UNDERSTANDING THE CONSTITUTION...PART 1...

Barry "Almighty" likes to boast about his having once been a Constitutional Law Professor as his way of debunking accusations that he is somehow trying to destroy our Constitution. Unfortunately, he was no such thing.  Actually, what he was was something referred to as a 'senior lecturer.' Maybe that explains his ignorance when it comes to anything that has to do with our Constitution.
