BUBBA WALLACE, POSTER BOY FOR THE ‘NEW’ NASCAR…

I’m sure I’ve mentioned before that in my younger days I was a big fan of NASCAR, and how disappointed I am in what it has become, on any number of levels. From the political correctness to the idiotic wokeness, and everything in between, I lost interest in watching a long time ago. Gone are the days of the weekend duels between Petty and Pearson and rooting for MOPAR, Ford and Chevy, replaced with what, exactly? A bunch of whiny pussies and poor sports driving cars that all look pretty much exactly alike. These days I have absolutely no interest whatsoever in continuing to watch any of it. Which brings me to poster boy, Bubba Wallace.

And with Wallace missing the mark and being dropped from the Charlotte Roval on Sunday, the sport’s bad boy is congratulating himself on having “matured” past the point of “punching” things. Wallace finished in 16th at Charlotte Motor Speedway and dropped from the next round after ending up in a wreck with fellow racers Daniel Suarez and Austin Cindric. But despite ending up on the outside looking in, Wallace characterized his efforts as a success. He said, “We weren’t supposed to be here, according to a lot of people. But we proved them wrong and proved a lot of people in the garage wrong that you can’t really count on the 23 in a road course race, right."

He went on to say, “That’s cool to say. Gotta keep continuing to work. I don’t think we’re a winning car yet, but we’re light years where we were a few races ago.” But the “noose” accuser had more praise for himself. And he then added, “Ten years ago, I’d be ready to punch something. I guess that’s maturing and growing up … and accepting the fate – it wasn’t meant to be.” Wallace also lashed out to the penalty over not making a complete stop on the chicane that NASCAR doled out to him, calling it a “BS rule.” He said, “They don’t care. They love the entertainment factor and screwing somebody else.” Wallace, a racist, bigot, liar and a crybaby.

He kinda wrapped things up by saying, “I need to work on that, put ourselves in better spots to not get wrecked. I’m honestly surprised no one’s walked up and said sorry. That’s kind of bullshit.” Let’s face it, this guy is nothing but a punk. He’s been given every opportunity and advantage and still he’s only mediocre at best. A total loser. And yet he gets media attention, I can’t help but wonder why, but we all know the answer. Thankfully he got massive attention, and now people know his name, not because of his driving, but because of a noose. Think about it, did anybody really know who he was, except for being one of the first NASCAR black drivers?

Wallace has a history of missing the mark, and yet he still has a ride. But not because of the content of his character, that’s for sure. Bubba didn’t win. It must be racism. We’re all so sad. I’d rather he did punch something than go full Juciey Smollett again. He should have been thrown out the last time. But alas, the sport has now gone fully woke. Wallace has had 32 races this year, zero wins, 1881 points behind, and finished 24 of those races even or further back than his starting position. If he were white, he would just be a below average driver. Since he’s part black, so the media and woke NASCAR must promote him as if he’s something really special.

Wallace is a horrible driver and a horrible human being. He is only tolerated because he’s half-black. He’s such a loser. He never recovered from the crying incident when he found a garage door pull in his team’s garage and it scared him. Another untalented buffoon who’s nothing more than another poster boy for Affirmative Action. Poor little fella, always the victim. It must be horrible always viewing life from that self-inflicted perspective. But then isn’t that always the case with those of his racial persuasion? And whenever they fail at something, it’s never because they suck at, it’s because the evil white man is somehow keeping him down. It’s crazy.

BUBBA WALLACE, POSTER BOY FOR THE ‘NEW’ NASCAR???

In my younger days I was quite the NASCAR fan. For me there was nothing more thrilling than watching Richard Petty and David Pearson in what was yet another of their many classic super speedway duels. And as I look at the NASCAR of today, I can’t help but wonder just what the Hell happened to this once all-American institution. Speaking of Mr. Petty, I can’t believe he put this guy behind the wheel of No. 43. And it was for a number of reasons that I stopped watching. For one thing, back then brand loyalty played into things more than today. I was a big Mopar guy and my then best friend was a big Ford guy. These days all the cars look alike. But I digress.

In getting back to the subject at hand, I guess my biggest bitch about the NASCAR of today is the number of classless individuals taking part as drivers, not the least of which is Bubba Wallace. Now as near as I can figure, out of 197 races over the last seven years, old Bubba has managed to win two, has had 27 top ten finishes and one pole position. Not exactly what one could call an impressive career. Wallace is another prime example that you don’t really need to be good at your job in order to keep it, you just need to be…is black. Nothing more than an affirmative action driver. He earned not a damn thing, he simply played the race card to get a ride.

And it is now Wallace who has a stern message for NASCAR fans who aren’t happy with the sport’s efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. That message, “Deal with it!” That was the message delivered by the driver who has recently become a lightning rod for controversy even long after falsely claiming that someone had fashioned a noose and left it in his garage as a racist warning. I suppose it could all be chalked up to a simple case of paranoia, but clearly, it’s something that goes much deeper than that. Something that, dare I say, might be a more than a little sinister in nature. NASCAR has betrayed its fan base one too many times. We need to let it go.

Wallace, apparently threw out the first pitch at a Cubs game in Chicago this past weekend ahead of the NASCAR Chicago Street Race. Afterwards he spoke to reporters about NASCAR’s efforts to be inclusive and diversify. He also had some rather undiplomatic words for any fans who aren’t receptive to those efforts. Wallace told members of the media that, “There are three types of people: ones that will accept change, the ones that are on the fence about change and the ones that will never change.” He said, “You can never get through the minds of the people that will never change. So we don’t really focus our energy on those people."

Wallace went on to say, “Unfortunately, a lot of people don’t like the change that we’re doing as a sport to tap into different demographics and make the sport more welcome and inclusive. That’s on them. They’ll have to live with that. For us, we continue to march forward.” Sadly he’s likely not wrong in his assessment. NASCAR will undoubtedly continue its diversity efforts regardless of what impact that it has on its fan base. Like the NFL, it has a monopoly on the highest level of competition in its respective sport. Except, in the case of NASCAR, it’s worse since racing fans tend to be only racing fans and don’t follow many other sports.

I think most people are pretty fed up with all of this continuing garbage. Shoving it down our throats will not help their cause. But it is also about division, which is a real problem. People like who they like, regardless of color. And Bubba just isn’t that likable of a guy. And he needs to deal with it. Word of advice, criticizing the fans of your sport is not how you endear yourself to them. Maybe Bubba should worry more about being a good driver instead of trying to be a good race card player. Know your audience Bubba, NASCAR fans aren’t okay with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) drivel nor are they accepting of the critical race theory (CRT) nonsense.

Wallace is a never was! The only way he could succeed at NASCAR would be by way of some sort of affirmative action, one where all other drivers were forced to run with a governor on their cars. I wouldn’t be surprised if there would come a point where Bubba, all in the name of fairness of course, demands that he be given a five lap head start and that he be moved up five spots at the finish line in the name of reparations for all of those southern white guys who built NASCAR based upon competition, not affirmative action. People like Bubba view themselves as being worthy of preferential treatment because of something that ended over 150 years ago.

I believe that when a man is shown how there is a difference between a year-old garage door opener and a brand spanking new noose and still doubles down with pronouncements of his victimhood, he’s lost all credibility. That said, he can once again gain credibility and even popularity. If he could drive, people might cheer for him. If he would stop being racist, people might actually like him. Sadly, I see Bubba as just another race baiter waving the flag of inclusion, and like ‘BO,’ it’s sad these individuals who have gained a position of influence use the position to divide people. Bubba is just another Juicie Smollett wannabe. He’s screwed himself.

NASCAR is the new Bud Light. Without paying fans there is no purse to win, then it all simply goes away. NASCAR is a slowly dying sport. Bubba is just doing his part to finish it off. Sometimes you have to wonder if the Bubba Wallace's of the world aren't actually moles. People inserted into environments meant to do just this; create chaos, inject hate and division all under the guise of fighting against it. Because that's exactly what the end result is. You don’t walk into a group of fans for motorsports then insult them for something or a way of life, that has nothing to do with motorsports. Unless maybe, something or someone else is behind it.

‘COLON, ‘JUICY’ AND ‘BUBBA’, BIRDS OF A VERY SPECIAL FEATHER…

So riddle me this, when is a “hate crime” not REALLY a “hate crime?”  The only reason I ask is because once again we have an instance where we’re supposed to believe that some evil racist, likely assumed to be a supporter of the president, slipped what we’re told was a noose into the race car of black NASCAR driver, ‘Bubba’ Wallace.  So how many of these false alarms must we be made to endure before finally being willing to see them for what they are, hoaxes.  And it should come as no surprise that ‘Bubba’ is NASCAR’s ONLY black driver, and seems none too good at his chosen profession so was likely looking for another way to gain a little attention.

So anyway, it was apparently late this past Sunday that NASCAR released a statement ‘claiming’ that a noose had been found in the garage stall of the driver ‘Bubba’ Wallace’s No. 43 race car at the Talladega Superspeedway before the start of the now-postponed GEICO 500.  The more this shit happens, the more it ends in exactly the same way.  These clowns are simply going to need to become a bit more creative if they want to have anyone other than those on the left to believe their idiotic claims.  Because it’s just been too many times that we’ve heard these folks crying wolf only to find out that there was never really a wolf in the first place.

And having once been a fan of Richard Petty, in my much younger days, it pains me to no end to have this boob being the one to now sit behind the wheel of the legendary No. 43.  To be honest, it makes me wanna puke.  You will likely remember ‘Bubba’ as being the guy who was recently outspoken regarding race issues as well as the display of the now-banned Confederate flag at NASCAR events.  But then what else is a black fella to do when he lacks the necessary skills to compete other than to complain that his inability to actually win a race MUST have something to do with the fact that he’s black.  Sorry, but it has everything to do with the fact that he’s a shitty driver.

In all honesty, it’s ‘Bubba’ who strikes me as being little more than a Colon Kaepernick wannabe.  You know, another one of those who can’t be bothered with placing his hand over his heart during the national anthem and who enjoys wearing idiotic shirts with juvenile little quips written on them as a way of gaining a little attention for himself, since his ‘skills’ as a driver are more than just a little lacking.  Granted I haven’t paid much attention to NASCAR in recent years, and maybe that’s why I’ve never heard of this guy until this started being reported on.  NASCAR is far from what it was during the days of the ‘Winston Cup.’  Now it’s the ‘Woke Cup!’

Or perhaps, instead, ‘Bubba’ should be viewed as being more like ‘Juicy’ Smollett, who was ‘attacked’ in the city of Chicago on what was the coldest night of the year. Because I do have to wonder how it is that someone could have avoided all of the cameras that must cover every square inch of the entire garage area, plant this supposed noose in ‘Bubba’s car and then make their escape totally undetected.  I mean, just how stupid does ‘Bubba’ think us racist white folks really are.  So is this now the type of behavior that we can now expect from those who possess virtually no aptitude for their chosen profession?  Why not just find something you CAN do?

Now it might just be a weird coincidence but it was about the same time that Kaepernick was proving himself to be no more than a mediocre quarterback that he started taking a knee.  He likely knew his days were numbered so he needed to come up with a new way for keeping attention on himself.  And too, it was ‘Juicy’ who apparently thought that by smearing Trump supporters he might be able to make a bit more money per episode of whatever stupid television program he was in.  And then came ‘Bubba,’ a below average stock car driver who thinks that by blaming racism for his own inadequacies he might find another way to gain some time in the spotlight.

This kind of stuff has long been a favorite trick of those on the left.  Commit some outrageous and totally heinous racist act and then, with help from your many allies in the ‘fake news’ media, blame it on the opposition.  Over the course of the last several years we have all seen the many acts of this type, committed by the left, reported on as fact only to find later that we had been hoodwinked again.  Perhaps ‘Bubba’ will pull an OJ when a video, which I’m quite sure exists, reveals that it was he who actually planted this noose, driving around in a white SUV with a friend while threatening to do himself in. Maybe he’ll even offer a reward to find the real culprit.

But you know, regardless of which one of these losers ‘Bubba’ seems to be emulating, that anyone actually chooses to take this dolt seriously makes pretty clear just how far NASCAR has fallen from what it once was and why I no longer watch it.  Besides rooting for just the drivers it was back in the old days that there was a certain degree of brand loyalty as well. Part of the reason I was such a Petty fan was because he drove Mopar, first Plymouth and then Dodge.  My best friend was a David Pearson fan, primary because he drove a Mercury.  These days all the cars look exactly alike and most, if not all, of the drivers are just a bunch of jerks, or morons like ‘Bubba!’

NASCAR seems to have decided to go with the ‘woke’ crowd and to turn its back on those who made it what it has been for years.  NASCAR has always been conservative, celebrating family, God and country.  Now the narrative is that President Trump is somehow a racist as are all those who support him, especially whites.  It’s a shame that the Democrats are again working to divide us by using the race card.  ‘BO’ did it for eight years. President Trump has done much for the black community.  Every responsible American, regardless of color, was appalled at what we all saw happen to Mr. Floyd, but that didn’t matter.  It still became an excuse to destroy, riot and loot.
