of the domestic consequence. It also appears that Colon is indifferent as to the security of our borders and the integrity of our immigration system.  Colon is very clearly just another anti-America, Democrat trying whole hardheartedly to destroy America.

Otherwise, Colon would have to concede that President Trump is doing the right things despite the fact that it is unsettling to the status quo and therefore, by definition, may result in temporary disorder as the deck chairs are rearranged.  Call it a “shambles” if you wish, Colon, but it still needed to be done.  The ‘Deep State’ is quite busy trotting out all manner of losers, of which Colon is one, thinking they can persuade woke ‘patriots’ with the same old drivel. None of them are worth a seconds’ notice.  What should be of primary concern is getting these traitors into the requisite orange jump suits.  Colon has been supporting Democrats for decades but still pretends to be a Republican because he thinks his criticism will carry more weight.

So why is it that we should really somehow care what it is that old Colon might think about either our current president, or his foreign policy?  Colon Powell, the useless ‘General,’ the guy who functioned so poorly that Norman Schwarzkopf sent him out of theater in 1991 because of his pathetic performance, the same guy who 'guaranteed’ us, via Power Point’, that he knew where the weapons-of-mass-destruction were, only to then retire and proceed to mouth off against the son of that same President he served under by making the claim that our ‘return to Iraq’ was done under ‘false pretenses’, pretenses that HE himself justified to the American people.  In truth, this guy differs very little from your very average used car salesman.

‘COLON’ POWELL ENDORSES HITLERY…

Ever since he endorsed Barry “Almighty” back in 2008, ‘Colon’ Powell's desire to hang out with the cool kids has continued to overshadow his allegiance to the American people.  This election proves no different as he has now chosen to endorse Hitlery to be our next president, despite her obvious corruption and foreign policy blunders.  But then ‘Colon’ has never been recognized for possessing much smarts.  And frankly, I could never figure out how it was that he came to receive so much credit for the success of Operation Desert Storm, especially when it was the white guy, Gen. Norman Schwarzkopf, who actually did ALL of the really heavy lifting.  Colon has really never been anything other than an opportunist who was able to take full advantage of being black.  But I digress.

‘Colon’ made his little announcement that he now intends to vote for Hitlery during a luncheon speech at the Long Island Association where he allegedly said she would serve with "distinction and stamina."  Makes you kinda wonder whether or not they might have been serving cocktails at this luncheon.  Anyway, the news of Powell's endorsement comes just on the heels of the uncovered emails revealing him insulting the Clinton clan as being more than just a little corrupt and quite sleazy.  It was revealed that ‘Colon’ wrote to a friend, "I would rather not have to vote for her, although she is a friend I respect."   And went on to write, "A 70-year person with a long track record, unbridled ambition, greedy, not transformational, with a husband still dicking bimbos at home." 

More bad blood materialized between ‘Colon’ and Hitlery when she and the ‘Slickmeister’ tried to place the blame on his shoulders for her uses of a private email address and server while Secretary of State.  It was after being accused that ‘Colon’ was heard to say, "Everything HRC touches she kind of screws up with hubris."  And he went on to say, "HRC could have killed this two years ago by merely telling everyone honestly what she had done and not tie me to it,” he wrote to a friend. “I told her staff three times not to try that gambit. I had to throw a mini tantrum at a Hampton’s [sic] party to get their attention."  But apparently, no bad blood lasts forever.  After all what’s truly important to those on the left is the advancement of the agenda and the ruination of America.

This is the same guy who endorsed Barry back in 2008 after explaining Barry had an "intelligent curiosity".  His ability to judge character has not changed. ‘Colon’ is a perfect example of what was wrong with the Bush presidency and a ‘Republican Establishment’ that once even considered him a possible candidate for president.  But ‘Colon’ is another one that has things to hide, not the least of which is the fact that he’s really not all that bright.  If had been born a white guy he likely would have never progressed beyond the rank of Lieutenant and been forced to get out after being unable to get promoted.  But because he was black, promotions likely came pretty easy.  I’m sure he had very little trouble sucking up to those whom it was that needed to be sucked up to, to move up.

‘Colon’ reminds of that other pathetic suck up, former Adm. John Kirby.  If you ever saw this imbecile, Kirby, either when he was a spokesmoron over at the Pentagon, or since he became a spokesmoron there at the State Department, it’s after watching this boob for the briefest of time that you’re able to recognize how it was that this he was able to get himself advanced up through the officer ranks while in the Navy.  And it’s every time that I see him that I can’t help but wonder if he actually believes any of the shit that comes out of his.  But I digress, because while I’m far from certain who it is that this dweeb is likely voting for, I’d be willing to bet it’s Hitlery.  But having said that, he’s not the guy who has endorsed her, and I doubt anyone would care, one way or the other, if he did.

But I have a dream, and that dream has Trump being able to win this thing and it’s then I get to watch as Barry proceeds to get caught up in his many lies with Hitlery falling right along behind him.  And I get to watch as that dark time in American history referred to as the ‘Obama presidency’ is all but erased.  And watch as his dream of a billion dollar payout, from what I’m sure would have been a very lucrative tour on the liberal speaking circuit I know he was counting on.  As for our pathetically corrupt FBI Director, James Comey, he would be forced to resign in disgrace as would Loretta Lynch, with both cutting deals with the new Trump Administration to out Hitlery and Barry.  I know, wishful thinking on my part, right?  But boy, how I do love the way that all sounds.  

Unfortunately, the problem that we continue to have in this country is the fact that far too many of the American people have now become so dumbed down, so ill informed, so willing to be lied to, and so busy trying to scratch out a living, with many who have become downright spoiled.  Many Americans couldn’t care less when it comes to keeping track of what most, if not all, of our "so called leaders" are up to.  I don’t think any of us want the horrors that would most certainly lie ahead if we were unfortunate enough to have the globalists being able to seize total control.  And you know, it doesn’t really matter to most of us what color our president is, or even what gender.  But what we should demand of them is that they love our country and they tell us the truth.  Is that too much to ask? 

‘COLON’ POWELL…FRAUD, LIAR, RACIST…

‘Colon’ Powell is another one of those not-so-smarts, on what has become a very long list of many, who actually think that they were somehow able to become ‘successful’ because their own hard work and in spite of their skin color. But the fact is, to use Barry’s expression, ‘Colon’ didn’t do that! Because were it not for his skin color, and all of the racial preferences that go along with it, old ‘Colon’ would never have made it as far as he has. This man who, not once but twice, stooped so low as to actually put his race above his country by voting for the most corrupt president in our history, should be considered as being nothing more than the equivalent of a traitor to our country. And as such, he long ago forfeited the privilege of being able to offer up any critique of this country.

And in what was really nothing more than his own thinly veiled attempt to further stoke the flames of racism, old ‘Colon’ recently went so far as to claim that the jury verdict that freed George Zimmerman, you know the guy who, in the act of defending himself, shot and killed black teenager Trayvon Martin, was "questionable." Questionable? And, apparently, he isn't sure that it will have staying power in the public consciousness. Speaking on CBS's Face the Nation with senile old Bob Schieffer, Powell said cases like Martin's "blaze across the midnight sky" and are forgotten. So why should it have any staying power? Zimmerman was found not guilty by a jury of his peers, that’s how our system is designed to work. I would have thought that a smart guy like ‘Colon’ would know that.

The first black chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and first black secretary of state, both positions which he would never have attained were it not for the fact that he is black, ‘Colon’ is of the opinion that America has come a long way toward racial equality 50 years after Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" speech. Ya think? That’s quite the admission coming from someone who possessed nowhere near the aptitude normally considered as being a prerequisite for the important positions that he has held during his life, but was promoted to them anyway, and is more than just a little hypocritical. He used his race throughout both his career in the military as well as in public service to his own advantage, and now has the nerve to make it sound like much more progress remains to be made.

Minorities have many more opportunities today, but, according to ‘Colon’, King would still demand work to be done in the areas of education, housing and economic opportunities. I find it more than just a little ironic that old ‘Colon’ would focus specifically on those very same areas that have been purposely destroyed by the Democrat Party, the same party with which ‘Colon’ seems to now so very closely identify, and really always has. He has spent his entire life as nothing more than a disgusting fraud! He has never been what we were all told he was. He was not the genius behind the ‘Persian Gulf War’, that was the white guy Norman Schwarzkopf. And as far as his abilities as Secretary of State, he caused far more problems for the George W. Bush administration than he was ever capable of solving.

And that this idiot can make any of his wildly racist claims at the same time that a white guy here in America from Australia can be gunned down because some black punks happened to be bored, two black kids beat to death a WWII vet using flashlights, two black thugs set a homeless guy on fire in Memphis, two black shoplifters beat a white guy with a hammer and then stole his cell phone and when, not long ago, two black assholes shot a killed a white baby while they made the mother watch. And ‘Colon’ calls it ‘questionable’ that George Zimmerman would be in fear for his life to the point where he felt his only option to prevent is dying at the hands of another black thug was to shoot his black assailant? ‘Colon’ is a racist moron determined to do the best he can to become relevant again. And as such he will say just about anything.

'COLON' POWELL HAS ZERO CREDIBILITY ON JUST ABOUT EVERY ISSUE...

‘COLON’ POWELL COMES OUT IN SUPPORT OF CHUCK HAGEL…

So now we have old ‘Colon’ Powell coming out and throwing his support behind Hagel. I guess that’s, somehow, supposed to feel just oh so much better about our potential new Secretary of Defense, who is a hater of Israel, and unabashedly so. Right, ‘Colon,’ a guy who can so casually put his race before his country, by voting for a man who has absolutely no business being our president, and somehow just because he says Hagel’s a good guy, we’re supposed to happily go along with his assessment. And insisting that we can trust him because he claims to still be a Republican, ‘Colon’ said, on Sunday on NBC’s "Meet the Press," that Chuck Hagel is "superbly qualified" to be the next secretary of state and he is confident that the former Nebraska senator "will do a great job."

"I think he gets confirmed," ‘Colon’ asserted. "He’s superbly qualified based on his overall record, based on his service to the country, based on how he feels about troops and veterans and their families." ‘Colon’, who supported Barry "Almighty" in each of his election bids, for no other reason than because both men are black, spoke at length about Hagel’s supposed accomplishments, going through them chronologically beginning with the two-time senator’s military duty in Vietnam. Big freaking deal, John Kerry-Heinz also spent some time in Vietnam, albeit, most likely, less time than did Hagel. Hell, Kerry-Heinz spent less time in Vietnam than everybody, so as far as that being some kind of a qualifier, for either man, for the jobs that they have been nominated for, is just plain silly.

And in speaking about Hagel, our old friend, ‘Colon,’ noted that the president's nominee has a "very, very distinguished public-service record that he can stand on." Colon went on to add, "It might be useful just to stand back and take a look at this man overall." Doing his best to bolster Hagel, ‘colon’ went on to say, "This is a guy who knows veterans, knows the troops, knows the USO. I’ll tell you who thinks that makes him a good candidate for secretary of defense — the men and women in the Armed Forces of the United States and their parents, who know that this is a guy who will be very careful putting their lives at risk because he put his life at risk. He knows what war is." Blah, blah, blah. Look, ‘Colon’ is nowhere near deserving of the amount of respect that he seems to get.

Regarding the controversial comments about Iran and Israel that have some politicians questioning Hagel's fitness to serve, ‘Colon’ attempted to provide some cover to Hagel saying, "he is a fellow who speaks his mind. He sometimes gets in trouble with those who think he should not speak his mind. He says what he believes, and he sticks with it." Look, there’s a big difference from merely "speaking one’s mind" and saying of the things that Hagel has said about Israel. And with respect to Hagel’s comments describing the war in Iraq as a foreign-policy blunder, ‘Colon’, acknowledged that the U.S. "did not execute the operation well." But apparently not ready to go too far with some of his comments, he did defend the decision of President George W. Bush to go to war.

"The president had more-than-sufficient basis to believe that there were weapons of mass destruction that were a danger to the world, and that the possibility of those weapons going to terrorists." ‘Colon’ said he believes Hagel "will be careful" is deciding whether to use military force against Iran. "It’s President Obama, not President McCain, and not President Romney," he said. "The American people have made it clear that they are not particularly interested in finding new conflicts to get into, and they’re not particularly interested in saying . . . sanctions are just a road bump on the way to bombing." And as we have seen in the past on so many different occasions, the policy of appeasement has always netted such spectacular, and positive, results.

Next, David ‘I’m a Douche Bag‘ Gregory pressed ‘Colon’ as to whether he can still call himself a Republican, and in responding ‘Colon’ revealed just how much of a pathetic fraud he has become as he lashed out at what he described as being the right-wing elements of the party. And in what can only be seen as yet another attempt by ‘Colon’ to further reduce what little credibility he may still have among some in the GOP, he essentially played the raced card. He did so by attempting to perpetuate the myth that it’s those same "right-wing elements" who, he said, harbor "a dark vein of intolerance" against minorities and lower-income earners. He them continued with is whining, saying, "When I see a former governor say that the president is shucking and jiving, that’s a racial-era, slave term."

He then to proceeded to take further aim at Romney, saying, "When I see another former governor, after the president’s first debate, where he didn’t do very well, says that the president was lazy . . . now, it may not mean anything to most Americans, but to those of us who are African-American, the second word is shiftless, and then there’s a third word that goes along with it." Saying, "The party has gathered unto itself a reputation that it is the party of the rich." What a load of shit, and ‘Colon’ should know better. It’s the Democrat Party that has become the party of the rich, and for Colon to make his claim to the contrary makes it quite apparent the besides being a fraud, he’s also a liar. Some guys will say or do anything to grab even a little time in the spotlight.

SAD, PATHETIC 'COLON' POWELL PUTS RACE ABOVE COUNTRY...

AND NOW, MORE FROM THAT PROVERBIAL BUFFOON, COLON POWELL...

Colon Powell apparently thinks he knows precisely who it is that's to blame for all the very divisive political tone currently taking place in Washington. And just who is that old Colon sees as being the primary culprit responsible for all of the hate and discontent taking place in our nation's capital? Well, during an interview that took place this past Sunday with that imbecile Christiane Amanpour on her silly little TV show, old Colon saw fit to blame the media as well as, of all things, the Tea Party for the divisive political tone in Washington. The Tea Party, is he serious? Not surprisingly, however, neither the class warfare stoked by his good buddy, Barry "Almighty" and his Party nor the resulting Occupy Wall Street movement was mentioned anywhere during this seven minute interview. Here's how the whole silly little exchange went down:

CHRISTIANE AMANPOUR, HOST: What about this tone in the country right now? It's still very divisive. It's still very sort of brash, some say poisonous. I mean, you can barely get anything done on Capitol Hill, just behind me there. What needs to be done, to actually improve the tone and the ability of people to work together?


COLON POWELL: The tone is not -- is not good right now, and our political system here in Washington, particularly up on The Hill -- Congress -- has become very, very tense in that two sides, Republicans and Democrats, are focusing more and more on their extreme left and extreme right. And we have to come back toward the center in order to compromise.


A story I like to tell is our Founding Fathers were able to sit in Philadelphia and make some of the greatest compromises known to man -- tough, tough issues. But they did it. Why? Because they were there to create a country, where we have a Congress now that can't even pass an appropriation bill, and we're running this country on a continuing resolution which is -- what else are they here for but to pass appropriations bills?


And so we have got to find a way to start coming back together. And let me say this directly. The media has to help us. The media loves this game, where everybody is on the extreme. It makes for great television. It makes for great chatter. It makes for great talk shows all day long with commentators commenting on commentators about the latest little mini-flap up on Capitol Hill. So what we have to do is sort of take some of the heat out of our political life in terms of the coverage of it, so these folks can get to work quietly.


AMANPOUR: I get your point about heat and light, but what about the fact that, in fact, it is one of the political parties, although -- or rather the big political influence, which is the Tea Party, which quotes left and right the Founding Fathers? They say compromise is a dirty word, and they try to point to the Founding Fathers and the Constitution.


POWELL: They compromised -- the Founding Fathers compromised on slavery. They had to in order to create a country. They compromised on the composition of the Senate, of the House, of the Supreme Court, of a president -- what are the president's powers? Can you imagine more difficult compromises today? Compromise is how this country was founded, and unless two people in disagreement with each other don't find a way to reach out to one another and make compromises, you don't get a consensus that allows you to move forward. But the Tea Party point of view of no compromise whatsoever is not a point of view that will eventually produce a presidential candidate who will win.


AMANPOUR: General Powell, thank you very much indeed.


POWELL: Thank you, dear.


Now don't get me wrong, I very much agree with old Colon's regarding the role that the state controlled media has played in the widening of the political divide in this country. However, although the question was asked by Amanpour, any discussion of the Tea Party's involvement in the current tone should most certainly have included the Occupy Wall Street movement and what its participants both overt and covert are doing. This is particularly important given the press's adoration for a group so antagonistic to the most successful members of the society. And even if Ms. Amanpour neglected to include that at part of her question then old Colon, if he really wanted to be perceived as doing more than simply criticizing from the sidelines, he should have included it as part of his answer. But he didn't.


Neither did he bring up something else that was also glaringly absent in this segment. That being the fact of how we have a president and a political Party who are very purposely stoking the flames of class envy that fits quite nicely into exacerbating the current caustic environment. When the supposed "leader" of the nation continually talks about the rich not paying their "fair share," and in a way that so obviously defies any knowledge of the current tax code as well as who's actually paying most of the costs associated with the federal government, this has as much to do with the divisive tone as does anything else, if not more. Not at all surprisingly, this wasn't addressed by Amanpour or Powell. Exactly why might that be? That's a rhetorical question, by the way. We all know the answer.

COLIN POWELL, A TRAITOR TO THE CONCEPT OF AMERICAN UNIQUENESS…

The supposed mastermind behind “Operation Desert Storm,” the first black Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and former Secretary of State Colin Powell now feels it appropriate to come out and identify the ongoing Occupy Wall Street demonstrations “as American as apple pie.” Can you believe it? He did, however, attach sort of a disclaimer to this opinion, saying he is concerned about the violence that has emerged in parts of the movement. That this guy could have ever been considered as being even remotely a conservative, by anybody, is absolutely nuts. I lost track of how many times he, and his trusty fat sidekick, “Dick” Armitage, stabbed George W. Bush in the back. I always thought Bush’s decision to have Powell involved anywhere in his administration was one of the greatest blunders of his presidency. As he has demonstrated on any number of times, Powell has proven himself to be one of those guys that you can never turn your back on, as well as one always eager to take credit for the accomplishments of others.

So, now we have him cheerfully joining in the chorus of voices coming from his fellow liberals in their attempt to give this pathetic group of malcontents, who are essentially nothing more than anarchists, some level of credibility. They do this by making silly comparisons the Tea Party, and to continue to call these protests a sign of frustration in a time where work opportunities are more limited. In his effort to substantiate his skewed rationale for his supporting these parasitic miscreants, Powell recalled his own upbringing when his parents, both immigrants, always held jobs. Even if they were low-paying, he said, it was enough. “They always had work,” Powell told CNN’s Piers Morgan in an interview aired Thursday. “People are concerned now that there is not that work source of income.” With Occupy Wall Street, he said, people are unhappy and they’re “directing their unhappiness toward Wall Street and toward those they think are doing too well in our society.” So these crybabies are “directing their unhappiness at Wall Street?”


“I don’t begrudge anybody who has earned a good salary as part of our capitalist system,” he said. “[But] demonstrations like this are as American as apple pie. We’ve been marching up and down and demonstrating throughout our history.” He continued, “I get a little concerned when demonstrations turn into violence or when some of the demonstrators demonstrate absolute nihilism and they’re really not interested in anything but destruction and tearing down the system.” Powell said the biggest concern is the income gap, which needs to be addressed politically. “Those who are not doing as well, are not seeing their lives improving…there’s angriness there and this is something I think our Wall Street friends need to think about and this is something our political friends need to think about,” he said. “It isn’t enough just to scream at the Occupy Wall Street demonstrations, we need our political system to start reflecting this anger back.” So Powell thinks that the “income gap” needs to be addressed politically?


Powell’s is a perfect example of the warped mentality that truly represents a very grave danger to the very survival of this nation as it was originally conceived. You know, for someone who is supposed to be so smart, it become very obvious, very quickly, that Powell has made now the decision to cast aside over 200 years of history and to join in the efforts of his buddy Barry as he attempts to “fundamentally transform” America. But I suppose that point became obvious when he decided to support Barry for president. What Powell is, is essentially a traitor to the country that provided to him opportunities that, as a black man, he would have not had in any other country on the planet. He is a disgrace, and unappreciative, to say the least. The nonsense he has been heard spewing is found nowhere in the Constitution that he, supposedly, swore to protect and defend, choosing to now very visibly dessert those principles that served to make this country great. And in so doing he has now apparently decided to join Barry in shredding that same governing document.


There is absolutely no truth to any of what Powell claims, these riots is not anger driven in any way, shape, manner or form. What they are being driven by is any number of unions, as well as the Communist Party of America, The Revolutionary Communist Party, The American Nazi Party, CAIR, The Black Panthers, and “Calypso Louie” Farrakhan’s group of racists, the Nation of Islam. Hell, it’s even supported by the governments of Communist Red China and North Korea. And these are the kinds of people on whose side our former Secretary of State wants to be? Apparently so! By his doing so he has made it crystal clear that he is very much in favor of throwing overboard the rights of the individual and to replace them with the collective, a notion completely foreign to anyone who believes in our constitutional republic. So it think it safe to say that Powell has been keeping his rather radical side tightly under wraps until now. Men in his position, those that by nature of their supposed stature, who are listened to by many, represent a very clear and present danger to the survival of this nation. “We the People” need to be very, very wary.
