Just to be clear, there is not a fat slob of a politician to be found anywhere, or in either of our political parties, whose opinion I can say that I value less than that of Chris Christie. And I’m not sure what it might be that has him convinced that there’s anyone, anywhere who actually gives a flying fart about what he thinks, or has to say about, absolutely anything, because truly no one really does. And if he’s still entertaining delusions of becoming president, he’s gonna have a pretty tough time making that a reality because I’m here to tell ya I doubt very much that many of those who voted for President Trump could find their way to vote for his fat ass.
And yet
he continues to be invited to appear on various ‘news’ programs to offer his
rather twisted perspective on all things related to President Trump. Such was
the case again this past Sunday when he was asked to weigh in on comments made
by President Trump regarding Pope Leo’s rather misguided decision to stray to a
topic that is well outside his purview and one on which he lacks sufficient
knowledge, and/or understanding, of to speak intelligently about. And while I
am not a Catholic myself, I thought President Trump was well within rights to
say what he said and to point that out. It would seem we have another Pope more
interested in politics than the church.
And so, this
past Sunday during the broadcast of ABC’s “This Week,” ex New Jersey governor
Chris Christie made the idiotic claim that President Trump “knows nothing about
religion,” adding that his attacks on Pope Leo were “gross.” Just like James
Carville, ABC drags out Chris Christie to bad mouth President Trump. Yet
another example of that which is nothing more than lazy ‘journalism.’ And so,
the fat man comes out again to bloviate about a subject that he knows nothing
about. Christie said, “This vice president, who is, you know, now a Catholic
convert, early on in your Catholicism, taking on the pope probably isn’t the
greatest thing in the world."
He said,
“But, you know, JD Vance is following, as he always does the lead of Donald
Trump. He cannot get out from Donald Trump’s back. He cannot ever do anything
that isn’t completely 110 percent supportive of what Trump says. But here’s the
problem, he’s leading himself to a real, real political problem for himself.
Donald Trump knows about as much about the Catholic Church as my phone does.” He
continued, “This is a guy who knows nothing about religion, has no religious
basis at all. Ramesh and I were speaking in the green room about the time when
they asked him about which one he preferred, the New Testament or the Old
Testament."
And he
went on to say, “He goes, well, I like them both. I like them both. You know,
this is a guy who’s a fake. And JD I have a little advice for you this morning,
don’t be following a phony on issues of religion and taking on Pope Leo. The
other complication here, Jon, is, this is the first American pope. So, American
Catholics not only follow him as Catholics, but they have a great pride of
ownership in this pope. And so it’s personal on top of being theological.” He
added, “And so, I think this is a real problem politically for them. Catholics
are not going to forget that this president, and my party’s leadership, has
taken on Pope Leo in a really, really gross way."
To be
honest, the Pope took the first shot here. And to anyone with any knowledge of
this guy, Robert Prevost and the future Pope Leo XIV, it should come as no
surprise. He’s nothing but a hypocrite. And clearly with the election of Leo,
the Catholic Church appears to be all onboard the hate President Trump train. I
could be wrong, but I don’t believe I’ve ever heard Pope Prevost criticize
Putin nor the Iranians for murdering 40,000 of their own people. Only President
Trump and after he met with that pinko Dave Axelrod. Trying to anger Catholics before
the mid-terms? Proof that Bob is charlatan and an ideologue just like the last Pope,
who was also a Marxist.
Christie
needs to shut the Hell up. He’s irrelevant. The Pope was silent about the
massacre of protesters in Iran by their own government. He was silent about the
thousands of Nigerian Christians slaughtered in Nigeria by Moslem terrorists.
He remains silent about the persecution of the few remaining Christians in
Pakistan by the Moslem majority government. However, he can’t resist attacking
President Trump for being the only world leader willing to do something about
stopping a suicidal terrorist regime from acquiring nuclear weapons. A regime
that follows a sect of Islam that calls for the emergence of their Messiah from
the ground only after Armageddon.
Old has-been
Christie still trying to be relevant. I have no doubt that we’ll likely be
seeing a lot him between now and 2028. He just can’t seem to keep his big mouth
shut as evidenced by his growing waist size. These most recent comments are
really pretty funny coming from someone like Christie, who believes in nothing
except his own ego. And he wonders why he’s been reduced to being nothing more
than a paid mouthpiece for the Democrats. Or does he? Christie’s never going to
get over getting kicked to the curb when he came begging hat in hand for a job
in the first Trump Administration. The President knew he was a loser then and he’s
a bigger loser now.
And so,
ABC once again drags out Christie to trash President Trump. Like most
politicians, and Catholic Democrats, he is a cafeteria Catholic only following
the Church on things that he agrees with. President Trump is right about Leo.
He’s weak. Appeasing Islam will not end well. And he’s interfering in American
politics. But many American Catholics are not happy with Pope Leo. He is
Francis 2.0 but turbocharged. Kneeling before Pachamama, blessing a block of
ice, encouraging illegal immigration, but keeping quiet while Christians are
being slaughtered daily around the world, meeting with Axelrod to grease the
skids for Obama. The offenses grow by the day.
Too be
perfectly blunt, our newest Pope is nothing but a communist. He’s all about
flooding the U.S. with all manner of third world invaders because guess who
makes a ton of money off that. That would, of course, be Catholic Charities.
Billions were paid to Catholic Charities during Joey’s reign of tranny. The U.S.
has diplomatic relations with the Vatican. Therefore, ambassadors are exchanged
and the Pope is the head of that ‘country.’ And that makes him fair game. Personally,
I think it’s dumb to have diplomatic relations with a sect. But, if the Pope is
going to talk smack about foreign policy of another country, then he can expect
some smack in return.
President
Trump's criticism is of Leo’s comments regarding the war in Iran and was well
deserved. Leo has no known credentials regarding specific foreign policies. Popes
generally proclaim a preference for a generic peace, but not any specifics of
policy. However, Leo attacks President Trump’s attempt to neutralize a pending
nuclear power which is undeterred by retaliatory possibilities. That is, the
theocracy of Iran expects and desires a conflagration, so, it cannot be trusted
with nuclear power. If the Pope is sincere in his concern, he would condemn the
massacre of thousands of Iranians by their own government, but he chooses not to.
Why?
The only logical conclusion
is that he’s just another left-wing ideologue and not actually a man of the
cloth. Further, he has praised a monument in Algeria dedicated to the massacre
of Christians. So how is it that he has now managed to become the head of the
Catholic Church? This Pope is no follower of Jesus Christ based on his policies
and pronouncements. American Catholics should challenge this alleged Pope,
instead of taking pride in him. Compare his actions, words and pronouncements
to Jesus, the Apostle Peter and the Word of God. He is an apostate, or so it would
appear. By the way, Jesus is the Rock. He is the head of the Church, not the Pope.
