THE DEMOCRATS: “AND ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST”…

Well, if at first you don’t succeed, just stick to your same crappy message and hope for the best!  Such appears to be the game plan for the Democrats as they set about trying to send a message to President Trump and go about their effort to regain control of Congress so they can finally impeach him.  Because make no mistake, that is the only thing that motivates those in the Democrat Party.  And the most recent example of their failed strategy came just last night when Republican Karen Handel's projected victory over political upstart Jon ‘Pajama Boy’ Ossoff in Georgia’s special election that was almost immediately cast by the Republicans as being a devastating blow for Democrats.  While that may be a bit overstated, it was, most certainly, a blow to the Democrats.

As Handel delivered her victory speech in Atlanta, the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) blasted out a memo crowing that Democrats “marshalled [sic] their resources and went all-in Georgia ... and they failed.”  The memo said, “After promising a revamped strategy that would deliver them a majority, House Democrats are no closer to that goal today than they were at the beginning of the new year,” and then went on to claim how the Democrats have now gone “0-5 in specials [sic] elections.”  And it was House Speaker Paul ‘RINO’ Ryan who echoed the NRCC when he said, “Democrats from coast to coast threw everything they had at this race, and Karen would not be defeated,” in his statement congratulating Handel on her victory.

Earlier this year Republican House candidates held GOP seats in Kansas and Montana and it was each time that we heard the Democrats telling us that the election would prove to be a referendum on both President Trump and his dangerous agenda.  And each time they were proven to be wrong.  In addition to Handel's victory Tuesday, Republican Ralph Norman won the election in South Carolina to succeed Mick Mulvaney, who resigned from Congress this past February to become Trump's Office of Management and Budget director.  And it was kinda funny how after each time their candidate lost an election what we heard from the Democrats is that because their candidate was able to make the race competitive it shows just how much trouble the Republicans are in regarding the 2018 midterm election.

Democrats did manage to hold onto one of their own seats in a California special election earlier this month, as Jimmy Gomez secured the seat vacated by Xavier Becerra, who resigned to become the state's attorney general.  After Tuesday night's results, Republicans hold 241 seats in the House of Representatives compared to 194 for the Democrats. Democrats must defend their current districts and win 24 Republican held seats to regain a majority next November.  And while, electorally speaking, November 2018 is still a long way away, our congressional Republicans do need to get off of their collective dead ass and get moving on the big ticket items such as the repealing and replacing of Obamacare, tax reform and, of course, ‘The Wall.’

Look, I’m no political strategist, nor do I play one on TV, but I do have a suggestion for the Democrats.  How about you go out and actually meet with those people who don’t live anywhere near Park Avenue or Rodeo Drive?  Or, if that’s not to your liking, how about you just stop calling them names and calling for there to be blood in the streets?  Just some random thoughts from flyover country.  Personally though, I hope Democrats choose not to follow my advice and remain firmly on their current path into the political wilderness.  It’s for some bizarre reason that they don’t have a clue as to why their open borders, sanctuary city, allowing men in ladies’ rooms and pro-terrorist message isn’t working.  And so, which is fine with me, they continue to fail.

That said, I pray Democrats keep moving even further to the left.  They seem to be so absolutely certain that the country will follow them to oblivion if they are far left enough.  Democrats will now start becoming even more violent and more self-destructive.  They can't figure out what is happening to them so they just get angrier and angrier.  The destruction of the Democrat Party may now be taking place right before your eyes.  What will their new strategy be now that they have been so thoroughly repudiated again and again and again?  Several ‘unnamed sources’ report that they are planning to assassinate everybody who runs against them.  And if that doesn't work, they will kill everybody who is against them whether they run for office or not.  Scary times!

Democrats, for whatever the reason, simply don’t understand the American people.  In Obummer's case he at least had an excuse, in that his formative years were spent in a Moslem country, so he doesn't have any emotional ties to America.  But it’s hard to explain why it is that so many of those in the Democrat Party possess similar sentiments when it comes to the level of hatred they seem to possess for the United States.  There are plenty of wretched third world countries where Democrats would be better able to sell their special brand of leftwing garbage, it's why there are wretched third world countries in the first place.  One can only assume that the desire of the Democrat Party is to make America into another third world Hell hole.

I wonder, regarding their loss in Georgia, are the Democrats now looking for way to blame the Russians?  After all, who's to blame for this catastrophic setback?  This has to be someone's fault!  Blame it on the rain, blame it on the Russians, or if all else fails, blame it on racism/sexism or some phobia possessed by those who voted against their candidate.  Whatever you do, don’t change your winning message, Democrats. Just throw more money at it and you'll get ‘em next time, by golly.  And does anyone actually believe that pajama-boy had a 7% lead just seven days ago?  Just another example of how you can no longer trust election polls any more than you can trust the state-controlled news media to be objective and factual when reporting the ‘news’.

And you know, if you ban the right from campus, if you erase the right's point of view from television and movies, if your spokesmorons think debating is calling us names, if your only plan to save the country is based almost entirely on nothing more than hate and more spending, then you will continue to lose.  As you should!  The noise we hear today could be described as being the death knell of the Democrat Party.  That said, Republican leadership has been less than stellar.  For example, we want the repeal of Obamacare, not some lame attempt to try and fix it.  The House bill was nothing more than Obamacare light leading us to a single payer.  Repeal, repeal, repeal and be able to explain why this is the moral thing to do.

Quite frankly, the only thing that the Democrats continue to have going for them is their incessant whining, calling people names and blaming everyone else for their own miserable failures.  And I have no doubt that they will continue to use their tried and true tactics of identity politics, spewing out insults about coal miners, Walmart shoppers, trailer park residents, the aged, rednecks, white trash, Bible thumpers and gun nuts, while using Hollyweird celebrities to ridicule those supposed white male bigots and deplorables who reside there in flyover country.  And it’s rather mind-boggling that they can continue to somehow think that such tactics will garner for them enough votes to regain some semblance of political power.  Amazing!

Hollyweird, big money, Democrat violence, the ‘Crappy News Network, (CNN), MS’LSD’, the Washington Post, the New York Times or nearly all of academia notwithstanding, the Democrat Party still finds itself on the losing end of the stick.  The Democrats bury their head in the sand and refuse to recognize reality as they double down on their insanity and end up losing more elections.  Their only winning option is to become pro-America, but they would rather die.  The Democrats have been trying to spin every special election as the harbinger of their comeback, but there's nothing to indicate that the public is buying what they continue to sell.  Especially as the Trump-Russia conspiracy theories continue to fall apart and discredit the state-controlled media in the process.

But even as things continue to unravel for them, I doubt the little light bulb will be going off for them any time soon.  And I think that if we were to go back to that fateful day in January 2019, the Democrats would never have imagined where they would find themselves, as a party, just eight years later.  After all, the election of Obummer was supposed to have ushered in 40 years of solid Democrat rule.  Instead, it made the election of Donald J. Trump not only a possibility, but turned it into something that I doubt even Nostradamus could have seen coming.  And now the Democrats seem to be quite determined in their efforts to undo their handiwork.  If the American people are smart, they’ll see this lunacy for exactly what it is.

But let us not forget that, as it is with all things, life in the world of politics is cyclical.  The favored party of today will, at some point, fall out of favor.  That’s just the way things are.  Which makes it all the more imperative that we seize this opportunity that has been presented to us.  There needs to be some sense of urgency on the part of our congressional Republicans and instead they seem to be of the opinion that their present majorities will last, if not forever, at least for several years to come.  But nothing lasts forever, and that is why we must strike while the iron is hot and while we have a man in the White House who can be counted on to sign those bills which are sent to his desk.  We are wasting entirely too much time.
